It was LeafPool who spoke. "Can someone explain what is happening?" LeafPool meowed, annoyance in her tone. JayFeather and BriarLight looked at each other, JayFeather having calmed down, nodded. BriarLight sighed. "You want to explain, or do you want to?" BriarLight asked, her tone gentle. "I will." JayFeather meowed, turning back to the others, he added, "4 moons ago, I received a prophecy from Half Moon. The prophecy goes: Darkness will fall if the Leafcrow, Jaylight, and Alderneedle don't happen. I'm guessing it has something to do with me, LeafPool, AlderPaw, NeedlePaw, CrowFeather, and BriarLight, but I'm not sure exactly how..." JayFeather meowed, murmuring the last part. "Now, what is everyone fighting about?" JayFeather hissed when nobody answered. "Twigpaw tried to wake you up, but BriarLight stopped her for some reason." Alderpaw meowed, shock, anger, and confusion in his tone. JayFeather looked up at BriarLight, his pale jay-blue blind eyes wide. "Why'd you do that?" JayFeather hissed, shock in his tone. "Because you need sleep, and I know you're stubborn. I didn't want to end up putting poppy seeds in your fresh-kill." BriarLight answered, her tone gentle. "I don't need sleep. I'm fine." JayFeather hissed, his tone full of annoyance. "Yes, you do, JayFeather. I know you." BriarLight hissed, annoyed. They barely heard any words, but then...they raised their tones for everyone to hear. SLEEP PARALYSIS/SLEEP DEPRIVE, OVERWORKING AND NIGHTMARES WARNING! "I. DON'T. NEED. SLEEP." JayFeather yowled, hissing. "YES, YOU DO. JAYFEATHER, PLEASE. I KNOW YOUR OVERWORKING YOURSELF BECAUSE OF THE PROPHECY, BREEZEPELT PROBABLY PLANNING TO KILL LEAFPOOL, AND HOLLYLEAF DYING EXPECTING FALLEN LEAVES KITS, AND I DON'T NEED YOU DYING FROM EXHAUSTION, BECAUSE YOUR TOO STUBBORN TO LET ANYONE HELP YOU WITH YOUR SLEEP PARALYSIS, AND YOUR NIGHTMARES!" BriarLight hissed, yowling it to the Clan. They kept hissing, now starting to growl at each other, eyes filled with rage. Everyone else turned to them, shocked. "I'm leaving camp. Don't even try following me." BriarLight hissed, turning and dragging herself out of camp. "Fine by me!" JayFeather growled as BriarLight dragged herself out of camp. JayFeather turned around, stomping angrily into his den. ~~A few moons later, before the gathering~~ "WHY CAN'T YOU EVER TELL US THE TRUTH?!" LeafPool yowled, hissing, her swollen belly swaying gently as she flicked her tail. "BECAUSE YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW!" JayFeather growled, his multi-colored tail lashing. "YES, WE DO DESERVE TO KNOW!" SquirrelFlight hissed, her claws digging in the ground. "Geez, they've been at this for hours..." Poppyfrost mewed, annoyance in her tone. Everyone watching nodded. "Brackenfur, Berrynose, and Thornclaw, let's go hunting." Poppyfrost meowed, deciding to step up and be the temporary deputy. The 3 warriors nodded. Poppyfrost sorted more hunting patrols, as well as border patrols before she left on her patrol. ~~~~4 Hours Later~~~~ "They're still arguing?!" Poppyfrost yowled, shocked. Her patrol had returned last, and everyone else nodded. "Ok, that's it! I'm having one cat go tell Willowshine and Krestelflight to see if they can stop this. I'll go tell Krestelflight, Brightheart, you go tell Willowshine." Poppyfrost meowed, Brightheart nodding. Together, the 2 she-cats padded out of camp, heading for the WindClan border. Brightheart moved on, while Poppyfrost waited for a WindClan patrol, the sun setting behind her. ~~~~At The WindClan Camp~~~~ CrowFeather's P.O.V: I sighed, shaking my head. I looked around the camp, seeing Onestar talking to his mate, Whitetail. A few tail-lengths away, Breezepelt and his mate, Heathertail were arguing about something. (Note: I was doing a Forbid loaf RP in Roblox with someone named Half'Light, but they left. :C I got a screenshot of them before they left, though! I'll add it in the next Chapter, or Authors Note! I'm also adding a dragon AU, because I've been reading Ignite on .com by TheSkyclanCat. Yes, I joined that website as Jaylight4ever. No stories on there yet, though. I can't find Warriors in the book's category. I changed my profile picture to be LightFrost, Jay and Briars future kit. Note 2: Also, I finished Ignite by TheSkyclanCat, and I really want more, or a sequel.) Probably arguing about kits again. I thought, annoyed. My thoughts went back to LeafPool, images of what could've been. I shook my head to clear it, knowing we couldn't have been. I turned to see Harespring talking to himself, Krestelflight beside him. I got up and padded over to Krestelflight, deciding to get advice on what to do. "Hey Krestelflight, can we talk...in private?" I asked, fear in my tone. Krestelflight looked up, surprised, but nodded. "What did you need, CrowFeather?" Krestelflight asked, his blue eyes staring up at him. "Well-" I began, but Harespring, the deputy called me. I sighed. "I'll tell you later. Harespring's calling me." I meowed, getting a nod from Krestelflight, I turned and padded towards Harespring. "CrowFeather, you're going to lead the sunset patrol to the ThunderClan border, you'll be taking Breezepelt, Nightcloud, and Fernpaw." Harespring meowed once CrowFeather was a few tail-lengths from him. CrowFeather nodded. ~~~~Sunset, ThunderClan border~~~~ CrowFeather led his patrol to the ThunderClan border, but he stopped on their side, seeing Poppyfrost there, by herself. "What do you want, Poppyfrost?" Crowfeather growled, the rest of his patrol standing beside him. "I need to talk to Krestelflight." Poppyfrost meowed, narrowing her eyes in annoyance. "Why?" Crowfeather asked, tilting his head in confusion. "Long story short, LeafPool, SquirrelFlight, Bramblestar, AlderPaw, JayFeather, and Briarlight have been arguing for the last few hours, and their not stopping, we tried to stop them, but they just pushed us away. It's gotten so bad that they literally might fight each other." Poppyfrost meowed, annoyance, and worry in her meow. "Me and the rest of the Clan thought that Willowshine and Krestelflight might be able to help settle their argument." Poppyfrost meowed, annoyed and worried. "You're joking, right?" CrowFeather meowed, his pale jay-blue eyes wide. Poppyfrost shook her head. "No, I'm not." Poppyfrost meowed, annoyance, and worry in her meow once again. "I'll go get Krestelflight." Fernpaw mewed, turning and running back to the WindClan camp. After what seemed like forever, Fernpaw came racing back with Krestelflight at her side, Brightheart and Willowshine close behind. "Let's go." Poppyfrost meowed once the four cats caught their breath. Before any cat could open their mouth and speak, yowls of intense anger split the anger. Hissing, I ran after Fernpaw, Breezepelt and Nightcloud following. We all burst into camp, our eyes widening at what we saw, Krestelflight, Willowshine, Brightheart, and Poppyfrost running over the fighting cats, trying to break them apart. CrowFeather stood there, frozen, watching as LeafPool, SquirrelFlight, Bramblestar, AlderPaw, JayFeather and BriarLight breaking apart, panting, their pelts covered in blood from their own injuries, or someone else's blood..."What is happening?" CrowFeather finally choked out, weakly padding over to stand beside Krestelflight, his eyes wide, a strong wave of concern for LeafPool washing over him. T.B.C...I'M SO, SO, SO, SO SORRY I HAVEN'T POSTED IN SO LONG. I'VE BEEN BUSY WITH SCHOOL, PLUS, I JOINED MUSIC CLASS WITH MY RL FRIEND, AND I'M STILL ADJUSTING TO THE NEW SCHEDULE.
