Tension fills the air as the audience looks with mixed reactions, seeing the spectacle of a brawl that happened seconds ago when one of the participants returns her Pokemon.

"Go Roselia!" Leaf yelled at the top of her lungs, throwing the Pokeball in the air before it reveals the Grass type on the field who looks around confused until it notices its opponents, getting into a battle stance.

Zane looks at the Pokemon before he looks at Eric, getting his attention as he states his plan. "We don't need to concentrate on the Roselia much. We need to take down that Beedrill."

"Don't you think you're overestimating that Red kid too much, Zane."

"Trust me when I say I'm not. We need to keep on our feet for anything from him. Plus his observational skills are top notch. I rather take him out instead of making him notice our patterns and making the battle harder." Zane said, noticing the unnerving stare from the raven haired teen.

He then commands Absol to use Flamethrower which Red made Beedrill dodge the attack, motioning it to get slightly fazed by the attack before ordering it to use Assurance, the attack boosted as the Bug type slams its stingers into Sandslash until it uses String Shot to hold onto the Ground type, pulling it back and hitting it once more, much to Eric's dismay.

Zane was about take the opportunity to attack but was interrupted when he sees a cloud of yellow smoke, his Pokemon avoiding the smog until it went to a spot where vines protrude out of the ground and wrapping around it as it starts to drain its life. "Damn it! Absol! Get out of there now with Flamethrower."

His Pokemon could barely respond, trapped under the vines while Roselia appoaches it, releasing spores from its flowers. Noticing his partner's predicament, Eric quickly commands his Sandslash to help Absol when he is able to push back Red's Beedrill which Leaf is prepared for, a smirk on her face while she sees the Ground type coming towards her. "Alright, Stun Spore."

Eric immediately calls off his attack, making Sandslash back away as the Thorn Pokemon spreads a cloud of spores to stop its opponent, about to attack until it was hit in the back by Absol, the blade on its head glowing with a weird purple energy. Both Pokemon starts surrounding the Grass type who is taking its time to observe them, trying to find an opening before Absol's head blade begins to glow once more when Zane utters the move. "Psycho Cut again."

Before the Pokemon could attack, drops of purple acid fell onto the field around Roselia, preventing both their opponents from attacking it, much to Zane's dismay. "Damn it. Alright, plan B. Flamethrower!"

"Beedrill, take up Roselia." Red mumbled quietly before giving Leaf a nod, making her understand what he was thinking.

As the Dark type is about to use the move, Beedrill quickly swoops down and picks up Roselia before Leaf commands it to use Stun Spore while it is being carried across the field, making it impossible for Sandslash to evade the yellow spores which paralyzes it but not for Absol when it burns the spores. Seeing the opportunity, Red whispers to Beedrill to use String Shot which Absol was able to dodge before he makes the yellow bee uses it as a catapult which catches both Zane and his Absol off guard. "What the?"

"Twineedle."

He could only watch as the Bug type's speed increases before it aggressively strikes it with Twineedle before finishing the assault with Venoshock which seems to be stronger, much to Red's glee as he realizes it has been poisoned. Not losing momentum, it then uses String Shot, wrapping it around Sandslash and Absol before dropping Roselia to the ground who then uses Giga Drain to attack both of them, draining their energy, the result being the both of them being unconscious.

"Bro…what?"

"Oh no, Absol!"

Red and Leaf shared a high five before looking ahead, both of them awaiting for their opponents next Pokemon as a wave of comments from the audience.

"They are not holding back today."

"Man, they are picking up with the heat!"

"I thought that after that Buneary got knocked out so quickly, it's over for them but that's not the case. I'm genuinely surprised."

"I gotta say. I was not expecting that. Using String Shot as a catapult? That was unexpected." Zane commented, a smirk on his face while he returns his Pokemon, getting another Pokeball ready.

"I know! Dude, what is your thought process?" Eric said in an excited tone, readying his capsule before he throws out his next Pokemon, revealing his Nidoking on the field. Zane throws his own Pokeball that reveals his Alolan Raichu who is hovering over the ground. Excitement leading his instincts, Eric could not wait as he mentions his first move.

"Thunder Punch now!"

"Assurance to intercept."

Both Pokemon clash with each other, their strengths matching as they start to trade blows. Red motions his Pokemon to go underneath Nidoking, making the purple monster punch air which gives the yellow bee the opportunity to hit it with Assurance in the form of an uppercut before continuing its assault. Meanwhile, Roselia twirls around, dodging multiple Thunderbolt attacks before Raichu uses Psychic which Leaf smirks at as she voices her move. "Alright. Let's use Stun Spore to surround yourself."

When it does so, Raichu tries to use Psychic but unable to follow through with the attack as it is unable to see Roselia before a barrage of purple needles came out of the smoke, surprising the Electric type.

"Damn it. Float over the spores to get a bird's eye view." Zane said, frustrated by the brunette's tactics. As he tries to think of a strategy to ward off the spore, he could not get the chance to do so when his Pokemon gets bombarded by Poison Sting, racking his brain before he just shouts the first move that came to his mind. "Use Thunderbolt now."

When the Electric type move was unleashed, Roselia was able to avoid it before countering with Poison Sting, giving Raichu issues which made it zip through the air to dodge the projectiles. The skirmish continues until Zane had enough. 'I need to find a way to stop it, her defense is good…let's hope this works.'

"Alright, Electric Terrain now!" He said, much to Red's dismay as the raven haired teen looks towards the Electric type to see it initiating the move but was stopped by Roselia but it tries again once more when it catches the Grass type off guard. He thought quickly before he mumbled his plan. "Venoshock to blind Nidoking before using Assurance and String Shot."

Beedrill obeyed, spraying the purple fluid on Nidoking's face, making it unable to see while it tries to rub away the liquid. As the Bug type continues its assault, it wraps its opponent's arms with silky strings, Red making sure it is secured as he hears Eric commands for a Thunder Punch, making him smirk as he states for the yellow bee to take the attack, much to Eric's surprise before his eyes widened. 'Assurance!'

"Hey, Leaf." Red whispers to Leaf.

"Hmm?"

"I need you to move Roselia out of the way. I'm gonna throw Nidoking towards Raichu." He said, getting a smile on Leaf's face as she nods in agreement before she commands it to move to the side.

Getting hit by the move, Beedrill paused until its eyes starts glimmering maliciously before it hits it repeatedly in the stomach before it throws it towards Raichu, preventing it from completing its move. Moving Nidoking from above it, it then creates a shockwave of telekinetic energy, knocking back both Roselia and Beedrill before it attempts to use Electric Terrain again, unable to use the attack as it has to dodge another Poison Sting along with Venoshock.

"Damn it. They're not making it easy for me." Zane said, Eric expecting to see a frustrated look only to be surprised to see an excited expression when he hears him saying. "I'm really fired up."

"Nidoking, fend off Beedrill and Roselia." The shaggy haired brunette ordered with his arm outstretched, trying to buy time for Alolan Raichu to use Electric Terrain.

Lunging forward, Nidoking held its own against its foe, knocking away Roselia with Horn Attack before it trade blows with Beedrill until it receives a hit in the stomach, getting knocked back then getting hit by Giga Drain. Able to get the time needed to be able to use Electric Terrain, Raichu lets out a blast of electricity that spreads throughout the field, electrifying the battlefield, much to Red and Leaf's worry.

"Oh no. This is not good." Leaf said, seeing the brown rodent looking energized as the electricity from the field surges through it before it sets its eyes on both her and Red's Pokemon.

In the blink of an eye, it vanishes which confuses both trainers until it appears between Roselia and Beedrill before sending a shockwave that blasts both Pokemon aside before it slams the both of them into each other. It then uses Thunderbolt, electrifying both Pokemon until Beedrill endures the attack, rushing forward and able to hit it with Assurance which seems to hurt more than usual, much to Zane's surprise. 'Was that a critical?!'

"Damn! Yo, Zane. That Beedrill is no joke. We need to stop it." Eric whispered to Zane who nods before he responds. "Hold off Roselia. I'll take on Beedrill. Raichu is super effective against it."

"Right! Nidoking, Horn Attack on Roselia." Hearing the command, the Ground type runs forward to use the move, Beedrill getting in front of its target, ready to intercept it before it was quickly attacked by Raichu, knocking it out of the way, Leaf expecting this as she voices. "Alright, Stun Spore then Poison Sting."

The Thorn Pokemon shoots spores from its flowers, making Nidoking stop before it notices that one of its flowers have thorns protruding from it which Nidoking use Thunder Punch to clash with the move. Both of them got engaged in a boxing match until Roselia spins out of the way of one of its punches before it backhands the attack then striking it with its other arm. The purple beast retaliates, using Thunder Punch which collides with Roselia's Poison Sting, the strength of the attack baffling Eric as he mentally comments. 'Why is its strength similar to Nidoking? Roselia should not be this physically strong. Special wise, yes but not physical.'

"Alright, use Stun Spore now!" Leaf said, which made the shaggy haired teenager sweat profusely as he instinctively commands it to dodge. As it backs away, it was attacked by a Giga Drain move which drains it of its energy before it was hit by Alolan Raichu, knocking both of them to the ground.

"Nice move there, Leaf." Red commented, giving his partner a thumbs up which made her giggle before responding. "Thanks. I only learn the best from my sweetie."

She winks at him before resuming her battle while he thinks through his situation before noticing that Raichu is using Thunderbolt, him commanding Beedrill to evade the attack until he is caught off guard as the attack curved which hit it at the back. After multiple attempts, Red was able to see a pattern with the attack before he instructs Beedrill to use String Shot on itself, much to the confusion of everyone, including Leaf. "Red, my sweetie. What are you doing right now?"

Red didn't answer but just looked at her with a smirk before he looks on the field, watching as the Bug type wraps itself in the silk until he said one word that immediately increased everyone's bafflement. "Go."

The yellow bee nods before charging forward, blocking Raichu's Thunderbolt with its wrapped up stingers, a cloud of smoke remaining where Beedrill was. Everyone was confused by what he was doing, some of them wondering if he has gone mad until he smiled widely, Zane noticing before looking at the smog, quickly saying a command. "Psychic now!"

Raichu nodded using the move, everyone shocked by the result, seeing a stinger inches from its face.

"Woah! So close."

"He nearly got it. Man, Fuji's grandson is too sharp."

"Wait. Look there!"

Leaf looked at the situation worriedly before she sees the look on Red's face until he makes a nod at Beedrill who nods as well. To everyone's surprise, the Pokemon unleashes a stream of purple liquid to Raichu which made it lose its focus and release its hold on Beedrill before its aggressive nature starts to show as it savagely strikes the Electric type. "Don't hold back. Give it everything you got, Beedrill! We can't let it move."

'Got it, boss.' The Bug type said before landing another jab to Raichu abdomen before slamming it to the ground. The electric rodent then tries to get up before unleashing a telekinetic blast of wind towards the yellow bee who endured the attack before landing another Assurance, knocking the air out of its foe. 'Alright, just one more hit.'

Understanding the dire situation that his partner is in, Eric thought fast, making Nidoking slam the ground with Brick Break which made Roselia lose its balance before it lifts a boulder and throws it towards the Bug type's direction. Seeing the rock going towards his Pokemon, Red orders it to retreat until he notices Nidoking behind the rock. 'Oh no…'

"Beedrill us-" He could not finish his statement due to his Pokemon got blasted by another Psychic attack before it was knocked across the field by Nidoking's Thunder Punch.

Everyone waited for the bee to move while Red ran towards it, cradling it in his arms before he carries it to his side of the field. He then applies a Revive and a Potion to it before he gives it some Pokemon food, it saying. 'Sorry, Red. I messed up.'

"You did well, Beedrill. Just rest. Meowth will keep you company." Red said, much to Meowth's confusion as she looks at him with a raised brow, saying. 'Are you not going to make me go out there? I don't mind if you do.'

"Don't worry, Meowth. It'll be alright. Thank you both." He said before he readies his Pokeball, sending out Luxio on the field who looks towards his opponents before turning to his trainer. "I'm gonna need your help with this, Luxio. You ready to go?"

'You really need to ask? Just say the word!' The blue lynx roared, electricity surging through its body before it glares at its opponent with a serious expression before it hears a whisper from its trainer, nodding as it body continues to surge with lightning.

"Woah! That is some power!" Eric muttered, getting excited before his Pokemon was attacked by Roselia who knocks Nidoking out of the way before it makes its way to Raichu. The Electric type was about to blast it away with a telekinetic blast until within an instant, Luxio appears in front of the Thorn Pokemon, taking the blunt of the attack before it uses Bite which missed due to brown rodent's speed. It then tries to go around Luxio, attacking the Grass type again which failed when the electric lynx blocks the attack again. Raichu then vanishes once more, about to attack Roselia along with its partner until it loses its balance and falls off its tail, looking at it to see Luxio biting its tail, not letting go before Red states his next move. "Drag it around."

As the words left his mouth, the blue lynx immediately starts running around the field, harshly dragging its opponent with it while it dashes past rocks and boulders, all of them hitting its unfortunate passenger before it hears another muttering from its trainer's mouth. "Slam it on the ground."

The Electric type then jumps in the air before it descends to the ground, smashing its opponent on the floor which causes a crater before he turns to Roselia, seeing it going toe to toe with Nidoking, having some difficulties to beat it due to its aggressive approach. During one of its clashes, the Drill Pokemon overpowers the Grass type, knocking it aside with a combination of Horn Attack and then slamming it with Brick Break.

"Oh no! Roselia! Get out of there." Leaf shouted, scrambling her bag for her Pokeball until something hits Nidoking, knocking it to the floor, much to the surprise of everyone as a barrage of gasps resonate through the stadium. Raichu then gets up from the floor before glaring at Luxio, using Psychic on it which was useless when the Pokemon withstood the attack with barely any damage.

"Damn it. Change targets. Use it on Roselia." Zane said, looking at the wounded Grass type on the floor who gets hit by the attack, barely holding on due to it using Giga Drain on Nidoking to siphon its energy. Seeing the situation along with the purple beast going towards his partner's Pokemon, Red thought quickly before he has a plan. 'I hope this works. It's all or nothing.'

"Luxio use Spark on Nidoking." As the words left his mouth, everyone in the stadium looked at the trainer like he grew a second head.

"Wait. What?!"

"Is he serious? An Electric type move has no effect on Ground types. This is basic knowledge."

"That kid has lost his marbles."

While the commotion around the crowd went on, Leaf looks at Red in worry, feeling his forehead to which he looks at her with a perplexed expression before she voices her own opinion as well. "Red. Have you gotten enough sleep? Did the Electric Terrain electrocute you?"

Eric was wondering the same thing as Leaf as he looked at the raven haired trainer with wide eyes, surprised by the command, scratching his head and cleaning his ears to make sure that he heard everything right while Zane was also confused, looking at his opponent with squinted eyes. Luxio and the rest of Red's Pokemon looked at him in worry until he notices them. "What?"

'Boss, you alright?' Beedrill said, flying over her trainer before she rested herself on his back. He then chuckles before petting it, looking towards Luxio with a determined expression as he says one word. "Watch."

Luxio shares a glance with Red and once seeing the glint in his eyes, it then turns around before roaring and enveloping itself with electricity, the field increasing the sheer power of the attack until it sprints forward. It then vanished into thin air, the only thing anyone could see or hear from the Electric type was a sound similar to a lightning strike. In a split second, the blue lynx appears in front of both Roselia and Nidoking, its newfound speed surprising Eric as he mutters a sentence that everyone is thinking. "He's actually going to use Spark. I thought he was going to use it against Raichu."

"Red! What're you doing?!" Leaf said, looking at him in worry. As everyone was shaking their heads in disappointment and looking at the fight in confusion and bewilderment, Red smirks as he mentions one word that caught his partner and everyone off guard.

"Bite."

His Pokemon obeyed, its mouth opening before it sinks its fangs on the Ground type until he makes another command. "Now send it towards Raichu."

The force of Spark did not subside which made Luxio drag the Drill Pokemon around with it like a light paperweight before it flings it towards Raichu, both Pokemon unable to react or dodge in time as within seconds, they were thrown outside of the field, resulting in a collision that created a crater behind both their trainers. Eric and Zane turned around to see their Pokemon on the crater, knocked out unconscious.

"What the? What just happened?"

"He squashed them in a single move. That's what happened."

"Not gonna lie. This is getting good."

Zane returned his Pokemon before turning to see Red petting Luxio with a smile on his face, congratulating it for the victory. He then hears his partner muttering before he turns to him with a raised brow. "He used your terrain against you."

"What?" The purple haired teen said before Eric continues. "The energy from the terrain boosts the power of Electric type Pokemon and moves and makes everyone on the field unable to sleep. He used that as a form of boost for Luxio. So that's why he used Spark. Not as an attack but as a speed boost and then use Bite at the last second to knock out both Raichu and Nidoking."

"Hmm, I see. Not bad. He actually got me with that little trick." Zane said as he took out his final capsule, throwing it on the field which revealed Lucario while Eric released a yellow spider like Pokemon on the field which started to be imbued with electricity due to the terrain.

Leaf shuddered at the sight of the Pokemon before she checks her Pokedex, the item making a beep before it reveals the information. "Galvantula, the EleSpider Pokemon and the evolved form of Joltik. It creates barriers from electrified silk that stun foes. This works as a weapon as well as a defense."

After the explanation was done, both Pokemon lunge forward, Luxio and Roselia able to handle the Galvantula with little difficulty until Lucario came in, knocking both Pokemon before finishing them off with a Shadow Ball which Luxio was able to shrug off. This continued happening for a while which did not bode well for Leaf as her frustration grew before she checks the Pokedex and then asks her partner for a request. "Red! Can you take on Galvantula please?"

When she asks this, the raven haired trainer did not have a problem taking on the Electric type before he whispers to a question. "Are you sure about this? Do you have a plan?"

"Yeah. I want to slow it down with Stun Spore. That way, we will have an easier time dealing with it."

Red smirked after hearing her strategy before he made a snarky remark. "I thought you were an action girl."

"Oh shut it, Mr. Strategist." Leaf said, squeezing his cheek as she did so. Both of them made a nod before she makes the first move. "Use Stun Spore on Lucario!"

Roselia shoots a cloud of yellow spores which Lucario dodges before it was commanded to use Bullet Punch, going past it to go to hit Luxio, catching both trainers off guard. Leaf could not get the chance to react as her Pokemon dodges an attack from Galvantula before it shrouds itself with Stun Spore. Despite the cloud of smoke, the Bug type is able to hit it with an electric string, catching the Grass type, much to Leaf's worry. "Roselia, use Poison Sting to free yourself from the attack."

Within an instant, it reels in the Pokemon it in before it bites it, inciting a scream of pain which made Leaf cringe before she shuffles her belt for its Pokeball. She then aim her capsule at her Pokemon, releasing a beam which Galvantula moves the Grass type out of the way, the red beam missing the Pokemon. "What the? Let Roselia go!"

"Sorry but no can do." Eric said, shrugging before he continues. "Can't let go until it is unable to battle so I'm not one to play dirty but-"

He could not continue his sentence as his Galvantula gets hit in the face by a Shadow Ball, making it release Roselia from its grasp, much to Leaf's relief. "Thanks, Red."

"No prob." Red said before he orders Luxio to dodge a Bullet Punch before the Fighting unleashes multiple Aura Sphere which the Electric type dodged, jumping on some of the orbs before it smacks one of them with its paw, knocking it to another path, much to Lucario and Zane's frustration. Lucario smiles before it speaks to the Electric type, surprising Red. 'Forfeit the battle.'

Luxio raises a brow to the Fighting type until it shares a look with Red who is just as equally baffled before it states his mind. 'Why would we want to that?'

'You've seen how strong I am. You could not even land a hit against me from since I come out. Why bother fight a battle that you can win?' She said in a superior tone, looking down on her opponent. Luxio simply chuckles, its body crackling with electricity, gaining more power until he utters one sentence. 'You should figure it out.'

After he said the sentence, Lucario vanished right in front of the Electric type, the Fighting type perplexed by the smirk on its face but follows through with using Force Palm which was about to hit its opponent before using another one. Within an instant, the blue lynx nimbly evades the move before it quickly bites the azure canine's arm, holding it in place until it uses Spark, catching it off guard until it unleashes the electricity in its body onto the Aura Pokemon. It then tightens its grip on the blue canine and then throws it towards Galvantula, getting Roselia out of its predicament. Getting up from the ground, Lucario then smiles widely before it looks at Luxio, Red realizes what is going on. "Uh oh…"

Leaf then noticed what he said, panicking while saying. "Uh oh? Uh oh? What does 'uh oh' mean?"

"We might not be able to go with that plan if that look the Lucario is giving Luxio is what I think it is." The raven haired muttered until he realizes that the Pokemon vanished, looking around until he states a command. "Spark to protect yourself now."

Luxio did as told, creating a veil of electricity that immediately shocked Lucario who was right behind it. Fighting through the pain, the Fighting type then uses Force Palm which clashed with the Electric type's Spark move, resulting in a huge shockwave, making both sides having to shield their eyes. As both Pokemon were sent back, Lucario throws two Shadow Ball which were easily evaded by its adversary who countered with Spark, knocking it back until it lunges forward to secure a Force Palm that barely did anything to its adversary. While their battle raged on, Red looks towards Leaf's side of the field, seeing that she is holding on but her Roselia is having a huge difficulty with Galvantula, much to his worry before he hears Zane's voice.

"You shouldn't be fretting, Red. My Lucario wanted to have a strong Pokemon to fight for a while and I thought that it would never happen…but after that fight with Blue and after your fight with Klaus. I knew this fight would be awesome!"

As he said this, both Pokemon continued trading blows before Lucario shoots Aura Sphere at Luxio who dodges the projectile while using Spark then knocking one to the side of the field with its paw brimming with lightning. Seeing the action made Red surprised before he makes a mental note of the situation, he notices that the Electric Terrain starts to subside, making the lightning around Luxio weakening, resulting in it being unable to hold out as it should against Lucario who knocked it away by an Aura Sphere and Shadow Ball. Leaf then realized their situation, making Roselia use Stun Spore which repelled their attackers.

"Red! I don't think we can win this battle this way. How can we win without the terrain?" She said in a worried tone before she sees the look on Red's face while he whispers a command to Luxio who sits down and starts to absorb electricity. As this happens, Lucario then looks around, closing its eyes and meditating before it jumps over Roselia to attack Luxio, failing as it has to avoid Stun Spore only to get hit by a Giga Drain, trapping it while trying its best to evade Galvantula's attacks.

'What's wrong, Luxio? I thought you were a fighter. C'mon and fight me like a Pokemon!' Lucario shouted, trying to break free of its hold. Meowth looks with an eye open before she notices the look on Luxio's face before she mutters one phrase. 'Kick her ass, Luxi.'

'Got it…and shut up.' He said before he gets up, sharing a nod with its trainer before he surrounds itself with Spark, Red commanding it to keep the move before it runs towards the Fighting type, yelling at his partner. 'Now Roselia!'

'Got…it…' The Grass type said dismissively, releasing its bind on the Aura Pokemon then hitting Galvantula in the face with a Poison Sting, stopping its assault. Luxio then hits Lucario, knocking it into the ground until the Fighting type uses Aura Sphere which was meters in front of it. Lifting its paw, the lightning surrounding its before it slaps back the orb which hits Lucario, making it fall to its knees after it is send back from its initial position.

"Shadow Ball!" Zane said, Lucario obeying as it shoots the shadowy orb which Luxio positions itself and dodges, making it collide into Galvantula who had to deal with another Poison Sting afterwards. It then slams its palm into the Electric type's face, not able to attack with Bite before it hears a command from Red, jabbing it in the stomach which knocks to the air out of the Aura Pokemon. For minutes, the crowd goes wild upon witnessing the fight, seeing both sides getting more intense as time goes on, none of the groups showing any signs of giving up.

"Yeah! Get him, Lucario! Don't hold back."

"C'mon Luxio and Red, don't fall. Do your best too, Roselia and Leaf!"

"I can't even tell who's winning now."

Throughout the battle, Luxio starts to lose energy as the effects of Charge are wearing off, making Lucario able to overpower the Electric type, knocking it to the floor with a barrage of Aura Sphere. "Luxio!"

Tired and barely conscious, Luxio lifts itself up from the ground, refusing to stay down as it struggles to its feet. It then started to move towards its opponent, getting hit by its teammate falling on it. Despite this, the blue lynx pressed on until it is hit by an Aura Sphere, making it descend to the floor before it slowly gets up again, not faltering despite Red's command with a dazed look on its face.

'I have to say that I must commend you and your trainer. For the first time since I have evolved, you are the first Pokemon to give me the thrill of a good fight. It's sad that we will have to end it this way but I look forward to fighting you in the future.' Lucario said before it shoots the attack which hits Luxio and knocking it back, creating a cloud of dust. 'Farewell.'

As the smoke clear, everyone looks at the field with surprised expression when they see Luxio standing tall and not faltering to its wounds. Lucario and Zane were surprised by this, watching in awe as the Pokemon limps its way towards them, the look on its face sending chills to their spines. Red then walks forward, not caring about the fight between Galvantula and Roselia as he makes his way towards his Pokemon. He then rests his hand on the Electric type's head, it slowly turning towards him then being greeted with a smile from the black haired trainer as he pets its, saying. "Thank you, Luxio. Just rest from here."

Hearing those words, Luxio looks towards its adversary with a smirk before it falls to the ground, succumbing to its wounds. Red then crouches on his knee, picking up the Electric type, carrying it to his side of the field before he sees a nurse who takes his wounded Pokemon along with the rest of the participants before they continue the match. While this is happening, the people are watching the battle in awe, some of them making their comments on the match.

"Woah! That. Was. Awesome!"

"Indeed. That Red fellow is really holding his own. He manage to hurt Lucario. More than once."

"Man. He and his Pokemon are humbling the celebrities this whole tournament."

As he takes out his final Pokeball, gripping it until Leaf notices the capsule, a smirk appearing on her face until she sees Roselia standing tall, breathing heavily until it falls to the floor and not moving, a sign that it is unconscious, much to her horror.

Returning her Pokemon, she and Red share a look of determination, nodding at each other before they throw out their last Pokemon which are Milotic and Wartortle.

'Why didn't you make me go against her?' Meowth said, looking at Red with one eye open. He then looks at it, chuckling while rubbing it behind the ear before saying. "You've done enough honestly and I want you to rest. I'm going to make you some Berry Porridge after this."

She smiled, excitedly about the food until it looks at him with a playful smirk and half lidded eyes. 'You just don't want me to embarrass her, right?'

"That's true." He said, inhaling and exhaling when he looks on the field, a sweat drop forming on his forehead when he sees the expression on Milotic's face. The Water type looks at her opponents with an eyebrow raise before she turns to Red. 'These…are my opponents?! At least make me try, Red.'

'Well, that is obvious. She should be glad that I'm not facing her. Just don't play with her too much. It may enlarge her ego.' Meowth yawned, both her and Milotic giggling while Red is chuckles nervously, him along with Beedrill seeing their opponent shaking. Hearing the Water type's remark made a vein appear on Lucario's head before she looks at the cream colored serpent with a glare. 'You dare…call me weak?'

'Did I stutter? Oh. It may be possible that you have not noticed before. Well, it is hard to notice due to you fighting so many weaklings?' The serpent turns around to its opponents with a bored expression, not even bothering to look at them which added more to the Fighting type. Zane and the others realized the change in Lucario attitude, Leaf speaking first to Red, whispering. "What is going on with Lucario?"

"Pure, unadultered rage." He answered before he noticed that it has the same aura as the time that it fought Blue. Zane noticed this as well before he questioned his Pokemon. "What's wrong, Lucario? Are you ok? Never thought you would go full power so quickly."

'Don't worry. I just need to teach someone a lesson.' The blue canine looks at her trainer with a smile that cause him to have chills up his spine. Realizing the multiple veins on her head, Zane simply nods as he meekly said. "A-alright. N-no problem."

'Oh please. Power up all you want. At least you can give me a challenge. Just watch the scales.' Milotic said, her and Meowth laughing while Red and Beedrill saw the look on Lucario's face before he mutters to them. "This is going to be a long battle."

'You said it, Red.'

'CALL THIS WEAK!' Lucario lunges forward, charging a powerful Aura Sphere upon Zane's instruction.

Reacting quickly, Red commands Milotic to use Water Pulse which it did, creating a powerful clash, much to everyone's surprise. Before the Fighting type or Zane could do anything else, the Water type move starts to overpower its attack and sending it back from its initial position. Angered by what has happened, it then dashes quickly, its arms glowing, trying to punch to Milotic who then dodges its attack, adding to its rage. The Fighting type then use Shadow Ball and Aura Sphere which was easily countered when Milotic uses Water Pulse to cancel out the Shadow Ball and use Dragon Tail to smack the Aura Sphere back to Lucario, making it get hit by the attack, much to everyone's surprise.

"It's taking on Lucario like it's a cakewalk." Zane muttered when he sees when his Pokemon gets knocked aside by Milotic.

During the fight, Wartortle uses Protect to stop Galvantula's Electroweb before using Water Pulse to hit it in the face then using Brick Break, slamming it in the ground. Seeing an opportunity to hit the cream colored serpent only to be stopped by a Brick Break to the face by the blue turtle before it spins around and use Water Pulse to send it flying to the air before it descends on Lucario, making it fall prey to Milotic's Dragonbreath along with its partner.

"Alright, Leaf. We gotta work together to take on those two." Red said, earning a confused expression from Leaf while adjusting his cap on her head.

"Wait. Why? We're doing so well now." She whined, putting her hands in his jacket pockets.

Red then looks on the field, commanding Milotic to cancel out an Aura Sphere from Lucario before he explains to her. "That was the same thing with Blue. I wanna be careful. Plus, that Galvantula can make it or break it for us especially since both our Pokemon are weak to Electric. We don't have to do it all the time. Just when the other is in danger."

Seeing his smile, Leaf then sighs before she zips up Red's jacket while pouting. "…you're lucky you're cute…"

"Thanks, Leaf." The raven haired boy said with a grateful tone.

They were both interrupted when they hear a sound of a collision, seeing Lucario running towards their Pokemon, charging a Shadow Ball, shooting it which the two Water types dodged before an electric string pass them, confusing everyone. As this happened, Lucario charges two Aura Sphere, shooting them while Wartortle retreats in its shell and uses Protect before Milotic uses Dragon Tail, hitting the veil which hit Galvantula before ricocheting off it and crashing into Lucario. They then try another attempt, Lucario shooting a barrage of Aura Sphere along with Galvantula using Sucker Punch but it came to naught when Wartortle surrounds itself in a veil, cancelling the moves before Milotic jumps over it, using Dragonbreath to ward them off.

It then charges Shadow Ball again, the Electroweb then surrounds it, reeling in the attack while its partner takes on both Wartortle and Milotic, trying its best against both of them, having huge difficulty until the serpent is hit by a combination of Electroweb and Shadow Ball, knocking it to its back, much to the Fighting type's glee when it strikes Wartortle in the stomach before shooting an Aura Sphere to the face.

"Milotic! Aqua Ring to recover some health!" Red yelled, seeing the Pokemon hunched forward, a pained look on its face.

"Trap Milotic now before it has a chance to escape, Galvantula!" He could not even react as Galvantula ensnares the Water type into an electrified trap, electrocuting the cream colored serpent as it descends to the ground, twitching due to the electrified silk on its scales, much to her trainer's horror. Due to it being trapped, Wartortle had to take on both Galvantula and Lucario, having great difficulty as it is immediately overpowered, both Pokemon not giving it chance to recover or attack, much to Leaf's dismay.

'Aww. What's wrong? Is the great Milotic taking a break? Unable to handle the heat?' Lucario taunted, hands on her hips as she looks at the Water type with a condescending smirk on her face. Red felt a chill up his spine when he hears Milotic's voice, poison oozing through each word. '…big…mistake…bitch…'

'I dunno if that's insulting or on point for Lucario.' Red thought, having his fingers on his chin.

Wartortle was then knocked to the ground, struggling to stand before it was hit by an Aura Sphere which knocked it into the air then slammed to the ground by Galvantula. Both Pokemon then use Shadow Ball and Electroweb combination again before both attacks were obliterated within an instant by a stream of purple flames, much to everyone's surprise. Everyone turns their sight towards Milotic's direction only to see a huge geyser on the field, breaking part of the field as it rips the electrified bindings of Electroweb.

"Are you ok? You look hurt. Let's use Aqua Ring." Red said, the Pokemon nodding as it glows, multiple rings of water surrounding it while its glares at its opponents with a glint of anger in its eyes. Realizing the mood of the serpent, the raven haired trainer sighed before he said. "Alright. I need you to use Water Pulse. Make it as powerful as you can."

Milotic quietly did as told, creating the orb which is getting bigger in size much quicker than usual, much to everyone's surprise. It continues to charge the move until it hears Red made another order. "Shoot it up in the air."

Hearing his command, his Pokemon look at him in question while Milotic followed his instructions, shooting the attack in the air before its eyes shimmered, confusing Zane. He along with his partner then noticed Milotic surrounding Wartortle in a veil, carrying it back to its side until he was interrupted when Eric shouted a command. "Galvantula, Electroweb now!"

Not losing a beat, Zane states for his Pokemon to attack, his Lucario following through but was stopped by a barrage of water bullets, allowing Milotic with enough time to be able to carry Wartortle into the water, the turtle feeling refreshed by the water, feeling a bit of the effects of Aqua Ring.

"Leaf, I'm going to need you to hold out of this battle for a bit. I'm not sure if I'm able to stop Milotic from rampaging here." Red said, Leaf looking at him with a pout, unable to say a rebuttal when she sees Wartortle barely able to move, muttering silently. "…damn it…this sucks…"

"Don't worry." She heard, looking at her partner before he looks at her with a smirk on his face. "I won't take all the fun."

The brunette blushed upon seeing his face before she pulls the brim of her cap on her eyes, hiding the pink tint on her cheeks. When the battle restarts, Galvantula uses Electroweb while Lucario focuses itself, using Shadow Ball along with Force Palm to increase the strength of the projectile until both moves was cancelled out by a Water Pulse. Before it could attack, it was surprised when its Fighting type adversary appears in front of it, about to hit it with Bullet Punch which is countered by a Dragon Tail.

"Milotic to your right, water bullets." Acting upon its trainer's instruction, the cream colored serpent instinctively turns towards the Galvantula, its eyes glowing which made it an orb of compressed water before it shoots a barrage of bullets, sending it a few meters back from its initial position. Hearing Red again, it looks behind it to see an Aura Sphere inches from its face, using Dragonbreath to stop the attack which also hurt Lucario before it follows up with a Dragon Tail, making it fall backwards, hitting its Electric type partner who was about to attack again. As the battle rages on, both Eric and Zane are looking towards in frustration, realizing the sheer power of Milotic as the crowd mutters in awe.

"Damn! They are getting eviscerated…"

"That Milotic might just be the most powerful Pokemon in this tournament."

"Yeah…it's actually taking on both Pokemon. Is it even struggling?"

"I don't even know. All I know is that since this tournament has started, that Pokemon has been nothing but power. It's so strong!"

'Wow! So strong. It's like he and his Pokemon are one, I can't even find a weak point.' Zane then clicked his teeth as his Lucario gets knocked aside again before his partner voices another move only to be countered by a Dragon Tail. Having enough, the Fighting type starts to glow before it looks at its trainer, him saying. "It's time to let loose."

'FINALLY! About time!' Lucario shouted in excitement before it takes out a brown berry from its fur that looks like a pinecone, Red's eyes widening when he sees the berry before he quickly voices a command to Milotic in panic. "Milotic, we need to stop it. Use Water Pulse to knock away that berry."

'Hmmm? What is that berry, Red?' Beedrill said, a bit confused, the raven haired teen then explained the situation. "It's called a Petaya Berry. It basically works like Milotic's Competitive Ability. It increases the power of a Pokemon almost two times the amount."

"D-did you say a Petaya Berry?" Red turns to look at Leaf who seems concerned before she looks around. "Also, who are you talking to?"

"My Beedrill."

The brunette looks at him with a brow raised before she giggles while pinching his cheek. "You're such a weirdo. But a cute weirdo."

Red blushed upon the gesture before he turns his gaze to Milotic who is snickering along with Meowth, making his face turning crimson, him hiding his face in his shirt when he realize he does not have his cap, much to Leaf's amusement. Red then look ahead, seeing Lucario taking some hits from Galvantula before he asks one question. "Leaf, what is Lucario's Ability?"

"Hmm? Based on the Pokedex, it has Inner Focus which makes it unable to feel fear and Steadfast."

"And what does Steadfast do?"

"Oh! It increases the speed of a Pokemon when it…is hit by…a…Dark type…move…" Leaf mutters when Lucario starts stretching before it looks at Milotic with a smirk on its face.

'Mother of Arceus…' Both of them broke in a sweat and look at each other, Leaf noticing Wartortle able to get back on its feet and fight again as everyone in the crowd realize that the final leg of the match is about to start, children, teens and adults alike sitting up on the edge of their seat and shaking in excitement and anticipation before one voice pierces through the air. "Alright, Lucario use Force Palm on Milotic."

"Galvantula, Electroweb on Wartortle!"

Lucario vanished in a second, surprising Milotic before it appears right beside the Pokemon, hitting the Water type in its face which sends it flying across the field before it dashes for it, continuing its assault before Red voices his move. "Water Pulse as a shield, Milotic."

It then nodded quickly before it repelled the Fighting type, surrounding itself in a ball of water. The cream serpent then got hit in the face again, knocking it out of the bubble and onto the floor. It was about to shoot an Aura Sphere only for it to be countered by Milotic, both attacks cancelling each other. When the Water type starts to charge its attack, Lucario became a blur which bewildered it, looking around the area. 'Damn it! Where is that damn blue dog?'

'HAHA! What's wrong, Mily? Having problems seeing my moves? I'll make sure to go a bit slower next time so that you can catch up.' Lucario said, her voice resonating everywhere making her hard to pinpoint. Beedrill looks in concern at the battle before she turns to Red. 'I can't even see her. Do you see anything, Meowth?'

'I'm able to track her. This is why I told Red to let me fight her.' They both then look at her trainer, surprised when they see him with a focused look on his face. He tries to track the Pokemon, able to find out it before it notices something, his thoughts speaking forth. 'This…this is the same glow in Blue's fight.'

"Lucario use Aura Sphere." Zane said, knocking Red out of his stupor before he notices that the glow starts to form an orb, creating Aura Sphere before it shoots the attack. He then commands his Pokemon to counter the move, cancelling each other before it vanishes again, making him look around before he is able to track the Pokemon, instinctively said. "To the right, Dragon Tail!"

Milotic looks to that direction, swiping its tail which made contact to the Fighting type, knocking it off balance and sending it back. This action surprises both Lucario and its trainer, thinking of it as a fluke before doing another attempt, the Pokemon wants to vanish, becoming a blur while Zane said. "Shadow Ball Barrage!"

Looking around the field, Red was able to find the Pokemon again, instructing Milotic. "Surround yourself with a water tornado then create a wave behind you."

It follows, surrounding itself in a water tornado which was able to protect it from the shadowy orbs before it shoots a huge wave of water behind it, hitting Lucario which tries to evade the move but was too late, making it get hit.

'What's wrong, Lucy? You were doing so well. C'mon! You can try again.' Milotic taunted, giggling afterwards, making Lucario mad before she rushes towards. 'Don't get too cocky!'

Meanwhile, Wartortle dashes across the field, using Water Pulse to boost its speed to dodge a barrage of Electroweb, about to attempt an attack but was stopped when it got struck in the face by Galvantula, making it unable to use its move.

"Oh no! Wartortle, Protect!"

"Oh no you don't! Bug Bite quick!"

When both trainers spout their commands, Wartortle was about to quickly retreat into its shell before it was bitten by the yellow spider. Trying to get out of its captor's grasp, Wartortle starts to lose energy as seconds go back which did not go unnoticed by Leaf who racks her brain for a way to escape the Electric type's grip. Seeing her starter's position, she had a smirk on her face when she said. "Try to endure the pain. Clench your teeth to handle the pain."

The blue turtle did as told, clamping its teeth which made Galvantula eyes open widely before a yell of pain followed, surprising Eric until he realizes what happened, noticing the Water type biting his Pokemon on one of its legs, clenching his teeth in frustration. 'Damn it.'

"Shake it off then use Electroweb!" Eric said but was unable to follow through when it took a punch to the face then getting hit by a Water Pulse which looks bigger than usual, making it fall and crash into the ground.

"Nice job…Wartortle." Leaf congratulates it before she realizes that it looks like it's almost glowing, her mouth muttering on its own. "…Wartortle?"

Wartortle then looks at her before smiling, much to her relief until she smirks. "Alright. Let's show them what we got."

The crowd cheers on seeing the two teams trade blows, knocking around each other

"Shadow Sphere now!"

"Water Pulse, full power."

Both Milotic and Lucario charge their attacks, creating orbs just as huge as themselves before unleashing it, the collision creating a shockwave so powerful that even the audience have to shield themselves from the immense gust of wind. While this is happening, Wartortle was able to land Brick Break, hitting Galvantula in the face twice before finishing its combo with a Water Pulse to the gut, sending it flying into the air. In midair, the Bug type was blown away by the shockwave of its partner and Milotic's attack until both moves were cancelled, leaving only a huge crater where the attacks were.

"You are able to stop Shadow Sphere. Honestly, that's a first." Zane said in awe with Eric making a whistle, his Lucario also shocked as well. It then tries to use another move until a drop of water fell on it, more following as rainfall starts.

"It's…raining?" Zane said in confusion. Eric then looks around, realizing that it is only them experiencing the rain while the audience is still dry, not affected by the rain. "Wait. Are we the only ones getting hit by the rain?"

His eyes then widened when he remembers something when he whispers in awe. "He used Water Pulse in the air…"

"Wait. What?" The purple haired teen blinked at his partner.

"When it got hurt, it shot a Water Pulse in the air. This is the result. He basically made his own Rain Dance."

"Hmm, I see. Gotta give them credit. They are just as strong as I want them to be. This is the first time I've seen Lucario work up such a sweat before." Zane said, a smile plastered on his face. Eric then smiles to his partner, nodding to each other before they voices. "Alright. Let's win this tournament."

"Yeah. We're gonna win this. Lucario! Use Shadow Ball and Aura Sphere!"

Lucario then lunges forward, shooting a barrage of Shadow Ball and Aura Sphere which Milotic evades before it changes its approach of attack, aiming its move at Wartortle, much to Leaf's dismay, her Pokemon dodging the attacks then using Protect to fend off the projectiles. While the blue turtle shields itself from the attacks, Red notices something, looking around until he sees a strings of silk across the field before he voices his next move. "Water Pulse in a tornado."

It was too late when the Pokemon gets hit in the back by Electroweb before Galvantula uses Absorb until Milotic repels it by using Water Pulse. Red then notices the veil protecting Watortle becoming dimmer, it starting to get hit by some of the moves, much to Leaf's dismay. The Electric type then switches target, quickly moving towards Wartortle, about to hit it with Bug Bite until it was interrupted, being hit by Dragonbreath, both it and its trainer looking at Milotic. Eric made a command for it to use Electroweb to trap both their opponents, the EleSpider Pokemon about to follow through before it is punched in the face, seeing the Wartortle before it pummels the Bug type then ending the assault with an uppercut. It then shoots an Electroweb, the move almost hitting the blue turtle until another Pokemon made contact with the web, Leaf recognizing it to be Lucario.

"What the?" Zane said, confused on what happen.

"Yes. All according to cake-I mean keikaku!" Leaf said, tipping her hat before Red responds. "Stop."

Upon Zane's instruction, the Fighting type was able to escape the Electroweb until it gets struck in the back by the Turtle Pokemon. They both start to trade blows, Lucario not as fast as it usually is throughout the fistfight however still able to hold its own when it uses its speedier moves, hitting it repeatedly with Bullet Punch and then ending the melee combat with a Force Palm. It was about to attack it again before it was stopped by Milotic, it clashing with the blue canine with a Dragon Tail.

'You're going to lose this.' Lucario growled.

'Sure I am.' Miltoc said with an eye roll.

The cream colored serpent's eyes then glowed, using the water within the area to hit Lucario, trapping it in aquatic spikes before shooting it with a Dragonbreath. The Fighting type then vanishes, astonishing Milotic before Red thought quickly, making it able to use to puddles cause by the rain to create bullets, shooting them around the field, hearing a cry of pain when it turns to see its blue adversary, a smirk appearing on its face. Seeing the look angered the Aura Pokemon, it then charges a blue shadowy ball which is immediately countered by a Water Pulse, creating another shockwave as they collide with each other.

Meanwhile, Wartortle took a Sucker Punch, grabbing both legs of its attacker, holding it in plane then shooting a barrage of watery orbs at Galvantula. Eric then commands the EleSpider Pokemon to use Electroweb, unable to initiate the attack when it along with its trainer sees the blue turtle charge a Water Pulse which is bigger than usual before it shoots the orb which collides into the Electric type, making it fly into the air before falling to the ground, it then shooting an electrified silk that traps its Water type opponent.

"Wartortle! Get out of there!" Leaf yelled, her Pokemon unable to escape before it falls to the ground. Her shouts all come to naught when her starter struggles to get up before it falls to the floor, exhausted but still able to hold on.

"Shadow Sphere!"

"Full Power Water Pulse!"

After both Zane and Red state their commands, their Pokemon obeyed and shot their respective attacks which creates a powerful clash. When both attacks cancel each other, Lucario shoots a barrage of Shadow Sphere, Milotic defending and protecting itself by using Water Pulse in the form of a shield until it creates a water tornado, knocking Lucario into the air. It was about to use Dragonbreath before it was once again attacked by Galvantula, this time enraging the cream colored serpent when it uses the water in the area, slamming it into the air and trapping it into the twister, much to everyone's surprise.

"Lucario, use Shadow Ball to repel the tornado."

"Galvantula, try to stop Milotic with Electroweb."

Both trainers spew commands which came to naught when Milotic increases the pressure of the attack, the crowd cheering when they realize the battle has been on its last leg. Everyone starting chanting the names of the team that they would like to win. Milotic then use Dragonbreath, the attack spreading throughout the tornado, hurting both its opponents before Galvantula was able to shoot an Electroweb, trapping Milotic, making it unable to continue its attack. "No…"

"YES! Alright. Galvantula, take him down now!"

"You too! Lucario. Use Shadow Sphere!"

Eric and Zane yelled, anticipated and panic in their voices, their Pokemon following their commands when they descend towards the serpent, charging their attack. Red shouts his orders but could only watch as Milotic almost about to free itself from its electric prison.

"Oh no…"

"GOOOO!" Zane and Eric shouted in harmony, excitement present in their tone as their thoughts were in sync.

Within an instant, a watery ball hit Galvantula which knocks it into the Shadow Sphere, making the attack blow up on both Pokemon, surprising everyone in the arena. "What…just happened?"

Snapping out of his stupor and realizing the opportunity, Red outstretches, quickly stating his next command. "Milotic, take them down now! Water Pulse!"

Able to free itself from the Electroweb attack, it then shoots a huge blast of water that hit both of their opponents, Zane and Eric shouting commands which was futile as both of their Pokemon were barely able to move. They could only watch as their partners were hit by the Water Pulse, blasting them further in the air before Red commanded Milotic to stop, making gravity do the work as both Pokemon descend to the ground, both not moving which is a sign of their unconscious state.

Seeing the results of the match got everyone in awe, including the referee and announcer, putting the entirety of the ship and stadium in a moment of pure silence. The referee then checks the Pokemon on the field, getting up after he finished his inspection before pointing his flag towards Red and Leaf, a smile on his face as he states their victory which was followed by a round of applause from the audience. Red then lets out a sigh of relief, walking towards Milotic and congratulating her. "Nice job, Milotic."

'What did you expect? It's either I win or I win. There was no way I would lose.' She said in a matter-of-fact tone, turning her face when she sees her trainer's smile. Beedrill hugged Red, feeling immense joy and happiness while Meowth just opened one eye, looking at the group before going closing it with a small grin on her face.

Realizing what happened and snapping out of her stupor, Leaf smiled widely before she jumps into the air before she sprints to Red, knocking him down to the floor in a bear hug. "We won! We won! We won!"

She then feels a tap on her back, seeing that Red is unable to breathe from the intense grip she had on him. Realizing what she had done and apologizing, she loosens her grip on him, still having him enveloped in a hug when she gets up along with him. They both then hears claps, looking to see both Zane and Eric who walks up to them with smiles on their faces.

"Man! That was awesome! We gotta battle again!" Eric said in excitement before he wraps his arm around Red. Zane simply chuckles before he makes his comment. "I agree. Out of all the people I have faced in this tournament, you two are by far my favorite."

"Thanks. You guys were not half bad yourself. If Wartortle did not get up that last minute, I don't think we would've won." Leaf said with honesty in her tone. The purple haired teen shook his head, both her and Eric looking at him in confusion before he looks at Red. "I'm not so sure. I know you had a trick up your sleeve, Red. You're a very good actor."

'He's a lot sharper than I thought.' Red simply scratches his cheek with a meek smile before hiding his face and nodding. Leaf then glares at him, coming to the realization that what Zane said is true, tightening her grip around him on purpose and saying. "Oh, really? I never knew. Who knew my sweetie could be such a little liar?"

"Thanks for an amazing battle and congratulations to the both of you." Zane said holding out his hand for a handshake, Eric mirroring his movement. Both Leaf and Red then smiled, connecting for a handshake while the crowd cheers loudly, the announcer walking to the trainers before saying. "And this marks the end of the tournament, people! The crowd erupted, only cheering and whistles filling the air while Red and Leaf looks around, the raven haired teen making a sigh of relief before he turns to see the huge smile on his partner's face. He then notice her a tear threatening to fall on her face as she waves at everyone, glad to see that he did not disappoint when they receive their medals and rewards for their victory over the tournament. Within hours, everyone exited the SS. Anne, all conversations about the tournament and its competitors while the people spread apart, going their different ways as the sun falls down, marking the sunset of the day.

As all things are covered by an orange hue, on Route 11 is a young blonde who is enjoying the gentle breeze while she looks at the sunset with a melancholic expression, sitting down by a tree while her Pokemon are sleeping around her. Yellow pets her Ivysaur who is napping in her lap, a smile creeping on her face when she hears the sounds by the SS. Anne dying down, realizing that the tournament has come to a close. She then leans by the tree, closing her eyes before she hears footsteps in the grass, looking towards the direction as her mouth unconsciously says the person's name. "…Blue?"

"Hey." Blue said, walking towards the girl with his hands in his pockets before he stops beside her, leaning by the tree. He then realizes that he made the situation awkward when he sees Yellow looking at him before he turns his gaze towards her Pokemon. Remembering what happened in their battle yesterday, he looks up in the sky before he asks a question. "How's your Pokemon?"

"They're alright. Nurse Joy got them back up to health and I'm giving them some fresh air now." The blonde said, a smile on his face as she continues to pet her starter who made it smile in his sleep before it nuzzles itself further in her blouse. Seeing Yellow like this made Blue have conflicted feelings, his thoughts spiraling into a storm when he mentally prepares himself. 'All you have to do is tell her sorry, Blue. This is all you have to do. C'mon. You're the great Blue Oak, the future champion. Girls fawn over you and guys wish to be you. Just…get this over this.'

The spiky haired brunette teen took a deep inhale before he then exhaled, not able to understand why he is having such problems apologizing. He then wondered if it was because he was always right and it is rarely that he has been proved wrong. He then sighs before he looks at his blonde friend.

"Hey, Yel. L-look…I-I'm-"

"I'm sorry." Yellow interrupted him, surprising him when he looks at her with a brow raised, seeing that her gaze was at the ground. Confused, he was wondering if she knew what he was trying to say before he hears her continue. "I'm sorry that I made you lose the tournament…"

"What? No! I-" Blue said but he was unable to get much of his words out. Out of desperation, he thinks that everything will be just like before when they argue however despite this, he still feels a nauseous feeling, not quite understanding what it is.

"You were right. I'm not as strong as you are. I will always be weak. But…" Yellow said, tears threatening to come out of her eyes. "B-but…I j-just want to be a strong trainer…j-just like you…"

Blue then walks towards her before he puts a hand on her shoulder, a smile on his face as he tries to reassure. "You, Leaf and even Red…you are all so strong while I'm just s-so…w-weak…"

Blue tries his best to find an answer but before he could, he was hugged by the blonde who backs away from him, the brunette frozen in his tracks when he hears her say. "Thanks for everything, ya jerk! Hehe…I'll find my own way to fight my battles. So I guess this is where we say…"

She paused, looking into the sky, feeling the breeze pass through her, making her ponytail dance as she returns her Pokemon. "Goodbye and thank you, Oak. Just make sure that you don't underestimate me next time we fight or I'll steal the Champion title from you."

"I'm sorry." She said before she walks away, leaving a stunned Blue who outstretches his hand, realizing that he could barely form his words. "That…"

When he notices she is gone, he then looks down at the ground, the only thing accompanying him is the silence, his mouth able to state his sentence.

"That…was my line…"

Finally, the finals where the final match was done to where we see the victors of the finals… Hope you guys like this chapter, it took a lot longer than usual for this to be done. Sorry about that. The writer's block was huge and also I was more busy than usual the past few months…well you guys knew that.
