Naofumi runs into the Hoover Dam to see 'Veronica' punch Cannibal Johnson which knocks him out. Orion gets behind her and puts her in a full nelson. "Now Arcade!"

Arcade, in his family's Tesla power armor, jumps out of Daisy's vertibird. He takes out a plasma rifle and fires when 'Veronica' suddenly disappears which hits Orion instead. Arcade shouts as his friend falls. "Orion!"

Arcade runs to check on him when he notices a rat scurry away. Naofumi grabs it and holds it next to his face. "How did you do that?"

The rat slashes at Naofumi's face which makes him let go of the rodent, who lands and transform into a human.

"Looks like my animal forms are getting better." This mysterious shapeshifter comments as Naofumi opens his eyes and summons a laser pistol.

"I will not ask again. How did you do that?" The General gives him one last chance to explain before he fires at him.

"You can call me, Bakemono. Let's see what other creature I can become." He reveals his name and transform into a Lakelurk and shrieks a sonic wave. Naofumi rolls out of the way while Arcade, finishing healing Orion, hits him with a super sledge. He transforms again, this time to a Fire Ant and spits out fire on Arcade. He tries to take the heat while Naofumi shouts at Daisy's veritibird.

"Daisy! Get the soldiers to stop attacking NCR!"

The pilot nods and flies away to the front lines when she ducks from an arrow that almost hit her head. Below on one of the towers, Itsuki is suddenly grab behind by Duke and thrown to the floor. "I swear, you are like those Radroaches."

"Your death will regain my honor as a hero!" Itsuki shouts manically. He will not this woman that took his arm live. He will kill this inferior. He aims his bow and fires an arrow but Duke grabs it and breaks it in half.

"This is a battle we have spent months preparing for. I will not let some brat interfere with the mission." Duke dismisses the Bow Hero as a threat, who screams in rage. He hits her with his bow but Duke blocks it with her sword. She then shoulder tackles the deranged fool, who hits her with his robotic arm. Itsuki fires arrows in the air and they rain down.

"Arrow Rain!"

She falls however Duke Dornan gets up and breathes deeply.

"Frenzy Slash!" Duke rapidly slashes the air to cut down the arrows down. She takes out most of them but some of them hit her. While Duke is distracted, Itsuki runs towards her and is right in front of her. Sgt Dornan looks down to see the deranged archer release an arrow that gets closer to her face. Reacting quickly, Duke tilts her head which allows her to barely dodge it but it cuts her cheek.

"X Sword!" The Enclave's 3rd in command shows this kid why she was chosen to be the Sword Hero and cuts his chest in the form of an X. The force knocks Itsuki and is slam to the ledge that would've drop him over the dam. He is enraged and shouts at this American.

"Why do you Americans always fight back? My Japan took your country and enslaved your people! No matter what we did, you damn Americans keep rebelling and fighting against your superiors! My glorious empire rule everything but you still resisted! Why?! My father slaughtered hundreds of you scum but you still killed him! Hell, the last time I heard of that damn place, they somehow took over California! Why do you Americans keep fighting!?" Itsuki can't understand these Americans and their willingness to keep fighting, even when their country is taken over and subjugated.

Duke realizes that this brat is some zealot from another world, where Japan won World War 2 and took over the world. But she knows the truth of her people's survival even in another world. "Because that is who we are. Americans will always fight for freedom and liberty. America was founded because Britain tried to control us and we fought back. We may make mistakes but me and my Americans will always fight against dicks like you!"

She kicks Itsuki over the ledge and he falls over the Hoover Dam. The Bow Hero can only scream as he plummets down below. Duke leans on the ledge and begins taking out the arrows out of her. She grunts in pain as she watches Naofumi fighting… A Fire Ant? Then it transforms into a Lakelurk.

"What the hell?" Duke wonders what is going on when suddenly Daisy's vertibird glides towards her and opens it's side to reveal Daisy smiling at the sergeant.

"What are you waiting young lady? That Legate is still a threat and you are the one they will listen to stop. Get in."

A sonic shout knocks Naofumi off his feet and collapses. He quickly gets on his knees and blocks a sonic shout. The Lakelurk keeps firing sonic blasts even as Naofumi has his shield to block them. He summons a laser LCW and fires.

Arcade fires from his plasma rifle and they both hit the Shapeshifter. The Bakemono shouts as he transforms. "That is it! Let's get serious!"

He becomes a Deathclaw and grabs Arcade, lifting him even with the power armor still on him and throws him over the dam. Naofumi shouts his name. "Arcade!"

He runs to the ledge but is slash in the back, causing him to fall. The General gets up as the Deathclaw tackles him but luckily, he shoves his shield to the monster's mouth so it doesn't bite him. That doesn't protect him from the claws however as they pierce his shoulders. Using his other hand, he summons a shotgun and fires directly into its chest. This staggers Bakemono and he lets go of Naofumi to hold his wound. Seeing his chance, he uses VATS and aims at Bakemono's head. The Deathclaw raises its claw and gives a mighty slash as Naofumi pulls the trigger.

Below on the base Hoover Dam, Itsuki coughs in pain due to landing in the water. He is floating and still able to move. He will climb out of the water and get his revenge. "You think you can kill me?! I am the Bow Hero! I cannot die! This is my journey for glory, for victory, for-"

Arcade and his power armor lands on top of Itsuki, which crushes him. Not only that but the Tesla coils shock the water, putting an end to the Bow Hero. Arcade quickly swims to land and looks up at the Dam, where the battle is still taking place. "I need to get back up there."

In the dungeons of Melromarc Kingdom, Malty is being kept in the cell. That was when her eyes begin to glow as four weapons appear behind her, floating and ready for use.

"Come my minions!" Malty orders as portals open, allowing monsters to come out. Now it is time for her revenge. This is her kingdom and if she can't have it then she will destroy it.
