'Hello, my name is Bless and I'm the Chikara Master of Plant Manipulation, I love plants and I detest humans that puts them in danger.' Said Bless, the new student of Vanguard Academy, much to Wallflower Blush, Cesaro Barbossa, Felipe Ignacio and Kenny Roger's shock.

It is afternoon in Neo-City as we head towards the Vanguard Academy, the afternoon bell went on with students coming out from their designated classrooms. Coming out from one particular classroom, we see Lincoln Loud alongside four boys and a girl with annoyed look on their faces.

The first boy wears circular glasses with thick black rims and blue-tinted lenses. He has freckles and black hair styled into an Afro. His hair has a bright outline. He wears black pants, and a yellow-and-blue striped shirt with a white-collar. He wears black tennis shoes with three white stripes, and white laces on each. This is Clyde McBride.

The second boy is a short kid with wild unkempt red hair, glasses, buck teeth, and freckles on his cheeks. He wears a white and blue striped polo shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers. This is Zach Gurdle.

The third boy is as tall as Lincoln and has freckles on his cheeks. He has orange hair styled into a bowl cut, and two buck teeth, He wears a light and dark green striped t-shirt, brown shorts, white sneakers with green stripes, and white socks with red and blue stripes. This is Liam.

The fourth boy has fair skin and curly orange hair. He wears blue baggy pants, a light green T-shirt with a yellow collar, and white shoes. He also has buck teeth, and freckles all over his face. This is Rusty Spokes.

The girl is a tall & slender, with tan skin, freckles, black hair that curls up at the back end with two strands of hair standing out, two pairs of eyelashes, and noticeably slanted eyes. She wears a white short-sleeved sweater, with a red star in the middle, a red collar, and red sleeve edges, a knee-long black skirt, white knee-high socks with a red and blue stripe at the top, and green sneakers. She also wears a wristwatch on her right hand and a red hair clip on the back of her head. This is Stella Zhau.

"Thank the cartoon Gods this heinous class is over!" Lincoln exclaimed in relief.

"You? Teacher? Not in a million years!" Zach shouted with a thumbs down.

"And even if you were promoted, we won't recognize it!" Rusty declared.

They then heard the Soldier shouting from inside the classroom, "YOU KIDS JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND THE GREATNESS OF MY MAGNIFICENT CLASS!" he shouted.

"Geez... the classes in this school is on college-level!" Clyde commented, "Can't they just at least tone it down for kids like us.'' he stated.

Stella shook her head, "With students varying in ages attending in this school, I find that unlikely.'' she replied.

"But Clyde is right, the level of education here are like college, we need to find a way so we can catch-up with the older kids.'' Liam pointed out.

"We should ask Marcus to tutor us.'' Lincoln suggested, "Despite his laziness and sheer hatred of attending school, he is actually a decent student with a top grades, he even ranked #38 in the recent board exams.'' he stated.

Clyde nodded, "Sounds like a plan.'' he said in agreement.

"Where can we find Marcus?'' Stella asked.

"If not the Service Club room, we can find him in the recreation room or at the Training Facility.'' Lincoln answered.

"Then let's go find him!" Rusty beckoned.

And with that, the kids made their way in-search for a certain douchebag. Meanwhile, we see Luna Loud watching the kids from her locker with a smile when Ritsu Tainaka approaches her.

"Hey, Luna, what's up?'' Ritsu greeted.

Luna shook her head, "Nothing much.'' she replied before closing her locker, "So, what are you guys up today?'' she asked.

"We're so suppose to have band practice today but Yui went on a double date with Robin Rose, Honoka Kousaka and Chimera Wyld.'' Ritsu replied before sporting an annoyed look, "I swear... you girls have been showing off a lot.'' she grumbled.

"What? What did we do?'' Luna asked with a raised eyebrow.

"YOU GIRLS HAS BEEN FLAUNTING YOUR RELATIONSHIPS!" Ritsu exlaimed.

"You're just jealous that I had a girlfriend and you don't.'' Luna pointed out.

"I WANNA BOYFRIEND, NOT A GIRLFRIEND!" Ritsu argued.

"Like I freakin' care.'' Luna replied with a blank look.

"Care about what?'' a voice questioned.

Luna and Ritsu turns around to see Lori and Leni walking towards them. Luna shook her head, "Nothing much.'' she replied, "It's just Ritsu getting all "jeli" because Yui and I are in a relationship and she is not.'' she explained with a thumb jab at the drummer.

Ritsu rolled her eyes, "Piss off.'' she scoffed.

"Jelly? But like she's not made of food.'' Leni pointed out.

"No, Leni, Luna meant that she's jealous.'' Lori corrected.

"Oh!" Leni said in realization, "Don't worry, Ritsu, you'll find a boy to love you for all of your life.'' she reassured with an innocent smile.

Ritsu covered her face with her hands, "Why is my life so miserable?'' she grumbled.

"Get over it.'' Luna advised in annoyance. She then turns to her sisters, "Anyway... there's gonna be a welcoming party for the people from Royal Woods, Great Lakes City and the shipgirls at the park tonight.'' she told them, "It's gonna be an awesome party and we all want you to be part of it.'' she said.

"A party for us? I soooo totes gonna go!" Leni cheered.

"Not that I mind... though didn't we received enough welcoming in this city?'' Lori questioned.

Ritsu chuckled, "There is no such thing as 'enough welcoming'.'' she pointed out, "Besides... this party is a good chance to get to know everyone better.'' she pointed out.

"You have a point.'' Lori said in agreement, "Well then... been a while since I've been in a party, so I look forward for tonight.'' she declared when her phone ringed. She then checks on it before smiling, "Oh! Bobby just texted me and he wanted to meet me in the Mercado.'' she stated, "Sorry girls, I gotta go.'' she said before leaving.

Ritsu facefaulted, "I forgot that she's in a relationship as well.'' she grumbled before turning to Leni, "At least this one doesn't have a boyfriend yet.'' she pointed out.

"Oh! Like, I had a lot of boyfriends.'' Leni replied with a smile.

"WHAT?!" Ritsu exclaimed in disbelief.

"I think Leni meant that she had a lot of friends who are boys.'' Luna clarified.

Ritsu facefaulted, "Geez... you should be careful with your words, Leni.'' she advised with Leni giggling in response.

Bzzzttt...

Later that night in the central park of Neo-City, a party is currently being held and is attended by a large number of people. Amongs the party-goers are various members & students from the Heroes Coalition & the Vanguard Academy. The residents from Royal Woods, Great Lakes City and a number of shipgirls are also present in the party.

We then see Amagi, Akagi and Kaga walking a curve path, passing everyone on the way including a group of people watching Marshmello at booth, playing a loud and upbeat music.

"Ara~ Ara~ Everyone is so lively tonight.'' Amagi mused, "Then again... it's been a long while since we had a party this big.'' she stated.

"Amagi-neesama, do you often attend events like this?'' Akagi questioned.

"When I'm not busy, I sometimes join everyone in this kind of events.'' Amagi answered.

The three then approaches a barbecue stand where President Mario Martinez is seen grilling meat and various vegetables, he then noticed the shipgirls.

"Ah, Amagi, good evening." Mario greeted with a smile.

Amagi smiled back, "Good evening, Mister Mario.'' she greeted back with Akagi and Kaga bowing their heads in greeting.

"Grab a plate you three, I'll serve you some grilled meat and veggie.'' Mario advised. The three shiggirls did so and Mario served them some food, "You two must Akagi and Kaga, Amagi has told me a lot about you two.'' he stated.

"I-I see...'' Kaga muttered.

"Have she told you about the things we did?'' Akagi asked in concern.

Mario nodded, "I am informed.'' he confirmed, "Now Akagi, I understand that loosing Amagi before took a toll on you in an emotional level but that doesn't mean you should resort into something drastic like believing with the Siren's hoo-hahs to make yourself better.'' he lightly scolded, "I'm glad that you realized your mistake before any further damages could happen.'' he pointed out, "Promise yourself that you won't fall on the same mistake twice, same to you, Kaga.'' he beckoned.

"H-Hai...'' Akagi complied before turning to Kaga, "What's up with this man? I feel so... warm around him.'' she stated in awe.

Kaga nodded in agreement, "Y-Yeah... I couldn't find anything bad from him.'' she admitted.

Amagi giggled, "I knew you two are gonna like him.'' she mused.

As the part goes on, the shipgirls seems to be getting along well with everyone. We Zuikaku and Shoukaku having a conversation with Erza Scarlet and Kagura Mikazuchi with cups of sodas in hands when Ise and Hyuuga joined them while Takao and Atago having a conversation with Ayase Ayatsuji, Ikki Kurogane, Stella Vermillion and Touka Toudou at one table.

Meanwhile, we see Javelin, Ayanami, Unicorn, Laffey and Z23 at an ice cream stand with Needles Kane serving them when Shigure, Yukikaze and Yuudachi joined the five while Houston, Hammann and San Diego are seen speaking to Sayaka Maizono and Koito Minase only for San Diego ran off when Koutarou Satomi (whom is wearing a cute-looking shark costume) walks past them, much to his confusion.

At a round table, we see Queen Elizabeth, Warspite and Hood having a conversation with Faye Bertha Conway, Regan Bladeworks, Rachael Blomma, Peyton Blomma and Marcia Imperial when Baron and Duke Armstrong joined them.

At another table, we see Kazeyoshi Imai, Shikamaru Nara, Cleveland, Prince of Wales, Enterprise and Belfast gathered around having a conversation though Belfast is seen standing next to Enterprise.

"Come on, Bel.'' Kazeyoshi egged, "Sit down and get some grub.'' he beckoned, "Forget serving people for once and just join the festivity, this party is made for you guys after all.'' he explained.

Belfast sighed, "If you insist.'' she complied before taking a seat next to Enterprise.

"So, what do you think of this city?'' Shikamaru asked before taking a sip of his drink.

"I must say the level of technology in this city is far more advanced compared to ours.'' Prince of Wales commented, "The Training Facility and Vanguard Academy are also very interesting in a lot of subjects.'' she stated.

"I really had fun on my first day attending Vanguard Academy.'' Cleveland admitted, "Though... there are a few jarring things I noticed in there.'' she confessed.

"Oh! Are you talking about the troublemakers and the bullies?" Kazeyoshi pointed out while on the background, we see Dash Baxter, Scott Wallis, Leon Kuwata, Mondo Oowada and Kenji Harima carrying Cody Emmett Jameson Anderson above their heads, "Don't worry... they mostly do harmless pranks and they're good persons.'' he reassured while on the background, we see The Bullies throwing Cody head first into a trash can before cheering loudly.

Cleveland raised an eyebrow, "If you say so.'' she replied.

Shikamaru then turns to Enterprise, "What do you think of this place, Enterprise?'' he asked.

Enterprise sighed, "I don't have much to say but I'm just glad that the people in my world are doing good here.'' she stated.

"Indeed.'' Prince of Wales said in agreement, "It seems like they managed to adapt quickly in this world.'' she stated.

"We asked the higher-ups to assist the people from your world here and they did not disappoint.'' Shikamaru explained, "Also... the higher-ups decided to send some Bearpenters in your world to help repair some of the remote islands while putting protective barriers to prevent it from getting destroyed by any Siren attacks.'' he explained.

"I see... that's very grateful of them.'' Prince of Wales replied in gratitude.

"I'm really surprised that those creatures can fix and build things in just mere hours.'' Belfast commented in awe.

Kazeyoshi chuckled, "The Bearpenters are unique on their own right.'' he mused.

"By the way, what happened to the Space Gem that you found?'' Enterprise questioned.

Kazeyoshi rubs the back of his head, "It's still in my possession.'' he confessed, "I tried to hand it to the Science and Research Department but the higher-ups told me to keep it to myself for now because of something they never explain.'' he stated, "However... did they did told me that a meeting will be held in a later date for something quite serious.'' he explained.

"Huh? I wonder what it is.'' Shikamaru muttered out loud.

"Hear ye! Hear ye!" a voice called out, getting everyone's attention.

Everyone turns to a makeshift stage where they see Rolf Yrmi and Edwin Horace Williams stood to each other while Eddward Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke standing behind the two.

"Rolf and the dimwitted Ed-boy would like to welcome the new folks of this city by the way of a traditional dance from the son of the shepherd's old village!" Rolf announced before handing a bottle towards Double D while Minna raised an eyebrow, "Now High-ranking Ed-boy, please do play the accompanying music!" he requested.

"Rolf... I do believe this is not-" Double D tried to reason but Rolf interrupted him with a glare.

"I SAY PLAY ED-BOY!" Rolf demanded.

Startled, Double D nearly dropped the bottle before complying, Double D then began to blow on the bottle, playing a tune of 'That's My Horse'. Upon hearing the music, Rolf and Ed began to do a silly dance.

From another table, we see Marcus "The Kane" McGee, Eddy Skipper McGee, Rex Salazar, Jake Long, Lincoln, Clyde, Liam, Zach, Rusty and Stella watching them from a far and when Marcus realized what the dance is, he quickly stood up from his seat.

"Holy shit! I'm outta here!" Marcus exclaimed before running off.

Eddy stood up as well, "I'm outta here, too.'' he said before following suit, leaving the others in confusion.

Rolf outstretch his hands forward, "Come on, Ed-Boy, you know what to do?!" he egged.

"That's my horse!" Ed shouted before slapping Rolf's hands.

"That's my horse!" Rolf shouted back before slapping Ed's hands, they then shared a laughter.

"That's my horse!" Ed shouted again before punching Rolf across the jaw.

"That's my horse!" Rolf shouted again before slapping Ed across the face.

"That's my horse!" Ed shouted before grabbing a wheelbarrow and slams it on Rolf's head.

"Ah-ah-ah~" Rolf mused with a wag of a finger, ""That's my horse!" Rolf shouted before grabbing a barrel and smashing it on top of Ed's head, they then shared another laughter.

Meanwhile, everyone watches the two hurt each other in confusion and bemusement, though a few like Rhodey "Rhode Dogg" Dogglas, Brent Dark and the BullDozos enjoys their skits.

"You call this a dance?'' Lori questioned indecorously.

"Well, I like that." Lynn Loud Jr. admitted with a big smile.

"I must say that is quite of a delightful barbaric dance.'' Lisa Loud confessed.

Luan Loud then turns to Luna, "Are those guys gonna be okay?'' she asked in concern.

Luna chuckled, "They'll be fine.'' she reassured, "They're used with getting their heads hit with a hard object.'' she stated.

Everyone then witnessed Jaune Arc tossing a sink on the stage which Ed uses to bash on Rolf's head whom laughed in response. Meanwhile, Kazeyoshi, Shikamaru, Cleveland, Prince of Wales, Enterprise and Belfast watching Ed and Rolf in sheer bemusement.

Enterprise turns to Kazeyoshi, "Is that even normal?'' she questioned in disbelief.

Kazeyoshi chuckled nervously, "Forgot to tell you that people here are quite random at times.'' he replied with a sheepish grin.
