Jumping across the lake to the large city was an easy feat and with his experience he easily landed without making a crater

He didn't want to draw attention to himself, yet

There were large amount of cheering going on and there seemed to be some sort of festival going on

Jumping on top of on of the larger building he looked down at the town square

The whole place was packed with humanoid animals like bears, birds, lizards and even a hippo

"Great" Saitama thought sarcastically to himself "furries"

A pink and white female wolf was performing on a large stage and she seemed to be very famous

There was a large television above the crowd with "11th anniversary" written on it

As saitama looked around more two things stuck out to him

First of all was the power that was radiating off of a raccoon girl, it wasn't much but she would probably give a class c hero a good fight

Next was the strange glowing figure, he was sitting on the roof opposite him but he hadn't seemed to notice him yet

He looked like some kind of blue wolf person and he also had a largish amount of energy coming off of him

Shirou Ogami pov

It's been 11 years since this wonderful city was built

It's making me emotional but I'll keep my promise to Michiru that I won't cry

Ever since the mutated hybrid outbreak the humans have been keeping a close eye on us but tonight is a night to have fun and enjoy our accomplishments

Michiru is down there now but even at a time like this I have to be weary

Just then a strange smell made its way into my nose, lifting my head up and sniffing again I could smell something but I couldn't quite put my claw what it was

Sniffing again my eyes suddenly snapped open and my eyes settled on the rooftop across from me

Sitting there was a bald human wearing black and red but as soon as my eyes landed on him I could instantly recognise the smell

It was blood, layers upon layers of blood

Whoever this man was he was dangerous and needed to be stopped

Neutral pov

The wolf finally noticed he was there

For a few moments they just sat there until the wolf man jumped across the buildings and tried to kick drop him

Easily stepping of the way he watched as half the roof was destroyed before ducking below his other leg

"I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE BUT I WILL NOT LET YOU RUIN THIS NIGHT" the wolf guy shouted before launching himself at Saitama

Simple side stepping the attack he let the wolf's momentum carry him to the edge of the town before following

Emerging from the crater he had created the world stepped out and watched the man

Reading for a charge he stopped and looked down to see a red gloved fist coming out of his chest

Somehow he had just appeared behind him

As the wolf man collapse to the floor Saitama walked off to find that racoon girl, he wanted to have some fun before this universe was added to his strength

As he entered one of the alleys a metal poll landed In Front of him

Turning around the wolf man was standing again

the hole in his chest had almost disappeared but his legs were shaking a bit

"I will not be defeated by a human" he said before spitting out some blood

"I am not a human" Saitama said looking unimpressed at the wolf

Suddenly the wolf man burst into flames while his body seemed to expand a quote a bit

Standing In Front of Saitama now was a large wolf made of blue fire that people of this world would call the silver wolf

As the silver wolf raced at Saitama he simply raised his fist and said "you should have stayed down"

A punch was released that shook the city and brang a sudden end to the festival

And just like that the silver wolf was no more

The only evidence that it had been there at all was the small crated that now seemed insignificant to the one that had destroyed two continental plates on a molecular level

Rushing out from the alley was was the racoon girl who looked in fear at the now completely destroyed landscape

It looked like a Minecraft chunk that had just loaded in, there was water that was just now beginning to flow into it and magma was bubbling at the bottom

Turning to Saitama the racoon girls asked "what happened?" Which was met with Saitama's usual monotone voice

"Some wolf thing attacked me" he said before the raccoon girl looked at him and asked "did you see where he went?"

Saitama didn't respond and was instead fiddling with something on his wrist

Pressing a few buttons reality started to trust and bend before Saitama was standing In Front of the blue portal again

Saitama's power had almost doubled, when he activated the device the converted the whole universe he was in to power that was pumped into Saitama and Saitama himself was pushed through the secondary portal

Garu walked up to Saitama and gave a report "27 groups attempted to destroy the portal but I need more of a challenge and I can't let them get rid of the only challenge I've got" he said

Turning towards the nearest engineer Saitama gave his order, "activate it again, and this time make the portal more noticeable"
