Keldor and Metal Alice walked onto the bridge of the Arrowhead. "Well, look who decided to return.", Cuborg remarked. "Where've you been all day?"

"Continuing to work on my project.", Keldor answered him. "Admittedly, that's not as exciting as whatever you were working on. Swagcells, was it?"

"You're remarkably well-informed.", Ignoblia noted. "Indeed, Cuborg unleashed his Swagcells earlier with the intent of overpowering the Rangers. But they managed to push past Red getting injured by accident and acquired both a new Zord and a new Ranger, who managed to take down one Swagcell each."

Two Swagcells then entered the room. "But with some respite, our gang's back in action./We're ready to put that Orange Ranger in traction!"

"Ahh, so it was an Orange Ranger.", Keldor commented with faked shock as he gave Cuborg a noogie - in actuality, using the Anima Arm to absorb his memories of the two Swagcells. "Well, it's just our luck that we now have more Rangers to deal with." He then placed the hand on Ignoblia's head to read her memories, managing to do so as she pulled away.

"What are you up to?", Archris asked.

"Oh nothing.", Keldor lied. "But perhaps I should set about modifying my plans in accordance with this new information." He and Metal Alice then turned and left the room. "An Orange Ranger? I've certainly never heard of there being one of those before."

"Nonetheless, there is at least one example.", Metal Alice informed him as she brought up footage on her tablet. "After the Dino Fury Rangers acquired the power of the Cosmic Orbs to battle the Naire family's corporate army under Lord Zedd, an Orange Ranger was added to their ranks."

Keldor observed the footage on the tablet, getting intrigued when it showed footage of the Naire army. "Wait a minute, rewind ten seconds and freeze." Alice complied, showing a shot of several members of the army, one of which appeared to be a human, but Keldor was more invested in the female standing next to him. "That's… Ignoblia."

"A member of the same species, certainly.", Metal Alice insisted. She then played footage of the same alien being destroyed by the Gold Ranger. "After all, this subject is deceased and her records identify her as Jadana. An employee of Squid Ink Incorporated."

"A member of the same species who looks exactly alike her?", Keldor snapped at her. "And there's been no opportunity for Ignoblia to be working for two galactic conquerors at the same time within a few decades. Especially not under two separate identities." He then had an idea. "If we're to call her out and discover who she really is, then we need to steal Ignoblia's latest project now. We're moving up the timetable."

Metal Alice merely nodded at this. "I see."

Down on Earth, Luke and the 5 Animen had returned to the zoo house. "Oh, you're back so soon?", Grandma Rose commented. But then she noticed the elephant in the room that wasn't Trunks. "Where's Johnny?"

"That's the bad news.", Luke was the first to speak up. "Not only did those monsters beat us up, but Johnny went off our radar not long ago. And his leg was injured too."

"Well we know he can't have gotten too far away.", Tora pointed out. "He's just not answering his Morpher right now, which is what's worrying."

Lenny then had a horrifying thought. "Hey, what if those rapping freaks got him?"

"They didn't." Everyone turned around to see a mysterious new Ranger, who looked identical to Johnny's but in Orange, carry Johnny into the room and put him down. "I made sure he was safe."

"So that's the Orange Ranger Johnny mentioned seeing earlier.", Sir Caesar realised.

"Just a minute, pal.", Trunks interjected. "How do we know you're not out to hurt Johnny yourself? Who even are you?"

The Orange Ranger sighed. "Guess there's little point playing up a mystery." He then reverted to normal, revealing…

"Jeremy!", Marina gasped. "But how? I thought you'd lost your own Primal Power when you warped to Earth."

"So did I.", Jeremy assured her. "But then again, I suppose I've known I'd always have some way to become a Ranger, ever since the day I decided to leave Cubalia."

"Ah yes, that's something I'm curious about.", Sir Caesar interjected. "What exactly prompted you to leave for Earth with your friends in the first place? And why didn't you tell anyone?"

Jeremy sighed. "If you want to know all of that, then settle in. We'll be here a while."

As you probably know, I came from the tribe known as the Sky People, who are able to inhabit areas that can't be traversed on foot due to our wings. Naturally, that invited some jealousy from the other land based tribes, who saw us as arrogant. Within the Sky People, I am one of the Ironbeak Clan, some of the greatest warriors in Cubalia's history. Every day, the clan has trained its members in the art of using a Chain Saber to do battle, to the point we've never known any other way of life. And I was content with this for the first 15 years since I hatched.

But then one day, our village was visited by the leader of all Animen, the Great Elder. I was so excited that, without thinking, I abandoned my training for one day purely so I could see him in the flesh. And surprisingly, he didn't seem surprised. He merely came up and invited me into his sanctum. It was there, he spoke to me.

"Young Ironbeak, yours is a greater destiny than to be another swordsman. When the time comes, you shall receive the power necessary to aid in the safety of not just our world of Cubalia, but the ancestral world of Earth. But such a destiny cannot be achieved here."

And so, I decided to leave home and join the Planetary Guardians, which was accepted as a worthy use of our sword style. Here, I quickly rose up through the ranks, because prior to the formal combat training, I'd spent every day of my life learning to fight.

"I know.", Marina commented bitterly. "It was annoying to know that as good as I was, you'd always be better."

"Believe me, you were always the best of us at the training.", Jeremy assured her. "My knowing two styles was always a problem, since I couldn't adapt to the new one as well, meaning I had to rely on my own skills with the sword to compensate."

"Don't think like that." Everyone turned around to see that Johnny had regained consciousness. "I'd say you just ended up creating your own mixed style."

"Johnny, you're awake!", Tora exclaimed with relief as she went over to hug him. "How much of the story did you hear?"

"Everything since the Elder appeared.", was Johnny's answer. "And now I'm wondering what animal he descended from."

"A tortoise.", Trunks answered him. "And yes, he is pretty old. His grandfather was around in the days of Jonas and Centitrax."

"If we can get back to the tale.", Sir Caesar coughed.

"Thank you.", Jeremy said before resuming his tale.

One day, the Elder came to visit me in my cabin. With a message. "Young Ironbeak. The time has come to fulfil your part in this."

"In what way?", I asked him.

"The Cubezords are not safe on Cubalia.", he told me. "In order to ensure their safety and turn the wheel of fate, we must move them to Earth. But the Council are deaf to my concerns."

"Then I imagine the other planetary guardians will be likewise.", I realised. "So you want me to take them to Earth by myself, even though in doing so, I'm likely to be branded a traitor." Surprisingly, I felt my duty was overruled by the mission I'd been given. "I won't let you down."

Knowing that the others likely wouldn't think the same as I did, I recruited three of the best treasure hunters in all of Cubalia: Al, Rhine and Were. Knowing that using my turn to guard the Cubezords - as every cadet was duty bound to do at that time - would easily implicate me as the thief, I decided to wait for someone else's turn. Marina and Lenny would attack me the moment they saw me coming, while Trunks was likely already suspecting me of treachery. So I decided to wait for Tora's turn."

Everyone turned to look at Tora, who sheepishly said "What? The job got a little boring. Can you blame me for falling asleep?" Everyone still looked skeptical. "I was 8, alright?"

Anyway, once Tora fell asleep, we snuck in and managed to get all of the dormant Cubezords in a bag to leave. But then, I got a little ahead of myself. I decided that if I was really going to guard the Cubes from evil, then I'd need to take the power of a primal enhancer for myself. But that just triggered an alarm. We had to make a break for what the elder had revealed was a Link Cube between our two worlds. And in the chaos, the 4 of us ended up being warped out prematurely, while the cube was unstable. I'm sure you know what happened next.

"Right.", Luke nodded. "Your heist crew got merged with me and two of the Zords, while your Primal Power got transferred into Johnny. You then spent the next 10 years divided between hunting me down and hiding the Zords."

"Right.", Jeremy nodded. "Though I didn't exactly hide all of the Zords. I left the one that became the Bear Zord in plain sight, disguised as a mountain. And I kept the future Giraffe Zord to myself, just in case. As for the 6 main ones I'd found, I found that while I couldn't merge any of my own Primal Power with the enhancer, I could use its other functions. Such as the ability to convert the remaining 6 to energy and store them within the network, which I could then lock until the other 5 were claimed by someone. But still, the Elder's words stuck in my mind. He said that I'd be a hero who helped save both words, but surely that meant more than just being an errand boy to bury the McGuffins."

"I assume we're coming to the part where you're a Ranger now.", Lenny said, now getting slightly tired. "I mean, we know what happened next. You met up with us, helped us unlock the Jungle Beast Megazord, helped experiment to get both Luke's gear and the Whale Morpher working to our advantage. And then you set off after we inadvertently created a whole bunch of new Zords just by destroying Mantack."

"Right.", Jeremy nodded. "I was getting to that."

After I left you, I soon discovered that none of the new Cubezords you'd help birth had awakened yet. They were just inert hunks of metal. And that made them prime targets for the Hunters to be mining them for materials. All I found the first couple of times were a few scraps, while the Bacteri made off with larger samples. But eventually, I figured out that with all the changes my enhancer had undergone thanks to the energies of your Megazords, it could detect Cubezords that were still alive. And sure enough, I found 4 of them in a rock that the Hunters were about to start work on. With my Chain Saber, I was able to break open the rock and save the 4 Zords: a Zebra, a Penguin, a Cheetah and an Owl. And in return, they provided my enhancer with some of their power, allowing it to evolve into a full Wild Morpher. And with the power I was granted by it, I was able to fight off the Bacteri single-handedly.

"And soon after, I headed back your way.", Jeremy concluded. "Partly to recover the next Cubezord, and partly to fight with you."

"Well, I'm glad to see that you've both fulfilled your potential and got on top of the new Cubezord situation.", Sir Caesar stated. "I think I'll head back to Cubalia now."

"Oh, so soon?", Grandma Rose asked, slightly disappointed.

"I'm sorry Rosie, but I am only here on a mission.", Caesar said apologetically. "And I don't have a reason for being late this time."

"I'll see you back, Sir.", Jeremy insisted.

"I'll come with you.", Johnny spoke up. "It'll help me get my leg feeling up to 100%."

No sooner had the trio left, did the alarm sound. "Those freaks are back again?", Lenny complained.

"No rest for the weary.", Trunks commented as he saw the laptop feed. "This time, he's got a team of 4 with him."

"4 Swagcells, really?", Marina sighed. "Where do they come from?"

"Maybe we should just focus on taking them down.", Luke suggested, as he signalled for Trunks to activate the teleport. "No matter how many there are." Everyone then set off running into the portal.

In the woods, Johnny received a call. It was from Tora. "Those gangsta freaks are back. And in greater numbers."

"We'll be there soon.", Johnny assured her.

"Probably not soon enough.", Jeremy realised. He then took out his Neo-Wild Morpher and pressed the Orange button, before pressing the 'onomatopoeia' button 4 times. "Go and help them." He then closed the Morpher and turned it to the Zord setting, after which four flashes of light emerged from his body and flew off.

The other two were left standing confused at this sight. "What was that?", Sir Caesar asked.

"Call it insurance.", Jeremy said as he continued to lead the way into the woods.

Elsewhere, the 5 Rangers came to see the 4 Swagcells outside the stadium area. From the side, Keldor was observing the whole thing. "Ah, the stage is set. And the players are all here."

"Yo, the Rangers showed up to stop our crimes/ But they can't win this time!/Because all of our sick rhymes/ Will show we ain't no mimes!" The four Swagcells said in order.

"Man, four of them just makes them more annoying.", Lenny growled.

"Perhaps, we shouldn't let them start toying.", Trunks added, before slapping himself. "Man, those rhymes are stuck in my head."

"Then let's quickly drop the lead.", Marina declared.

All 4 Swagcells then pulled out a set of coins. "For you, we have a query.", one pair said as all 4 threw their coins.

"How long can you hold out against these Bacteri?" The familiar grunts materialised as the second pair finished the rhyme.

"Well this is just great.", Luke sighed. "We can't work our way through all of these Bacteri by ourselves."

As if on cue, the 4 beams of light that had been sent out by Jeremy appeared, each one flying towards one of the 4 Animen. "What are these?", Tora asked. "I feel amazing."

"I think these are the Zords Jeremy found.", Trunks stated. "They seem to be lending us their power."

"In that case, let's take it.", Marina stated. As everyone reach out and grabbed the lights, they were each granted a new weapon. "Penguin Blaster!"

Lenny was the next to bear his. "Cheetah Hammer!"

Next up was Trunks. "Owlerang!"

And finally, Tora. "Zebra Bo!"

The 5 Rangers thus ran into battle with the massive Bacteri army, with Luke changing forms. "Super Primal Mode, Unleash!" With his powers increased, he used his appendages to slash his way through a small number of Bacteri, before unleashing an attack at them. "Final Hunt!" After a few of them were destroyed by this, he went for his next attack to take out the rest. "Super Primal Charge!"

Meanwhile, Tora was slamming her new weapon into multiple Bacteri by spinning it around. "When I'm done with you, you'll be seeing stripes."

"With this extra power, fighting these guys is a hoot.", Trunks announced as he sent his Owlerang flying towards the Bacteri. While a few of them dodged it, they soon got hit when the weapon returned to its sender.

Lenny charged towards the Bacteri at high speed. "Not to mention I feel like I'm one with the spirits of the animals." He then sent the Cheetah Hammer swinging into the Bacteri he was fighting, destroying them.

"Indeed.", Marina said in response as she slid across the floor, using the Penguin Blaster to freeze all the Bacteri, before stopping. "This extra power should leave Archris and his cronies quaking in their boots." She then clicked her fingers, causing the frozen grunts to shatter into pieces.

"Oh noes!/They beat up our hoes." The Swagcells stated as the Rangers approached them, aiming their new weapons, while Luke assumed his Alligator form.

"Reel Spear: Tackle Thrust!" As Luke threw the weapon at the quartet, the other Rangers also fired their weapons, with the beams merging into the Spear as it hit the 4 Swagcells, causing them to disintegrate. "They were memory clones."

"But how?", Tora asked. "We destroyed Mantack, didn't we?"

It was then that Adrien appeared. "It seems that you've confirmed my worst fears, Rangers.", he stated solemnly. "Someone else has taken Mantack's Anima Arm and grafted it to themselves for their own use."

"Adrien?", Marina said, confused. "I thought you were supposed to keep your undercover status a secret from the others."

"Oh, darn." Adrien practically yelled as he placed his right hand, on which he wore a black leather glove, to his head for a facepalm. "I should've expected you'd actually take my advice and keep my secret."

The other Rangers were confused. "Wait, what's going on?", Lenny asked. "What secret does this guy have?"

"So there is an agent of Galactic on Earth." Everyone turned around to see Keldor stagger out from his hiding place. "I'll be sure to inform Archris of your involvement." He then teleported out.

Adrien sighed. "Looks like I have a lot of explaining to do."

Elsewhere, Johnny's party had discovered the location of the Link Cube. Or rather, what should've been the location of the Link Cube. "How could it be missing?", Johnny asked. "You'd think there'd be a trail left behind."

"Unless it was teleported away.", Jeremy suggested. "But why would the Hunters suddenly want to steal the Link Cube?"

"Do you think they're planning to invade Cubalia again?", Sir Caesar suggested.

"Regardless, for now, we have no idea of how to get it back.", Jeremy pointed out. "You head back to the zoo, Sir. Johnny and I will take care of the Swagcells."

"Right.", Johnny nodded. "Now then, I'll go on ahead and try to find them."

Soon enough, Johnny found the pair causing destruction in a car pack, throwing their knives about. "So we only have to deal with this little bird?", one of the Swagcells asked.

"Once we get through him, we'll move on to the rest of the herd.", the second continued, as he tried throwing a knife at Johnny.

"Primal Change: Gorilla!" Johnny swiftly changed forms. "My leg may not be back to snuff, but I don't need it for this. Sonic Punch!" He sent a blow flying towards one of the two, destroying him instantly.

"Nice job, rookie.", Jeremy commented as he walked up, still unmorphed. "But there's still one to take care of."

"Hey, who are you calling a rookie?", Johnny asked. "I've been at this Ranger gig for longer than you have."

"And I've been a warrior longer than you have.", Jeremy answered. "Ergo, you're a roomie."

"Hey, it's not fair to go two against one.", the remaining Swagcell bemoaned. He then did a pose, which split him into two.

The second Swagcell then finished the couplet. "But two Swagcells should get the job done."

Jeremy and Johnny were both shocked by this. "They can clone themselves?", the former noted. "Fascinating."

"That would explain why there were always two of them.", Johnny realised.

"Ah, I see the Rangers have figured it out.", Cuborg noted from aboard the Arrowhead. "Not that it'll save them."

"If we want to stop this Guy's plan, then we'll have to defeat both of them at once.", Johnny realised. "You up for it, 'rookie'?"

Jeremy laughed at this. "I deserve that." He then took out his Neo-Wild Morpher. "But yeah, let's take care of these twins." He pressed the Orange button and closed the Morpher. "Primal Spirits, Awaken!" He then became the Bird Ranger once more.

Johnny likewise changed. "Primal Reversion: Eagle!" With that done, he then initiated a roll call. "Soaring through the skies, Wild Fury Eagle Ranger!"

"Predator of the Air, Wild Fury Bird Ranger!"

"You think you can beat our double act?/Then we'll break out the jet packs!" Sure enough, the two Swagcells grew jet packs, which they used to fly away.

But the two avian Rangers were undeterred. "Primal Mode, Unleash!" They then sprouted wings and flew off to confront the Swagcells. And so, a chase began, during which the two Hunters tried firing blasts of purple energy at the Rangers, who dodged every shot, before the two Rangers unleashed a combination attack. "Flying Hurricane!" The tornado they generated caught the two Swagcells in its pull, sending hem flying to the ground. The two Rangers then flew down and returned to normal, before summoning their weapons. "Chain Saber!" Hey then proceeded to slash through the Swagcell's repeatedly, and block their attempt at a counterattack.

"Hey Swagcells.", Johnny asked midnight. "What colour are me and my partner?"

"Oh that's easy.", one of them answered. "You're Red and Orange."

"But that don't mean that we won't…" the second ended up stuck, unable to say anything.

"That's it Johnny, give them a word they can't rhyme.", Jeremy said, as the pair thrusted their Sabers into the monsters, sending them backward. The Swagcells then tried unleashing their cap attack again, but the two Rangers deflected it. "Now let's wrap this up." The pair extended their Chain Sabers to wrap around a Swagcell each.

"This is bad/and that ain't rad!", the Swagcells muttered nervously.

"Let's show them that poetry isn't all that rhymes.", Johnny stated as the pair pulled away their Chain Sabers at high enough speed to destroy the Swagcells.

But Ignoblia soon appeared, approaching one body that had survived the attack. "Looks like your motley crew's lost its street cred.", she commented before inserting a coin the Swagcell's chest. "But I'll make you the biggest on the block if you stick with me."

Swagcell then grew to giant size. "Yo, now I've less room to tap my feet."

"Johnny, turn into the Whale Ranger.", Jeremy insisted. "We'll need the Ultrazord to deal with him again."

"Sure.", Johnny noted. "But what about the other's Zords?"

"Leave them with me.", Jeremy insisted as he took out his Neo-Wild Morpher.

"Ok." Johnny summoned the Whale Morpher and used it to become the Whale Ranger. "Primal Evolution!"

"Megazord Override Code!", Jeremy stated as he pressed the Orange button once more. This time, he dialled all 10 numbers on the keypad, before closing it and forming the Megazord face. "Zords, combine!"

In a few seconds, all the Zords appeared and united as one. "Genesis Ultrazord, ready!"

In the cockpit, only Johnny and Jeremy appeared, the latter sporting an appropriately recoloured version of the former's Egale Primal Burst armour. "You can form the Ultrazord without the Whale Morpher?", Johnny asked, surprised.

"I think I can do any Megazord combination we have access to.", Jeremy answered. "Which given that this thing was charged by their combination energy, makes some sense."

They then moved to face down Swagcell using the Ultrazord. Said monster then proceeded to replicate again. "Now we can serve you a handy defeat." The two then did a high five and a pose.

"Even as a giant, they're breeding like rats.", Johnny commented.

"Your robot ain't so hip!/ We bet it don't even skip." The Swagcells took out their skipping rope and proceeded to drag it through buildings, causing destruction. They then crashed it into the Ultrazord, buffeting it.

"I'd like to see them get past this thing.", Jeremy commented cockily. "One of the strongest metals in the universe." Sure enough, the force of the Ultrazord was able to force the Swagcells back and make them drop their rope.

"We can get in your hair,/Since we're still a pair!" The Swagcells stated.

"Let's see how you do against this then.", Johnny said as he had the Ultrazord move towards the two Hunters, handily smacking attacks from both of them back with its bare arms. "Now, let's finish this."

"Right.", Jeremy nodded as he inserted the Neo-Wild Morpher into the control weapon before plugging it into the Whale Morpher. "Let's go. Genesis Creation Burst!"

The Ultrazord sent out two bursts of multiple phantom Zords that crashed into both Swagcells at once. "You beat us with the power of a hundred!/You guys really are the-!" He two then exploded from the sheer force of the attacks dealt to them.

"Now we're top of the food chain.", Jeremy declared.

Aboard the Arrowhead, Cuborg was fuming. "I can't believe it. All that time spent planning for the Rangers' downfall with those two, and in the end it was fruitless." He then left the room in a rage.

Archris on the other hand was calm about the whole situation. "Ignoblia, what is the status of the Elite Hunters I sent for?"

"They're currently less than a week from our location.", Ignoblia answered him. "Gourmonster is expected to be the first to arrive."

"Gourmonster, huh?", Archris stated. "Well, that could lead to interesting results."

And at the Zoo house, Johnny and Jeremy had explained their discovery to the others. "Someone stole the Link Cube?", Marina commented, incredulously.

"It would seem so.", Jeremy answered. "Meaning that for now, we're all stuck on Earth. Sir Caesar's already settled in to his guest room from his last stay."

"Well, today's certainly seen a shift in the status quo.", Trunks commented. Not only has Jeremy become a Ranger, but we've got a new Zord, the Link Cube's out of our use for the foreseeable future and it turns out that we have a supposed galactic detective on Earth aiding us."

"Wait, what?", Jeremy commented.

"Yeah, our co-worker Adrien turned out to be undercover on Earth.", Tora clarified. "And only Marina was privy to this information before today, and didn't think to tell us."

"He told me that people needed to believe Adrien Hyde was real.", Marina offered, defensively. "And besides, it wasn't my secret to tell. He gave me a necklace to cement our trust."

"Ooh, a necklace Eh?", Lenny commented, his tone making it clear he was seizing some implications.

"No, it wasn't like that.", Marina insisted as Lenny started chasing her around the moon making kissing noises, as everyone else started laughing. "Hey, stop that."
