Caddy Man
It was a dark and foggy night, a very shy looking woman with brunette hair, brown eyes, wearing glasses and a teacher's outfit yet with her long legs shown named Willa Dualmayer was walking for home after leaving the library which was now closing, it was slightly cold and yet she felt a chill and forgot to bring a jacket with her, yet suddenly she began to notice a dark shadow at the golf course just across the street, watching her and yet slithered away into the darkness of the golf course, she walked across the street towards the golf course, she calls out,
"Hello?!"
"Is anybody out there!?", no answer,
"Look whoever you you better come out and show yourself so I can help you!", still no answer until suddenly the dark shadow appeared out of nowhere behind Willa and strikes with a golf club,
"AAAAAAAAAAH!"
The Next Day
"A what!?" Erica exclaimed,
"Not a Erica, the. The Caddy Man." I said,
"Who or what is the Caddy Man?" Anya asked,
"The Caddy Man is a mysterious man, he was a caddy for some reasons because he had golf clubs who lurks around the golf course every night hunting for women and lure them into the golf course…" I explained,
"Let me guess, he hunts women down for a potential mate?" Aki asked with a smug attitude, Anya, Erica, Sarah and Paula giggled,
"That's not a laughing matter ladies. No. But he doesn't lure them for a mating partner, he lures them and uses his golf clubs for his maniacal…KILLING SPREE!"
"AAAAH!" the girls shrieked, I laughed,
"Really Joseph!?" Sarah scolded as she threw a cushion at my face that didn't even faze me,
"Ha! Serves you right for giggling. Anyways, there's no such thing as the Caddy Man,I just made him up." I explained,
"What?" Aki exclaimed,
"Boo!" Paula booed,
"Hey! No booing Paula." I said,
"You suck!" Anya said,
"No you suck!" I retorted,
"Alright alright enough of that guys." Sarah said,
"Yeah yeah you're right." I said,
"Oh, I gotta get to my biking now, bye guys." Erica said and took off, she was riding her bike around town, then as she took the bike path towards the arena and the library, she passed the gazebo and beside it was a book deposit box, she passed it and she heard moaning from the ditch of by the golf course, Erica pulls in the brakes of her bike and check the ditch and she found…
"Willa!?" Erica exclaimed,
Later
Willa was hospitalized, after hearing she's hospitalized, we went to check if she's okay, but she's in stable condition, but otherwise okay,
"So what happened to her Stacey?" Sarah asked,
"Well, she's suffered a very mild concussion, she got hit in the head by a gazebo." Stacey stated,
"How did you know she hit her head by the gazebo?" I asked,
"You guessed did you?" Anya asked,
"Nope, I can tell." Stacey answered,
"That's it!" I exclaimed and I rushed,
"Hey!" Sarah called out, then rushed out behind me along with Paula, Aki and Anya, while Stacey and Erica remained behind in the hospital with Willa bedridden, I rushed over to the golf course below the gazebo, the exact area where Erica found Willa, I investigated the area then the girls finally caught up to me,
"Joseph! What are you doing?" Sarah asked,
"Investigating some clues that leads to Willa's attack." I answered,
"What clues?" Aki asked, I couldn't answer, I was looking,
"Ah. There. Specks of Willa's blood." I pointed out the blood on one the gazebo's wooden beam,
"So?" Anya said,
"This is the clue. This is where she hits her head against. And…there." I noticed another clue, a lacerated mark on a tree,
"There. You see that mark there?" I asked,
"Yeah we see it why?" Aki asked,
"Look. The grass is disturbed." Anya pointed out the grass showing dirt,
"Hmm. The grass was kicked, but it was punctured…I figured out who the assassin is." I said,
"Who's the assassin?" Aki asked,
"It has to be the Caddy Man." I concluded,
"Aw!" the girls groaned,
"Not the Caddy Man." Sarah complained,
"Hey! Don't give me that Sarah, it's the Caddy Man. I'm telling ya?" I scolded,
"Oh come on! It could've been anything that disturbed that tree, like a bear and the grass, possible a mole or a gopher." Sarah argued with me,
"Look at the mark again. Could a bear possibly made that? No! A bear could've make 3-5 claw marks on trees, this lacerated tree has one big mark. And do you see any holes in the grass? No holes, moles and gophers always makes a hole there, but this grass damage is cause by a golf club, golf clubs always makes small clumps of grass during golf games." I concluded,
"Okay you made your point." Aki said,
"Thank you very much. And I know you're up there snooping!" I calling out whoever's up in the gazebo,
"Eeep!", it was a petit Japanese woman, with long black hair and wearing a school uniform,
"Jeez, not her." I muttered, then Sarah went up to confront her,
"Fumika? How long have you been up here?", that woman's name is Fumika Miyumiya,
"Well since…Joseph pointed out about a tree." Fumika smiled meekly,
"Honest?" Sarah asked,
"Honest I swear." Fumika answered,
"I suppose you're wandering what's going on? Well, Willa was attacked last night by the Caddy Man,
"The Caddy Man?" Fumika asked,
"Some crazed caddy who attacks women at night for whatever sick reason." Aki explained,
"Oh no. That's terrible." Fumika sounded slightly worried,
"As you can see the lacerated mark on that tree, the clumps of grass exposing dirt disturbed an Willa's blood there, points out that the Caddy Man was responsible." I explained,
"So ladies. I propose we do a stakeout tonight." I said,
"What?" they were perplexed,
"Are you serious?" Anya asked,
"Yes I'm serious Anya. We have to find the Caddy Man and rush him." I said,
"Then we put him to justice?" Paula asked,
"That's the idea Paula. That's the idea." I said,
Later That Night
Sarah, Paula, Anya, Aki, Fumika and myself are staking out across the golf course by the railroad,
"Anyone got binoculars on ya?" I asked,
"I got one and it's my favourite. Hee." Fumika giggled,
"Thanks I…wait a minute, your favourite…how many binoculars you have?" I asked,
"Uh…just the one." Fumika answered meekly,
"Just one huh? I find that hard to believe. Anyways moving on." I said, then I proceeded to look into the binoculars towards the golf course,
"Any movements over there?" Paula asked,
"None so far…"I said, still looking, then even without binoculars, Sarah noticed a woman walking by just left across of us,
"Wait wait, there's a woman over there."
"Alright here we go." I said, we watched for any movements, then as seconds went by, Aki noticed a dark shadow lurking around behind a random woman,
"Come on creep-o. Make your move already." Fumika said quietly, the dark shadow then closes in from behind and then then woman felt a chill, turns around and she screams and ran to the golf course,
"Alright. Let's go!" I rushed out,
"Wait Joseph!" Aki called,
"I'm gonna catch that Caddy Man myself!" I called as I ran across to the golf course, luckily the road is way too quiet, then I disappeared into the darkness, then more screams sounded off from the same woman in distress,
Moments later, I returned from the dark side of the golf course,
"Just missed him. Couldn't rescue her in time. Damn." I muttered,
"Couldn't catch him?" Paula asked,
"No, it was way too dark and I don't a flashlight on me." I said,
"Got you covered right here." Fumika said,
"Where do you get these from anyways?" I asked,
"Anyways, I have an idea to catch him. The Caddy Man, attacks ladies, so one of you has to be the bait and when he strikes. WHAM! Then it's justice time." I explained,
"I volunteer Fumika!" the girls suggested,
"I…WHAT!?" Fumika exclaimed,
"Perfect." I said,
A Few Moments Later
Fumika was already on the bike path where the golf course is, she's really peeved that she's bait, unvoluneeringly,
"Come on Fumika." Sarah said,
"Do your stuff." Aki said,
"You got this." I said,
"Da." Anya said,
"Damn. I hate this, but I can see the bright side of this is that Joseph is gonna rescue me. My destined love is gonna rescue little ol' me." Fumika went from peeved off to happy as she went into the dark side of the golf course,
"Ooh no. I'm in the dark side of the golf course and that maniacal Caddy Man is gonna find me and take me away or what shall I do?" Fumika was kinda overacting a bit too well,
"Don't you think she's overselling it?" Aki asked,
"Oh no, she got this." I said, then suddenly a dark shadow appears behind Fumika, sensing he's behind her, Fumika turns and saw the Caddy Man's face,
"Ah! HELP!" Fumika screams,
"Now! CHAAAAARGE!" I barked,
"CHAAAAAAARGE!" the ladies shouted as we rushed over to the golf course and found the Caddy Man about to attack Fumika,
"Prepare yourself you sick bastard!" I scolded as we went for a frontal attack, the Caddy Man counterattack with a club, knocking me face out, then he used a 3 iron club on Sarah, Aki, Paula and Anya knocking them senseless, then he got his attention on Fumika again,
"You wouldn't wanna kill me. I'm too adorable. I'm…I…I'm 13 years old !" Fumika shouted, then the Caddy Man froze up, then put his golf clubs down, Fumika noticed he dropped his guard and made her chance to take the advantage and strike him down,
"I lied. I'm 21! YAAA!" then she kicked him in the crotch,
"OOOMPH! Right in the winky!" that the Caddy Man's voice,
"Wha?" she was surprised,
"Alright, it's time to fess up and tell us who the hell you are and why are you attacking women in this golf course?" I got up as my face was grazed and bruised,
"Ow…alright fine. I'll explain myself." the Caddy Man,
"My name is Geoff Courtney. And yes I was a caddy.
"Okay, then why are you attacking random women?" I asked,
"Da, you attacked our friend last night." Anya scolded,
"Well I did was chase the away, I never meant any harm." Geoff explained,
"Then why are there grass holes and a mark on a tree? The ones you made, judging by a mark, you used a 3 iron on a tree and used a putter poking the ground." I asked,
"Well actually it was a 4 iron I used that marked the tree." Geoff said,
"That's not the point! Our friend got a mild concussion because of you. We found her blood on the beam of the gazebo." Sarah exclaimed,
"So what happened?" Aki asked,
"Like I said, I chased her off and as she went she hit her head by the gazebo. I tried to wake her up, but she was unconscious and I just left her alone. So that was it." Geoff said,
"And what about the women you attacked?"Aki asked,
"Oh. These women. These are friends of mine. We're shooting a short film about…well you guess it right. Caddy Man. Right?" Geoff said,
"Oh. If you're filming a short movie." I said,
"Then where's the camera?" Sarah asked,
"Oh. I got cameraman here. Hey Pierre! Show yourself already." Geoff called,
"Salut." Pierre shown himself and greeted on French and had a iPhone on him,
"Y'ello." I said,
"Okay. Since we heard the truth." Aki said,
"You're off the hook now Geoff." Sarah said,
"But you owe me big time." Fumika scolded,
"Okay, how about we restart with you then." Geoff suggested,
"Really? We're doing it again? Fumika asked gleefully,
"Yep. Okay Pierre, once more, from the top." Geoff said,
"ACTION!" Pierre called.
"The End"
"That's not even scary at all." Lillia said,
"Yeah." the kids agreed,
"Say what?" Erica was perplexed,
"Face it Erica your spooky story stink." Aki said,
"Why you, I'll show I'll call some friends to see if they like my story." Erica was peeved so she makes a phone call,
"Hello?"
"Sundara. Say where are you? You and Valencia usually show yourselves during our Halloween stories every year." Erica said,
"Oh sorry, Valencia and I are on vacation." Sundara explained,
"Where exactly?" Erica asked,
"Aruba." Sundara answered,
"So you two won't be around this year?"
"Yeah sorry, we didn't even bother giving the note about it. Sorry." Sundara said,
"No need to apologize, well fun in Aruba." Erica said ending the call,
"Who are you calling?" Cheyenne asked,
"Our succubus friends Sundara and Valencia. They usually appear for our Halloween stories." Erica explained,
"Will we meet them?" Lillia asked,
"You and your mom will meet them next Halloween." Aaloka said,
"And then 2 stories down. Who's next for the last story?"Michael asked,
"My turn this time. My story is gonna be even better than those two." Aki said,
"Hey!" Aaloka and Erica exclaimed,
"My story involves referring to a digital revolution, a digital revolution which was good, but became bad. And best of all, there was a guest celebrity in this story which is known as…"
