In Ben's house, Lee, Clementine, Bucky, and Ben are staring around the house. Lee looked around. They're in the living room now. It was very messy, and it has a couch with a TV against the wall. Bucky saw a picture on the desk. It was Ben's family photo, with his parents and his sister, who look about 10 and 11. Ben decided to call his family to see if they were at home or not.

Ben: I'm home! Mom? Dad? Melody? Hello? Anyone here?

Bucky: Hello, we're here to send Ben here!

Lee: If anybody's here, we're not going to hurt you!

Bucky asked while looking around if anybody else was around, but no one answered or showed up as well. Bucky looked at Ben, who just seemed beyond scared. He seemed terrified and sad. Bucky lifts his knee and tries his best to put his hand on Ben's shoulder since Ben is way taller than Bucky, but with no success, so Bucky pats Ben's back instead.

Bucky: Come on, Ben. You can't lose hope; they must be around somewhere. Right?

Ben: Maybe…

Ben's voice was glum, which concerned Bucky. Lee was about to comfort them when a small crashing noise made the three males turn around quickly. Clementine was opening cabinet doors in the kitchen, and one of the plates fell down. Clementine looks at the boys and apologizes.

Clementine: I'm sorry. I thought I saw something moving, so I checked, and a plate just fell down, but luckily I didn't get hurt.

Lee runs to Clementine and checks on her to make sure she didn't get hurt. While The boys took a deep breath as they thought the walker had just broken into the house.

Lee: I'm glad you're not hurt, but Clem, if you saw something suspicious, just tell me next time, okay?

Clementine: Okay.

Then Bucky looked at Ben and suggested

Bucky: How about we search the place? Maybe your family is just hiding or something.

Ben: Guys, If you don't mind, I think I'd rather go look for them myself.

Ben said meekly:

Lee: By yourself? No way am I letting you go out on your own! Who knows what kind of bad thing could be waiting for you inside this house?

Ben: But Lee, this is my house, my family. I have to do this. Just me.

This is something I have to do.

Just then, Lee almost opened his mouth to say something, but Bucky got into the conversation.

Ben: He's right; I think he should go by himself. This is his house, after all.

Lee: What?!

Lee was shocked, looking at both of them like they were crazy. It's okay if Bucky sides with Ben, but this is getting ridiculous.

Lee: You're kidding me, right? I can't leave him alone! He's just a kid!

Bucky: He's not a kid anymore. He's 18 now.

Lee: What?

Bucky: His 18th birthday was yesterday. So can you let him do it on his own, Lee?

Lee signed in disbelief and said,

Lee: He's maybe 18, but that doesn't mean he's the most stable person right now.

Ben begged.

Ben: Please, Lee, I promise I'll be careful.

Lee clenched his fist in anger as he was just about to make some sense to Ben, but then Clementine held his right hand, and Lee looked at her. Clementine's sad expression shows that Lee knows too well that she wanted Lee to let Ben do it on his own. Lee let out a sigh of defeat.

Lee: Okay, I'll let you go on your own. But just be careful, okay?

Ben: I hear you, man. Thanks. You guys can wait here.

Ben said, and she gave him a weak smile before trailing towards the dark upstairs. Lee watched carefully as Ben went upstairs slowly. When Lee was sure he was out of earshot, he turned to Bucky, giving him a glare.

Lee: Bucky, Why did you agree with this? I know you and Ben are good friends, but this isn't what you had to agree to.

Bucky: I know, but like I said, this is his house after all. It's something he should do himself.

Lee: You know how messed up he is! Leaving him alone for one second is dangerous! What if something bad happened to him, you know?

Bucky: I know, Lee.

Clementine then looked at Lee and said,

Clementine: Is Ben going to be okay?

Lee: I don't know, Clem. But let's wait for him.

Clementine: Okay.

Then Lee, Bucky, and Clementine sat on the couch to wait for Ben. Clementine looked at Bucky and said,

Clementine: Ben's birthday was yesterday.

Bucky: Yup, and why do you ask, Clem?

Clementine: Because my birthday was 7 days ago.

Lee was surprised by Clementine's reply.

Lee: 7 days ago? So that means…

Clementine: I'm nine years old now.

Bucky: Really? You should've told us about that because I can say Happy Birthday to you, Clem.

Clementine: Thanks, but it's too late to celebrate now.

Bucky:Ah, come on, Clem. It's not too late to celebrate your birthday. Once we reach Norrisville, I'm getting you and Ben a birthday sundae cake at PJ McFlubbusters, if they're still open.

Lee: PJ McFlubbusters? I've never heard of it.

Bucky: It's a friendly family restaurant that's only available in Norrissville. It serves pizza, chicken wings, hamburgers, and ice cream. It also has arcade games, bumper cars, and karaoke. It can also give you free birthday sundae cakes on your birthday only.

Lee: Bucky, you're making me hungry by just listening to you.

Bucky: Sorry about that, but don't worry. We will get to Norrissville once we're done.

Then Bucky stood out from the couch and said:

Bucky: We should go get Ben. He's been gone for awhile now.

Lee: Well… Okay then.

Lee said, giving the blonde boy one last look before heading towards the upstairs, where the rooms were. There's a four-door on the second floor. Clementine went ahead of them and peeked into the bedroom that belongs to a little girl and the other room, which turned out to be the bathroom. Lee checked on the other room, which turned out to be a bedroom with a single bed and other stuff that belongs to a teenage boy; it's possible it must be Ben's room. Meanwhile, Bucky checked the one adjacent to it. Then Bucky opened the door and saw Ben standing there. Lee and Clementine came along as well. As they looked around in the room, it was a master bedroom and had a few dry blood spots. Lee knows that the blood wasn't Ben's since it's been here for a long time.

Clementine: That smells.

Bucky: Hey Ben. Sorry for coming here, but we had to check on you to see if you were okay.

Ben didn't respond to Bucky at all. Lee notices something on Ben's hand. It was a pink teddy bear covered in dry blood.

Lee: Umm… Ben? Is that a teddy bear you're holding?

Ben still didn't respond, but instead he dropped to his knees and cried.

Ben: No, no, this can't be!

Lee: Ben?

Lee, Clementine, and Bucky walked to Ben, and they saw something very shocking in front of them. It was the corpse of his family. Ben's dad got bitten on the cheek and had a knife stabbed in his jaw, while his mom got her skin, brain, and intestines ripped off. Lastly, Ben's sister, Melody, who looked like a walker laying on the bed covered in dry blood, had dry blood on her teeth and lips, and her head and chest were stabbed.

Lee: Oh god.

Bucky: Ben, don't look.

Ben: My family, they're dead! And I didn't even have a chance to say goodbye to them!

Bucky then hugged Ben and let Ben's face sink into his shoulder to cry.

Bucky: I know Ben. I know.

Ben then heard a female whisper again, which made him look around in fear.

Whisper: Come on, my chaos... Come out now.

Ben: Who's there?!

Bucky: What?

Then suddenly, something came out of Ben's body. It was a purple mist that stank.

Lee: What the fuck?

Then Ben pushed Bucky away from him and suddenly felt a bit of pain as he held his head with his hand and was surrounded by a purple mist, and Ben's eyes suddenly glowing yellow with tears in his eyes.

Ben: Ple... please... get away from me.

Bucky was then just about to walk to Ben.

Bucky: Ben?!

Ben suddenly lashed out at Bucky with his monstrous voice.

Ben: I SAID GET AWAY FROM ME!

Ben yelled at them so loudly that Bucky backed away from him. Lee, Clementine, and Bucky suddenly witnessed Ben's skin slowly turning green, having sharp claws burst out of his shoes, and growing even taller as well. Lee knew what happened next and told the two kids to get out of the house fast.

Lee: Oh no! Get out of the house now!

Bucky and Clementine listened to Lee as they ran upstairs. As they managed to get out of the stairs, they heard aggressive cracking sounds; it was the ceiling suddenly cracking. Lee, Bucky, and Clementine ran to the front door, and they managed to get out of the house. As they were already outside Ben's house, the wall of Ben's front home was busted open with purple smoke and rubble bursting out everywhere, making Lee, Clementine, and Bucky cover their faces and duck to dodge the rubble. As they opened their eyes, they saw Ben in monster form again.

Stanked Ben: RRROOOOOOAAARRRR!

Lee: Ah shit. Here we go again. (CJ from the GTA SA reference)

Stanked Ben's form is enough to make Clementine shriek with earsplitting screams of fear. Lee and Bucky then looked around and saw the horde of walkers coming this way.

Bucky: Walkers! Incoming!

Then Lee grabbed Clementine's arm, and the three of them ran for their lives. As Lee, Bucky, and Clementine run from Stanked Ben as Stanked Ben begins to rampage through his own neighborhood, killing some of the walkers and destroying a few houses, lamp posts, fences, etc., the Sorceress suddenly appears on another rooftop house 10 feet away from Stanked Ben.

The Sorceress: Hehehehehehehehehe, my chaos is back. Ninja! Do you think you can get rid of my new power just like that? This one is different from my old power from the past! No matter how much you turn your friend back to normal, my new power won't leave his body. Prepare for suffering, Ninja!

The scene shows The Sorceress had a flashback that shows that 28 hours ago, the purple stank somehow got through Ben's mind, which gave Ben a headache (Back in the Chapter: The Honkin Boat). So the sorceress can track him wherever he goes.

A/N: Update for purple stank

"Purple stank cannot leave its victim's bodies, no matter how much Ninja de-stanks them. Even if some of the purple stank can leave, a few of them still stay, and they can still grow through their strong negative emotions and go through the victim's mind. That's why it can only be used on one victim and cannot be used again unless..."
