Chapter 48 Old Times

Judai lead the group to the gates and said: "Okay everyone ready?"
They nodded at him, he had to explain not to say he's like from another world since that would just cause mass hysteria, he also managed to get them inside when the base was mostly empty with the people inside of they're houses.
They went inside of the base and the group looked around.
"It's just a old mall." Ugio said.
"Because after the zombie outbreak I had to take a stand and make a new base with this part of the city since my friends were there." Judai said.
"You called them... Your friends." Fei got surprised.
"Yeah." He sighs and he looks at her. "Also who are you exactly?"
"Shinohara Mirei!" She grunts.
He blinks and stares at her form. "Well... This is karma."
"Oh come on." She grunts a bit.
"It has been a long time since we've seen each other Judai, how many years did it pass here?" Shiraori asked.
"Years? It's been months." He said.
"Months?!" They said.
"But we lived a new life where we had new families and all that." Shun said.
"For me it was only a couple of months since the last time we've seen each other." Judai said.
"So the time here is much different from the other world." Ariel said. "How interesting."
"So that's why you didn't change at all in terms of appearance." Yuri said.
"Yes, you grew more inside." Sachi smiles.
"Also good thing Hugo isn't here." Ugio sweatdrops.
"Who is that?" Judai said.
"It's Natsume Kengo." Sophia said.
Judai frowns hearing that name.
Flashback
Judai was at his old highschool sitting next to a tree outside the school grounds to relax, he saw the others doing they're own things but he didn't care.
He then saw someone watching him behind a tree and it was Wakaba, she was the queen of class despite not caring about that.
Wakaba always watches Judai when she could since he was always someone she's interested, a man that walks around like a lost soul with no dreams.
"Hey Judai." He looks foward and saw Shouko Negishi.
"Negishi." He said.
"I was curious to see what you were doing." She said.
"Nothing." He said.
"I can understand how you feel." She rubs her head.
They then saw Natsume go up to them. "Oi Suzugamori!"
He picks him up by his shirt. "I'm tired of you always coming here and try to act your the king."
"I don't care about that." Judai sighs.
"Why you!" He lifts a fist but Judai headbutts him making Natsume grunt.
He then got pinned down as Judai twists his arms from behind his back. "Give it up."
Natsumu grunts and glares at him, then a couple of the guys came and seperated them.
"I'll get you one of these days you bastard!" Natsume said.
Judai frowns and walks away with his hands inside his pockets.
Wakaba stares at him and smiles a bit.
Judai was the guy that didn't even wanted to go to school since he didn't have any goals or dreams to achieve he was just there because he was forced to.
Many actually felt bad, the teacher knew about what happened and she wants to help Judai as much as she can.
Flashback ends
"Well either way, it's better he's not here." Judai said.
They went to his office and saw Takashi and the others including Alice Liddell.
They got surprised seeing them and Takashi said: "Uh Judai, who are these guys?"
"Apparently my old classmates and teacher." He said.
"What?!" Saya got shocked.
"Wait, how is that possible?" Rei said.
"Well we were killed in a big explosion that took all of us out." Shun said. "We were then reincarnated into a new world and I know it sounds strange but it happened."
"Still some of you look cool." Kohta said.
"Oh thanks." Ugio said.
"So who's your teacher?" Kyoka asked.
Filimos raises her hand and they got stunned.
"Oh my, she's super young." Shizuka said.
"Well thanks, but elves age slowly and i'm not they're age." She said.
Saeko looks at Ariel who was smiling and has a bad feeling about her. "Is she a problem?"
"Oh don't worry, i'm not among they're group of friends, i'm just a friend of some of them, but i'm not going to do anything." Ariel said.
"So what are they going to do now?" Kawamoto said.
"Well they have important business back in that other world so we'll have to help them find a way back, until then they can help us with our problems." Judai said.
"So Judai... Who made all these zombies?" Chie asked.
"A scientist called Dr Pest who works for Shocker." He said shocking his former classmates and teacher.
They know who Shocker is since it's the main villain of the original Kamen Rider and appeared many times.
"They're here." Shun said.
Alice goes up to them and said: "So your all big bro's friends?"
They got surprised at to what she called Judai.
"Did you call him big bro?" Filimos said.
"Yes, he's been really nice to me and he saved me." Alice smiles.
Shiraori looks at Judai. "So she was the one that helped you get better."
"You can say that." He looks away.
"Still we're happy to know you've gotten better Judai." Shun said.
"So you knew what he was like and didn't try harder." Naomi frowns.
"Hey we tried our best, sensei even helped him with what she could." Ugio said.
"But we tried to talk to him but we also had someone that was always trying to pick on Judai." Sophia said.
"Yeah, that guy was a douche." Wrath said.
"Do you also know Arachne?" Saeko asked.
"Yes, she was also a classmate, but we never knew this would happen." Shun said.
"I've seen Arachne and she was always a nice girl talking to others, but I didn't expect she would do this to kill everyone." Filimos said.
"But it makes me wonder, why didn't she do anything did she expect that we..." Katia frowns and was stunned.
They knew what she was thinking and they had a similar expression.
"Did... Did she knew we would have died?" Touko said.
"If she did, then why didn't she try and warn us?" Ren said.
"She called in sick, I thought she didn't die because she was at home." Filimos said.
"Judai told us he was skipping school that day." Saki said.
"What?" Saya and Kyoka glare at Judai.
"It's not even in the school we were in." Judai said.
Shiraori looks outside a window to look where Arachne is living. "Did you really knew what would have happened?"
Ariel got curious too, did she knew the gods or something to avoid her own death, seeing how possessive she was it would be natural she would wait for everyone else to die so she could have Judai.
Judai was thinking the same and frowns, he will have to find more of the truth. "I have to get stronger."
"Well maybe I can help." Ariel said.
"What?" They said.
"If you knew magic like from our world, you could fight her even better, also being non human would help you." Ariel said.
Judai looks at her and Takashi whispers. "Are you going to take it?"
"We would need to stop Arachne, so i'll do anything." He said.
They saw Naughty come in and he waves.
"Why is there a giant bear here?" Sophia said.
"He's from my mind." Judai said surprising them. "I've got a new ability and i'm also the descendant of Uesugi Kenshin."
They got shocked to hear that since the same classmate they used to go with is related to one of the most important figures of Japan, that made Filimos faint hearing that.
Sophia looks at Judai and smiles. "He's just keeps getting more interesting."
Note: They arrived at the base and a flashback showed what Judai did and how some interacted with him back in the past, Hugo hates Judai because of his king personality and Judai just didn't like him for being annoying since this is Judai when he was a blank slate while being a sarcastic jerk.
