(And I'm back again. And FYI just because I don't update in awhile doesn't mean my stories are canceled. Even with a pandemic I have other things to do.)

"A galvanic mechamorph?" Lincoln asked.

"Ship-Ship!"

"So bug boy's after this little guy?" Ronnie Anne asked.

"Without a doubt." Lincoln confirmed.

"But he's so small," Sid noted, "Can he really be capable of the same thing as Upgrade was?"

"Even the smallest of mechamorphs can be capable of upgrading the biggest of equipment." Lincoln explained.

"He sure doesn't act like a regular mechamorph." Ronnie Anne noticed.

"You're right, he's almost like a dog." the hero boy noted.

"So what do we do?" Sid asked.

"We keep this little guy away from Hornitor." Lincoln answered.

"Ship-Ship!"

"I think he wants us to call him Ship." Ronnie Anne noted.

"Good call," Lincoln replied, "Let's go." the trio took off.

Meanwhile, Hornitor and the rest of the Stingers had finished cutting themselves out of Spidermonkey's webbing.

Hornitor turned to one of the soldiers, "Do you still have the mechamorph's coordinates?"

"Yes, sir, but it appears to be moving."

"Then let's go!" Hornitor ordered, before his communicator rang. Knowing who that was he answered it, "Hornitor here."

Appearing on screen was Waspella, "Have you found the mechamorph?"

"We're closing in, but we have complications here." Hornitor admitted.

"What complications?" Waspella buzzed.

"I'm afraid Lincoln Loud is in this city as well."

Waspella buzzed, before calming down, "No matter, catch the mechamorph and Loud as well. Two prizes are better than one."

"We're on it." Hornitor ended transmission, and the bug aliens took off.

Later on, Lincoln and the girls retreated to their apartment rooftop. As Ship the Mechamorph was catching a ball tossed to him by Sid, Lincoln was pacing while coming up with a plan.

"Those guys are eventually going to find Ship, but when they do we'll be ready." Lincoln explained.

"Especially since we'll be packin'." Ronnie Anne said, as she brought up a Plumber's Blaster.

As Ship brought the ball back to Sid, the girl held the little alien in her arms and hugged him, "Who's a good little mechamorph? You are! You are!" she cooed.

Ship looked like he was enjoying himself, until he started shaking in fear, "What's wrong, boy?" Sid asked in concern.

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne started hearing buzzing sounds, "They're here." the said together.

They saw Hornitor and his soldiers descend to the rooftop, "We'll be taking the mechamorph now." Hornitor demanded.

"Ship isn't going anywhere with you." Ronnie Anne answered.

"So you bugs take a hike!" Lincoln ordered.

Hornitor squinted before giving an order, "Get them."

The Stingers flew in to grab Ship, only for Ronnie Anne to open fire shooting at some. Lincoln scrolled through the Omnitrix before selecting a hero.

"It's hero time!" Lincoln slammed down on the dial and transformed.

"Brainstorm!"

Brainstorm opened his head and started shocking several Stingers, before turning to Sid, "Sid, take Ship and flee the premises."

"On it!' Sid answered, as she held Ship and hurried off.

"Stop her!" Hornitor ordered his soldiers who flew after Sid, but Ronnie Anne and Brainstorm forced them back.

"Your advantage: superior numbers. My advantage: superior intelligence!" Brainstorm announced, as he blasted several Stingers with electricity.

"And my advantage: being awesome!" Ronnie Anne cheered, as she dodged several Stingers before shooting them down.

Hornitor flew at Ronnie Anne and almost nailed her, had the girl not dodged and shot at him. Hornitor shook the blast off before trying to slice Ronnie Anne with his stinger sword.

"Prepare to be stung!" Hornitor was about to stab her, until the sword was grabbed out of thin air by Brainstorm's claw.

"The only one receiving any stinging today is you my insecta foe!" Brainstorm blasted Hornitor back with an electrical blast, but the general was not giving up, as the soldiers picked themselves up ready for another round.

When Sid made it outside the apartment, she and Ship looked up to see the lightning blasts and laser shots being fired.

"Hope they can hold out until we get someplace safe. Come on, Ship," Sid was about to take off, only for Ship to jump out of her arms, "Ship?"

Ship looked up at where the fight was before turning to Sid, "Ship-Ship!"

"You wanna go back?" Sid asked, "But they're after you. I won't put you in danger like that."

Ship looked Side up as if analyzing her, before Sid caught on, "Hey, what're you?" Ship jumped at Sid and latched onto her.

"Ship, what's?" Sid trailed off as Ship started covering her entire body.

Back on the roof, Brainstorm kept firing electrical blasts, until the Omnitrix started beeping, "Oh, nein!" in a flash of green he was Lincoln again.

Hornitor snickered, "Let's dance partner." he started to swipe at Lincoln who kept dodging, before disarming Hornitor of his weapon.

"Let's try this without toys." Lincoln said, as the two fought hand to hand.

As Lincoln blocked some of Hornitor's strikes, the bug general fought back before grabbing Lincoln, "Let's see how long it takes for you to hit the ground from up above."

Lincoln gulped, but before Hornitor could take off he was blasted from behind, "Good shot, Ronnie Anne!"

"I didn't shoot him." Ronnie Anne answered, as she was still fighting off a few soldiers.

"But who..." Lincoln and the others looked to see a ten foot tall black and green mech and at the head part behind a green visor was a familiar teen girl.

"Sid?!" Lincoln and Ronnie Anne gasped.

"Hey, guys. What do you think?" Sid asked smugly.

"Ship-Ship!" came Ship's voice.

"She's bonded with the mechamorph!" a Stinger gasped.

"Then peel it off her!" Hornitor ordered angrily.

The Stingers flew at Armor Sid, much to her friends shock. Just when it looked like they had the girl they were repelled off by the Ship Armor's strength.

"Oh, yeah!" Sid pumped her arms, "Hey Ronnie Anne, Lincoln, how about you guys take five and let me put this suit to the test."

"Uh, no problem." Lincoln answered feeling good.

"Go right ahead." Ronnie Anne agreed.

Sid smirked and she stared at the Stingers and Hornitor before beckoning them to come. The Stingers once again flew at Sid trying to strike her with their sting blades, but Sid's right hand turned into a cannon and shot energy blasts at them.

"Alright!" she cheered, before Hornitor charged in and started attacking her head on.

"You will give me the mechamorph!"

"His name is Ship! And he's not going with you!" Sid grabbed Hornitor and threw him across the roof making him crash into a water tower.

Hornitor crawled out of the water tower beaten and soaked. He looked across the roof glaring at them, "I will not forget this." he suddenly disappeared, as did the rest of the Stingers.

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne approached their friend, "Sid, you were awesome!" Ronnie Anne cheered.

"That was so cool!" Lincoln added in joy.

"Thanks, but I can't take all the credit." Sid replied, as Ship powered down and was back in Sid's arms.

"Ship-Ship!"

"You're a tough little guy, Ship." Lincoln said, as he pat his head.

"You sure are." Ronnie Anne confirmed, as she patted his head.

On the Stinger Mother Ship, Hornitor presented himself on his knees before Waspella, who spoke, "You've disappointed me once again, Hornitor."

Hornitor kept his head lowered his head in shame, "I have no excuse your highness."

"That mechamorph was very expensive," Waspella continued, "However, we will turn this and our previous loss into a win sooner or later." she said confidently making Hornitor feel relieved he wouldn't feel her wrath.

Back in the city, Lincoln was on his phone, as Sid and Ronnie Anne played with Ship, "Ok, Pop-pop, later." he ended his call, as the girls looked eager.

"What'd your Pop-pop say?" Ronnie Anne asked.

"He said Ship should be brought to Plumber's HQ for his protection," Lincoln began, as the girls looked dismal, until he continued, "But he mentions a mechamorph this young with such a mindset won't come along quietly, especially if they've already forged a bond with another."

"A bond?" Ronnie Anne asked.

"Like a human and a pet?" Sid asked.

"Precisely."

Sid smiled brightly and looked down at the mechamorph, "Hear that, Ship? You get to stay with me!"

"Sid!" Ship announced making the teens gasp.

"You said my name! He said my name!" Sid cried with joy as she nuzzled the mechamorph.

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne smiled, as Ronnie Anne spoke, "You're gonna love living here, Ship. My familia is awesome, and so's Sid's. I'll even introduce you to Lalo and Sergio... But maybe keep you away from Sergio. He'd be a very bad influence on you." The three laughed.

(And there you go. Sid has a new pet amongst her zookeeper parents many other animals they keep with them. And a valuable allie as well.)
