Chapter 4: Ladybug.
Summary: Blake's Faunus instincts start kicking up, but she's afraid to risk harming the one person they kicked up for: a certain silver-eyed cookie lover. When said cookie-lover provides her a chance for release, Blake can't hold back anymore.
In their dorm bathroom, Blake washes her face, seeing an almost sickly look in her eyes. She recognizes this feeling. Her urges have returned. The urges of a Faunus. The urge to mate. For Faunus, this instinct doesn't happen until they reach a certain age. Most of the time it only lasts a few days. Faunus would either wait it out or relieve themselves privately until the urges pass. However, there are time when the instinct comes at a much stronger level than most. One that makes it last longer and feel stronger. The only time this happens is when a Faunus feels a certain... attraction for another. This had never happened to Blake before. Not on this level, not even during her days in the White Fang. However, she knows what, or more specifically, who, caused this. She looks back at the door. Her teammates are still asleep. She and Weiss have become good friends, but she wouldn't feel this way for her. Yang is her partner and a close friend, but she can be a bit... much at times. That leaves the most likely candidate. Her leader, Ruby. The younger leader of her team had this aura about her. She was so pure, so innocent, and so full of life. Always willing to help others and do what's right. Blake took a liking to her shortly after they first met. That feeling has only grown since then.
Even after Ruby learned of Blake's past, she still considered her a friend and teammate. Blake was eternally grateful to her for that. But now, that gratitude has turned into fear. She knows if she loses control, she might hurt Ruby or worse, defile her. To have her hands, that have committed such unforgivable acts in the past, touch and dirty the pure body of Ruby Rose. Blake would never forgive herself for that. She might even leave the school if that happens.
"No, it's okay... It's okay... I can control it. I just need to hold out until this passes," Blake whispers to herself.
What she doesn't know is that Ruby is just outside the bathroom, listening in on her words.

The next couple of days are torture for Blake. It's hard for her to focus on her classes when she has the source of her concern sitting next to her. Luckily for her, Ruby doesn't seem to notice her inner turmoil. But, that doesn't make it any easier. Her mind is plagued with thoughts of pushing the younger girl down onto her bed, ripping off her clothes, and having her way with her. Marking her as hers. Her fist is clenched so hard around her pencil that it starts to crack and is close to snapping.
"Blake?" a sudden voice snaps her out of it and she looks to Ruby. Ruby looks concerned, "Are you okay?"
Blake shakes her head, "I'm fine! I mean... I'm fine. Thank you, Ruby," Blake tries to play it off.
Ruby doesn't look convinced, but she gives her some space for now. The rest of the class goes by and they leave for the day. Their classes are done for the day, but Yang and Weiss still have another one that will keep them away for a while. Blake practically rushes back to their room, deciding to take a shower to help her relax. In the shower, she plays with herself, hoping to relieve some of this tension within herself. She can hardly stand it. Masturbating amongst the water and steam seems to help a bit, but only a small amount. Even after she finishes in the shower, the instincts remain. Walking out of the shower, she cleans up and puts her yukata on, hoping a book on her bed will take her mind off of things. "Blake, something is bothering you, isn't," Ruby says matter-of-factly.

As your leader, I can't simply turn a blind eye to this. Please, tell me what's wrong so I can help," she stands from the bed and starts walking towards her.
Blake back peddles until she hits a wall, "I just told you I'm fine!"
But Ruby stops right in front of her, "Blake... is this about your mating cycle occurring?"
Blake freezes, "H-H-How did you..."
"I noticed you've been acting odd lately, and then I did some research, and everything else seemed to fit into place, for the most part," Ruby replies.
Blake feels mortified that Ruby figured her out so easily, and she thought she was doing a good job of hiding it too.
"Ruby, I don't want to hurt... I don't want to..." Blake starts to cry.
"Blake..." Ruby reaches up to wipe a tear away. "Are you acting like this... because of me?" when she asks this question, seeing Blake's shocked reaction only confirms it. "Blake, I hate seeing you hurt like this. Just dealing with it by yourself doesn't help anyone, you most of all. Please, let me help you,"
Blake suddenly grabs Ruby by her arms and pins her to the wall, but stops herself right there. She fights against her urges, her desire for Ruby.
"Ruby, I... I don't want to hurt you. I don't want to..." Blake stares at her hands. "I shouldn't even put my hands on you. Not on someone as pure as you. I can't handle the idea of... of..." Blake doesn't dare finish that sentence.
"Blake," Ruby reaches up to cup Blake's cheeks in her hands. "You're dealing with something that can't be easily fixed with time, not like this. I wouldn't offer to help with something like this with just anyone. I'm offering to help because it's you, Blake,"
"R-Ruby..." Blake mutters as more tears threaten to fall.
Ruby smiles as she wipes them away, "Blake, it's okay. I don't mind if it's you. Please... let yourself go, and take me with you,"
Blake just stares at her. Here is a girl so innocent, but knows exactly what she's asking of Blake. And yet, she said that she wouldn't do this with anyone but her. No wonder she felt such an attraction to her. Blake leans in and kisses Ruby on her lips, wrapping her arms around her. Ruby holds her shoulders as she's pressed between the wall and Blake. Blake's kisses are strong, and it isn't long before Ruby starts gasping for air. Blake allows it, but only for a moment before she jumps right into it, sending her tongue into Ruby's mouth. She wraps it around Ruby's, enjoying her taste. They stare into each other's eyes, wanting to watch the other take their first kiss. Blake reaches down to grasp Ruby's butt cheeks, eliciting a gasp from the girl. She moans into the kiss. She picks Ruby up, causing the younger girl to wrap her limbs around her body as Blake carries her to her bed. Laying Ruby down, head on a pillow, Blake straddles the girl a she starts trailing kisses along her cheeks and jawline. Ruby moans lightly from the kisses, her hands in Blake's hair. Blake moves one hand down to Ruby's chest, feeling it up, while the other roams along her left side. However, she doesn't like how it's all covered in Ruby's school uniform.
She's about to rip it all off, but stops when she regains enough sense to remember Ruby's cloak. Ruby would cry for a week if anything happened to that.
"Ruby, your cloak," Blake mutters after separating their lips.
Ruby sits up and they take her cloak off and set it aside where it won't get damaged. Once that's done, Blake forces Ruby back down on the bed. Leaning down, she nibbles on Ruby's earlobe while her hands untie the ribbon around her neck. They don't stop there as they practically rip her shirt open by the buttons, revealing a black bra with red frills underneath.
Ruby blushes at being in such a position, "Blake... could you maybe... be gentle. I'm not used to this stuff yet,"
Seeing Ruby in such a position, it's hard for Blake to keep what control she has left. She goes to Ruby's neck, nibbling on it and even leaving a few toothy hickies on her skin, gaining a few new moans from Ruby. Blake's hands work their magic, unbuttoning her jacket and the rest of her shirt as she starts to take them off. Blake wants to taste every inch of Ruby's skin and leave marks everywhere. "You didn't take that. I gave it to you willingly. It's okay," Ruby soothes her worries, leaning down to plant a gentle kiss on her lips. "So, um, what exactly does being your mate entail?"
Blake chuckles, "We can talk about that later. Right now, I just want to clean up... and maybe take a long nap together. Sound like a plan?"
Ruby giggles, "Sounds like a plan, my mate,"

Blake and Ruby later tell their friends that the two have decided to start dating. While most were shocked, they were supportive, which included Yang surprisingly. Though, the blonde did warn Blake that if she broke Ruby's heart, then no one would ever hear from Blake ever again. That's precisely why they kept the full details of their relationship to themselves. Blake's urges would occasionally pop up, and when the two had time to themselves, they would make the most of it.

In their dorm, Yang and Weiss are out in Vale, leaving Blake and Ruby alone. It was a good thing too since Blake's urges had come back. In the bathroom, the shower is running, but the two girls within have no intention of cleaning up. They fully intend to do the opposite. They had originally washed each other's bodies, but that thought went away quickly enough.
