Okay. So I know that sometimes im losing favorites and followers cause I don't post very fast due to schedules and college from IRL. So some chapters do might take a long time and it feels boring but trust me that things will change when I make custom episodes and stuff to balance out the XY series and apologies for no Mega Evolution Specials on here. So an episode will post whenever I feel like it. Sometimes it takes just a week, sometimes a month. Idk. I don't own Pokemon.

"So nice! No early rhyhorn race practice for me and no fletchling to wake me up. Such a relaxing way to start the day." Serena said as she sipped on tea and enjoyed her stay at the pokemon center.
"Hmmm." Serena said as she stretched as fennekin saw and decided to do it also.
"Kenn." Fennekin said as it fell over while stretching.
"Hmmhmm. Fennekin, did you get enough?" Serena said asking her partner pokemon.
"Fennekin!" Fennekin said being very happy too.
"I did too! Okay." Serena said as she manage to finish up and get her hat.
"Fen." Fennekin watched as she looked.
"Thank you for everything!" Serena said happily to the people inside the place.
"Fenne, kin!" Fennekin said as they were on there way to the next city.
"Let's go!" Serena said as fennekin was on her shoulder. Ready to get going.
"Santalune city is really close. Just a little bit further and i'll finally get to see him." Serena said staring at the upcoming Santalune city that was ahead of them.
"Fenne." Fennekin said, what was she looking for was beyond her.
Meanwhile, In Santalune City.
"Yeah! Santalune Gym, you'd better look out. I'm going to get my first Kalos badge from you." Ash said with joy and determination.
"That's right!" Pikachu said joining ash as Alex was determined to win also
"Don't forget! I'm always ready!" Alex said as Bonnie followed both before Clemont was exhausted from chasing them both.
"Come on, guys, can't you slow down a little? Wah!" Clemont cried out before he fell on his face in embarrasment.
"Huh?" Bonnie said watching her brother.
"Come on, Slowmont!" Alex said being a jokester to Clemont who was unamused at the comment alex made.
"Hey, Clemont. Hurry up!" Bonnie said to her brother as Clemont asked them a question.
"One thing, and I think it's kind of important. Do the both of you have any idea where the Santalune Gym might be located?" Clemont said, wondering if they know the location where it could be.
"Uh.. Eh.." Alex said as he realized it but Ash was seemed to have determination in his way of style.
"No clue, Of course I don't." Ash said as alex was confused by ash now. He doesn't?
"I have no idea. Sorry." Alex said shrugging his shoulders.
"Huh!?" Bonnie and Clemont said looking at them in confusion.
"I figure stuff out best when I run." Ash said as Alex seemed to understand him.
"That's right! It's fun for all!" Alex said as ash nodded, they seem like telepathic twins.
"Keep moving ahead and you can't go wrong. That's the way we roll!" Ash said as the fountain sparkles as he pointed high into the sky.
"That's us!" Pikachu said as someone took a picture of them.
"Huh?" Ash said noticing what that was.
"Hmm? What was that?" Alex said as a woman with a camera looked at them both.
"Thanks so much for the great pic." The woman said as she smiled at them.
"You know, the two of you seem to have the makings of a great team. Even friends!" The woman added on, knowing they are close friends to people and pokemon.
"Aw. Thank you!" Alex said being happy on the compliment.
"Hey thanks, Pikachu's my partner." Ash said as he introduced her to Pikachu to the woman.
"Thanks for the compliment." Pikachu said happily.
"Oh, FYI. if you're going to the Santalune Gym, make a right at that corner." The woman said pointing into a direction where the gym was at.
"Yeah? Awesome! Thanks a lot for the info." Ash said being thankful for someone.
"Well, She's very kind for someone to say." Alex said looking at Ash.
"See? I told you we can't go wrong, Let's move Pikachu!" Ash said as they quickly wanted to go.
"Alright!" Pikachu said as they headed off toward the next place.
"Wait for me!" Alex said as he followed up.
"Ah! Ash, Alex! Not so fast!" Bonnie said following the two of them.
"Hey! Wait up!" Clemont said before he stopped and looked at the woman.
"Thank you for your assistance." Clemont said bowing as they all took off, the woman seemed to have noticed and saw determination in them and smiled. Seemingly for a surprise.

EPISODE 5: A Blustery Santalune Gym Battle! (Ash)
EPISODE 5: A Bluster of Bugs! (Alex)
"Wow. We made it!" Ash said as he looked.
"Now, If i remember my facts correctly. The Santalune gym leader specializes in bug type pokemon." Clemont said, he knew it too well.
"I can't wait to go inside, it's going to be fun!" Bonnie said being in joy for ash's gym battle.
"Yeah! It's gonna be fun!" Dedenne said wanting to see how it plays out.
"I'm glad I got Dunsparce with Rollout, And Pidgey has flying type advantage." Alex said knowing his matchups as Ash walked close to the door.
"Hello in there!" Ash said loudly to hope to attract the gym's attention to let them know they were here.
"Yeah, Hello?" Alex said as Ash cleared his throat.
"I want to challenge you to a battle." Ash said as the doors opened from the gym.
"Asssh!" A Helioptile said jumping.
"Waah!" Ash cried as it was on him.
"Whoa! What the heck!?" Alex said as Helioptile recongized Ash too well.
"Hi there ash!" Helioptile said being happy to see ash.
"Ah! It's Helioptile!" Ash said in surprise.
"Helioptile? Hmm." Alex said as he scanned the pokemon.
"Helioptile: The Generator Pokemon: A Normal And Electric Type: Helioptile make their home in deserts. They can generate their energy from basking in the sun, so eating food is not a requirement." The pokedex said reading Helioptile.
"Wow." Alex said as Helioptile looked around.
"You brought Friends!?" Helioptile said seeing the others.
"Welcome Ash, Pikachu." A familiar voice said to Ash, It was none other than Alexa.
"Huh!?" Ash said in shock from the voice.
"Huh?!" Clemont, Bonnie and Alex said as Alexa emerged once more.
"It's nice to see you both again!" Alexa said being happy to see ash once again as Helioptile went back to her.
"Hey Alexa, I didn't know you were here?" Ash said being in shock. Alex was completely lost.
"Ash, Pardon me... But who's this?" Alex said to Ash whom he decided to introduce.
"Alex, this is alexa, she's the one who helped me guide myself to the Kalos Region. And she's a reporter, writing stories." Ash said letting them introduce themselves to who.
"Uh-huh, I finished up my reporting and thought you'd be here soon, so I waited. So are these your new friends?" Alexa said as ash introduced them to each other.
"Yep! I met these two in lumiose city. Alex has been a friend of mine since Sinnoh." Ash said as he knew alex since sinnoh, they go way back.
"Hi Alexa, My name's Bonnie and this is dedenne." Bonnie said introducing herself.
"Hello there." Dedenne said introducing himself.
"And this is my brother." Bonnie said looking at Clemont.
"I'm Clemont. Nice to meet you." Clemont said being happy to introduce himself to Alexa.
"And you know me." Alex said not needing much more of an introduction.
"That's quite amazing, You already knew the gym leader." Clemont said as Ash denied Clemont's claim however.
"She's not the leader. See, Alexa's actually a Pokemon Journalist." Ash said as Alexa nodded.
"That's right, The gym leader's my younger sister, Viola." Alexa said as Ash was confused.
"Viola?" They all said as the voice came back once more.
"That's me." The same familiar woman's voice said, this was Viola none other.
"Huh?" They all said as she looked at them..
"Nice to see you again." Viola said being confident to see them.
"Wait, Your a gym leader?!" Alex said in shock.
"Yes. I am, Indeed." Viola said nodding at Alex.
"Oh cool!" Alex said in joy and delight.
"Ah! You mean you're alexa's sister?" Ash said in shock, seeing her for the first time as Alexa's sister.
"I didn't know!" Pikachu said adding on.
"Oh, so I take it you've already met one another?" Alexa said, noticing how they knew each other so suddenly.
"Right, at the fountain. I took a picture of Pikachu and Ash. Alexa said you wanted to challenge me while I was gone." Viola said mentioning about what happened earlier that time at the fountain.
"I still do! How about it?" Ash said as Viola nodded.
"Sure. Please some inside." Viola said as Alex looked at her with embarassment.
"Viola." Alex said to her as she looked at him.
"Hmm?" Viola said in confusion.
"I do want to challenge you too after." Alex said as Viola happily smiled.
"Alright, Come inside." Viola said as they all took them inside the place to see for themselves.
Inside the Art Museum
"Wow, You took all of these pictures, Viola?" Ash said looking at a art museum full of pictures.
"Uh-huh, Although, these are just a few of the pictures I've taken."
"She's got quite a talent for photographing bug types. She even helps me out with my reporting from time to time." Alexa said adding on with Viola's work.
"Wow, These are beautiful artworks!" Alex said in amazement just looking at them in amazement.
"This is great work. It really captures the love you have for your subjects." Clemont said as he studied the work.
"Sure does. You can see how much you care about bug types!" Bonnie said as she looked at dedenne.
"Yeah!" Dedenne added on.
"I know! Viola, You're a keeper!" Bonnie said as alex never knew bonnie would do this.
"A Keeper? What is she doing?" Alex said as Bonnie walked to Viola.
"I mean, please take care of my brother." Bonnie said trying to showcase Viola over to clemont.
"I agree." Dedenne said being embarrassed.
"Ah..." Viola, Ash, Alex were all lost on bonnie's words.
"we're a little bit confused." Alexa said as they were confused.
"Extremely." Pikachu said.
"What was that...?" Alex said being completely lost from the situation.
"Bonnie, I told you to stop this a million times!" Clemont said being red in the face with embarassment.
"You know you need somebody to take care of you. I think Viola would make you a nice wife." Bonnie said making viola surprised.
"A nice wife?!" Viola said with a big blush on her face.
"WHOAH! Bonnie!" Alex cried out to her as she looked at him with confusion.
"What?" Bonnie said to alex as he thought that clemont was young.
"Isn't Clemont underaged!? You know that's very wrong! Right?!" Alex said knowing Viola seemed old and clemont was not an adult yet.
"Oh.. How-" Bonnie said but Clemont had heard enough.
"Ah, no! this is so embarrassing. Activating Aipom Arm!" Clemont said as he got the arm and began to drag bonnie.
"Huh?! Whoah!?" Bonnie said being dragged away from the group.
"Would you please just mind your own business!?" Clemont said trying to esort themselves.
"I hope you'll think about it viola!" Bonnie said as they almost left.
"Uh..." They all said in confusion.
"That was extremely awkward.. Yet sweet." Alex said noticing how weird that was completely.
"Such a unique little girl." Alexa said as Viola looked at him.
"So, Shall we ash? How about that battle?" Viola said wanting to battle him.
"Great!" Ash said readying to battle.
"Let's do this!" Pikachu said wanting to battle so badly.
"actually. What about you?" Ash said looking at Alex who just smiled at him.
"You know what, Ash. Go first, I'll see what you do that I can improve on."
"Okay, Thanks Alex." Ash said as Alex smiled.
"Is that unfair though?" Clemont said asking Alex before they exited.
"It's called Strategy, Clemont. It's what I know Viola will do that I could improvise on." Alex said as all of them made their way over to the battlefield
Outside Santalune City
"He's gonna be so surprised after all this time." Serena said in delight.
"..." Serena than had a strange flashback of ash when he was young, she was smiling.
"I wonder how he'll react when he sees me? I can't wait to find out." Serena said as she made her way to the santalune city gym.
Back at the Santalune City Gym Battlefield
"The gym battle between Ash, the challenger. And viola, the santalune gym leader will now begin. Each side will have the use of two pokemon and the battle will be over when either trainer's pokemon are unable to continue. Only the challenger may substitute Pokemon." The referee said as the choices were underway.
"My lens is always focused on victory no matter what. Surskit. Go!" Viola said summoning surskit.
"Lets go!" Surskit said being ready.
"A surskit, huh?" Ash said looking at the Pokemon as it skated across.
"What is a Surskit?" Alex said as he took his Pokedex alongside ash and scanned the Pokemon.
"Surskit, The Pond Skater Pokemon. A Bug & Water type. Surskit can walk on water as if it was skating. It attracts prey with the sweet aroma it produces." The Pokedex said as it scanned Surskit.
"My first Kalos Gym battle. And i'm going to start it off with Pikachu." Ash said wanting to use Pikachu for battle.
"That's right indeed!" Pikachu said being ready to battle.
"Ash is using Pikachu." Bonnie said in delight.
"Good matchup." Alex said knowing type matchups.
"That's because Pikachu's got a big advantage over Surskit, who's a bug and water type." Clemont said as Alex needed notes.
"Hmm, Time for the notes to focus." Alex said pulling a little notebook out. Clemont looked at him.
"What for?" Clemont said in confusion.
"If ash wins or loses. I always go next to see what I need to do." Alex said being ready.
"Now, Battle. Begin!" The Referee said as the battle began.
ASH VS VIOLA: TWO ON TWO
"Pikachu, Let's start this with Quick Attack!" Ash said using Quick attack.
"Quick Attack!" Pikachu said charging in.
"Quick Surskit, Use Protect!" Viola said to protect surskit.
"Protect!" Surskit said as Pikachu was sent back.
"Waaah!" Pikachu said as he got himself together.
"Go around Surskit and Use Iron tail." Ash said as Pikachu ran around and behind surskit.
"Alright! Iron.. Tail!" Pikachu said ready to use Iron Tail.
"Surskit, Dodge it." Viola said as Surskit dodged it.
"Whoa!" Surskit said, dodging it with ease.
"Huh?" Pikachu said as Surskit skated around Pikachu.
"Behind you." Surskit teased as Pikachu lost itself.
"What the..?" Pikachu said as Ash needed pikachu to pay attention.
"Focus, Pikachu. Use Electro ball and stop surskit." Ash said as Pikachu got it.
"Electro.. Ball!" Pikachu said firing a yellow electric ball.
"Surskit, Use Ice beam!" Viola said to Surskit.
"Ice Beam!" Surskit said firing a strong ice beam. And blocking electro ball with an explosion of collided moves.
"Ah!?" They all said as Ice beam was strong.
"Ice beam? Wow, Already?" Alex said in surprise.
"My sister is very strong." Alexa said, knowing Viola wasn't a pushover.
"Huh?" Clemont said looking at her in confusion.
"Defeating her is no easy task." Alexa said as Helioptile was with her.
"Yep." Helioptile said with Alexa.
"This is where it begins. Use Ice Beam on the field." Viola said wanting to scatter ice across the field.
"Ice. Beam!" Surskit said using Ice beam on the battlefield.
"Whoa! Wah! Huh? What the?" Pikachu said dodging it before he realized the field was covered in ice.
"Ah!" Ash said in shock.
"Whoa, The battlefield is frozen!" Bonnie said, looking at the battlefield.
"That's crazy!" Dedenne said adding on.
"Ice battlefield? I thought this was a bug type gym?" Alex said in confusion.
"Oh.. Whoa. Oh OOOH! OOF!" Pikachu said stumbling on the ice battlefield from Surskit.
"Ah! Pikachu, get up. Quick!" Ash said as Pikachu got up.
"Okay..." Pikachu said as Viola suddenly saw the advantage.
"Our ice battlefield is picture perfect, Surskit. Let's go." Viola said as Surskit skated around.
"Speed! Let's go!" Surskit said skating around.
"Whoah. Oh!" Pikachu said losing concentration of Surskit.
"Hang in there, Use Iron tail." Pikachu said charging up Iron Tail.
"Okay. Iron Tail... Take this!" Pikachu said as he whacked Surskit with iron tail.
"Argh!" Surskit said being struck.
"Pull it together Surskit, and Use Ice Beam!" Viola said knowing surskit can take it.
"Ice Beam!" Surskit said using ice beam.
"Now, Pikachu. Use Thunderbolt!" Ash said being ready to counter with thunderbolt.
"Whoah! Thunderbollllt!" Pikachu said as the moves collided into an explosion sending it back and down.
"Pikachu, No!" Ash said as this was viola's chance.
"Yes! Now use your Picture Perfect Signal beam!" Viola said as Surskit was ready to fire.
"Signal Beam!" Surskit said firing a purple beam at Pikachu.
"Oh.. Huh?" Pikachu said getting directly hit by Signal beam. Hard.
"Pikachu!" Ash cried out to his partner who landed near him.
"Oh!" Everyone said in shock from the big blast.
"Ahhh..." Pikachu said with swirls on his eyes and fainting from the battle.
"Pikachu is unable to battle, Surskit wins!" The referee said as Ash gasped.
"Poor him." Alex said, he took good notes of the moves.
"Pikachu, You okay? Pikachu?" Ash said to his partner pokemon.
"Yeah..." Pikachu said weakly.
"You were great out there, Thanks Buddy." Ash said as he put Pikachu aside.
"You trained Pikachu quite well. But it still has a long way to go before it could beat my surskit." Viola said as ash was determined to win.
"I'll beat it now. With this Pokemon. Fletchling, let's go!" Ash said before he summoned out Fletchling.
"I'm gonna have fun!" Fletchling said soaring above the battlefield
"Wow, Fletchling will be great. It can attack from above so the frozen ground won't do a thing!"
"A flying type like fletching has an advantage over Surskit too." Bonnie said as the door opened to see Serena.
"Ah.. ah.. ah!" Serena looked around, she saw Ash and the others. She gasped as she walked over.
"There he is, it's ash!" Serena thought as she approached him, Alexa noticed and spoke to her.
"Can I help you?" Alexa said to Serena who turned her head to Alexa.
"Ah!" Serena said as Alex noticed and the others too.
"uh.. hello?" Alex said to Serena.
"I was kind of wondering if it would be okay if I watched him battle?" Serena said with kindness.
"Of course, that would be just fine. Welcome." Alexa said
"Sure. You can watch." Alex said as he allowed them to come let her watch.
"Why don't you join us over here?" Clemont said offering Serena to join.
"Yeah, it's getting real good." Bonnie added on.
"It's a lot more fun than you think." Alex said as Serena nodded her head.
"Thats so nice of you, thanks." Serena said as she joined them.
"Okay Fletchling, Peck. Let's go!" Ash said as Fletchling charged in.
"Soar above! Peck!" Fletchling said, charging with Peck toward Surskit.
"Quick, Dodge it." Viola said as Surskit saw it as it
"Whoa!" Surskit said as it dodged, Fletchling avoided hitting the ground though.
"Now, Use ice beam!" Viola said as Surskit aimed at Fletchling.
"Ice Beam!" Surskit said, using ice beam.
"Dodge it!" Ash said as it watched.
"Nope." Fletchling said, dodging Ice beam.
"Awesome!" Ash said watching it dodge.
"Yeah, Go for it fletchling!" Bonnie said to the bird.
"Surskit, Sticky web. Go." Viola said, needing to slow the fletchling down.
"Fletchling, Double team." Ash said as Fletchling got it.
"Double Team! Team! Team!" Fletchling said using double team for the many of them.
"Uh.. Sticky Web!" Surskit said as it fired at the clones, failing to hit fletchling.
"It dodged everything." Clemont said as Ash had a plan that was working very well.
"Alright! Attack, attack, attack, attack." Bonnie said, wanting ash to win badly.
"Calm down there a bit. Ash has got this. Got to keep up." Alex said to the little girl.
"Now, Fletching. use Razor Wind!" Ash said as Fletchlings wings started a faint glow of white.
"Razor Wind!" Fletchling said, using Razor wind as Surskit watched.
"Ah..." Surskit said as it was directly hit by Razor Wind.
"Ah!" Viola said, seeing Surskit on the ground.
"Uh..." Surskit said weakly with swirls on it's eyes as it was brutally defeated by Fltechling.
"Surskit is unable to battle! Fletchling wins!" The referee said as Surskit lost.
"Alright!" Ash said as he was back in the game.
"Yay! I won!" Fletchling said in the sky.
"Alright." Alex said, not to joy as he watched.
"Alright." Clemont said as Serena and Bonnie clapped hands at each other.
"Did you see how totally awesome ash battles?" Bonnie said.
"Mm-hmm, I sure did." Serena said as Alex watched in curiousity.
"Now both sides have one pokemon left. Ash might win this." Clemont said, making an early prediction.
"Don't jynx it. Clemont." Alex said as the boy looked at him.
"Surskit, you were great. You deserve a good rest." Viola said, returning Surskit.
"Time to beat your other pokemon and get my hands on my first Kalos Gym Badge!" Ash said at Viola, Who seemed like she was wanting to win.
"It's not going to be that easy. My gym leader's pride is on the line. Let's do this Vivillion!" Viola said as she summoned out her last pokemon.
"Sure thing Viola." Vivillion said as it floated high in the sky.
"Oooh." Ash said looking at the Vivillion.
"What is that!? I love it!" Alex said in joy.
"Who's that pokemon?" Ash said as he pulled out his pokedex and scanned it.
"Vivillion, The Scale Pokemon: A Bug And Flying type. Vivillion are skillfully able to find a source of water. It has been said that you'll find a spring if you follow a vivillion." The Pokedex said, reading Vivillion.
"Alright, Fletchling. Peck." Ash said to Fletchling.
"Peck!" Fletchling said being ready to charge in again.
"See, Flying type moves are super effective against Vivillion." Clemont said, remembering about pokemon types.
"Rock type moves too." Alex added on.
"Take this!" Fletchling said, charging in.
"Vivillion, use Psychic." Viola said, wanting to use Psychic.
"Psychic!" Vivillion said, stopping Peck.
"Hey! I can't move!" Fletchling said being caught.
"Ah! What happened?" Ash said in confusion.
"Since I made an ice battlefield, I want you to experience what this it's all about." Viola said about her tricks.
"AAAAH!' Fletchling said as it was tossed into the ground.
"Fletchling!" Ash said as everyone watched.
"Ahh!" Everyone said, psychic was strong.
"Fletchling, you okay? Can you still fly?" Ash said to his bird pokemon.
"Yeah.." Fletchling said, getting up.
"Alright, Use Gust." Viola said as Vivillion used Gust.
"Guuusst!" Vivillion said using Gust as it was powerful to send it back.
"Waaah!" Fletchling cried out as it landed in a web.
"Fletchling!" Ash said as it was caught up in a web.
"Aah!" Serena said in shock.
"That's incredibly strong for a Vivillion!" Alex said, noticing how vivillion was strong.
"It's stuck in that sticky web!" Clemont said realizing.
"Oh no!" Bonnie said.
"Break free, You can do it. Fletchling!" Ash said as Fletchling couldn't from it's pain it had.
"A picture perfect opportunity. Vivillion. Solar Beam!" Viola said putting her fingers into a square before separating them.
"Solar... BEAM!" Vivillion said as the sunlight charged up very fast before firing solar beam.
"Oh no, Fletchling!" Ash cried out to his pokemon.
"..." Fletchling looked at Ash with swirls on his eyes.
"Fletchling!" Ash said, he lost.
"Ah!?" Everyone was in shock. Viola had defeated fletchling without a problem.
"Fletchling is unable to battle. Vivillion wins, which means the victor is viola, the gym leader." The referee said. Viola won the match.
"..." Ash was in shame, heartbreak, sadness.
"Okay. Wow." Alex said in shock.
"Thanks a lot, Vivillion." Viola said, returning her pokemon.
"Fletchling! Are you okay?" Ash said, picking up the little bird pokemon.
"Yeah." Fletchling said weakly.
"Ash!" Clemont said as he had Pikachu in his arms.
"Oh man." Pikachu said in ash's arms.
"We need to get them both to the Pokemon Center, I'm afriad that battle put them through a lot." Clemont said as they were brutally beaten. Ash was heartbroken, He lost the first gym battle.
"Oh.." Pikachu said weakly.
"Ugh..." Fletchling groaned as their pain were bad.
"What about Froakie? He's still an option Ash has yet to try... Right?" Alex said as Ash looked at him, but he knew it wouldn't work. He looked at Viola.
"Ngh.. I know I lost, but i'll come back here stronger, And when I do after you have your battle with Alex. I hope you'll let me have a rematch." Ash said to Viola who she seemed to have a smile to him.
"I'll be looking forward to it. Come back anytime." Viola said, being able to let ash come back anytime.
"Mm.. Let's go." Ash nodded, then he scurried off with everyone else.
"Okay." Alex said as they hurried. Serena looked at them.
"Huh? Uh? Oh..." Serena said watching them go before she noticed something.

"Nurse Joy, Please take care of my pokemon." Ash said as Nurse joy understood the situation.
"We got it covered." Wigglytuff said, taking them to be better.
"Don't worry Ash, They'll be all better in no time." Nurse joy said as Ash looked at them.
"..." Ash was so heartbroken. He never felt this embarassed ever.
"I.. I'm so sorry Ash." Alex said to his friend, Ash hung his head low.
"..." Ash soon left in sadness and shame. It was a terrible loss for him to experience.
Santalune Gym.
"So that's the photo you took when they were on their way here?" Alexa said seeing the picture of Ash and Pikachu on the fountain.
"That's right. Isn't it a great shot?" Viola said as Alexa smiled.
"Excellent! You can really pick up the powerful bond Ash and Pikachu have with each other." Alexa said, knowing them pretty well.
"Helio." Helioptile said in agreement.
"You're right, although their battling wasn't all that powerful." Viola said, mentioning about the battle.
"Don't underestimate them. I wouldn't be surprised if things are quite different the next time you battle him. That's the kind of trainer Ash is. I think i'm going out for a little while." Alexa said as she was going to head out.
"Helioptile!" Helioptile said in a later tone.
"But.. where are you going?" Viola said in confusion.
"..." Alexa left without saying a word, her sister was very confused.
"Huh?" Viola said in confusion.
Sanatalune Pokemon Center, Backdoors
"..." It was silent, Alex was training.
"Here, eat up." Bonnie said giving some food to dedenne.
"Food! Nom nom nom nom!" Dedenne said as he nibbled down the pokemon food.
"Hahah, Oh dedenne. You're such a cutie pie." Bonnie said with joy on it's face.
"It must've been really hungry!" Clemont said as Alex was training himself.
"Okay, Pidgey. Twister!" Alex said to his bird pokemon.
"Twister!" Pidgey said using twister as Dunsparce avoided it.
"Now Dunsparce, Practice rollout. But don't hit pidgey." Alex said to Dunsparce, giving a warning to them.
"Got it. Rollout!" Dunsparce said as he rolled along, being ready for viola. Alex was in joy.
"Good work you two! You got the rythm and speed going!" Alex said as Clemont noticed him.
"Hmm?" Clemont said as he noticed ash.
"Ash...?" Alex said as Ash literally couldn't think.
"Viola totally beat me. Man is she strong." Ash said as he remembered what Viola did.
"Mmm." Ash said being down completely.
"Ash. Not everyone can win... Remember? Sinnoh?" Alex said walking over to him. Ash looked at him then down again.
"Yeah.. I know but.. Mmm." Ash said as alex apologized.
"Right... Sorry..." Alex said backing away a bit.
"Uh..." Serena said looking at him weakly.
"Pikachu and Fletchling weren't able to show their strengths at all. If thats the way it's going to be. I can't win, no matter how many times I try. What do I do?" Ash thought in his head, what can he try to improve?
"Ah..." Serena said.
"Huh?" Ash said looking at her.
"Excuse me, I think this is yours." Serena said giving the backpack to ash.
"Ah, huh? Guess I forgot it. Hey, thanks a lot." Ash said checking himself around noticing the backpack before lightly taking it.
"Uh, Aren't you-" Alex said as bonnie and clemont noticed.
"Wow! You're that girl from before." Bonnie said.
"Before?" Ash said in confusion.
"She was standing with us during your gym battle." Clemont said, as alex realized.
"Oh! I get it! You must be challenging Viola next right? You... can go ahead. I was suppose to go next, but girls can go." Alex said realizing she must be challenging the gym next and offered. Serena shook her head.
"Uh.. I am not challenging Viola. Sorry." Serena said.
"Oh. My fault." Alex said in embarassment.
"My name's bonnie, and this is my big brother." Bonnie said introducing herself.
"I'm clemont." Clemont said as Bonnie shifted.
"And say hello to dedenne." Bonnie said as Dedenne was on her head.
"Hi miss!" Dedenne said.
"I'm Alex, I am Ash's close friend. I am on a journey to win a official league and find my long lost family." Alex said introducing himself to Serena.
"Hmmhmm, Nice to meet you." Serena said to everyone.
"What do you know? Sorry. I was so busy battling I didn't see you there." Ash said embarassed a bit for a moment.
"Oh, that's okay." Serena said to them.
"My name is Ash." Ash said as he introduced himself.
"Yeah, I know. Serena is my name." Serena said
"Huh? You know? Oh. Maybe it's cause of the conferences you witnessed-" Alex said as Serena stopped him for a moment.
"No.. It's not that." Serena said as Alex was confused.
"Oh. Do you remember? huh?" Serena said before she heard something.
"You remember? Wait...! Ooooh!" Alex said in surprise. Then he understood. Maybe secret lovers? He then snickered to himself.
"What?" Bonnie said as she looked at Alex.
"I'll wait for it when it happens." Alex said as they all heard a noise.
"Huh?" Ash said in confusion.
"Huh?" Everyone joined in too.
Inside the Santalune City Pokemon Center.
"Thank you for waiting. Your Pikachu and Fletchling are now fully recovered and feeling fine." Nurse joy said, with Pikachu and Fletchling being okay.
"Ash! Were alright!" Pikachu said hopping on his shoulder.
"Yeah! We're fine!" Fletching said as he landed on his shoulder.
"That's great. Thank you nurse joy." Ash said to the pokemon nurse with his pokemon on his shoulders.
"It's my pleasure." Nurse joy said happily.
"Have a good day!" Wigglytuff said as Ash looked at Serena.
"Fletchling and Pikachu, this is serena. She was with Clemont and Bonnie. Watching us battle." Ash said to his pokemon to Serena.
"Hello Serena." Pikachu said introducing himself.
"Hi there." Fletchling said to serena.
"Hi you two, Nice to meet you." Serena said as Alex realized something.
"Ah, Reminds me. Pidgey, Dunsparce. Come out." Alex said, introducing his pokemon.
"Hello once again." Pidgey said to Serena.
"Hi." Dunsparce said.
"This is serena, She was there watching the battle with Ash." Alex said introducing them to serena.
"Hello you both, Nice too meet you also." Serena said as they happily hopped.
"Huh? I just realized something. Nurse Joy, how did you get to the Pokemon Center from route 4 without passing me?" Serena said suddenly realizing about the nurse joy from before.
"Huh?" Nurse Joy said in confusion, She was very confused.
"But is that the nurse joy you met on route 4?" Ash said. Now Alex was confused.
"Isn't there the same of you?" Alex said as nurse joy realized it.
"Couldn't be! I think the nurse joy you met on route 4 was my cousin." Nurse joy said as maybe serena didn't know about the family.
"Oh! I get it now!" Ash said in realization.
"Your cousin?" Serena said, very very confused.
"I knew it." Alex said as Nurse joy had a picture with a lot of the same nurse joys on them.
"Here's a photo of me and my cousins during the Kalos region's nursing workshop." Nurse joy said as they all looked at the picture.
"But. They're all the same..." Alex said in confusion.
"Wow, it's the same in Kalos too." Ash said.
"Incredible! Oh right! I was hoping you'd look at my Pokemon too." Serena said, as she wanted to introduce everyone.
"Which Pokemon is that?" Ash said as Serena summoned it.
"Hi everyone!" Fennekin said from her pokeball.
"Whoa! What's this one?" Alex said in surprise, it was a fennekin.
"You're right. Never seen that Pokemon before." Ash said as they both scanned the pokemon.
"Fennekin: The Fox Pokemon. A Fire Type. Fennekin expels hot air that can reach nearly 400 degrees. It likes to snack on twigs." Ash & Alex's pokedex said as they scanned the pokemon.
"Ah.. Achoo! Uh.." Fennekin said sneezing fire and blushing in embarassment.
"I guess it's a fire type Pokemon, right?" Ash said.
"The pokedex did say that so yeah." Alex said as bonnie was delighted.
"And it's so cute." Bonnie added.
"Yeah, I got it from Professor Sycamore." Serena said to them.
"Professor Sycamore, huh?" Ash said in surprise.
"I'm working on being part of his assistance crew." Alex said wanting to help him.
"You see, Fennekin is one of three pokemon that new trainers may choose from. Therefore, I can deduce that you're a new trainer." Clemont said making his sudden deduction.
"Clemont. I did it way before you did." Alex said in a sarcastic tone.
"Still. Makes sense though. Right?" Clemont said to serena as she nodded.
"Right. I just started my journey." Serena said as Nurse joy smiled at her.
"I'll be glad to look at Fennekin, please wait right here while I perform a thorough exam." Nurse joy said with delight, she wanted to help out a lot.
"It won't take long!" Wigglytuff said.
"Thank you, Nurse joy." Serena said happily.
"I'll continue getting set for-" Alex said before a strange voice sounded familiar.
"Ash?" Alexa said inside.
"Huh?" Ash said as he saw Alexa.
"Alexa..." Alex said in surprise.
"It looks like Pikachu and Fletchling are fully recovered. Let me guess, You're gonna start training right away?" Alexa said as ash was more determined
"Of course I am!" Ash said in ready motion.
"That's right. We can do it!" Pikachu said with delight on his face.
"And Alex, You plan on training your pokemon too against Sis?" Alex said wanting to battle so badly.
"Yeah! Of course we can work together." Alex said but Alexa gave a sorrow look at him.
"Actually. Ash, You and me on the training?" Alexa said as ash nodded. Alex sighed.
"Aw." Alex said in sadness. He had to wait.
"Next time, Sorry." Alexa said as they all left.
Santalune City Pokecenter Battlefield.
"You see, Noivern can use Gust too. Noivern, let's go!" Alexa said as she summoned a Noivern.
"Time for something fun!" Noivern said as Alex gasped in awe.
"What on earth is that thing!?" Alex said as he was in absolute shock.
"It's a Noivern. Alex." Alexa said as Alex petted him with delight.
"I love it! Oh right." Alex said looking at him, it seemed to stare at him and didn't bite. Then he scanned the Pokemon.
"Noivern: The Sound Wave Pokemon: A Dragon and Flying type. They fly around on moonless nights and attack careless prey. Nothing can beat them in a battle in the dark." Alex's Pokedex read as Ash was wanting Alex to not be hurt.
"Move, Alex?" Ash said to Alex.
"Oh! Sorry Ash." Alex said as he moved over.
"Right. One of our problems with Viola was we couldn't get past Vivillion's Gust. So let's try to keep our balance." Ash said, knowing this was a problem indeed for them both. Both pokemon had balloons attached to them to be ready.
"Her speed was incredible too. So we need to keep up." Alex said knowing how good it was.
"Right, Pikachu. Fletchling. Heads up." Ash said to his pokemon.
"Got it." Pikachu said being ready for a Gust.
"Righty-o!" Fletchling said.
"Go ahead Alexa." Ash said as Alexa nodded.
"Here it comes, Noivern, Use Gust!" Alexa said as Noivern was ready.
"Gust! Gust! GUST!" Noivern said as it used Gust.
"Whoa! It's strong!" Pikachu said, noivern was a strong pokemon.
"I can't keep up!" Fletchling cried out from the wind.
"Hang in there, Pikachu. Be strong Fletchling." Ash said to his pokemon too see if they were alright.
"We can't... Whoah!" They said before being tossed around by gust.
"Pikachu! Fletchling! Ahh!" Ash said as he caught both of them.
"Yeah. Didn't work." Alex said in a sigh.
"You okay?" Ash said to his pokemon in concern.
"Yeah.. You?" They both said looking at their trainer.
"I'm here for you two. So don't worry and concentrate on trainin'" Ash said as he wanted them to be okay.
"We got it this time!" Pikachu said with determination.
"Give us round two!" Fletchling said as Ash was ready.
"Have noivern use gust again, Please?" Ash said wanting to be ready this time.
"Alright but get ready. Noivern, use gust!" Alexa said warning ash on being ready.
"Here we go!" Noivern said, using Gust again.
"Gah! Ahhh." Pikachu said as fletchling was trying to ride with gust.
"Nnngh..." Ash said wanting them to be okay.
"We've got to be able to deal with Gust." Ash thought in his head to deal with that move.
"Aaahh. It's to strong!" They both said, noticing how good it truly was.
"You're both doing great." Bonnie said to them to hold on.
"Just stand your ground is all!" Alex said, knowing they can hang on.
"I know you can do it!" Clemont said.
"Come on you two!" Dedenne said, cheering them on.
"Aaah Wah!" Pikachu said as he and fletchling were sent flying away.
"Oh!" Ash said, catching them once again.
"Oh, Ash! Oh, no." Serena said.
"Hmmm." Ash said wanting to fight hard.
"Are you alright, Ash?" Alex said, asking Alex.
"Yes.. I am." Ash said as he thought hard.
"Vivillion's Gust isn't the only thing we have to deal with. There's surskit's ice beam and sticky web too. How are we gonna do it?" Ash thought in his mind, How will they win? His Pokemon looked at him.
"We can't give up now." Fletchling said.
"We need our determination." Pikachu said, Alex needed to step in.
"I think you can stop Noivern, Alexa." Alex said as Alexa noticed his voice, he seemed serious.
"Alright. Noivern. Return." Alexa said as she returned noivern to her pokeball.
"Ash, Are you good now?" Alex said looking over at his close friend.
"Yeah. Kind of. How do you plan on defeating Viola?" Ash said as alex noticed what to do.
"I know for one thing, since I seen what her style is and how she battles with her moves." Alex said knowing this was his biggest battle yet.
"What would that be?" Clemont said as Alex need some caution.
"To win to predict what is coming. And take advantage of them" Alex said being serious.
"Oh...!" Serena said as ash was more embarassed than ever.
"Ngh.. That loss." Ash said trying not to feel embarrassed.
"Don't think about it." Alex said, wanting ash to snap out of it.
"Okay..." Ash said in a weak tone.
"Tomorrow, Watch my battle. Okay? Then you can train and work hard on it." Alex said as Ash nodded.
