Message from Arcues
The duo, consisting of Ash and Pikachu, was on their way to Verndan City, and they are now on Route 1, continuing their journey.

Arcues looked at them, his eyes showing rare kindness, then he said:
"It's been a long time, Chosen One and Pikachu."
"What happened to you, Arcues? You look like you're going to disappear."
Ash had a worried look as he looked at the strongest Pokemon in existence as if he were about to die.
"Don't worry, Chosen One, this is not my main body. What you are seeing is only a consciousness that I transmitted as a message through the system to facilitate speaking to you here."
Arcues explained patiently.

Ash showed his confusion.

Arcues explained it to him understandingly.

"The second type is the reincarnated person who exploits his desires that he had in the previous life in the body in which he was reincarnated, changing the behaviours and actions of the body itself, unaware that he is destroying the relationships around him and leading to more disruption in the timeline."
"The third type is the worst, as it uses the body of the person into which it was reincarnated with pure and dark evil desire, and this is the worst type."
Ash had a somewhat helpless look and didn't know what to say.
"The worst thing about these people is that they assume an important role either in one of the Chosen One's friends across the universes or in the Chosen Ones themselves, which disrupts the balance of the Pokémon around him."
Arcue's gaze became sharp as he said those words.
To say that Pikachu and Ash were shocked is an understatement. Although they had heard before that there was a Chosen One other than Ash, he had never seen them before.
But Arcues told him about the importance of the chosen ones before, as they are people protected by the laws of the world (universe) until they complete their mission and role in saving their chosen region from the crisis.

Arcues fully understood Ash's thoughts, so he said thoughtfully:

Pikachu had an angry expression, as if he wanted to destroy anything in his path.

Ash and Pikachu showed great shock at the sudden revelation of this shocking information.
Arcues showed an amused expression when he saw Ash's expression and continued speaking.
