Nico Yazawa made a declaration while Maki Nishikino, Rin Hoshizora and Hanayo Koizumi looks at her in utter disbelief, awe and concern, respectively.

It was a fine day in Neo-City as we head towards the Training Camp where we see a number of individuals having good time while doing various things such as Jaune Arc, Jacques Paulsen, Honne Nohotoke, Nagi Kagami, Yuko Tanimoto, Riko Kishihara and Daisuke "Davis" Motomiya running around the track field, Lie Ren and Youhei Sunohara sitting on a bench with the former reading a book and the latter checking his phone, Nodoka Takehara and Aka Red are seen sitting on the grass when SpongeBob SquarePants arrives and offered them with a Krabby Patty, much to the former's delight and the latter's bewilderment, and Anna Maymorie talking to Dan Gotanda while walking towards the main entrance.
Up above, Hikari Karibuchi, Naoe "Nao" Kanno and Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen are seen flying in their Strikers when they heard the familiar sound of bagpipes playing.
At first, they thought it was the Scotsman playing but the sound of the music it was playing wasn't disturbing at all, and in fact it sounded mellow, soothing and relaxing.
The girls then looks down to see a person playing a bagpipe when the young bagpipe player stopped playing and looked up to see the Witches flying, he waved at them with a smile and the Witches couldn't help but wave back.
Suddenly, Nipa's Strikers broke down causing her to loose control and began to spiral downwards, "Nipa!" Hikari and Nao exclaimed in alarm as the Suomos Witch descends to the ground.
As Nipa was closing in to the ground, she was headed straight towards someone who didn't notice her, "LOOK OUT!" she called out in panic.
"Hmm?" the person hummed in response before turning around just in time to see Nipa a few feet away from him, "HAAAAAWWWWW!" they screamed in surprise and fright while doing a comically frightened pose instead of getting out of the way and just like that, Nipa crashed into the person and the both of them tumbled down to the ground and strangely, Nipa's Strikers flew off of her legs before the both of them ended up in an awkward position with Nipa on top of the person while said person groaned in pain.
When Nipa came to, she saw that she was on top of the person she rammed into revealing to be a boy, "Ah! Gome!" she squawked, "I'm so sorry!" she apologized.
A bit dazed, the boy set his eyes on Nipa and as he sat up, he did something unexpected, he cupped both of Nipa's cheeks with both of his hands and spoke, "Mommy, is that you?" he asked while a bit disoriented.
"Eh?!" Nipa exclaimed while blushing after what the boy just did right outta nowhere.
"Mommy!" the boy cried out, "I missed you!" he exclaimed before giving Nipa a tight hug, much to her confusion and embarrassment due to getting hugged by a stranger let alone a boy.
Suddenly, three newts appeared and began to tickle torture her.
"Ahahahahaha!" Nipa let's out a loud laugh while being tickled, "Stop! Stop! Stop!" she pleaded.
The boy frowned and swatted the newts away, "Hey!" he called out, "Stop tickling her!" he admonished, "She is my Mommy!" he protested before grabbing Nipa into a protective hug which made her blush while the newts sweat dropped in disbelief.
As this was going on, we see Eustace Bagge from a distance watering some plants, he could hear them from a far but he rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"Oi!" a voice with a Scottish accent called out, "She's not yer mother ye disoriented bafoon!" they scolded.
The boy and Nipa then turned to see the bagpipes-playing boy along with Hikari and Nao approaching them, "She's not?" the boy asked dumbly.
The second boy deadpanned in response, "Look closer..." he advised.
The first boy then lets go of Nipa before putting a pair of glasses which was on his forehead over his eyes allowing him to see more clearly. When he took a look at Nipa again, he realized that she wasn't his mommy "Oh..." he uttered, "... sorry about that." he apologized with an innocent smile and for some reason, that smile made Nipa blush a bit.
"I-It's fine..." Nipa reassured rather bashfully.
"By the way, who are you people?" Hikari asked while referring to the two boys.
The second boy then spoke, "A pleasure ta meet ye lassies." he greeted, "Me name's Faulkner, Flannery Faulkner." he introduced himself, "And that's me brother Willie." he said while pointing towards the first boy.

Flannery Faulkner
Flannery is a tall young man in his early 20s with short messy ginger red hair, fair skin, average build, a goatee on his chin and green eyes. He's clad in a white short-sleeve muscle shirt with a black symbol of a falcon, a pair of black wrist bands, a pair of black cargo shorts under a dark green kilt, a small pouch hung on his right hip, bagpipes hung on the back of his left hip, white socks, black strapped combat boots, silver armor pauldrons on his shoulders and a claymore strapped to his back.
"Hi!" the first boy greeted, "I'm Wilbur Simons, but you can call me Willie." he introduced himself, "What's your name?" he asked towards the witches.

Wilbur "Willie" Simons
Willie is a young man whom is an inch shorter than Flannery about 20 years old with short dirty blonde hair, lean build, pale skin and black eyes. He wears a white long sleeve shirt under a gray pull over sweater, black trousers, a dark blue fanny pack around his waist, white socks, gray snow boots, a white lab coat and a pair of square framed glasses that he wears on top of his head in which is currently over his eyes.
"Please to you meet you, I'm Hikari Karibuchi." Hikari introduced herself with a smile.
"I'm Naoe Kanno." Nao followed, "Nao for short." she added.
"And I'm Nikka Edvardine Katajainen." Nipa concluded, "But you can call me, Nipa." she advised.
"Ohhh!" Willie cooed in amusement, "Nipa, that's a really funny name." he commented cheerfully while clapping his hands which embarrassed Nipa upon hearing that while Nao couldn't help but snicker at the comment and Hikari just nervously chuckled, "But your name sounds kinda pretty though." he admitted which made Nipa blush, he then lined up his glasses while narrowing his eyes at Nipa, "Huh..." he uttered out loud, "... you look almost exactly like my mommy except younger looking." he described, much to the Witches' surprise.
"R-Really?" Nipa uttered.
Willie nodded in response, "Yeah, really." he confirmed while the three newts from earlier climbed up onto his shoulders
"Hey!" another voice called out which interrupted their conversation and getting everyone's attention, "Where have you guys been!?" it demanded, "I've been looking all over for you!" the voice exclaimed as everyone turned around to see another young man clad in a suit marching towards them.
Flannery frowned in response, "We've been relaxing while waiting for you, ye lazy ouf!" he replied.
The suited young man was about to utter a retort when his eyes landed on Nao, "Whoa~" he uttered while lifting up his eyebrows before zooming in beside her, "Hey there, the name's Chester Blakely, CEO of Blakely Enterprises but you can call me Chess" he introduced himself while flirting at Nao, "Wanna go out sometime?" he asked smoothly while raising his eyebrow up and down.

Chess is a young man the same height as Willie with short combed back spiky black hair, slim build, tan skin and amber eyes. He's clad in a black business suit composed of a white button up long sleeve shirt with a black necktie under a black button up vest, an open black business jacket, a golden wristwatch on his left wrist, a pair of black pants with a belt, black socks and black dress shoes.
Nao looks at him in utter disgust and was about to give him a piece of her mind when suddenly, Keisuke Hijikata came in from out of nowhere and punches Chess square on the face, sending him crashing down to the ground.
"Don't you ever EVER flirt with Nao again!" Keisuke warned before walking off while Nao watches him go in appreciation.
"Aaaahaaa!" Chess screamed in pain while rolling around in agony, "My beautiful face!" he cried out while his brothers laughed in response.
"Ha ha ha!" Flannery chortled loudly, "Well tha's wha ye get fer flirtin with a lassie younger than you, ye mongrel!" he admonished, "Haa-ha-haaa!" he bellowed.
"You should've SPLEED when you had the chance!" Willie exclaimed in glee.
"Ugh!" Chess groaned in response, "Shut up!" he whimpered still holding his face in pain.
"Sorry about that, he can be a handful sometimes." Willie apologized towards Nao.
"As ye can see, tha's our other brother Chester Blakely buh we usually call him Chess." Flannery introduced, "He's the CEO of his family's company." he confirmed while Chess continued to squirm.
Hikari stares at them in confusion, "Um..." she uttered, "I don't mean to be rude but you three don't look related to be called brothers." she pointed out.
Flannery nodded with a smile, "Aye, yer right on thah lassie." he admitted "We aren't related by blood buh we share a brotherly bond." he explained, much to the girl's awe.
"So, what are you guys doing here?" Nao asked.
"Oh, we came here ta join thuh Heroes Coalitions." Flannery answered, "I was scouted out by someone, I can't remember who but he had a long red hair and wears a newscap on em, so I came here along with me brothers who I personally brought along with me ta join as well." he explained.
Hikari's eyes widen in realization, "Oh, you must be talking about Mister Dan Gotanda." she pointed out.
"Is that so?" Flannery uttered in bemusement, "Well, anyway, if it's not any trouble lassies, can ya take us ta thuh receptionist?" he asked.
Nipa scratches her cheeks, "I don't know..." she uttered, "... we're pretty new here ourselves." she admitted before taking notice of Eustace who was still watering the plants from a distance, "Ah!" she yelped, "Maybe he can help!" she beckoned, "He's been here longer than us." she reasoned.
Flannery nodded in response, "Sure thing." he accepted before turning to the Blakely CEO who stopped squirming and was now just lying on the ground, "Oi, get up Chess." he beckoned.
"I can't..." Chess uttered, "I have lost the will to live!" he cried out, "My face has been damaged beyond repair~!" he said dramatically while raising his arm up towards the sky.
"Your face looks fine to me." Willie commented while looking at Chess' face. "Except for the broken nose." he added casually.
"DOOOOHOHOHOHOHOOO~!" Chess wailed loudly, "A BROKEN NOSE!" he cried out, "I can no longer show my face ever again!" he declared, "Write my last will and testament for me!" he beckoned, "Tell the whole world I'll miss them!" he expressed while speaking as if this was some tragic Shakespeare drama.
The Witches sweat dropped while Willie just stared while tilting his head in confusion and Flannery just gave off a deadpan expression.
"Ugh..." Flannery groaned in response, "... quit yer whinin and let's just go ye drama queen." he beckoned before grabbing Chess by his leg and started dragging him along.
"UUUUHUHUHUHUGH..." Chess whimpered loudly, "... whoa is me~! Whoa is me~!" he cried out..
"Shut it..." Flannery uttered in annoyance.
The Witches along with the three brothers (with Flannery continuing to drag Chess by the leg) approached Eustace whom had his back turned, "Excuse me, Eustace-san, may we have a moment of your time?" Hikari asked.
Eustace then responded by turning to them while wearing a large scary mask, "OO~GA BOOGA BOOGA!" he shouted while flailing his arms.
"WAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" the Witches, two of the brothers and the three newts screamed in fright.
"Hey!" Chess called out, "What's going on there-" he was trying to say but upon lifting his head up, he saw Eustace's mask, "AAAAAAHHHHHH!" he screamed in horror.
"SPLEEEEEEEEE!" Willie shrieked before all of them broke into a run with poor Chess getting dragged from behind while yelping "OW! OW! OW! OW! OW!" upon getting dragged really fast.
Eustace lifted up his mask up with a smile on his face, "Yehehehehe..." he laughed when Shizune Takatsuki and Cal the Exceed approached him from behind with the former whacking him on the head with a rolling pin, "Ow!" he yelped in pain while his mask fell off of his head before turning to Shizune and Cal whom both had disappointed looks on their faces, "What did I do?" he asked while rubbing his head.
