I'm so glad that I'm not a vegetarian.

After defeating the vegetable-themed monsters, African Wild Dog, Akira Nova, Fabia Sheen, Gundam Tanaka and Henry are seen walking out of the green-colored forest with their bodies covered with green-colored liquid-like substance that can be assume as blood.

It was another fine day in Neo-City with the Heroes Coalitions becoming a lot busier than ever with trainees continuing doing their best with their training in hopes of getting promoted into a Solo Hero or being sorted in an official team.

We then head towards the Dormitory Village and inside one dorm building, we see Oswald "Ozzy" Wizner inside a workshop, working on a table while trying to ignore Kazuichi Souda, Madoka Amano and Orine Aida arguing in the background.

On said work table is an object that looks like a four popsicle-stick shaped metal boards with white bodies, black surfaces, two rocket boosters on either side of the rear and different colored circuit patterns that light up, one of them was dark blue, another was cyan, another was orange and the last one was dark red.

Ozzy is currently working on what looked like a black colored watch that looked similar to his and the rest of the Mississippi Four's watches when Kylie Hollard, alongside Luluco and Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, entered the workshop with the young Takahashi checking her Facebook on her new tablet.

"Hey Ozzy!" Kylie greeted with Ozzy turning to them while wearing a welding mask.

Ozzy then responded by lifting up the mask and greeted them with a smile, "Hey guys!" he greeted with a wave.

Luluco took notice of the boards, "Whoa, what are those things Ozzy?" she asked.

Ozzy grinned before lifting up one of the boards which was the one with the orange circuits, "These are called Stratoboards, hoverboards of my own design." he revealed.

"Lame." Kazuichi commented off-screen.

Ignoring his comment, Ozzy pressed on, "It can allow the user to fly high in the air, do some fancy moves and it's light enough to hold in one hand." he explained.

"Not really original but very impressive." Madoka commented off-screen.

"Plus~" Ozzy mused before tossing the Stratoboard up in the air and then pressing a button on his wristwatch which causes the board to fold up until it took form of a small cube about the size of a rubik's cube, Ozzy then caught it with his right hand, "It's portable." he concluded.

"Whoooaa~!" Kylie uttered with sparkles in her eyes.

"Sugoi..." Suzie uttered with a bit of sparkles in her eyes despite her stoic look.

"Looks like Nora's Hyperboard 9000." Luluco described, "Except that it can be stored inside someone's phones." she added, "How did you build these stuff?" she asked.

"I managed to learn the basics of building them at Engineer's Engineering and Mechanics class." Ozzy answered, "I made one each for myself, Kylie, Suzie and Joey." he listed off before glancing around, "Where is Joey anyway?" he asked, "I did specifically called everyone here to get our watches tuned up." he recalled.

"I'll go get him!" Kylie said, "He's probably back at our room." she assumed before snapping her fingers disappearing in a flash of light.

"Sheesh, Kylie needs to give us a warning next time if she's gonna teleport, those bright flashes always take me by surprise." Luluco said before turning to Ozzy and Suzie only to look on dumbfounded upon seeing that Ozzy and Suzie wore a pair of orange and red tinted sunglasses respectively over their eyes as if they knew Kylie was gonna pull something like that.

"Meh, you get used to it." Ozzy reassured.

"Hai!" Suzie said in agreement.

Luluco raised an eyebrow, "Anything else?" she asked.

"Oh yeah! I almost forgot!" Ozzy recalled while removing his sunglasses before reaching for something in his pocket, "Here Luluco, this is for you!" he said before tossing something at the Space Patrol Officer who barely caught it.

It was a wrist watch similar to the Mississippi Four's and it had a white & light-blue color scheme.

"Whoa! You're really giving me one of these Ozzy?" Luluco asked in surprise.

"Eeyep!" Ozzy confirmed, "Since we're friends and all, it wouldn't be fair just to leave you out of the club." he admitted, "I already put in the communication function, plus you can store all of your weapons in them, just summon them using voice or mental commands" he explained.

"Sugoi! Thanks Ozzy!" Luluco said in gratitude before placing her new wrist watch on her wrist.

Meanwhile inside the Mississippi Four's room which is located inside the dorm building, we see Joey Hollard sitting alone on a chair reading an old anime magazine and in one of the pages was info and pictures of the 502nd JFW (Brave Witches) with Joey looking at a picture of a very particular Fusoan Brave Witch.

And then from out of nowhere, a bright flash illuminated the room which startled him and when the light dissipated, Kylie appears before him, "HELLO!" she greeted cheerfully.

"O-Oh!" Joey squawked, "Hey Kylie, what's up?" he greeted with a sheepish smile while hiding the magazine behind his back.

"I'm feeling great!" Kylie answered, "Ozzy called all of us to - huh?" she was saying before noticing her twin brother hiding something behind him. She gave him a suspicious look, "Joey?" she uttered, "Anong tinatago mo~?" she asked in Tagalog.

Joey shook his head in response, "Uh, nothing, nothing." he dismissed.

Suddenly, like a blur, Kylie managed to swipe away the magazine from him, "Aha!" she declared rather triumphantly.

"Hey!" Joey exclaimed in panic.

Kylie looks at the magazine before sporting a dopey teasing smile and then showing her brother a certain page, "Oh~" she cooed, "So, you're looking at your future girlfriend huh~?" she teased.

Joey swiped back the magazine from her, "Shut it Kylie!" he demanded, "I was only looking at it!" he reasoned while blushing madly.

But Kylie did a princess laugh while putting her hand near her face, "Oh~ ho ho ho!" she chuckled, "Deny it all you want~" she mused, "But it's the truth." she declared, "Ever since we watched that anime, you said that she looks cute~" she reminded with Joey growling in embarrassment when she suddenly got an idea, "I know!" she piped in, "How about we ask Double D and Minna if we could go to her world!" she suggested, "That way you can ask her out on a da-" she was saying when Joey cut her off by throwing the magazine on his bed.

"THAT'S IT KYLIE! YOU'RE DEAD!" Joey yelled with a red face.

"You'll have to catch me first!" Kylie teased while throwing a raspberry at him before running out the door with Joey running after her by slamming the door closed.

The two ran after each other passing by Yuu Narukami and Kanji Tatsumi whom are confused of what's going on. On the other side of the hallways, we see Rex Salazar standing in front of a vending machine with a newspaper in hand and while reading it, he noticed the Hollard twins ran past him.

"Hey!" Rex called out, "Don't run in the hallways!" he chastised, "Or-" he tried to say Joey cut him off

"BUTT OUT BUCK-" Joey was trying to say when a steel chair hits him square on the face, "Guh!" he grunted in response before falling down to the floor, holding his nose in pain.

Joey looks up to see Shawn Daggers and Vance Arrow looking down at him with terrifying glares, "No running in the hallways!" the former reprimanded with a loud growl, "This is your first warning!" the latter reminded with a finger dangerously pointed at Joey.

Shawn and Vance then proceeds to walk away with the former letting the steel chair screech across the floor, leaving Joey down on the floor rubbing his nose while Rex looks on with a blank expression, "... that will happen." he uttered, "Did someone seriously forgot to tell Joey and his friends the rules in this dorm?" he questioned in disbelief.

The scene then changes inside one room in the same dorm building where we see Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy, Gillian "Gill" Norman, Akatora Tsujimiya and the Creepy Guy sitting on the floor while watching Daria the Adventurer cartoon on TV.

The Creepy Guy chuckled, "I totally forgot to tell them about the rules in this dorm." he shared rather bluntly with his friends looking at him weird.

Bzzzttt...

Meanwhile in the courtyard of the Training Camp, we see Gray Fullbuster, Ranma Saotome and Eijiro Kirishima running around while playing catch ball when they passed by Geo Stelar and Sonia Strumm sitting on a bench whom are having a lively conversation.

And at the same time, we see Anna Maymorie having a conversation with Ichigo Kurosaki and Duncan Nelson at a one bench and on another bench, we see Donnel, Nowi and Lissa talking about some sort of fad. Under the Sakura Tree, we see Bud Bison and Lan Hikari reading comics while Luna Platz and Hsien-Ko approaches them and just inches away from them, we see Brent Dark, Nicco Bondarev and Natsu Dragneel having a small wrestling game on the grass.

In the middle of the courtyard, we see Dan Kusou skateboarding around passing-by Usopp, Nami and Levy McGarden on the process while Yuri Nakamura and Kanade Tachibana are seen entering the main building.

The scene then transitions inside the office shared by Eddward "Edd, Double D" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke where we see the aforementioned higher-figures positioned behind a desk with the latter standing behind the former while facing Fistrick and three more individuals.

The first figure is a purple-furred anthropomorphic cat and has a large red-colored claws. He has a blue-colored right eye and a yellow-colored left eye with slit irises. He wears a purple & pink scarf wrapped around his neck, he wears a purple coat with silver-colored oval-shaped buttons, brown buckled straps on each arms, purple boots and a purple top hat with a star logo. This is Poison Claws Janga.

The second figure is a young woman with a bleach white skin tone, she had a slender frame and buxom figure, she had a long blonde hair tied up in pigtails with blue dye and pink shades at the bottom and she had blue-colored eyes with blue & red eyeliners. She wears a black & red jacket over a short black & red strapped crop top with a star and a diamond on it, she wears a black & red tight latex briefs, black & red thigh-high socks and black & red sneakers with pompoms. She wears a black choker around her neck and black & red fingerless leather gloves. This is Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, also known as Harley Quinn.

The third figure is a young woman with a beautiful appearance, she had a slender frame and greenish-fair skin tone, she had a long curly chestnut hair with leaves scattered like hairpins and she had green-colored eyes. She wears a green-colored leotard made of leaves over light-green tights, green evening gloves and a green thigh-high boots. This is Pamela Lillian Isley, also known as Poison Ivy.

Double D then spoke, "Congratulations." he expressed with a smile, "The four of your are now officially members of the Heroes Coalitions." he declared, "I understand that the four of you are all aware of your past deeds but rest assure that all of you are welcomed here." he reassured, "Anyway, I look forward working with all of you and do your best with your missions and socializing with everyone." he stated with a smile.

Janga chuckled in response, "We'll do our best, sire." he replied with a grin.

"Easier said than done." Fistrick uttered before smiling, "But I'll do my best." he complied.

Harley saluted, "Aye-aye, Boss D!" she exclaimed with a manic grin.

"You can count on us." Poison Ivy beckoned.

Double D nodded in response, "Good." he uttered, "You're all dismissed." he declared.

And with that, Fistrick, Janga, Harley and Poison Ivy left the office, leaving Double D and Minna by themselves.

Minna sighed, "I still can't believe that those four are now members of our organization." she admitted, "And I still can't believe that they've become a good person because of a certain device." she added.

"The Heel-Face Turn Blastah is indeed quite an impressive piece of device." Double D admitted, "And every effective." he added.

"Where does this device came from again?" Minna questioned.

"According to Mister Buckles and his friends, they received the device from what they describe as a suspicious-looking mad scientist." Double D answered, "No one knows who he is or why he created the device but we're grateful that he did." he admitted, "Dr. Pating and the others are planning to mass produce the device for everyone to use but they still need the permission from it's creator to do so." he explained.

Minna facefaulted with a sigh, "I can already see the Heroes Coalitions getting more reformed villains in the near future." she uttered.

Double D chuckled in response, "Well..." he uttered, "... the author of this fic loves villains as much as he loves heroes." he stated with a smile.
