On December 23rd, Clover sniffed. She wanted to perform in the Christmas play at school, but she couldn't due to her going with Sam's family and Luna to the Sharp family's ski lodge in Aspen. They were leaving tonight and they wouldn't be back until after Christmas.

Clover looked sad, but there would be other chances to be in plays, as Sam explained it. And Clover hadn't met her cousin Simon, her aunt Rebecca, or her uncle Sutton, and this was going to be an opportunity for her to do so.

Luke was excited to perform in the San Antonio Christmas parade with the band. Chalice was feeling a little bit better. She smiled as she rehearsed with the group.

Lucy watched them. Luke looked at her.

"You can do it without me." Lucy says. But Luke shook his head.

"No. Join the practice." Luke says. "We actually want you in the band."

With Charity, she felt sad. Her 60th birthday was coming up in seven days. And she knew that she would always be lonely.

Leni noticed this. Charity just sobbed.

The next day, Charity was in the parade. She rode in a fancy car with the city council and was on the leading float. She was forcing a smile.

The Elemental Strike "A Beautiful & Wonderful Christmas" float appeared as people cheered for the group. The Cosmic buddies watched this on TV.

Elemental Strike performed their rendition of "Beautiful Christmas" by Big Time Rush, then Chalice took the lead on "Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home)". The crowd cheered for them.

After the parade, everyone gathered for Christmas Eve dinner at the Huntingtons' manor, and it was a very lively affair. Chalice and Luke had refused to join the festivities for personal reasons. Aria understood what was going on and knew not to disturb her parents.

Everyone was eating and talking about the plans they had for the Christmas holiday.

Upstairs, Luke and Chalice were relaxing. Luke heard his mother crying in her room.

Leni goes to check on her.

"Six more days…six more days…I'll turn 60, celebrate a milestone…I'll be doing it alone…" Charity sang sadly.

"No, you won't." Leni says.

Lucy was planning Charity's day.

The next day was Christmas. Luke and Chalice joined in the gift-giving part of the festivities and gave gifts to Aria, Jackson, Edwin, and Abigail. Then they gave gifts to everyone else. After opening their own gifts, they went to be alone.

Charity was forcing a smile the whole time. Leni gave Charity a gift, which was a designer dress for her birthday.

"Thank you, sweetheart." Charity says to Leni.

The Christmas festivities soon died down a little as everyone was now doing their own things. That was Charity's cue to go be alone with her thoughts.

5 days later, Charity wasn't at home as she was in her office in the city, busy doing mayoral stuff. She knew it was her birthday today.

Leni came in. "Happy birthday, Mom!" Leni says with her birthday breakfast in hand.

"Thank you." Charity says, taking the breakfast, which was blueberry pancakes. She then ate it before getting back to her work.

Leni feels bad for her.

As soon as Leni left, Charity worked on plans for Luke's 20th anniversary parade.

At home, the kids were doing their own thing. They hadn't prepared for Charity's milestone birthday, which made Lucy a little annoyed.

Lucy does her work. She was surprised to see that Luke forgot his mom's birthday. He was busy with the New Year's Eve parade. But he didn't know his mom had cancelled it this year.

Charity knew her birthday was forgotten by everyone but Leni.

Skylia came in. "Happy birthday, Charity." She said with a smile.

"It doesn't feel that way, but thanks." Charity says sadly.

"My birthday just so happens to be on January 21st. The day of the Smash anniversary and they're having Cuphead as a guest of honor." Skylia sighed, tearing up.

Later, Leni leads Charity to Lush Rooftop.

"Sweetie, just forget it. Everyone forgot my birthday." Charity says, still sad.

Leni leads her in.

"Surprise!" Peach, Skylia, The cosmic buddies, Amy, Cream, Tina, and Lucy say. "Happy 60th birthday!"

"Oh, my goodness…" Charity says, sniffling. "What is all this?"

"Your 60th birthday bash! Lucy planned it!" Tina says.

"This is incredible…" Charity sniffed. "I love it so much!"

At the manor, Chalice came in, livid. After hearing the rest of the Huntington family forgot Charity's birthday, she was going to tell them off. She floated around the house in her ghost form.

Luke was thinking about what he wanted for his anniversary. Chalice hissed at Luke, still in her ghost form.

Aria was in bed, coughing, holding her present for Charity. Desmond babbled. Chalice took pity on her own kids.

Chalice then saw the rest of the siblings. She hissed at them.

Charity seemed to be having fun, but she couldn't help being upset with the rest of her family.

Leni noticed Charity's eyes filling with tears.

"After all I do for them! After the sacrifices I made for them! All the events I went to, all the school plays I attended, the countless birthdays I planned for them and attended, EVERYTHING! They don't care about me other than Leni and Lucy! They care about themselves! They think they can just forget a special birthday like this!" Charity screamed as she then sobbed uncontrollably. "They're so ungrateful! They never loved me!"

Charity ran off to the bathroom, sobbing.

Leni feels bad for her, wishing there was something she could do. Skylia went to comfort her friend.

"Listen, it's okay, you're not alone." Skylia says, patting Charity's back.

"I have an ungrateful family! Leni and Lucy remembered, but the others didn't…" Charity sniffed. "And that is perfectly FINE! I will not be at Luke's next show, and I will no longer feel obligated to go to any of their events anymore! Leni and Lucy's events are the only ones I care about now!"

"Oh, right, the show was tonight. I guess Luke decided to return for the show. I'm so sorry this happened to you" Skylia says.

"Yeah, I feel your pain. My last birthday got burned down." Peach says.

Charity felt hurt by the fact her own son forgot her birthday.

"Chalice, the show is in 3 hours." Luke says.

"You forgot what day it was, didn't you?" Chalice says, arms folded.

"The anniversary of my first new year's winter concert in public?" Luke says.

"Why do you have so many anniversaries?" Chalice asked.

"Because I say so." Luke says. At that, Chalice fumed. The milk inside her boiled.

Lisa was at her so-called father's place. "You just had to cheat on mom, didn't you?!" She asked.

"It isn't your anniversary! You forgot your mother's birthday!" Chalice screamed at Luke.

"Actually, I have anniversaries for multiple holiday songs like ones for Christmas and stuff, but I see your point." Luke says sadly.

"We've been so busy with our kids and work, we forgot…" Bobby says.

With Charity, she traveled to Michigan with Leni, Lucy, and her friends as she just sobbed.

Leni offered a gift. Charity took out another dress, and sadly thanked Leni.

Lucy got her new opal earrings. Charity put them on and thanked Lucy.

After a while, they arrived at Michigan State University for the show. Charity sat in the university's main lobby, saying nothing.

Aria wasn't sure if she could compete. Jackson sighed.

"I'll find a replacement." He says, leaving. "Get well soon, I guess…"

"Thanks. I'm sorry I couldn't compete tonight." Aria says.

"YOU WILL BE!" Jackson says, storming out as Mugman went after him. He could see his son was in tears.

Mugman walked with Jackson around the university.

"All that practice and hard work. Gone…" Jackson sniffed. "I won't compete tonight, either! And that's final!"

Meanwhile, the Trillion Triplets were up to their old antics again as they spy on the cosmic buddies. They felt bad for Charity as Savannah had an idea.

Savannah noticed Aria was sick and gave her a fire flower for her cold.

Soon, she organized an entire festival and the show to be centered around Charity.

"I'm heading to my home planet." Delta says, walking off.

"I'm off the clock. Screw technology." Emila says.

"Screw magic." Bill says.

Aria walked up to Jackson.

"I'm sorry I missed all those practices. I was working on something." Aria says and shows Jackson a toy of Charity moving around a number 60.

"All is forgiven. Dang, that's good, who taught you?" Jackson asked.

"Jack and Tori did." Aria says.

Charity sighed sadly. This birthday hadn't been very happy for her. She got ready for the show, giving her family other than Leni and Lucy the silent treatment.

Gemma and April went on stage.

"Cuppy and Mugsy! Cuppy and Mugsy!" The crowd chanted and cheered.

Meanwhile, Lisa was leaving her so-called father after telling him off. "Mother was better off without you!" She shouted as she left.

Lisa finds Charity, who was shedding tears and heartbroken.

"Mother?" Lisa asked. Charity looked at her.

"Don't cry…This is your day." Lisa says.

"It's been a very unhappy birthday…" Charity says.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we welcome you to Charity's college alma mater, Michigan State University, for our School Spirit show! Tonight will be a quintuple elimination show, and our top 10 teams will be announced for our Freestyle Festival show in the Inkwell Isles! If you want your team of choice in that show, vote, vote, vote!" Gemma says.

"First up on this stage…you know them, and you absolutely love them…presenting Cuphead and Mugman!" April says.

The cups appear in green and white outfits and tennis shoes. They then do their performance to "Do You Love Me (Now That I Can Dance)" by The Contours.

The fans screamed for them and a few girls fainted from overexposure to the cups' stage presence.

Chalice frowned as her birthday was on the 21st. It wasn't fair.

She threw her birthday invitations into the trash as she decided her birthday was no longer important to her siblings or her friends.

Cuphead just had to steal her day from her.

Soon

"Coming up next is an amazing and very talented duo, Jackson Roberts and Aria Huntington!" Gemma says. They came out, smiling, and dressed in Michigan State basketball uniforms.

"Today is my grandmother's 60th birthday!" Aria says as the crowd cheered. "Can we give her a song?"

Charity smiled as the crowd sang to her. Soon, Aria and Jackson did their performance to "Swish Swish" by Katy Perry ft. Nicki Minaj.

Charity and the crowd loved them. Gemma hit the platinum button, smiling at the duo.

Soon, it was break time as Charity opened some more gifts. Lincoln got Charity a gift, which was a new camera. She smiled and hugged Lincoln.

She then opened Garrett's gift, which was a Michigan State cheerleader uniform in her size. She smiled and put it on.

"Thank you, Garrett. I love this!" Charity says.

She opens Aria's gift next, revealing the toy that was made for her.

"Awww! I love it!" Charity says.

"Thank you." Aria says.

"No, no, thank you for this wonderful gift!" Charity says.

Soon, the show started again. It was Carol and Connor's turn to be on stage. They did a very spirited performance of "Old School" by Cupid.

Charity smiled at this and the crowd got into it. Once the sibling duo finished, the crowd gave them a standing ovation.

Then it was Beau and Beatrix's turn. They had a unique routine planned.

They appeared with the entire Michigan State University marching band. The duo was wearing their own version of the marching band's uniforms. The band was in their uniforms. They then began a one-of-a-kind performance of the "Marching Band Medley" from Drumline, a movie Beau really likes.

The crowd went nuts once they finished.

Luke and Chalice got ready to go on, both of them feeling nervous. Fans chant their names, wanting them to come out.

Luke and Chalice came out in their cheerleading uniforms and did their performance of "Hey, Mickey!" by Toni Basil.

The crowd cheered as they performed.

After that, the announcement of the top 10 came. All the main teams were part of it.

Cuphead and Mugman squealed with delight. Luke and Chalice smiled. Aria and Jackson were excited.

Later, at Charity's party, she opened Chalice's gift, which was a diamond necklace. She put the necklace on and thanked Chalice.

After opening all the gifts she could handle, it was time to eat. The caterers served dinner as Charity was served first.

Skylia put a birthday tiara on Charity's head as she smiled.

"Thank you, Skylia! It's beautiful!" Charity says.

Luan told jokes while they ate. Lily laughed.

Later, Charity smiled as they showed pictures of her. Her best moments, no less. She was surprised when they showed her ANH appearances for all to see.

Then Lucy read a poem, which Charity loved.

Everyone participated in the games, even if they were just board games Charity liked. After that and a game or two of musical chairs, Charity broke open the piñata and made it rain candy as everyone got their share of it.

Charity then went out for some fresh air. She began to reflect on her past few years. She then teared up as she knew how unattractive and unloved she was.

Rosalina approached her. "You're not ugly. You are a nice person." She says.

"Thanks." Charity says as Rosalina blushed and looked away. It still didn't make her feel better.

Aria thinks about getting Charity a date. She looks at Rosalina then Charity. But Charity just didn't feel the same about Rosalina. Aria thinks of bringing back Kettle from the dead.

Aria finds Lucy, wanting her to use a spell.

"I'm not sure if Kettle will fall in love with Mom." Lucy says.

Charity sniffed as she came in for cake. She sat at the table and lowered her head. She then began to cry.

Luke brings out the cake he baked. Charity didn't look at it.

"What's wrong?" Luke asked. Charity sadly explained.

"Why, hello there." Kettle says, walking in as Cuphead and Mugman are both shocked by this. Charity blushed.

"Oh, my…" Charity was surprised.

Chalice was stunned. Edwin and Jackson were also stunned.

"So, Charity, I heard it was your birthday. Sorry I couldn't bring a gift, being dead and all." He says.

"You being here is a gift enough for me." Charity says.

Luke looks at the cake. The icing is slowly melting on it.

Charity sighs, also seeing her birthday candles had melted on it. She stood up and walked out. She knew it. She knew her 60th birthday was destined to fall apart.

Luke decided to remake it. He saw how sad his mother became at the sight of her ruined cake.

Later, Skylia brought her back as the lights came on.

"Surprise!" Everyone says, standing around her cake, which Luke baked and Luan decorated.

"Oh, kids, it's beautiful!" Charity says as she cried tears of joy and embraced Luke and Luan. She then looked at the cake.

It said "Happy Grand 60th Birthday To Charity!" in purple icing. She couldn't believe it as she was smiling.

The entire room burst into song as Charity was still smiling.

"Make a wish!" Luke says, smiling at his mom.

She wished Aria would win America's Next Hitmaker and blew out all 60 candles.

Soon, Kettle got to meet his grandkids. Aria was in awe of Kettle. So was Jackson.

"Sigh." Edwin says.

"I'm so proud of you kids!" Kettle says to the cup brothers and Chalice.

Charity thinks of her second party, which would be tomorrow.
