With Lincoln staying with me, I, in my 20's, have yet to call for legal documents to sign for me to be one of Lincoln's legal guardians, but it still gives me the advantage to introduce Lincoln to several cultures and ideas that many in the live-action world are capable of, which Loud House/Casagrandes characters might themselves be capable of. In the last chapter, I said I'd take Lincoln with me to tour Visalia, and maybe some other nearby communities, incorporated or unincorporated.
Outside of Visalia, I've been to Ivanhoe, Tulare, Exeter, Farmersville, and other ones. Though they don't have TOO much to offer, especially in terms of how I need to recall the proper layout of the communities, I might leave them out in some way. Maybe they could be visited offscreen. Maybe I could learn to describe some of the houses of some of my dad's cousins and family that live in Ivanhoe.
If you recall previous concepts I made on Wattpad, you might recall how I included YouTube videos that showcased what attractions are at Visalia like Adventure Park, Roller Towne, and Bowlero. Lincoln might consider Adventure Park the Hole-in-Onederland/Gus's Game and Grub of Visalia. One place we could stop at for lunch one day is In-N-Out Burger. Whatever item you think Lincoln could get you could figure out from looking at images of the menu.
My order could be a hamburger(protein style with no cheese), french fries, and a lemon-up, which is a mix between lemonade and 7-Up. Sometime after ordering, I would tell a curious Lincoln about the secret menu. If you're familiar with In-N-Out, you might be familiar with not only the menu they have but also the history of Harry and Esther Snyder creating the restaurant in 1948 and seemingly having invented the first drive-thru and the two-way speaker system, as well as how their descendants have been running the company, how they have a school called In-N-Out University, how they transport their food to the stores, and how they make their food without ever freezing or microwaving them. I would tell Lincoln about all that and show him a YouTube playlist that I actually made in real life that could help explain what In-N-Out is and always us, and the changes it went through.
Fair reminder. I'm not trying to advertise for In-N-Out. If there are secret menu items that you feel would best suit Lincoln, leave a comment down below. Now, there are other things to do besides just In-N-Out, like a trip to the Visalia Mall. In it are several stores, like Macy's(formerly Gottschalks) and JCPenney as its anchor stores, Starbucks(formerly The Sweet Factory), Auntie Anne's, GNC, Old Navy, and Red Robin. At the food court are SubWay(once Hot Dogs on a Stick), Wetzel's Pretzels, someplace that used to be a Dairy Queen Orange Julius, Triangle Burgers(once McDonald's), and a few others. Again, you could look up the mall yourself to get more info.
Visalia has a lot of things besides just fast-food chains and shopping centers. It, like Royal Woods, and several other similar communities, has suburbs, original places, farms, and many other sightseeing attractions. Famous people like Kevin Costner actually went to Mount Whitney High School during his informative years. Back to the point, throughout the journey in Visalia with Lincoln, I'd take pictures and post them on social media, which would actually give an advantage for all his friends/family back in Royal Woods. An advantage that'll pay off in later chapters.
Bonus note, In-N-Out is building a second restaurant on Riggin Avenue and Rd 124 and has opened not only a new distribution center in Colorado Springs but three new restaurants as well. One in Aurora, another in Lone Tree, and the remaining one in Colorado Springs as well. You can look at all the videos about it on YouTube yourself. ;)
