Lando was inside the barracks sitting in a chair with a cup of tea. He tasted some for the first time recently and he loved it. He would regularly spend hours practicing to get the perfect blend of tea, and he has come pretty close to achieving it, Conny said it was one of the best things he has ever drank. While Lando was sitting he was also finishing his drawing of Eren in Titan form carrying the boulder, when a captain came in and called out.

"Lando, Ackermann, Alert you are summoned."

"Never get an ounce of peace around here, it always gets shattered." Lando thought.

The three of them walked out of the barracks while everyone stared at them, they left and Armin asked.

"Why have we been summoned?"

"Court." The captain said.

Lando wasn't happy. Would he have to defend himself in court for something he did? Kenny always said when in legal trouble find the judge's family and then threaten them, Lando wasn't given time to prepare.

"What have we done?" Armin asked.

"You guys didn't do anything wrong," Captain said. "Now stop asking questions, you'll figure everything out."

The four of them got into court and it was full of people already. They were the last to arrive. Lando looked around before he saw a small man with black hair next to a tall man with blonde hair.

"Dad…" Lando thought. "I have to act natural around him…. Or well, the best I can."

With Eren.

Eren was getting escorted by a group of Scouts and Garrison soldiers.

A woman walking next to him said. "I'm Hange Zoe, a section commander in the scout regiment"

Then another man started to smell Eren.

"And this is Miche Zacharius, also a section commander," Hange said.

Eren says to the man sniffing him. "U…Ummm" he was saying.

"Oh, he always sniffs people like that when he first meets them," Hange said.

The Miche what sounded like a laugh with his nose.

"He has a habit of laughing through his nose. I doubt he means anything by it. Oddness aside, he is skilled enough to be a section commander." Hange explained.

All of them were now walking in silence before Hange says "Oops! Sorry! I just prattled on, didn't I? We're already here but…."

"No, it'll be okay! It's actually better if I don't explain!" Hange says.

The two guards then grabbed him by his arms walking him forward and Eren turned his head around saying "W-Wait…."

"It's selfish of us, but all we can do is put blind faith in you," Hange says."Good luck!"

Eren walks into the room to see a painting with people fighting on the ceiling, he then looks around to see the room filled with people captains, and civilians, and in front was a huge desk with a group of men sitting in it, and sitting on top was a judge.

"A courthouse?"Eren thought. "I was in the basement of a courthouse?"

Then the soldiers that escorted him out the barrel of his gun hitting Eren with it saying "Get moving!"

"Kneel down" One of them ordered and Eren did so.

Then they put a steel pole down with Eren cuffed to it.

Eren started looking around "What's with these people? In fact, what is this trial even about?!"

Then his eyes met three people Lando, Mikasa, and Armin

"Guys!" Eren thought.

Back with Lando.

Lando stood next to Armin and Mikasa, waiting to see what happened when they wheel in none other than Eren Jaeger. He was being followed by two soldiers with guns, they order him to kneel before putting a steel beam down and cuffing him to it.

"They knew that Mikasa would freak out if Eren was going to trial, that's why they didn't tell her what was happening. Sneaky bastards, I like these guys." Lando thought.

Lando looked over to Mikasa who was frozen and Armin was looking stressed, then Lando saw Rico who was like always.

"Shall we begin?" The Judge says.

"You are Eren Jaeger, a soldier who has sworn to give his life for the people. Is that correct?" The Judge asked.

"Yes," Eren responds.

"Given the extraordinary circumstances, this deliberation will be held as a court-martial; regular law will not apply, in other words." The Judge says. " I have full decision-making authority in this matter, which includes determining whether you should live or die."

"Large and in charge." Lando thought.

"Any objections?" The Judge asked

"No, sir," Eren says.

"Your astuteness is appreciated. I'll get right to the point. As expected, concealing your existence has proven impossible. Unless we publicly disclose your existence in one fashion or another we risk the outbreak of a new non Titan threat. It falls to me to decide which regiment should take charge of you. The Military Police Regiment….Or the Scout Regiment."

Lando looked at his father who didn't even spare him a glance, it did hurt a little bit he wished he could tell him everything but Kenny told him not to. And Lando was too loyal to the man to break his promise to him, so he had to wait till Levi figured it out.

"Now let's hear what the Military Police Regiment proposes." The Judge says.

"Yes, Sir. I, Nile Dawk, Commander of the Military Police, offer the following proposal. We believe that, after a thorough examination of Erens body, he should be disposed of immediately." Nile said.

"That's a little extreme, don't you wanna figure out what he can do with the Titan power, maybe he could at least be cannon fodder." Lando thought.

"It's true that his Titan ability helped thwart this latest incursion. However, his existence is now stirring up rebellious ideas as well. As such, after he's provided us with as much information as possible, he will be made a fallen warrior of humanity." Nile said.

Then what looked like a priest yelled.

"There's no need!" The Priest yelled "He is vermin that has defiled and infiltrated the walls built by God's great wisdom! He should be killed at once!"

"Those wall cult guys always crack me up," Lando thought.

"Pastor Nick, please remain quiet," Nile said.

"Next let us hear the Scout Regiment's idea." The Judge says.

"Yes, Sir," Erwin said. " I, Erwin Smith, 13th Commander of the Scout Regiment, offer the following proposal."

"We intended to accept Eren as an official member of the Scout Regiment and utilize his Titan ability to retake Wall Maria. That is all." Erwin explains.

"So they will use him for cannon fodder." Lando thought.

"Hmm, that's all?" The Judge asked.

"Yes, Sir," Erwin says.

"With his help, we reclaim Wall Maria. I believe it is clear what our utmost priority should be." Erwin tells.

"I see." The Judge says. "Tell me where would you launch this operation?"

"Pyxis, the Wall has been completely sealed in Trost District, correct?" The Judge says.

"Yes. I doubt its gate will ever open again" Pyxis said.

"We hope to depart Calaneth District, to the east. From there we would approach Shigansima by establishing a new route from scratch." Erwin finished.

"Just a damn minute! Shouldn't we be sealing all the gates now?! The gates are the only part the Colossal Titan can break! If we can just reinforce them we'll never get attacked again!" A merchant yelled.

"Shut up you merchant dog! With Titan's help, we can return to Wall Maria!" A Scout yelled.

"We can't put up with any more of your childish heroics!" Another merchant yelled.

"These people are wearing me out, all this noise." Lando thought.

"You have a big mouth of you, swine," Levi said.

"Thanks for getting them to shut up Dad." Lando thought.

"What guarantee is there that the Titans will kindly wait while we bolster the gates? When we say we you mean the friends you're protecting so you can fatten yourselves up. Are you pigs blind to the people who struggle to survive off what little land is left?" Levi said.

"Dad seemed to have experience with merchants before." Lando thought.

"I'm just saying that all we have to do is seal the gates if we want to live!" The merchant yelled.

Then Pastor Nick yelled at the merchant.

"Hold your tongue you miscreant! You would suggest that humans meddle with Wall Rose, a gift from god?! That wall is a divine miracle that transcended human understanding!"

"It's their fault….it took so long to arm the tops of the walls," Armin says.

Lando was annoyed by this.

"They have that much support and power now. They're a bad sort." Rico says.

"I don't understand politics, one man should rule without question a lot of stuff could get done faster."

"What is the man that rules is insane?" Armin says.

"There are downsides to everything I guess.." Lando says.

The merchant and Priest were arguing before the Judge slams his gavel down, getting everyone's attention.

"Order." He says. "I ask that you save your personal sentiments for another venue. I wish to make certain of something, Mr. Jaeger. As a soldier, can you continue to serve humanity by controlling your Titan ability?"

"Yes, Sir! I can!" Eren says.

"Oh?" The Judge says.

"But it says here in this report about the Trost battle you tried to eat Lando, after he dodged it you then swung your fists at him and Mikasa Ackermann." The Judge says.

Lando looked at Mikasa who was shell-shocked then looked at Rico with disdain. Lando looked over at Eren and he was staring at him and Mikasa.

"What, do you expect me to lie in a report?" Rico says. "Hiding this fact wouldn't do humanity any good."

"And who is Lando and Mikasa Ackermann?" The Judge asks.

"I am Mikasa, Sir." Mikasa said.

Lando just raised his hand.

"You two huh?" The Judge says. "Is it true that Jaeger, in Titan form, attacked you?"

"It's in Eren's best interest that you answer honestly," Rico whispers.

"Yes. It is true." Mikasa said.

"And you Lando?" The Judge asks.

"It's true," Lando says.

Eren has the thousand-yard stare.

"I tried to kill Mikasa and Lando?!" Eren thought."Me?!"

"However…" Mikasa says. "He also saved my life on two prior occasions while in Titan form."

"The first time just as I was about to fall into the hands of a Titan, he intervened and protected me. The second time he protected Armin, me, and Lando from a bombardment. I ask that you take these facts into consideration as well." Mikasa said.

"Just a minute!" Nile said. "I believe that her testimony is also very driven by personal feelings. It should be noted that Mikasa lost her parents at a young age and was taken in by the Jaeger family."

"She is kinda like me. My family was killed and then taken in by another, but in her case, it was a loving family. I got turned into a cold-blooded killer who helped one of the most dangerous men on the planet kill people." Lando thought.

"What's more, our own investigation into this matter led us to a most surprising discovery. Eren Jaeger and Mikasa Ackermann at the age of nine, stabbed and killed three adult robbers." Nile said.

Gasps were heard all across the room.

"How do you let a nine-year-old kill you?" Lando thought but then he remembered he killed the men who killed his mom at eight so he dropped it.

"Even if it was self-defense we cannot help but question his basic humanity. Should we really place personnel and funds in his hands, not to mention the very fate of humanity?!" Nile said.

Then chatter was heard all around the room.

'Her too!" a merchant said pointing at Mikasa "I bet she's not human at all!"

"Yeah! We should dissect her just to be safe!" Another yelled.

"Hold on!" Eren yelled. "I might be a monster but she has nothing to do with this! Nothing at all!"

"Like we can believe you!" One yelled.

"It's the truth!" Eren yelled.

Eren got into an argument with almost everyone here it seemed before the room quieted down and Eren said.

"No..it's not like that. But you're all using speculation to push your own selfish agendas! In fact…none of you have ever seen a Titan, so why are you so afraid?!" Eren said.

"Oh no he's is going to argue with them again and it won't end well." Lando thought "Show time."

Lando raised his hand. He didn't wanna yell, he hated loud noises so it would be hypocritical of him to yell, but sometimes he has to.

The Judge slammed down his gavel again, getting order in the court.

"Cadet Lando has something to say." The Judge says.

"I would also like to say that Eren did complete the mission he was given," Lando said. "And Mikasa did say that he saved my life, which is true. And he also tried to kill me and Mikasa. That is also Judge, can you pull up the report about me during the battle of Trost?" Lando asked.

The Judge did so.

"Cadet Lando no last name, he may be the only reason we won the battle of Trost he almost single handedly escorted Eren while using his Titan to carry the boulder to the wall. He has 36 confirmed Titan kills, could very well be the future of humanity" The Judge reads.

"Now if I can kill 36 Titans shouldn't I be able to kill Eren's Titan?" Lando said. "I'll be honest I was going to kill him after he tried to eat me if Captain Ian ordered me not to."

Levi took this opportunity to walk over to Eren as everyone watched he kicked him in the face and a tooth slid across the floor he then kicked Eren in the stomach then started beating Eren in front of everyone.

Mikasa's mouth was wide open in shock before she started to run over to Eren, but Lando reacted faster, throwing her to the ground before grabbing her arms so she couldn't get up.

"Do you not understand what he is doing?" Lando said. "Of course you don't because you only think about Eren and yourself, just watch."

Eren's head was on the floor bleeding out of his nose, mouth, and forehead.

"My personal belief is that pain is the best tool for teaching discipline. What you need now is to be taught a lesson not given a talking to. And you happen to be in the perfect kicking position." Levi said as he started kicking Eren again.

Mikasa was trying her best to get over to Eren but Lando had her pinned to the ground she couldn't move.

"Wait, Levi!" Nile said.

Levi had his boot resting on Eren's face.

"What?" Levi asked.

"That's dangerous," Nile said. "What if he gets mad and turns into a Titan?"

Levi kicks Eren again in the face

"Don't be silly," Levi said as he grabbed Eren by his hair showing his beaten face. "You guys are going to dissect him, aren't you? When he was transformed he apparently managed to kill twenty Titans before running out of strength. As an enemy, his intelligence makes him all the more dangerous. Even so, I could handle him just fine. But could you? Whoever intends to torment him better think long and hard. Can you actually kill him?"

Erwin raised his hand saying "Sir. I have a proposition."

"What is it?" The Judge asks.

"Eren's Titan ability includes too many uncertainties which pose an ever-present danger. As such, we will place Eren under Captain Levi's supervision, and conduct a recon mission outside the wall."

"With Eren accompanying you?" The Judge asks.

"Yes, Sir," Erwin said."Based on the results of said mission, you can decide if Eren has control over his Titan ability and if his existence is of benefit to humankind."

"Supervising, Eren Jaeger. Huh…." The Judge says."Can you do this, Levi?"

"Oh, I can most definitely kill him. The real problem is that there's no middle ground." Levi said.

Mikasa gasped at that.

"I've reached my decision." The Judge says. "The Scouts will get Eren Jaeger."

Lando finally let Mikasa go but they wouldn't let her near Eren anyway.

Levi walked over to Lando.

"Thanks for keeping that stupid brat from ruining it all," Levi says.

"You're welcome, she is a pain to deal with but she can kill Titans with the best of them so she is worth keeping around," Lando said.

Levi nodded before walking away.

"Jeez, that brat looks like me a little too much for my liking." Levi thought.

End of Chapter 24

I'm back from my trip and while there I thought of a few more Naruto fanfiction ideas that I might do.

1. A missionary that is an Uchiha, that comes from a place called Heaven's Gate but is kidnapped by Iwa and forced to train at the age of 5 and becomes a General at the age of 9. He fails a battle and the Iwakage is so angry with his failure that he sets him ablaze and throws him down a cannon, but he survives and is now known as the Burned Man.

2. Kakashi has a child with an Uchiha and he raises his kid alone.

3. Obito has a kid so his priorities change and he fights all of the Akatsuki he dies in the process but his last words are for his son to go to Konoha and live a happy life there.

4. An OC like this one but will be heavily inspired by Ken Kanaki.
