We proceeded a bit further into the place before we then entered the area of pure darkness, but lucky me, I made sure to bring a flashlight for this instance, it being an industrial strength version so I could see as great as possible.

"So that's what that thing is on your belt! I wondered what it was, since it looks way too big to be a flashlight... so what is it?" Bella asked, me rolling my eyes.

"An industrial strength flashlight, it even comes with flasher mode, built-in radio, and even an alarm for SOS," I smirked as we moved forward through the darkened school halls, me making sure we all stuck close. But I could tell that, of the lot, the one that was the most afraid was Bubblegum.

"Hey, uh... you don't know when Ringu was last fed, do you?" she asked in concern.

"Why do you ask that?" Bella asked with a smug smirk.

"Because she's tried to eat me in the past, that's why!" Bubblegum complained.

"E-Eat you?... S-So... Ringu could do the same to us?" Cynthia asked in concern as I frowned.

"Not on my watch," I said as we then moved through a few more rooms before we then reached the final room, it being the one that Ringu was at. And how could I tell? One reason. Right in front of us was a wall of pure static. "Oh great, she's starving, isn't she?" I asked.

"No, she's just in a bad mood. Good luck breaking her out of it, she'll be even more determined to eat all of us in one go unless you can find some way to stop her bad mood," Bella said, me nodding at the former ghost and leading our group through the wall... and we heard a horrid shrieking from behind us as I saw that Ringu was closing in fast and in her 3rd form from the Endless Mode and the OG's Hellchase! But I then held my sword in hand and then started to send some flashes of bright light at her, which I could tell shocked the ghastly girl, her hissing at me.

"ACX! BRIGHT! I'M GONNA DEVOUR YOU!" she shouted angrily as she then tried to rush me while blinded, her managing to grab me with her arms... but this time, for some bizarre reason, she didn't turn back to being alive! No, instead, she returned to her normal form instead of being angry, her looking at me and then at my flashlight before then licking her lips.

"No, Ringu, don't!" Bella shouted, which made Ringu look at her in confusion before then finally getting a semblance of a conscience.

"S-Spooky? Is that you?" she asked, but her grip on my arms was still strong, though my grip on the sword was just as strong.

"Yes, it's me. And this is a new order. Do not eat him or any of us," Spooky frowned, which made Ringu look annoyed.

"Why would you deny me food? I need food and you all look delicious," she said with a hungry-looking smile. But then... out of nowhere, I got a flash of something from looking her in the eyes. I saw her entire life from BEFORE she was turned into Ringu! And it was of her being a part of a Japanese internment camp in America during World War 2, and her being the one named Mitsuri who never came into class on that day. And it was because she was killed by an American scientist who wanted to test her limits in private, and turned her into Ringu!

"I do believe that you should let me go... Mitsuri," I spoke. And when I said that name, Ringu gasped before then releasing me and backing off a good few feet.

"How... You know my true name?... How?" she asked in shock.

"I don't know how, but I saw your entire life flash before my eyes... at least, the life you had before being turned into Ringu at the hands of a corrupt scientist," I said, her sighing at that before then holding onto her stomach.

"He ruined my innocence... and he made me unable to feel anything other than hunger... I need food, and I need to eat all the damn time! So please, tell me you can help me out!" she cried out in annoyance as I then looked at my sword and then at my hands... I had to ask a question.

"I must ask you something first, though, Mitsuri," I said as I showed her the sword in my hands, which made the ghost girl gasp.

"Wha... Where in the world did you get that?! I must have it, like, right now!" she shouted, me frowning at that.

"Only if you can tell me what it is and why it keeps giving me strong powers, including resurrecting Spooky as a normal human and for bringing Cynthia back from the dead," I frowned, giving her the ultimatum. And she sung like a kettle.

"Of course! That sword was a part of my family line! It has the powers of an angel trapped within it! My ancestors used it to demolish demons back in the ancient days of Japan!" she said, me smirking at that. No wonder it was giving me so much power... but that left one more question.

"Then why is it somehow resonating with me, specifically? Because I didn't even use the sword to resurrect Spooky and Cynthia, just a finger, which is also how I made you calm when you grabbed onto me." And when I asked this, Ringu then gave me a very long lick across my cheek before then nodding.

"I see now. You taste like a human mixed with an angel... that must mean you are a descendant of one!"

"Huh... I see... okay, here's the sword, just don't try and kill us when I hand it over," I said, her then grabbing it and, shortly after, we gawked as she... immediately tried to use its power on herself! And after a bit of a light show, we saw that Ringu was no longer Ringu. She had her normal skin, was kneeling on the ground, and her dress and her had become completely tangible. She was now back to being Mitsuri!

"Wow... you're a miracle worker! Three people, brought back to life, in one day? So cool!" Cynthia gawked at me as Mitsuri then sighed and simply smiled at me.

"Now for the moment of truth... let's see if I can maintain this form after handing the sword back," Mitsuri smirked as she then gave the sword back and, after she let go, she stayed the exact same. But I could feel that her spirit had been partially bound to the sword itself... how could I feel this? I had no idea, but I had to assume it was my angel heritage, if Mitsuri's words were truth.

"Thank you, my hero... now let's get out of here," Mitsuri smiled as we then walked for a bit and... Mitsuri ended up falling down after a few steps. "Augh, dammit! I need to recover my strength after that... can I ask you to carry me from here to the next elevator? We'll take a rest stop after," she smiled, me then complying and helping her via a piggyback ride, but only because of the fact that we didn't have anything to worry about until we reached Floor 200, where, after going through a few more, we'd have to deal with a pretty deadly monster. I just had to hope that my sword was strong enough to overcome the most unfair of bosses from the Binding of Isaac and that I wouldn't have any of the ladies harmed by it.
