Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt arrives at the park with Harumi Sakuraba responding by gesturing a hand towards Kenny Rogers running around in circles with dark-colored flames in his hands while Koutarou Satomi and Kenji Matsudaira tried to calm him down at the same time, much to the greaser's surprise.

It was another fine day at Neo-City, we then head towards the Training Camp where a lot of trainees are currently seen inside the training area and are currently keeping up their skills and physiques in check.
At one side, Blue Note, Bobby Santiago, Brawley Beats and Bright Idea are seen running over tires spread across the floor in a straight line and at another side, we see Common Hippopotamus lifting a ten plated barbell while Tennis Match is seen riding an exercise bike. As this is going on, Saki Nikaidou is seen practicing on a tall gymnastics bar with Sakura Minamoto and Yuugiri watching her while waiting for their turn and right behind them, we see Rin Hoshizora busy doing jumping ropes while Bulk Biceps is doing a rope workout to improve the strength of his muscles.
Meanwhile, we see Lincoln Loud, Clyde McBride, Liam Hunnicut, Rusty Spokes, Stella Zhau and Zach Gurdle running around the tracks as they passes-by Air, Fal and Luna doing a yoga workout. At the other side of the training area, we see Big Mac Smith, Indian Elephant and Hime "Himeko" Onizuka throwing medballs across the field while Cody Emmett Jameson Anderson, Sunny Flare and Lazaris Gemstone are seen practicing their sword skills.
As this is going on, Rainbow Dash is seen working on red punching bag at all sides while Applejack Smith is doing a sit-up. Meanwhile, we see Alyona Anosov, Gina Gruzdev, Nika Novikov, Vera Yumashev, Lana Loud, Lola Loud and Fuu Sawatari running through an obstacle course while passing-by Captain Planet and Marcia Imperial with the former doing a push-up and a latter doing jumping jacks.
At the lower parts of one bleacher, we see Hachiman Hikigaya and Yui Yuigahama taking a break from training with the former checking his phone and the latter taking a sip of her drink when Eli Ayase walked towards them.
"Hikigaya-san, Yuigahama-san." Eli called out.
"Eli-chan, yahallo!" Yui greeted back.
"Do you need something?" Hachiman asked.
"I noticed that Yukinoshita-san had been in quite a mood in the past weeks." Eli pointed out, "Is there something wrong because I'm really worried about her?" she inquired in concern.
Hachiman and Yui then turned their heads towards Yukino Yukinoshita running on a treadmill with a rather sour expression, "Yeah..." Hachiman uttered, "... she's been like that ever since Marcus and Malvina hooked up." he stated in confirmation.
"Yukinon had feelings for Marcus ever since she met him, so him dating somebody else must have been a shock for her." Yui added.
"How come she never confessed her feelings?" Eli asked.
Hachiman shrugged his shoulders in response, "Pride." he answered, "Just pride." he furthered.
Meanwhile, Yukino finished running on the treadmill and is bent down while panting in fatigue, she took a deep breath before straightening her back when she noticed Raya Amanda, Sylvia van Hossen and Karizza Stronghold standing next to her with a nervous-looking Nodoka Takehara behind them.
"May I help you?" Yukino inquired.
Raya grinned in response, "Girl, you're going to join us once your done with training today!" she declared.
Yukino raised an eyebrow in confusion while she noticed the apologetic smiles on Sylvia and Nodoka's face while Karizza just floats above them rather lazily.
"What is it about?" Yukino asked.
Raya chuckled in response before pulling Nodoka in a side hug, "Because Nodoka here had something to share that will benefit us all." the short-statured fashionista replied with a grin.
The scene then changes outside the hallways of the training area where we see Ruki Irokawa, Tsubasa Katsuki and another figure standing in front of a vending machine with cans of drinks in hands.
The figure is a teenage girl with a slim figure and a fair complexion, she had a short straight chestnut-brown hair that reaches her shoulders and she had dark brown-colored eyes. She wears a black long-sleeve school uniform with white flat collar and red ribbon tie over a white-collared shirt, black miniskirt, black socks and black loafers. This is Megumi Katou.

"It says here if you bite your lower lip for a few hours, it looks rosier." Ruki shared.
"And sleeping on a block of ice gives you a creamy white complexion." Tsubasa added.
"And changing the cage once a week prevents hamster mildew." Megumi said which earned her bemused expressions from her friends, "Sorry." she apologized.
The three girls continues on with their conversation when they saw Gelman, Nekomaru Nidai and another figure about to walk past them.
The figure is a teenage boy with a slim yet muscular figure, he had a messy black hair with sideburns and he had brown-colored eyes. He wears a red top, blue pants and red & white sneakers. This is Ken Taiga.

"Hey guys!" Ruki called out, "Good luck on your mission!" she encouraged.
"Thank you, Miss Irokawa." Gelman expressed in gratitude, "The guys and I will be gone for a while since this mission will likely take days to finish." he shared.
"Ugh!" Ken groaned in response, "I really hope not." he uttered in annoyance.
Nekomaru chuckled in response, "Don't worry, you'll get used to it." he reassured.
"I hope so." Ken grumbled.
As Gelman, Nekomaru and Ken made their way towards their destination, the girls watches them with several thoughts in mind.
"How long Taiga-san will last in this mission?" Ruki asked.
"He won't last a week." Megumi answered.
"He won't last an hour." Tsubasa followed.
Ruki facefaulted in response, "I know it's me who started this question but that was mean." she commented.
As Gelman, Nekomaru and Ken continues to walk through the hallways, the three of them then walked past a long hallway which leads towards the room of the Science and Research Department and inside, we see Dr. Michael Pating, Dr. Caesar Apoy and Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy having a conversation with the Heel-Face Turn Blastah presented on the table.
"So, have you managed to contact the scientist who made the Heel-Face Turn Blastah?" Buckles asked.
Dr. Pating shook his head, "Unfortunately, no." he replied, "Without a name or even an image of the scientist that gave you this device, finding this person is like searching a needle in a haystack." he described.
"We really want to mass produce this device but we can't start because we don't have it's creator's permission." Dr. Apoy stated.
"You and your friends are the only ones whom encountered this scientist so far..." Dr. Pating pointed out, "... what else did he told you before he left?" he inquired.
Buckles thought about it, "Well..." he uttered, "... he did left us with a pamphlet." he shared before bringing out the aforementioned pamphlet, "Maybe we could find something here that can help." he said when a piece of paper fell out from one page, "What's this?" he uttered in question while picking up the piece of paper and then looking at it, "It's a phone number." he shared in surprise.
"Does it belong to the scientist?" Dr. Pating assumed.
"We're about to find that out." Buckles said before bringing out his phone while dialing the number, he then placed his phone on his left ear and waited for a few minutes when someone picked up the call, "Ah! Someone picked up!" he announced, "Hello?" he greeted.
"Who is this?" the voice of the suspicious-looking mad scientist answered, "Don't call this number again." he advised.
"I'm sorry for the sudden call." Buckles apologized, "My name is Buccaneer Murphy." he introduced himself, "And I'm one of the boys you met here in Neo-City and handed us the Heel-Face Turn Blastah." he explained.
"I see, I remember you." the voice of the suspicious-looking mad scientist acknowledged, "How was it using my invention?" he asked with a rather excited voice.
"It was a great." Buckles answered, "Use it a couple of times and the results were amazing." he commented, "The effects of the device even impressed the scientists here in the Training Camp and they were so impressed that they want to mass produce it for everyone to use." he explained, "For members of the Heroes Coalitions of course." he clarified.
"They want to make more of it?" the voice of the suspicious-looking mad scientist assumed.
"Pretty much." Buckles confirmed, "If you allow it of course." he pointed out.
"I don't mind." the voice of the suspicious-looking mad scientist answered with a chuckle, "I'm actually glad that my inventions are being used for good." he expressed in joy.
Buckles smiled in response, "R-Really?" he uttered in surprise, "Thank you very much!" he exclaimed in gratitude.
The suspicious-looking mad scientist chuckled in response, "Happy to help." he replied, "Anyway..." he uttered, "If you need me, you had my number, I'm ready lend a hand anytime." he advised.
Buckles nodded in response, "And we appreciate it." he acknowledged, "Once again, thank you very much for allowing the Science and Research Department to make more of this device, we promise that we'll use it responsibly." he declared with a smile.
The suspicious-looking mad scientist chuckled once again, "I'll hold on to that." he mused.
And with that, the call ended while Buckles turns to Dr. Pating and Dr. Apoy with a smile, "Looks like you guys got his permission." the silver-haired young man shared.
"Alright!" Dr. Pating and Dr. Apoy cheered while sharing a high five, "Let's get to work!" the former beckoned in excitement.
"How many Heel-Face Turn Blastah are you going to make?" Buckles asked.
"For now, we're only creating ten of them." Dr. Apoy answered, "Even with the creator's permission, we can't create a million of this things right off the bat." he reasoned.
Buckles nodded in response, "Good point." he said in agreement.
Meanwhile in another hallway somewhere inside the Training Camp, we see Marcus "The Kane" McGee, Aria "Arinah" Sakurada and Akane Sakurada walking around with the former two showing the latter around.
It's been half a day since Marcus, Arinah and Eddy Skipper McGee, alongside Akane, returned to Neo-City, Marcus and Arinah decided to show Akane around the place while Eddy went out to see Panooki Zarrya and Mumbo.
"Well, when they found the skeleton in my kitchen, they assumed it was mine, so by the time I got home, the landlord had already rented the place out to someone else." Marcus shared, "So that's when I thought-" he was about to say only to be interrupted.
"Marcus..." Arinah interrupted, "... when did we start talking about this?" she questioned in confusion.
Marcus shrugged his shoulders in response, "Anyway..." he uttered, "... how do you like this place so far, Akane?" he asked.
"I'm liking it so far." Akane replied, "There no cameras around, so I'm a lot comfortable." she admitted, "Though I am nervous at the same time because I'll be meeting a lot of new people." she stated.
"You're gonna be fine, Akane." Arinah reassured.
"Marcus! Miss Arinah!" a voice called out.
The siblings then turns around to see Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke walking towards them.
On cue, Double D and Minna greeted Marcus and Arinah while introducing themselves to Akane at the same time while Akane introduced herself back.
"How was your trip at the Sakurada Kingdom?" Double D asked.
"It went well." Marcus answered, "TOO well if you ask me." he emphasized, "For some odd reason, I managed to regain my missing memories and who I really am." he shared while rubbing the back of his head.
"Really? That's good." Minna expressed in delight.
"I won't ask how because I'm just glad that you got your memories back." Double D said with a smile.
Marcus grinned in response, "Thanks." he replied.
"Anyway..." Double D uttered, "... since your back, I guess it's back to business." he declared.
Marcus facefaulted in response, "Seriously?" he uttered in disbelief, "I just got back here and I'm already being sent to another mission." he grumbled in annoyance.
Minna chuckled, "Sorry about this, Marcus." she apologized, "But the higher-ups are adamant that you lead this mission." she reasoned.
Marcus rubs the back of his head, "Fuck..." he growled before turning to Akane and Arinah, "Looks like I'm needed." he said, "Sorry if I had leave again even though I just got back." he apologized.
Akane shook her head, "No, no, it's fine." she reassured, "Works comes first after all." she pointed out.
Arinah then turns to Double D and Minna, "Just don't overwork my dear brother too much." the brunette admonished with annoyed expression.
Double D chuckled in response, "No promises." he replied.
And with that, Arinah and Akane continued the tour while Marcus, Double D and Minna made their way towards the briefing room.
"Should I contact my team and tell them about this?" Marcus asked.
"Actually..." Minna uttered, "... you'll be doing something different in this mission." she replied.
Marcus raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean?" he asked.
Double D chuckled in response, "You'll see." he replied.
