Sometime after leaving Lake Kaweah in the eastern direction, Lincoln and I head to a house belonging to a relative of mine in a community called Three Rivers. I won't namedrop him until I ask if they're okay with it and get permission. I will say that the two of us would then practice our first time riding horses. Now, I don't know if you know this, but Three Rivers has a horse ranch owned by the legendary Canadian actor William Shatner, the original James T. Kirk. I'd take Lincoln there with me to practice some horseback riding if it's okay with Shatner.

Now, if you recall the two episodes called "Feast or Family" and "A Dark and Story Night", you might remember Lincoln being portrayed as some kind of cowboy. I decided to add this in the narrative by telling Lincoln about there being a horse ranch in Three Rivers owned by Shatner. The two of us, as long as it's alright with him, would get some horses and take them for a ride. Of course, while riding, I'd notice two familiar cartoon characters riding on horses as well, trying to look for Lincoln and me. Benjamin Stein and his romantic partner, and one of Lincoln's older sisters, Luan.

If you recall chapter 2, then I will say that there are some things I want to add in. Like Luan Loud recalling her pranks from every of the April Fools Day episodes and feeling terrible about all of them for once. Like Lincoln, her own misdeeds come back to haunt her, and she actually talks about it, kind of breaking down like Lori. Luan thinks of leaving Royal Woods as well to either find another town and life to try out or join Lincoln in exile. Yet, some people, feeling sorry for her since she's regretting her pranks, actually comfort her. I'm thinking of making Benny one of them.

Back in the present day, my eyes widen upon seeing Luan and Benny, who I wonder if it's okay for me to nickname Ben, and I ride one of Shatner's horses somewhere, dragging Lincoln with me. We ride throughout the local valley kind of like some of the western movies of the old Golden Age of Hollywood. The western movies starring John Wayne, an iconic legend in many regards. The craziest part of this is that it's me and Lincoln's first time riding on horseback at all. Just like the cowboys of the wild west.

Sometime after returning the horses to Shatner, I'd take Lincoln with me back to my relative's place, fast enough for Luan and Benny to not notice me, thus keeping me able to keep my associations with them a secret. The secret will get out eventually, even though you'll have to wait for several chapters. I might consider dragging it out. Now, my inspiration for that comes from Lincoln Gets Limber. Over the course of that chapter, Lincoln and Girl Jordan were tasked with a geography assignment. A project that the author, Just4FunFiction, dragged out for a large number of chapters. I might do a similar thing.
