This story will take you through a girl named Angel's life in the world of RWBY. She is a girl who has never really had anyone to call friends or family... Or sometimes even a place to call home. But one day she had the chance to live her dream of becoming a huntresses and be a student at Beacon Academy where she means her new friends and fights crazy monsters and bad guys.

Yang dreams of her mother. Later, she talks to Blake about it.

There's a lot of ways to imagine Ruby and Yang's dad. I like to think "what if he was a stereotypical asian dad" and also thought "what if instead of grades, he was super strict and demanding when it came to kicking the snot out of bad guys?" A few bad hands, and a particularly poorly-made bet, and the Ice Princess finds herself entirely at Blake's mercy - not the best idea, given her mischievous kitten of a girlfriend.
