Also, I apologize ahead of time for any grammatical/spelling errors as I do not have anyone helping me edit and as we all know, we writers tend to read our work as it is in our brain instead of how it was actually written. I do try to catch things, but some do fall through the cracks. Thank you all for still reading it in all its glory and flaws. :) Also sorry for the rush through the fighting scenes. I've realized that I am not very good at attempting to write fights.

"Well, I met my mate too. Though, I am now realizing both of our mates are the same woman."
They then heard the lacrama mic be lifted and watched as Lucy looked through the seats.
Chapter 8
Stepping onto the small stage made from the ground and looking around she found her mate, kin and soon to be brothers along with the other man from before. She looked away and shook her head again to keep herself from looking at the group anymore. She needed to focus.
Grabbing the lacrama mic she starts the Q & A.
"Hi Everyone. I wanted to introduce myself to you. My name is Lucy Heartfilia and I am a celestial mage from Fairy Tail in Fiore. I was given the title of Star Bringer, but just call me Lucy. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have for the next hour."
A young man that looked to be about the age of twelve stepped forward. His hair was a deep red that curled down and around his shoulders. He wore the school uniform that was grey with blue pinstripes and the school's logo on it.
"Miss Starbringer. My name is Alec. I wanted to ask how many keys you have and what types?"
"Lucy is just fine, Alec. Now to answer your question, I currently have twenty-six keys. I have both the golden and silver keys so far. I'm hoping to find more on my travels and adventures."
The boy's face lit up. "Wow twenty-six! That is a whole lot! Thank you Lucy."
An older woman with long teal hair pinned up at the sides, a darker complexion and deep brown eyes stepped up next.
"Hi I'm Melinda, a teacher at the school. How did you come across so many keys? I've known many celestial mages through the years and the most keys I've seen one mage have at a time was 10."
"That is true. I haven't met many with more than a dozen myself. I had collected my keys by taking jobs that involve keys as rewards, and have had spirits choose to contract with me due to mistreatment from their previous key holders. I also have great relationships with the magic shops in Magnolia where I am from, so when a new key comes into their shop, I'm the first person they call."
After another 40 minutes of questions another teacher had come up to ask their question. He was tall and lean, bright blue hair and green eyes. Rufus was standing next to said man and had been holding hands. A smile grew across Lucy's face seeing Rufus look so happy and relaxed.
"Hello Lucy. My name is Jared, another teacher here at the school. With so many spirits, do you have any that feel like parental figures to you?"
"I actually do. One was my very first spirit Aquarius. She was my mom's spirit before being passed down to me. She's always been like another mother to me. Then I have Scorpio who has always been a father figure to me. He's always watched over me, talked to me about guys and always gave me the same warnings a father would give when I would go on dates."
A golden sparkle appeared next to Lucy and left behind the very spirit she was just talking about. A lithe man with dark skin, half red and half white short hair, purple pants with a red cover, red and gold neck piece, metal plates covering both arms and legs, and a large metal tail with stinger, appeared with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Everyone, this is Scorpio, my spirit I was just talking about. Honestly I thought you and Aquarius would be on a date right now."
"We will be soon but there are more important things that I need to attend to right now. We are!" The crowd could not miss the look of pride and love he gave his keyholder.
As Scorpio had popped out of his gate, the Dean's robe pocket felt like it was on fire. He started to scramble trying to figure out what was causing the heat when he touched the key and it rapidly cooled. When he pulled it out, all of the men there watched as the key left the Dean's hand and sped towards Lucy.
Once the key was above the blonde's head it floated for a moment before landing into Lucy's hand. The key glowed as it transformed from a dull brass key to a beautiful golden key with a new key head and intricate detail of Aquarius' symbol.
Tears were in her eyes as Scorpio came and comforted her from her side. "You know if you don't say the incantation soon she might just come out and drown you in front of everybody."
With a small nervous laugh, Lucy took a deep breath and put the lacrama mic back in its place. She was nervous and excited. She has waited for so long to see her second mother again. She changed into her Aquarius star dress and pulled some water from the Grass Sea, she had just collected this morning on the private beach on the Pradesh Family property, from the water skin on her hip to make a bubble and put the key in.
"I am the keeper of the stars and roads to and from the celestial realm. Gate of the Water Bearer I open thee; Aquarius."
A bomb of golden glitter erupted and left behind a beautiful blue mermaid with blue hair, eyes, top, choker and tail with golden accents. She has her hands on her hips and a look of love and pride just like Lucy's other spirit.
"Took long enough for you to find me, you brat!"
Lucy's tears finally fell as she threw herself at the mermaid spirit, "I've missed you so much. Thank you for finding me again. Same contract as before?"
Aquarius' face became serious and she grabbed Lucy's face with gentle hands to keep them facing each other.
"No, if you ever need me you call me at any time. Do you understand?"
With a smile on her lips, Lucy nods accepting the new terms. Both spirits wrapped their mage in their arms as they shared a moment of finally being together again. Lucy could literally feel the fissure in her soul heal as Aquarius' mark lit up on her arm, sealing her key in her skin.
Bickslow watched with amp attention with his eyes glowing green. Kaleb was interested in what he was seeing as the look on his face was in awe. Linking the rest of the family they see what his magic sees.
The fissure in Lucy's bright white soul slowly fills without any sign that it was ever gone. They then watch as golden and silver lines start to circle around her soul, something that Bickslow had never seen before. The only thing he could think of that would be the rings would be the souls of her spirits, surrounding her soul to protect it.
Both mages released their magic. "Cosplayer's spirits weren't joking. They are doing everything that they can to protect her. I've never seen a celestial mage whose soul is literally surrounded by their spirits very own souls. Yes I have seen the ingrained, but ingrained and surrounding the soul is new to me."
Kaleb looked between the two fairies "I understand that Lucy is an enigma, but I thought it was just something you would all boast about before I met her. Are you sure Laxus wouldn't be willing for me to convince her to join White Sea?"
"Take the literal light of Fairy tail. Everything that the guild stands for literally shines from her small body. I highly doubt he'd be too happy that you're trying to take not only Tink as a mage, but his kin and queen of our Tatsu. Then you'd have to deal with not only all of her slayers but the friends she has out in Fiore. They aren't the sharing type."
Kaleb smirked with a scoff. 'Now to see what I would need to do to keep her close. Laxus and I have discussed making Fairy Tail a sister guild. Maybe it's about time we do that. This would not only make her visits to Bosco more often, but it would also make things easier for my brothers once they were mated to her.'
Kaleb had been in a battle with himself during the time he met and spent time with Lucy. He's aware she is the mate of two of his very own brothers, but he couldn't understand the draw he had to her. It was like his body and magic called to her from his very core. He felt that the closer he was to her the more relaxed he had ever felt. Due to his workaholic personality, he rarely let himself relax so this new relaxed feeling was intoxicating.
He dreamt of her and couldn't help but search for her mind just to listen to her surface thoughts about her friends, plans, hopes, and dreams. He's addicted to her very essence. Her love for her guild and spirits, her intelligence, the fire in her eyes when she tells stories of her adventures, the love and pride when discussing her magic. The sweet looks she would give to Cris knowing already that they were mates, he so wished they were for him.
For the first time in Kaleb's life he was jealous. He knew he shouldn't be, but his desire for the little blonde was making his loyalty to his own brothers waiver. He wanted nothing more than to take Lucy for himself and hide away to make her his.
Then the guilt would hit him, knowing he would hurt his brothers in such a profound way. He knew that mates were more than just a magical bond, but one that involves love, compatibility, being the strength to their weakness and your weakness their strength. Could he ever find someone that could fill that space for him?
He'd continue to try to ignore the attraction. Be her friend and soon to be brother in law. Hope that his strong feelings start to recede so that he won't get hurt himself.
Erik had been listening to the mind bender's soul as he sat there with a sullen look on his face. The face of longing for someone he could not have. He felt bad that someone else was going to end up hurt without any intention. Tink was just too wonderful of a person to not fall for her.
What Erik hadn't realized was that Bickslow had also noticed his brother's expression and looked closer at the souls of all of the men to the little blonde. Erik's and his own without a string but the markings of kin in her very own soul.
Vander and Farron's souls had a similar marking on Lucy's soul, in their own hearts accepting her as family.
Then there is Cris and Zen, thick strings running from them to Lucy showing their mating bond. The weird thing to him was now Kaleb had a similar string but it was very thin. As if it could break at any moment.
He was scared that Kaleb could see himself as a potential mate to his kin. If that was true, there could be heartbreak in the future for his older brother. He never wanted to see any of them hurt but the link didn't seem strong enough to be a true mating bond. He could only hope that maybe, just maybe, Kaleb could also be a destined mate that the spirit king had looked over for his little kin.
Rather than say anything at the moment, he would let his little cosplayer mate with Cris and Zen and see what happens with the string between Kaleb and Lucy.
The two spirits pulled back from the hug and looked at their mage.
"We're leaving now. It's time I go on a date. Don't get yourself into any trouble for a while Brat!"
With a sniffle and smile Lucy looks up at Aquarius and Scorpio.
"Go have a great date. I can't promise to not get into trouble, you know that."
Two puffs of gold later and Lucy stood by herself again, forgetting she was surrounded by the entire school. That was until a round of clapping erupted and she slowly looked around.
'Oh Mavis, did everyone just watch that? Thankfully they all understand celestial magic.'
A deep and commanding voice came from the viewing box's own mic. Seeing the speaker made her heart flip a bit.
"I believe that is enough questions today. Let's let our starbringer take some personal time and get some rest. I'm sure she will still be here tomorrow."
"Oh, um, yes. I will definitely be here tomorrow. Thank you Master Kaleb."
'Whooo, thank goodness for Kaleb taking the reign. I was just so lost in the moment.'
Lucy looked over at the tall platinum blonde. Closing off her surface thoughts she goes over her feelings in her head. There is obvious attraction and pull with Cristoff, especially knowing he is her mate strengthening the bond.
Then there was this new man with the eagle tattoo. Again she felt her magic pull her towards him, making her curious if he is her other mate. She felt such a similar pull with Cristoff so she could only surmise that was her deep attraction to him.
Then there was Kaleb. She was attracted to him as well, but nowhere at the level as the other two men. It's like there is a vibration around him, but not enough to say she feels a mate pull.
She thought her attraction to other men was supposed to cease once she met her mates, but here she was thinking about her feelings towards the mind bender. Maybe a conversation with Capricorn and Crux could help her figure it out.
She was pulled from her thoughts by her favorite poison slayer placing his hand on her shoulder.
"Hey Tink, why don't we go get some dinner. There is a diner just outside of the school premises."
A growl from the blonde's stomach made the two laugh.
"I guess that is a response. Let's go eat, I'd like to come back to the training field to meditate tonight. Capricorn wanted me to meet with him in a larger spot, that tonight's meditation would be different than usual. That he and Crux would be helping me with my training tonight. "
Not far behind the two, Cristoff and Zen start to approach to be closer to their mate. Seeing the men walk towards Lucy, Erik steps back to make room.
Both men stopped just before the blonde celestial mage with smiles on their faces. However Zen and Lucy started to fall back into their magic induced haze until Virgo popped out of her gate and put a bracelet on Zen and an extra one on her key holder.
"Thank you Virgo." Lucy shook her head to clear the haze the remainder of the way.
"I promise you won't need to wear the bracelet for long. Just until we mate, I just would prefer if our first time together wasn't in the middle of the training field in front of everyone.
The men laughed a bit, "Lucy, I would like to introduce you to my brother Zen. After talking, we realized you are his mate as well as mine."
"Oh. I was figuring that was it, but now I definitely agree. Hi, I'm Lucy, Lucy Heartfilia."
