Part two begins with the gang discussing their plans on how to get Elderly Acres back
"So what's the plan to get your grandma's elderly home back?" André asked
"We find this Mr. Tipton guy, beg him to not build the mall over Elderly Acres, convince him to move it somewhere else. Then we get Nona to go back home and we go get ice cream to celebrate." Cat replied
"But what if he doesn't listen?" Tori asked
"Then London can convince him." Robbie replied
"But what if he doesn't listen to her?" Trina asked
"She's his daughter so he has to listen." Beck replied
"Well if he doesn't then Jade can scare him away." Cat said
"Oh I'll scare him alright." Jade says
"Let's move out." Robbie said
"Wait who's going to watch your baby?" Tori asked
"Have our neighbors do it." Cat replied
"Here I'll stay. You all go and stop Mr. Tipton." Beck says
The gang moves out as the scene transitions to the old Elderly Acres home where Mr. Tipton is holding his blue prints
"This mall is going to look fancy." Mr. Tipton says
"Dad I really don't think this is a good place to build it." London said
"Sure it is. This building has been here way too long." Mr. Tipton says
"But where will all the elderly people that used to live here live?" London asked
"That's not my problem now is it." Mr. Tipton replies
"How can you be so heartless?" London asks
"Don't make me dock your allowance." Mr. Tipton said
"I'm 32 and I own my own apartment building. I should be fine." London said
"Then I'll fire you from owning that building." Mr. Tipton says
"No please, daddy. I love owning that building!" London yelled
"That's what I thought." Mr. Tipton said
"Oh I wish Mr. Moseby was here. Why did he have to move back with his mom?" London asks
Soon Tori and the others show up as London walks up to them
"About time you guys got here!" London yelled
"Did you talk to your dad?" Trina asked
"Yes I did." London replied
"And what did he say?" Sinjin asks
"He's still going through with it." London said
"But where would the elderly live?" Tori asked
"He said it's not his problem." London replied
"Ha I would have said the same thing." Jade says
"Not cool." André said
Cat goes up to Mr. Tipton
"Hey you!" Cat yelled
"Can I help you?" Mr. Tipton asked
"Yes you can! You can stop building this mall over my Nona's elderly home!" Cat yelled
"Let me think about it. Oh yeah. No! Now scram!" Mr. Tipton yelled scarring off Cat
"Not cool, daddy." London said
"Why does your dad have to be a heartless bastard?" Robbie asked
We now cut to Beck putting his baby to asleep
"Hush little baby." Beck says
Lizzy is now asleep
"You're getting so big already. I wonder how my friends are doing." Beck says
Transitions back to the others
"Jade go and talk to him." Tori said
"Don't tell me what to do Tori!" Jade yelled
"Sorry." Tori says
Jade walks up to Mr. Tipton
"HEY!" Jade yelled scarring Mr. Tipton
"Don't sneak up on me like that! Now what do you want?" Mr. Tipton asked
"You are going to stop tearing down this building right now!" Jade yelled
"Or what?" Mr. Tipton asked
"Oh no." André said
"Poor dude." Robbie says
"How would you feel if your house got torn down and turned into a mall?" Jade asked
"I will find a new house. I'm not moving and you can't do anything about it." Mr. Tipton says
"Now he asked for it." Trina said
"Yep." London says
Jade death stares at Mr. Tipton until he gives in
"Okay, okay I'll go to another location just stop looking at me like that." Mr. Tipton says
Mr. Tipton drives off with his bulldozer
"You mess with the West and you get the scissors!" Jade yelled
"You did it!" Tori said
"Now my Nona can move back." Cat said
"Yay us!" Trina yelled
"I like yay me better." London says
"We're proud of you Jade." Robbie said
"STOP BRINGING IT UP ROBBIE!" Jade yelled
"London how do you put up with your dad?" Tori asked
"How would I know? He was hardly around remember when I said this at Cat's party?" London says
"What happened to your father figure Mr. Moseby?" André asked
"Oh he recently moved away to reconnect with his mother." London replied
"Why would he do that?" Sinjin asked
"Eh I don't remember." London replied
"Can we go home now?!" Jade asked
We now cut back to the Los Angeles Tipton Hotel where Nona has her stuff packed up and is walking out the door
"Thank you all for getting my elderly home back." Nona said
"Don't mention it Nona." Cat said
"So where did London's dad build the new mall?" Beck asked
"I heard it was in San Diego." Sinjin replies
"Oh Tori remember when you and Jade drove me to San Diego to light a candle?" Cat asked
"I told you to never bring it up!" Tori yelled
"Uh what happened in San Diego with you girls?" Robbie asked
"Nothing!" Jade, Tori and Cat yelled at the same time
"Well I'm heading out now." Nona said
"There's the door." Jade says as she is feeding her baby
"Bye Nona." Cat said as Nona exists the scene
"Now things can go back to normal." Robbie said
"Now about you girls with San Diego." Beck said
"What's that Lizzy? Do you need a nap? Okay." Jade said as she takes her baby to their room.
"I gave her a nap a few hours ago." Beck said
"Why are you being weird?" André asked
"We're not!" Cat and Tori replied at the same time
"Time to call it a day." Trina says as the episode comes to an end

London from The Suite Life is officially promoted to a recurring character this season.
