Naofumi walks towards the balcony and watches the knights trying to fight back and failing to. One of them aims his bow and arrow at the General but a soldier cuts the string off the bow and is smashed in the face by a powerfist. The soldiers are taking them out and the remaining knights are about to take a last stand when suddenly Naofumi holds the orb up in the air. The Queen shouts from the orb. "Enough! In the name of the Queen, stand down knights!"
Once they hear the voice of their monarch, they stand down and kneel in surrender. Though a few still try to fight back and are cut down. The General nods to his subordinates and they take them to custody. A private picks up a necklace of one of the dead and throws it to Naofumi, who catches it. It's the same Church of Three Heroes. He walks away talking to the queen. "I swear, these fanatics have no self-preservation."
"You have my gratitude, Shield Hero. The Church and my husband has been going behind my back and abusing people merely because they are different." Mirelia said, holding her orb to contact Naofumi all the way from Faubley. She is doing what she can to stop the nations from invading her kingdom for summoning the heroes.
"Oh yeah... Sorry about killing your husband. I never thought I would say that." Naofumi apologizes to her. He walks out of the mansion with Raphtalia and Keel beside him. The Enclave soldiers are walking behind him with the knights in chains.
"Oh no, I should thank you for killing him. He was ruining the kingdom and turning it into a den of slaves and hate. He made it clear he didn't love me, only a tool to take control of my home. Indeed, I would've made his death slower for calling me a bitch." Mirelia admits to the General. When her shadows told her what he said before he died, she made sure to take out any of his men that was spying on her.
"Glad to make you happy Queen." Naofumi said and he can see Mirelia smiling. "I don't wish to fight General Iwatani. I am getting closer to Melomarc, let us meet and work together for both of our countries."
"I would love that ma'am."
The NCR is going against the Raider Invasion. Troopers are taking out the charging raiders but Ranger Ghost notices that many of them are running through bullets. She aims at one of them and headshots them, killing them which makes her realize what is going on. "They are drugged on Med-X! Aim for their heads!"
Cass hears this as she hits a Jackal with the bud of her Caravan shotgun and shoots the raider's off. A Great Khan tackles her and slams her on the Brahmin cage. Her hat is knock from her head. He grabs her head and squeezes it to the steel cage. She tries to use her shotgun but it is knock off her hands, Once it hits the ground, the gun goes off and takes out the raider. Cass throws the corpse away and she picks up her hat and shotgun. She walks away but a Khan tries to stab her with a switchblade while shouting at her.
"You killed Papa!" She dodges the strikes and sidesteps to grab the knife and stab the raider woman. Melissa falls as other raiders are still fighting troopers, rangers and mercenaries. Apparently, the person she killed was Papa Khan, one of the leaders of these raiders. That however made her realize something: "Where's that Sword leader?"
*Squelch*
Ren Amaki slashes her back which knocks her to the ground. Cass feels great pain as the Addicted Hero chokes her with her bare hands. Her tearful eyes look up to see a vertibird above the Outpost. It opens to reveal Duke Dorian in Enclave Tesla power armor. "Time to come out of retirement you veterans!"
She jumps out and once she lands, electricity sprouts from her armor and strikes the surrounding raiders. Cannibal Johnson and Doctor Henry land as well while Orion is taking out the raiders with a mingun attach to the vertibird though Daisy is having to convince him not to 'accidently' shoot the NCR. Ren is knock back by the shock which allows Cass to get up and grabs her shotgun to take out a charging Jackal. The Sword Hero growls as he stabs Psycho into him. He yells as he feels the rage juice go into his system. His sword blackens to show a blade that seems to glow malice.
*Sword of Gluttony Unlocked*
Ren dashes and appears infront of Duke. Orion aims at him with his tri-beam rifle but Ren cuts the gun in half. The Raider Boss prepares to stab him but Duke uses the cattle prod to electrocute him and with her Tesla armor, the voltage amps up. Ren's skin darkens but the meds make him ignore the pain and stabs Duke. Luckily her power armor blocks the blade and barely hits her skin. However she feels exhausted all of a sudden. She kneels once she feels the Sword of Gluttony exit her armor.
"You can feel it? Feeling sluggish?" Ren gloats to her as he holds his blade to gaze at it with his bloodshot eyes. "With the Sword of Gluttony, I can absorb vitality and EXP. These chems are magnificent! This is an awesome feature!"
He can feel the EXP going into him and feels stronger. He is about to finish her off until Orion distracts him by shooting at him. He dodges the bullets and jumps at the vertibird. The veteran ducks from his attack and punches him in the stomach with a powerfist which knocks him off the flying vehicle. He crashes face first to the ground which causes his mask to knock off to show his disfigured face. Duke can't help but mock Ren's face. "Jesus Christ! Guess Bragg really mess you up. If you want, I can break the other half of your face to make it the same."
"SHUT UP! I CAN'T LOSE! I AM THE SHIELD HERO!" Ren snaps as he takes out more Psycho and injects them into his veins. His addiction and drive to win is making him unstable. Ren dashes around the battlefield and rapidly kills troopers and rangers. The Sword of Gluttony is giving him more EXP and vitality thanks to the corpses. Cannibal Johnson shoots a Viper raider to save a down Ranger. However he jumps in front of the Ranger to take a slash from Ren. His comrades shout his name as he goes down. The Sword Boss looks around to see his Raiders going down but he doesn't care. He will kill that bitch and then go after Naofumi. Duke watches the drugged 'hero' and takes off her power armor to show her in a Hazmat suit. She goads him to come to her.
"Well? What are you waiting for Ren? If you are a hero, come kill me. I bet you don't even have the balls to do it. Though I guess you don't have anymore. You do know some of the side effects is shrinkage?" Duke said and Ren's eyes and skin turns red with rage. He is the Sword hero! He will not be look down by some NPC! Ren runs at her and clutches his blade. He swings at the unmoving sergeant. It gets closer to her neck until he stops suddenly and blood shoots out of his eyes and mouth. He crashes to the ground as he twitches violently. Duke picks up the sword and explains to Ren why he is currently dying.
"Looks like an overdose. Your blood vessels are broken and going into cardiac arrest. But that is noting going to kill you." She said and took her Plasma pistol out to aim at Ren. He is not listening as he is trying to stop the game.
"Pause..! Stop the game damnit! I'm done playing! What is going on? Why can't I pause?!" Ren Amaki is shouting through his bloody mouth, confuse that he can't exit the game. That was until he realizes as he looks at end of a barrel. "I-is this real? Did I kill people and not NPCs? Am I a really on drugs?"
"You tell me if this feels real." Duke Dorian mocks this madman and fires his plasma gun at him. Ren turns to green goo and she walks away as the Raiders die off. The NCR outpost is saved, thanks to the returning Enclave.
Naofumi and Mirellia sits down in the middle of the inn on the borders of Melromarc and Faubrey with their soldiers beside them as well as Melty next to her mother. "Pleasure to meet you ma'am. I am General Naofumi Iwatani, Commanding officer of the Enclave and Shield Hero."
"I welcome you Shield Hero. I am Mirellia Q. Melromarc, Queen of the kingdom that summon you. Please call me Mirellia." She introduces herself and smiles which makes Naofumi blush. Romance is non existed in the Wasteland. He returns it with his own smile though it's the type of smile that is best describe as 'Savage.'
"Very well Mirellia, let me say that trash king clearly was brain dead to call you a bitch." He said and she chuckles which surprises Melty. Her cold-hearted mother is looking at Naofumi with a look that she never gave her father.
"My my… You are a fine gentleman. If only I was younger." She said but Naofumi scoffs at her words.
"You have brains and beauty Queen Mirellia. Had you been born in my world, it would be you wearing this rank."
"Such praise young man. Our talk will no doubt benefit both our countries and ourselves. This is the start of a handsome alliance like yourself."
The negotiation between the General and Queen has turn to a date. Melty looks at one of the soldiers and the private unprofessional shrugs at this display. However the meeting suddenly turns serious when the necklace of the Church of the Three Heroes that he took from a corpse lights up and a message appears in front of everyone.

Everyone is quiet as the message ended. Mirellia is trying her best to hold her temper and everyone but the General is frighten by her cold smile. "It would seem our alliance have found a common enemy."
"Indeed Queen Mirellia. Let us show these children what happens when you throw a temper tantrum." Naofumi said with anger in his voice and she nods as they both stand up. Their armies are following them though they can't help but gaze at both of the chairs the General and Queen were sitting on. One is on fire and the other is frozen solid.
