Chapter 27

At the high school…

She walked with confidence.

Mochi wasn't afraid anymore, she smiled and said hi to those around her but still insisted that they keep their comment to themselves. "I don't want to hear it unless you mean it!" she snapped at the boys. "And if every one of you is saying the same thing to me, I won't take ANY of you seriously… besides, you wouldn't want to do that, Hoshi and I are serious!" she said.

It knocked the wind out of most of their sails on that, but she saw the look in the eyes of others. Those who like to cause trouble and wouldn't be afraid to get a little messy if needed.

But today, it wasn't the boys she had to be fearful of, let alone be more aware of their presences, but the girls were now eyeing her like prey.

"Ooo rattled the hive!"

She giggled as Hoshi came up beside her. They walked side by side but the glares only intensified. "I think you are a hot item around here," She whispered to Hoshi.

"I am more than aware of that, so are the brothers. However, the thing is, the girls are getting a little… how do I say… pushy?" he said offhandedly. "Its one thing to throw yourself at someone it's another to have them grab your hand and force it on their breasts is another!"

Mochi froze and peered at him oddly. "That happened to you!?" she demanded.

"At least twice." He said. "The females around here are a little… cringy," he whispered.

She nodded, so, for the time being, her hand slipped into his as they walked the halls. He smile to it, as did she.

But soon, they had to be separated for class.

It was a typical lesson, nothing new, but she was more than aware of the girls staring and whispering about her throughout the lesson. When the bell rang, she went with her instinct and remained seated, since, after all, none of the other girls had left yet.

"Something the matter?" She asked.

SLAM

One girl came up and slammed her hand on the desk. "I don't care who you are, who your brother is or anything. But, someone like you, should know when a man is out of their league!" she protested.

Mochi paused. "Oh? I'll keep that in mind then," she said and smiled.

"Are you stupid?!" she snapped back. "You're dating one of the forbidden three!"

'Forbidden three?' she thought.

"The Fushiguro triplets… they need to be with someone of a more… interesting and vital pedigree, don't you?"

Mochi thought it over for a moment. "Well, do THEY want that for themselves?" she asked.

The girl backed up a little in shock. "What the hell are you saying!?"

"Is that what they told YOU that they wanted?" she asked again. "If I didn't know any better, I would say that they have yet to speak as to who they prefer or have a type. Hoshi asked me, so, I don't see the problem you have with me."

The girls went pale white.

However, the one before her turned red with rage.

"You little bitch! You have no idea what kind of family I come from!" she protested.

As she turned her back, she heard the girl mutter. "Typical monkey"

"Typical monkey am I?" Mochi asked aloud.

This got the girls to pause for a moment. "So what, you heard me!"

"Yes, but that kind of talk isn't associated with those who go to a school like this… what's wrong… couldn't make it in the other private schools? I know of the two in Tokyo and Kyoto" she said fearlessly.

The girl froze. She nudged her head to the door as half of them left. Her rage was not subsiding the least bit. "Look here!"

"NO, YOU look here!" Mochi snapped back. "And don't speak to me as if I am a human. I'm a sorcerer too, bitch!"

The room froze. "What…"

"You forgot my family name already… you must remember my brother Rook… Gojo… ring a bell?" she asked.

Then, the bully went white in the face. "Gojo…" her minions were in whispers about it too.

"Better still, we are only using our father's name, but my real last name… is Tooru" she said proudly.

That made them back up in fear.

"So, that being explained, let's set some ground rules. Leave me alone. I leave you alone. You send those with no curse energy at me, I will be sure that YOU pay the price for their actions. And rest assured… I can be very much like my father when needed and twice as petty as my uncle!"

However. They looked utterly confused. "Uncle?" they whispered and muttered.

Of course, jujutsu sorcerers know everything about the clans who have the most power. All know that Mochi's mother should be the last Tooru minus the children… but not many are aware of her aunt who was brought back nor the man she married!

She left the classroom without incident, however she has a feeling, despite the warning given, it won't be the end of it.

"Seriously… up the shirt, pass the cup!"

"Please, can we not talk about this!"

It was lunch, apparently, Mochi wasn't the only one having some troubles today. Rook was stating that the girls are not leaving him alone, they are getting overly flirty with him. "The creepy thing is, it's the sorcerer chicks! They think just because my last name is Gojo that I have curse energy. But they also know mom is a Tooru and they think I am just 'hiding' it." He snickered.

"I don't have that option…" muttered Shin. "Still, GAH! Don't these women have better things to do than to throw themselves at us?"

"Please, you got it easy, do you have any idea how many try to grab my ass?" demanded Daku.

"We ought to have a contest." Muttered Kiyoshi.

"How are things on your end?" Mochi asked of him.

"Nothing really to report, I do get hit on as well, but not to the extent you guys are dealing with… honestly, not complaining the least bit!" he laughed.

"Lucky bastard" came out of the triplets.

"How about the ladies? Are you okay?" Rook asked.

Mochi nodded. "Some girls tried to intimidate me because I am 'with Hoshi' right now. The girls are calling the Fushiguro boys "The Forbidden three" Thinking I am below him and out of his league." She explained between mouthfuls.

"Tsk, if anything, I can see my mom trying to interfere and hook us up or something… mom like to meddle. That's also because she likes grandchildren…"

"TMI, and too soon!" scolded Rook. "But really sis?"

"Same with us, we're getting attention and the ladies don't like it." Explained Nisha. "Mortals don't quite understand what goes on around them is simply not worth dreading or fighting over. Besides, they are only at that age now where they are just starting to notice mates…"

Her brothers nodded.

Rook snorted a laugh as did Shin. Kiyoshi rolled his eyes to it all. "I think I understand why dad was a loner, a lot less drama," Kiyoshi stated.

"There are good and bad aspects to that too Kiyoshi." Shin said.

"Less drama, sounds good to me!" said Rook.

Lunch was rather peaceful, and yet, there was something bothering Mochi. Those girls… she felt she made a mistake in telling them who she was.

"Sis?" asked Shin.

"I think I should have kept my mouth shut…" she said offhandedly. She explained to her brothers about the girls and her family name… both of them. At the same time, she is concerned. "Girls can be more petty than boys, I am concerned this is going to bite us." She said.

"Let them come," Rook said offhandedly as shoved the rest of his lunch into his mouth. "We've beaten everyone that has come our way!"

"I am sure mom would say not to, Dad would say yes, Pops, insists only in self defense for mom's sake. Oji, scorched earth policy" said Shin.

"He's not wrong on Oji's notion!" laughed Rook.

"We should be more careful from this moment on," said Hoshi. "Mochi is right, something may come of this… but it's best we prepare, right?"

The others agreed.

"Let's see if those chick like to cluck!" Rook said and smirked.
