~3 ½ months later~
"I don't want to do this, I don't want to do this" Tenten cried in the throes of labor, fiancée and the father of her children on either side of her, holding her hands and wiping the sweat that beaded across her brow away tenderly, friends and family waiting out in the hall for the little ones to be born.
Kiba was especially attentive "You can Tenten, think about when their out okay, you'll get to hold them finally in your arms, love them the way they deserve with two moms, two grandma's and one grandpa, with one kickass aunt alright" the Inuzuka murmured.
The pregnant rosette rolled her eyes "And a doofus for a father" Sakura snorted, making Tenten laugh, any rebuttal Kiba could have made was cut off by Tenten screaming as the first of her children decided to make an appearance with a loud scream of her own.
Kyoka Inuzuka was the first born and named heiress of the Inuzuka Clan with her twin Kyota following half an hour later "Gods their beautiful" Tenten whispered cradling the little ones while the nurses cleaned her up and helped her get comfortable on the bed.
Sakura couldn't resist cooing over the newborns herself while Kiba stepped out into the hall for a brief moment "Well boy who came first" Tsume demanded, though a lot less harshly than normal because today was a joyous day for the Inuzuka Clan.
One look at Kiba's face however and she knew "The girl, Kyoka is my named heiress but make no mistake, Kyota is equally as important" Kiba informed, the rightful leader of his clan now, the council had made him wait until his children were born.
But nobody could refute his claim now "Good work Kiba, now do we get to come in and meet them or what" Hana clapped her little brother on the back in congratulations before asking an important question, Kiba grinned and waved his mother and sister on into the room.
Doing the same for Sakura's parents so they could meet their grandchildren as well "Oh my goodness their so precious" Mebuki cooed in the same way her daughter had earlier at the twins who were nursing, it also made her realize this really was what Sakura had chosen for herself.
A woman who would soon be her daughter-in-law with two more grandbabies to dote on and spoil rotten "Yeah good job Sakura, their adorable" Kizashi gave a thumbs up to his daughter, Kiba blinked but shrugged letting it go at the man's weirdness.
When the pinkette rolled her eyes lightly at her father "Dad that should be said to Kiba and Tenten, I didn't do a thing" Sakura snorted softly, rubbing her stomach when Saori kicked it rather hard, causing her to wince at the pain it caused.
It was so bad that even Tsume eyed her in some concern "Haruno do you need a nurse" Tsume asked, shooting a glare at her son who tensed, ready just in case Sakura collapsed, she'd been up on her feet for the last few hours helping Tenten through the labor she had to be exhausted.
"No, no, sitting will do me some good I think" Sakura assured, grabbing the chair Kiba offered her and sitting in it, glad to get off her feet for a while, the pain easing now that she was properly resting while Tenten looked her over guiltily.
Sakura smiled reassuringly when Saori settled and stopped kicking the hell out of her stomach "So when are you due Sakura-san, will Kazekage-sama be here for the birth" Hana inquired, relaxing when it seemed the young woman was no longer in any pain.
Jade eyes shifted from the little ones to her "Won't be for another week is what I was told and Gaara won't be here for a few more days, Temari is here already because she married Shikamaru last month" Sakura explained, hoping Saori waited that long.
Hana nodded in understanding "So I think we ought to get out of here and let the others in who want to see the kids" Tsume jerked a sharp thumb nail at the door, Kiba was staying so it was just the grandparents and the lone aunt leaving, allowing the others in.
Naruto, Kakashi, Yamato, Sai, Sasuke, Karin who was almost ready to give birth herself, Ino along with Temari of course also showed up to visit the children "Just hang in there alright Sakura, it's almost over" the older blonde kunoichi soothed.
Seeing the pinkette's exhaustion, alone with the engaged kunoichi now as even Kiba disappeared for a time, in order to fetch Tenten something to eat from a restaurant and bring a change of clothes from the house, since they'd been at the hospital for a checkup already when the brunette had gone into labor.
Once Tenten and the newborns were settled down for the night Temari walked Sakura home to an empty house and the rosette went straight to bed after eating a late supper, super exhausted after a long day and she knew things were only going to get more tiring.
Especially during the following three days, there was an extremely close call of her going into early labor on the second day, Tenten all the while wishing she could do more to help her fiancée but she was currently busy with the twins who were a handful already.
Thankfully on the day Gaara arrived, Sakura gave up the fight and finally went into labor "Hurry Gaara or we'll miss the birth" Kankuro urged seeing the panic on their sister's face mere seconds after reaching the Leaf Village as she ran up to them.
Gaara winced at the scream that came from Sakura's room when they made it to the hospital in record breaking time "You're doing great my blossom" Mebuki soothed, at her daughter's side since Tenten couldn't be there for the birth of her fiancée's child.
"Don't just stand there, Sakura wants you in the room to greet your daughter and my niece Gaara" Temari snorted seeing her brother frozen in place outside the birthing room, it was honestly cute how he was freaking out silently.
But he steeled his nerves and entered the room Sakura shot a relieved look his way which meant she hadn't thought he'd make it to witness his daughter greet the world "Can I help with anything" Gaara asked so that he wasn't just standing there.
And was waved over "Just hold my hand, I'll heal you later" Sakura requested, tears in her jade eyes from the labor pain, unlike Tenten's her labor lasted for seven hours and she wanted to call it quits halfway through but Gaara and her mother were there for her every single minute of the process.
Until Saori Haruno slid into the nurse's waiting hands with a quiet cry not a very loud baby it seemed as she was taken away to be cleaned up while her mother was instructed to keep pushing to get the afterbirth out of her and only then was she cleaned up and reunited with her child.
With a tuft of light red hair atop her head and near matching jade eyes Saori Haruno was the perfect combination of her parents "Shall I let the others in" Gaara inquired after spending several minutes admiring the little girl in her mother's arms.
Mebuki off to the side doing the same but focused on the task at hand when Sakura nodded so the first ones let in were Kizashi and Tenten who was in a wheel-chair, twins in arms as Kizashi pushed her into the room, Kiba waiting his turn patiently, followed by Temari and Kankuro.
"Three beautiful grandbabies and this time you deserve it, great job Sakura, she's adorable" Kizashi grinned seeing his second granddaughter cradled in the rosette's arms, Saori was just a cute little button of a baby even if she was just a means to an end for the council in Sunagakure.
Saori was still going to be loved and doted on by a lot of people "Yeah you got that right Mr. Haruno, my little bro did good" Kankuro smirked, even if Gaara hadn't really done anything except donate the sample while Sakura had done the hard work for them in carrying the child and birthing her now.
But at least the two kunoichi would be left in peace to raise the three newborns without being harassed by others hopefully, just then the door of the room opened for a third time to admit Tsunade into the room "Have you all gotten to hold her yet, if not do it because I want my turn" Tsunade scowled.
Not wanting to admit that her apprentice's child was way to freaking precious "Oh Shishou" Sakura laughed softly at her mentor who was really like a second mother to her but with that Saori was passed around the room to her various family members.
Even Tenten who handed her children over to Temari for a moment in order to greet the little girl before finally Saori was placed in Tsunade's arms, soft jade eyes from a little face peered up into honey orbs and the Hokage was completely besotted.
It was even difficult for the woman to return the child to her mother as the others were let in to meet Saori until Sakura started yawning once the little one had nursed on her mother's breast for several minutes which meant it was time to leave for the night.
Luckily just a couple days later both new mothers were released from the hospital to return home with their children "So now that they're here what are you two going to do" Kiba asked, having been staying close to Tenten in order to help with the twins.
Something that the brunette was extremely grateful for because Kyoka and Kyota were not easy babies unlike little Saori "Probably finish planning our wedding and the next time someone wants a kid from one of us I'm gonna punch them in the face first before agreeing" Sakura scoffed.
Back to being violent it seemed while holding her daughter with tenderness, Tenten grinned inwardly hoping that someone was fool enough to ask, Kiba paled but understood where the kunoichi was coming from, her pregnancy hadn't exactly been easy on her after all.
"Wait that means you're not opposed to it" Kiba snapped his fingers in realization, Sakura rolled her eyes lightly at him but nodded "You'll still punch them won't you" he grimaced seeing the vicious smile that formed and he really hoped someone wasn't fool enough to ask.
But with that the engaged kunoichi settled down for the afternoon to work on their wedding with the odd visitor dropping by every so often one of which was Karin surprisingly "I'm scared how'd you do it knowing that it's going to hurt giving birth" the crimson haired kunoichi asked.
Taking a seat in the armchair when she was waved towards it "Well it's certainly not easy and yeah it hurts like a bitch but the end result is worth it I believe" Tenten hummed, not planning on ever agreeing to have a kid for someone again.
Kyoka and Kyota were enough "They are cute I admit" Karin smiled, hardly able to believe that she was sitting here having a normal conversation with the other kunoichi, Sakura had truly changed from the fangirl Sasuke had told her she use to be when they were younger.
And she wasn't just talking about the twins but little Saori as well "Don't worry so much alright, in my personal opinion I think you'll do fine" Sakura assured, getting the feeling that Karin would be a-okay during the laboring process.
Though she certainly wasn't expecting the next thing out of the woman's mouth "Will you be my mid-wife when I go into labor, please I know you're a great medic and you've experienced far more than I have and Sasuke trusts you" Karin requested hopefully.
Jade met gray before Sakura nodded "Sure I'd love to Karin if only to put your mind at ease" Sakura accepted the favor and so a couple days later with Saori being doted on by her aunt, the rosette headed to the hospital to help Karin give birth to her own daughter.
A little red-haired Uchiha baby to Sasuke's complete and utter fascination, after making sure the new parents would be fine on their own Sakura slipped out of the hospital room to return home "How'd it go, was Karin alright, how is Uchiha managing with his daughter" Tenten asked.
Cleaning up a little bit while the twins were napping "Karin took to giving birth like a queen really just as I'd known she would and Sasuke seemed enraptured with his baby so all is good and we can sit back for a bit to enjoy some peace" Sakura hummed.
Wrapping her arms around the brunette from behind "Can we do a quickie please" Tenten pouted, hoping that her lover would agree because it had been far too long since they'd played with one another and the kids would be out for an hour or so longer.
Sakura grinned, made a shadow clone to keep an eye on the children, then directed her lover towards their bedroom to have some fun time to themselves "Now my dear weapons mistress how shall we play" Sakura murmured in that sultry voice of hers.
Dimming the lights to set the mood, Tenten couldn't help but shiver in anticipation as the rosette pushed her gently on the bed kneading the bare flesh of her thighs as her pants were removed in one smooth movement "You could always use the whip" Tenten gasped.
Stomach clenching as warm lips kissed their way up to her drenched cloth covered core "Mm perhaps next time" Sakura hummed, working quickly to give her fiancée what she wanted, Tenten though disappointed somewhat, enjoyed the attention Sakura bestowed on her.
Half an hour later both of them were content enough to head back out and finish cleaning up together while the twins continued their nap which was disturbed not long after by Temari returning Saori to her mother "Here Sakura, she was a joy to look after, how'd everything go at the hospital" Temari asked.
Passing the little girl to the pinkette "Great, there's a new Uchiha baby and I'm sure those two will have their hands full in due time" Sakura laughed softly, accepting her child with grace while Tenten dealt with her own twins who now that they were awake were screaming their heads off.
Luckily Saori was a rather calm baby, Temari snorted quietly when the house went blissfully silent indicating Kyota and Kyoka had stopped crying for the moment, then with a wave was gone returning home, hardly able to wait until she had a child of her own.
Especially after seeing how the two kunoichi handled their kids, it made her want one of her own, meanwhile back with Sakura and Tenten, Kiba made an appearance for the day to help with anything the brunette might need which was looking after the twins.
While the house was given a more thorough cleaning though Sakura still had to keep an eye on Saori, the baby was content to nap for the time in her bassinet "So did Uchiha's kid make it out alright" Kiba questioned, remembering that Karin had gone into labor.
"Yep, a perfectly healthy little girl with red hair" Sakura laughed gently, probably going to always be amused about that for whatever reason, Kiba couldn't help but chuckle a little himself, understanding the reason behind her laughter.
Because Sasuke's kid was the first Uchiha to have red hair that they knew of at least "I bet the council will ask him to have more children" Tenten commented, knowing the elders of the village had a vested interest in the rebuilding of the Uchiha clan.
Poor Karin had no idea what she'd really signed up for being Sasuke's wife unfortunately "More than likely and nothing against Sasuke, but I'm glad I noped out of that situation, having children is fine and all but I don't want more than a few before I'm done having them" Sakura grimaced.
No one could blame her, especially after the hard pregnancy she'd endured for almost eight months "Ouch, how many do you think the council will make Sasuke produce" Kiba winced, not having considered that things would be different for the Uchiha.
That's what Sakura was for he supposed "Two each probably to carry on the Uchiha genes or more, who knows, the Uzumaki clan is in the same boat pretty much so there is no telling really what the council is planning for those two" the rosette shrugged lightly.
Glad that she wasn't responsible for rebuilding a clan or clans really, Kiba was quiet after that, no doubt contemplating over things while they enjoyed the silence to work on their wedding "If someone did approach you about having their kid again would you really punch them Sakura" Kiba asked.
A couple hours later when he had to get back "You think she wouldn't" Tenten snorted, holding her twins as she prepared to take them off for a bath "Not saying that I wouldn't enjoy seeing her pregnant but I don't ever want to go through that again really" the brunette scowled lightly.
Making her opinion known on the matter "But yes Kiba I really would punch first before agreeing and aww that's no fun, it was a total blast watching you" Sakura snickered, having thoroughly enjoyed watching the theatrics during Tenten's pregnancy.
The older kunoichi rolled her eyes but smiled at her lover, Kiba shrugged, figuring that he was never going to understand the two women as he left, "Do you really want me to be pregnant again" Tenten asked when they were laid in bed together later that night.
Children asleep in the room next door "As long as I don't have to watch them fuck you, it was hard that day letting Kiba but if it were like what Gaara did I'd be okay with it so why not take advantage of the time we can have children to give Kyoka, Kyota and Saori lots of siblings" Sakura shrugged.
"Okay, okay as long as I only had one, those two are gonna be the death of me" Tenten grumbled agreeing with her pink-haired fiancée that they really should try to take advantage of the fact that they could still have kids but really only wanting one more herself.
Sakura smiled and drew Tenten closer as they settled down for the night and before the two kunoichi knew it a year had gone by on them and they were preparing for the twins first birthday, plus their wedding that would be happening right after Saori's birthday.
"To think their gonna be one tomorrow, how the heck have we managed a year with them" Tenten remarked, staring at her twins who were playing calmly for once with little Saori, Sakura had picked up a few shifts here and there at the hospital lately.
And the twins adored the little redhead "A question I ask myself constantly Tenten, kami their little terrors sometimes" Kiba nodded his agreement, they would be even worse when it came time for them to enter the academy and Saori wouldn't be with them.
Saori was the only reason his kids weren't being terrors at the moment "Where other Momma" Kyota called suddenly, peeking up over the edge of the playpen and looking for Sakura who doted on the Inuzuka twins like they were hers.
When the rosette he favored didn't appear, tears started gathering in his eyes "Don't cry now Kyota-kun, Sakura will be home soon you'll see" Tenten was quick to sooth the little boy as she lifted him out of the playpen to dry his eyes.
Just as she was getting ready to set him down the sound of the door opening filled the house and Sakura walked into the living room looking like a mess "OTHER MOMMA" Kyota demanded, holding his arms out to be held by the pinkette.
"Mummy" little Saori called softly, perking up upon seeing her mother which for some reason settled Kyota down long enough for Sakura to disappear on them in order to change before greeting both children with hugs and kisses on the heads.
Giving equal attention afterwards to Kyoka who waited patiently "Goodness their in rare form today aren't they" Sakura remarked once the children were occupied with each other again and she was settled on the couch watching them play.
Tenten nodded "The kids are probably hyped up for their birthday" the brunette commented, standing to head into the kitchen to make supper for the six of them since tonight was one of those rare nights Kiba decided he was going to stay.
Having seen his overnight bag, he probably wanted to be there to help during the entire following day which was no doubt going to be hectic and it was unfortunately was, especially when the twins were given copious amounts of sugar due to their doting grandparents, something that was usually strictly monitored.
Both Kiba and Tenten were absolutely run ragged during the day chasing after the children while Tsume, Hana, Kizashi and Mebuki laughed at the antics of the kids, though little Saori clung to her mother with wide green eyes at the wildness of her siblings.
"Poor Saori-chan she looked terrified" Hana winced when the party ended, feeling for the tiny girl, so that's why it wasn't entirely unexpected a few days later on Saori's first birthday that the little girl rejected any sugary treats from her grandparents.
Who really did their best in trying to coax her into trying some "Did something happen" Kankuro scratched his head in confusion over his niece's stubbornness, Tenten grinned, failing at keeping her laughter in as she explained the situation.
Kankuro chuckled under his breath "Come on Saori-chan don't you want some cake" Kizashi offered yet again for the fifth time that evening but Saori shrunk back away from the treat and eyed Kyoka and Kyota warily both of whom were eating more sugar filled treats.
Eventually Kizashi did give up on the idea "Maybe she'll grow out of it in a few years Dad, for now there's no point in trying to force her" Sakura pat her father on the back as they settled down to have dinner, then the gifts were handed out.
From Gaara who would be staying for the rest of the week since he'd been invited to the wedding, Saori received a necklace of the Wind Shadow Crest to wear when she was older which would signify her importance in Sunagakure to the villagers.
While Temari plus Shikamaru and his parents got the little girl a war fan, Kankuro gave her an age-appropriate puppet to practice with just in case not one to be left out Kiba gifted Saori a whistle from the Inuzuka clan for emergencies but it was the thought that counted really.
Mebuki and Kizashi gave their second granddaughter clothes, Tenten happily gave her second daughter some plushy kunai and as for Sakura, she gave her child something that only she could "I know my little love that you won't be able to appreciate this yet but the option is there" Sakura murmured softly to her little one.
A future as a medic if the child wished to learn was her gift that way Saori would know how to heal herself and others in the case it was needed, plus some toys "Wow compared to theirs today was calm" Tenten sighed when the party was over and it was just them and their children.
Eyeing her kids who were napping for the time being Saori in the middle of them "Yeah, those three are as different as day and night but I don't regret it" Sakura smiled tenderly at the 1-year-olds "But now we can focus on us and finally get married in a few days" the rosette reminded.
Tenten grinned with excitement while impatiently waiting over the course of the next three days until it was finally the day of and she was dressed in her best stood at the end of the aisle staring intently at the spot she knew Sakura would appear.
Meanwhile being helped into her wedding kimono, Sakura was silently freaking out that today was the day she married the woman she loved at long last "Be calm Sakura, you know Tenten isn't going to up and leave you" Temari soothed.

Holding little 1-year-old Leiko Uchiha, 4 months pregnant with her second and third children while already dressed in her wedding attire as one of Sakura's bridesmaids, Temari was the matron of honor however "Psshh of course I had to make you one of my bridesmaids Karin" Sakura snorted lightly.
Karin had become a wonderful friend over the past year after all and there was no way she could exclude the other woman from her wedding at this point "I'm grateful as well Sakura-chan that you asked me to help as well" Hinata piped in softly.
Engaged to Naruto after the pair had danced around each other for years and soon to be wed themselves but for now the blue-haired woman was content to be a bridesmaid for Sakura, just then Sasuke came to give his congratulations to the bride.
"You're beautiful Sakura, Tenten is a lucky woman to have you, thank you for being a friend to Karin, for being there for the birth of my children and any future children we have...and I'm sorry for all the times I treated you horribly, there is no excuse I can use to justify my actions" Sasuke bowed low.
Apologizing for all the terrible things he'd done in the past to his teammate "No there isn't but that's all in the past Sasuke, I hold no grudges truly, all I ever wanted was for you to be happy and I know now that, that was never going to happen with me, but Karin-chan she can do that for you so be happy" Sakura smiled.
Being kind, Sasuke accepted her statement with all the grace he possessed then accepted his daughter from Karin and returned to the main area, not long, no more than half an hour later, Kizashi came to see his daughter and let her know it was time.
With her three chosen preceding her Sakura grabbed her father's elbow and let him escort her to Tenten, everyone was in awe as the rosette walked gracefully down the aisle to the brunette dressed in a snow-white wedding kimono decorated with little pink cherry blossoms, her namesake.
Taking everyone's breath away including her special guest Gaara who was sat in the front row with Kankuro and Sakura's mother, holding Saori, the man was really truly happy for the pinkette as Kizashi passed Sakura off to her fiancee then hurried to sit down with his wife.
Kiba on the other side of Mebuki with his own children, mother and sister at his side watching as the two were joined in holy matrimony for the rest of their lives together, it was a beautiful ceremony to be sure and afterwards with the children in capable hands the newly wedded couple headed off.
On a short honeymoon "Do you think they'll truly be alright" Tenten asked worried about Kyoka and Kyota obviously, this would be the first time they'd left the children for any long period of time so it was understandable really.

"Hey seems we're just in time for some sort of festival" Tenten remarked on the way to the hotel as they walked through the town, Sakura grinned knowing that the two of them were going to have a lot of fun but first checked them into the reserved room that Tsunade had set up.

As he sat gingerly back down on the couch and gestured for her to do the same, Sakura off collecting Saori from the Nara's "So everything was fine and dandy for the first couple of days but on the third day Kyota got the flu, he kept crying for you and his other momma" Kiba grimaced.
Feeling like absolute crap "And just as he was starting to get better, Kyoka came down with the same sickness day before yesterday had to take her to the hospital and everything, then Kyota got so upset a bit ago so he puked, I finally got them to sleep a bit ago but yeah it's been rough" Kiba finished.
Tenten winced "Well we're home now Kiba and Sakura can handle their medical needs so go, get some rest" the brunette shooed the brunet off, surprisingly Kiba didn't leave like she thought he would instead headed into the guest bedroom to change out of his dirty clothes then sleep like he hadn't for a week.
Not long after Sakura returned and the situation was relayed to her by Tenten "Oh no poor Kyoka and Kyota, don't worry Tenten I'll help" Sakura assured, toting her own child who had missed her since little Saori was clinging tightly to her shirt.
But later on, after giving the sick Inuzuka twins some medicine to help them feel better and sleep as they needed in order to recover from the flu the Haruno household settled down for the night, Sakura and Tenten more than happy and content to cuddle with each other.
