Based of the unused concept of the Death Eraser from the pilot chapter of the manga and my wondering of just what kind of Shinigami would own such an object and how'd they would fit in the Shinigami Realm.

Light sits in his prison cell and ponders what he might lose in giving up his memories. Then L visits to show him.
