It was still July 3rd. Luke and Luna were being told off about the situation with Freedom Fest after Charity thanked the news stations for their time.
The kids weren't safe in San Antonio during this whole situation, so everyone agreed to have the kids go with Sam and spend a few days with her in Houston at her family's summer home. Margo, Mugman, Luan, Benny, and Lori would join them as helpers and to lighten Sam's load.
"I'm keeping my birthday week, right?" Luke asked as he looked at Charity.
"I can't get rid of that, so yes. That's staying like it is. As for everything else…I have some calls and arrangements to make." Charity says.
The next day, on the 4th, Tina was preparing to go on a trip.
"Going on a road trip is for the best!" Tina says.
Emma was eating popcorn as Savannah packed up.
"Yeah, we're going on an epic adventure for Tina's half birthday." Bill says.
"Are Jason and Luke still friends?" Tina asked.
"Our big adventure begins now!" Keith says.
"It's a girls-only adventure." Emila says.
Delta smirked and came with her truck.
Tina smiled. "Happy half-birthday to me, whoop whoop!" She says.
With Aria, she woke up in Sam's car. Aria was freaking out. Sam then had to reassure her that everything was okay.
"Where are we going?" Aria asked.
"You, Clover, and Edwin are going to Houston to stay with me in my family's summer home. Jackson, Desmond, Beckham, and Lilith are joining us as soon as Margo, Luan, Benny, Lori, and Mugman can get packed up to join us." Sam says.
Aria sniffed. She was scared. Clover held her as Sam started driving to Houston.
Delta's monster truck drove by. "WOOO!" Delta cheered as she drove.
Later, they were in Boston as some drones flew after them. Delta smirked and let Chrissy drive as she leaped and spin dashed into one and dodged missiles and spin-dashed into another. She blasted the rest and smirked. "Boom, boom, BOOM!" Delta cheered and rushed so fast she was a white blur. She leaped in the truck.
"That was awesome!" Delta says.
The girls took Tina to a bunch of nice places for her day.
"So, are we going to see the fireworks?" Tina asked.
"Of course we will!" Delta says.
"Yeah!" Chrissy says.
Meanwhile, in Texas, Lana was helping her child ride a horse.
"Easy, Lana…" Cormorant says.
"Relax, I'll sit with him." Lana says, then looks down. She missed Lola and her family, especially since yesterday. She had heard the news.
"Still can't believe it went too far…" Cormorant was still in disbelief.
"I think little Freddie needs to finally meet his other cousins." Lana says. But she knew that due to the stuff that went down yesterday, that was going to have to wait.
"We can take him to Sam's summer home in Houston." Cormorant says.
"Fair enough." Lana says.
With Lola, she had a little girl that she adopted called Abigail.
"Hey, Abigail, I've been thinking. You wanna go to Houston?" Lola asked.
"What for?" Abigail asked.
"So you can meet your cousins and I need to talk to someone." Lola says.
Soon, Sam arrived in Houston. The girls gushed over the size of Sam's summer home.
"Sigh." Edwin sighed as he carried his own luggage. The group went inside as Clover waits for the others. Soon, they arrive.
"Hi…" Jackson says. He then runs to Aria's side.
Clover looked down, feeling left out. Edwin appeared next to her. Clover shrieked and ran off.
"Clover!" Sam says.
Abigail came in. "Hello!" She says
"Who's she?" Lilith asked.
"Yeah, I never met her." Aria says.
"That's your cousin, Abigail." Lola says.
Lana came and hugged Lola. "Sis!" Lana says.
"Lana!" Lola says.
Freddie came in. "Howdy!" He says.
With Charity, she stared Luke and Luna down.
"Why do you always let your egos get in the way of what matters most?" Charity asked them.
Luke sighed. "Because I like my spotlight." He says.
"I don't know, I just got egotistic." Luna says.
"We can set it up for the 7th." Lisa says.
Meanwhile, Drella shot magic as Delta sped around Drella and smirked.
"Nice try, but you keep missing!" Delta says as Drella hissed.
"Hey, it's Tina's half-birthday." Emila says, shooting magic. Drella dodged, then Chrissy kicked her.
Drella gets up as Delta speeds and kicks her up.
Drella growled and got ready as the Golden Shooter arrived.
Meanwhile, Aria was eating some ice cream. Jackson sat next to her, reading his new Dirk Dangerous comic to her.
"Cool! You like him, too?!" Beckham says.
They nod.
Sam checks the clock. "Kids! It's 2:30!" She says. "You know what that means!"
"No…" Lilith says, writing poems with Edwin.
"THE DIRK DANGEROUS SHOW!" Aria, Jackson, Beckham, and Clover say.
Lilith rolls her eyes as she and Edwin go elsewhere.
"I usually watch pageant shows." Abigail says.
"I usually watch iCarly. But I am curious about this Dirk Dangerous fellow." Freddie says with a smile as he joins the group.
Delta rushed around. She teleported behind the Golden Shooter as they were fighting.
The Golden Shooter shot missiles. Delta caught them in a net and tossed it aside as The Golden Shooter aimed multiple missiles and shot them as Delta smirked. She goes so fast, time slows down she leaps on missiles and redirects them to The Golden Shooter.
They all blew up, destroying the robot as Delta landed in the Dirk Dangerous studio.
"Oh, yeah!" Delta says with an explosion in the background
"Keep shooting!" The director says.
"Okay!" Delta says and shoots a bunch of energy orbs, causing fireworks.
Meanwhile, Tina was at a party, celebrating, as she hoped the family was okay.
Later, Edwin approaches Freddie.
"It's 6 o'clock. Freddie, time for you to see Vampires Of Melancholia." Edwin says.
Lilith smiles. "Wicked." She says, joining Edwin. Freddie just looks confused.
"You saw their show, so it's only fair." Lilith says.
"Oh, phooey…no one wants to watch scary, depressing stuff." Abigail says.
"Fine." Edwin says as he and Lilith head off.
"Now I'll show you a show about the top 100 pageants." Abigail says.
As they watched, Aria was on TV. It was one of her past pageants.
"I'm going to be in the Little Miss Texas pageant in October, representing San Antonio." Aria says.
"I'm going to be in that pageant, representing Houston." Abigail says.
With Luke in San Antonio, things seemed to get better.
"What did we agree on?" Charity says with a sigh.
"Stopping my attitude." Luke says.
"I meant the reset date for Freedom Fest." Charity says. "What date did we agree on?"
"July 7th." Lisa says.
"And we agreed that both bands will perform, but at different times." Charity says. They nod.
Meanwhile, Savannah got Tina a gift which was a knitting set
Tina smiled. "Thanks." she says.
"No problem." Savannah says.
"So do you wanna go see the fireworks after cake?" Chrissy asked. Tina nodded.
With Sam, she was getting the kids to eat dinner while she gave Desmond a bottle.
"What's for dinner?" Aria asked.
"Well…your aunt Luan made dinner. So ask her." Sam says as she starts burping Desmond.
"Hamburger sliders, macaroni & cheese, and broccoli bites. For dessert, when dinner is done, we're having an American flag cake, which is a red and blue velvet cake." Luan says.
The kids smiled as they ate their dinner.
Soon, Savannah got Tina's cake.
"Awww!" Tina says with tears of joy in her eyes.
"Time to sing" Savannah says as everyone begins to sing.
Tina wished she'd be in a movie.
After that, they went to see some fireworks.
"Happy half birthday to me!" Tina says as she smirked.
With the kids, Sam had already put Desmond and Clover to bed. Luan just finished serving the American flag cake to the other kids. After eating the cake, there was lots of yawning and the parents in Sam's house saw it.
"Okay, Beck, time for bed…" Luan says as she takes Beckham up.
"I see some sleepy eyes…" Margo says to Jackson and Aria, taking them to bed.
"Come, Edwin and Lilith." Haiku says. "I'll read The Raven to you both as you get in your coffins."
"Wicked…" They both say as they follow Haiku.
Lola and Lana take their kids to bed as well.
In San Antonio, Charity were making Luke and Luna announce the new Freedom Fest date.
"You two know what to do." Charity says, pointing a camera at Luke and Luna.
"We are rescheduling Freedom Fest. The new date is July 7th." Luke says.
"There will be rides, food, drinks, games, and entertainment for patrons of all ages!" Luna says.
"So be sure to join us on July 7th!" Luna and Luke say. Charity then turns the camera off.
"Now, what did you both learn from this?" Charity asked.
"To put others before ourselves." Luna said.
"And to let others shine." Luke says. He really wanted to be proud of his daughter instead of being prideful and only thinking of himself.
On the 7th, the family was able to reunite in San Antonio for the redo of Freedom Fest.
Everyone in the city was taking everything in, riding the rides, playing the games, and trying the food.
Chalice and Aria were at a music stage, watching Five Seconds Of Summer perform. Aria squealed as this was one of her favorite bands.
Tina was there as well. She smiled as she enjoyed the concert.
After that, Jackson took Aria aside and squealed with excitement.
"What?" She asked.
"Guess what?!" He says.
"What?" She asked.
"All of San Antonio wants to see our Gotham City Guys performance later!" Jackson says with excitement.
"I don't know, my dad's performing today…" Aria says, not wanting to upset him.
"He's not performing until tonight. He'll be performing before the fireworks start." Jackson says as he shows her the schedule of performances.
"Okay. We should go find our costumes now." She says.
Alem tuber was waiting to see if he was nominated for an award or had any TV appearances. "Of course, Luke, Aria, Luke, Aria! Now his daughter is hogging everything. Gosh, why do I bother? Being a hero used to be fun, we used to be noticed before Luke started being famous." He says.
"Yep, that's all people seem to care about now." Alex says.
"Last year, Luke won every award ever. I really doubt his daughter has a chance." Jack says.
"People used to care about other stuff. Now all they care about is music and dancing, so we're going to go on an adventure and make people realize there's more to life than fairytales." Alem tuber says.
Soon, Aria and Jackson perform their act. The crowd loved it and was in awe of Aria and Jackson's chemistry on stage.
They soon finish as some fans cheer for them. One of them tossed Aria a bouquet of yellow roses. She smiled and accepted them gratefully.
That night, Elemental Strike began to perform. The Moon Goats went on two hours before.
Fans cheered loudly as the band performed. They even premiered a new song called "Party Heard Around The World" as the fireworks launched into the sky.
