(At the Nomu Factory)

"Tell me All Might…" came the sophisticated, incredibly dark voice of the symbol of evil. "How does it feel? To know that you failed your master so incredibly completely, that you let her grandson fall into my capable hands? Do you feel angry? Despaired? Perhaps, vengeful?"

All might, from the strain of this fight, was a mixture of his two forms at the moment, though he was more towards his skinny form then he was his buff form. His face was a mask of pure despair, at the thought of the last remnant of his beloved master's final legacy being on the side of villainy. He couldn't even breath normally, the despair was so debilitating.

"Hmmm?" intoned All for One, as he turned his hand toward the side to block an absolute torrent of burning Hell-flames from Endeavor himself, as the number two hero turned to face all might to observe the current form of the symbol of peace. And all he felt was pure rage.

"WHAT IS WITH THAT PATHETIC BACK ALL MIGHT? YOU DARE TO SHOW SUCH WEAKNESS IN THE FACE OF THE ENEMY?" Shouted Endeavor, his fury as a hero roused at the sight of such a pathetic display from the number one hero of Japan. As his fury continued to build and churn, the hidden mark on his back began to burn against his skin. As he stared and stewed in his anger, Edgeshot landed beside him and began to assess the situation, wanting to plan out there next moves.

"Endeavor…" muttered all might, glancing out the corner of his eye to stare at the number two hero, before turning back to All for One as he began to chuckle in the air, before outright laughing at the arrival of Endeavor.

"Ahh, the second best hero, and the 'last son of thunder', Endeavor! How grand, for the last son of my most respected foe to join in on the fight on the side of my most hated enemy! I can kill both of you now!" proclaimed All for One, before looking around with his eyeless face, as if he could actually see. "But this battlefield is hardly worthy of such a monumental confrontation, wouldn't you say?" as he spoke, black sludge poured out of All Might's and Endeavors' mouths, before forcefully warping them away from the battlefield to a new location.

(At the monument to Thor)

With a tumbling roll, both Endeavor and All Might rolled out of the sludge portal onto the grassy turf surrounding the monument. As All for One stepped through the portal to the chosen battlefield, Endeavor quickly hauled himself to his feet, faster than even All Might did and prepped himself for an incredibly tough fight, setting himself in a stance to fire off powerful gouts of flames from both hands.

Meanwhile, All Might remained on his knees, still in the depths of despair from the revelation of the fate of Shimura Nana's legacy. He couldn't possibly fathom how he could have failed his surrogate mothers family and grandchildren so completely as he had for them to fall into the hands of All for One. He couldn't even begin to comprehend the depths of his own failure right now.

"Failure is not the end, not for a hero!" came the words from the depths of his mind, the memories of one of his hero's speeches coming to mind. "Failure is a lesson, that every hero should strive to learn from! Failure teaches us where we aren't strong, so we know what to improve! I've tried and failed more than any man on this planet, and I've learned as much as I can from each failure! It's what separates idols from hero's! The ability to evolve and adapt to each scenario that you come across!"

With the words of his hero echoing in his mind, All Might stood to face his greatest foe, his fires reignited from the words and memories of his hero. "Heroes are the ones who endure in the face of adversity!" His fist clenched in front of him, he repeated his words once more.

"I will defeat you, All for One!" proclaimed the symbol of peace, before returning to his fully buffed up form. "By the power in these two hands, I will bring you down!"

All for One froze for a moment at the peculiar last phrase of All Might, before his shoulders began to shake as he hovered 10 feet off the ground. As he continued to hover and shake, the two of them began to hear a… peculiar sound from the symbol of evil.

'is he… laughing?!' thought the two strongest heroes' in Japan.

And indeed, the symbol of evil was laughing. It started as a small whispery sound, followed by a hoarse chuckling noise, before devolving to a full-on laugh of amusement and joy. As his laughter slowly wined down, he turned his head a touch to the right, in the direction of the monument.
"How many years has it been since I heard those words, I wonder? As many as it's been since you and I clashed at least. But to hear you utter those words to me, All Might…" he began, before launching himself towards the two of them at insane speeds, forcing them too dodge away from the strike that made a 20 feet wide, 5-foot-deep crater in the ground. "Infuriates me more then I can begin to explain!"

"Flashfire Fist: Jet burn!" roared Endeavor, before firing off a massive blast of flames towards the villain.

As All for One blocked the blast with an air blast to part the flames, he casually caught and redirected All Might's punch away from himself, towards the side of him. When the force of the punch dissipated, he gripped the wrist he held with a bit more force before throwing him away towards the edge of the park. As a creepy smile took over his face, he calmly turned to block yet another jet burn attack from Endeavor.

" We both know that won't work, Boy." He commented with that same unnerving smile on his face, before whipping around to catch All Might's latest attack, before throwing him towards the monument with him crashing into the marble hammer above where Thor was buried before falling on top of the coffin. Knocking the hammer and axe off the top of the tomb and onto the ground.

As All for One sent Endeavor flying away with another blast of Air, he floated up towards the monument, smiling at the coffin All Might was draped over. "Hello, old friend." He greeted the cold marble effigy, before looking at the hammer on the floor in front of him. Smiling in curiosity, he calmly bent down to examine the hammer a little closer.

"Heh, don't bother. We both know you aren't worthy." Coughed All Might, the wind still a bit gone from landing stomach first on the hard marble coffin. As he slowly picked himself off the coffin, he paused as he heard his greatest enemy laugh softly.

"True, I'm not worthy to lift Mjöllnir or Storm-breaker. Neither of them would accept a wielder like me." He replied, before casually lifting the hammer from the floor with the greatest of ease.

"Good thing both of these are merely copies of those incredibly weapons. I can lift these easily." He finished, calmly picking up storm-breaker in his other hand, before flipping the weapons by the handle to catch the heads of each weapon in his hand, before quickly channeling his immense power into each weapon, shattering them into pieces. "I've been in the presence of those tools almost as much as their wielder. You think I can't tell the difference between a mere copy and the genuine article?"

As the pieces fell to the floor through his fingers, he calmly stood there as All Might stood from the coffin, waiting for All Might to move from the position on top of the coffin.

"Why do you not attack?" questioned All Might, hesitant to move to much while his foe was so seemingly passive for the moment. He still hopped off of the dead hero's tomb though.

"I will not spill your blood on the sacred burial ground of the one hero I've ever respected and actually liked, no matter how much I might hate you All Might. Even I won't disrespect him with such dishonor." Replied All for One, refusing to sully this clean sacred place with All Might's unworthy blood.

"Hmh, at least that we have that in common." He replied, before leaping away from the tomb.

As All for One followed, neither of them noticed that the force of All Might's crash followed by his leap away had caused the top of the tomb to slide a little to the side. Hardly anything noticeable, especially when they were so focused on each other. But it was enough for fresh air to seep into the tomb.

Fresh air, and new energy.

(Back to the fight)

As they landed back in the centre of the park, Endeavor flew back into the park beside All Might before he once again settled back into his heavy blasting stance.

"Well, we're all aware that amounted to nothing on your part, right?" questioned All for One, before shrugging his shoulders. "Though to be fair, the only heroes I've ever had to actually try against were All Might before he injured myself and himself, and the man entombed behind you."

"We're just getting started All for One!" responded All Might, though internally it was a different matter 'Damn, I'm running out of time and power, and there won't be a miraculous second wind this time.'

"And it very well might be that your words are the truth, All Might. Still, perhaps it's time I unleash a… little weapon of my own creation." Pondered One for All, floating up and back towards the ocean at a somewhat languid pace.

"What, getting too tired to fight us yourself?" mocked Endeavor, attempting to provoke the villain into making a mistake.

"Oh, far from it, I just thought you might want the chance to prove yourselves against a greater terror from the past. Hmmm? Maybe try and surpass your predecessors?" questioned All for One, maintaining his calm demeanor against his opponents. As several news crews in helicopters finally found them, his demented, disturbing grin only grew wider.

Turning his back to the heroes, he spread his arms out to the side of himself, facing the ocean as if to greet someone.

Or perhaps, something…

"Come to me, my greatest creation!" called All for One, stretching his arms to the full of their reach. "Heed your masters call and rise from the depths my beloved force of Evil!"

As he continued to speak, the ocean began to thrash itself into a fury, forming 30-foot-tall waves that battered the shores of Kamino Ward and began to flood the streets, the property damage done already being in the hundreds of thousands.

"Return from death to plague the world once more my beautiful creation!" he continued to call, as the waves began to boil, great gouts of steam forming over the ocean. As the steam began to rise, the ocean turned a venomous shade of green.

"Return to me, Jörmungandr!" came the call of the symbol of evil.

And the ocean itself exploded upward. The surface of the ocean broken by the massive head of an immensely proportioned serpent. As the massive head of the serpent rose above the ocean, it only became clearer how big it actually was. The smallest scales on it's face were over ten feet in diameter! It stopped its ascent right in front of All for One, who looked like a mere speck of dust compared to the massive beast in the harbor.

"Hello my beautiful creation." He greeted, before placing his hand gently on the scale in front of him. Retracting his hand, he quickly spun around to look down on Kamino ward and the number one and two hero.

"Well, how will you surpass this, hmm? Are you capable of stopping this with your own two hands, All Might, Endeavor? Can you do as your predecessor had and stop my world serpent?" the words were spoken at a normal tone and volume, but everyone heard the words that were spoken. The media swarms made sure of that. And they didn't need to make sure what came next was heard. The serpents roar was more then loud enough to be heard all over Japan.

(With the top 2 pro heroes)

They couldn't breathe. They were both frozen in place at the sight of the greatest threat on record returned from the grave. Each for a different, but similar reason.

For All Might, this was the creature that took the greatest symbol of justice and heroism from the entire world. Beyond that, this was the monster that took his personal hero and icon. All for One took Shimura Nana, his surrogate mother, but the serpent took his inspiration from the entire world. Took the symbol of justice and judgement from them all. It was a terrifying feeling to experience, being in the presence of the monster responsible for your hero's death.

For Endeavor, however, there was a completely different emotion holding him in place. What held him in his position wasn't fear or terror. No, what locked his muscles in place was pure, unfettered RAGE. His pure rage was letting his flames go hotter then ever before. Here was the monster that took his father from him, and it was nothing more then this bastard villain's science experiment. It wouldn't sting so much if it was a natural disaster. At least then natural forces took his father, not this bastard villain and his sick fucking experiments!

"YOU FUCKING MONSTERRRR!" screamed Endeavor, before prepping his biggest attack.

"PROMINENCE BURRRRNNNNN!" he shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice cracking horribly from the sheer force of his screaming. His attack was absolutely enormous, completely engulfing an entire city block worth of area before firing off towards the head of the serpent.

The sheer size of the blast was enough to completely engulf the entire head of the serpent, before turning into a massive cloud of smoke that obscured the damage he had done. As he bent over slightly at the waist, near completely out of breath, and absolutely over-heated from the massive overuse of his quirk, he had a small grin on his face.

"Hot enough for you bastard?" He called, his shoulder moving up and down with his breath. He was almost certain he got him. That was the hottest his flames had ever gone, hot enough to burn his own skin in spite of his heat resistance. It was certainly hot enough to at least scorch the stupid snake, and his world serpent too!

"Merely a minor heat compared to the heat of your fathers lightning, boy. Hardly enough to damage the serpents scales." Came the calm, composed voice of the ultimate villain. As the smoke cleared, the visage of the serpent was completely undamaged, with only some blackened soot clinging to it's scales. As for AfO, the serpent calmly opened her mouth to let her master out of her mouth. With him calmly walking towards them on the very air, he let his disturbing grin return to his face.

"Care to try again? Try a little harder this time, would you? She barely even felt those flames." He taunted, taking extreme joy in the heroes growing despair and hopelessness. And why wouldn't he? He was on the verge of victory over All Might, once and for all time!

(with the students)

They had all met up as the battle began to heat up. Bakugo had been adamant that he was fine, barely even roughed up. After much cursing and swearing up a blue streak, they had stopped pestering him about it and began to watch the battle. Shoto had tensed up when his father entered the fray, but the look on his face remained neutral. Right up until the three of them disappeared into the black sludge. After that, his eyes had started to show his panic. As the crowd around them began to whisper and talk, Izuku got the strangest feeling from deep within himself. It felt like it was telling him to go in a certain direction. He didn't know what to think initially.

'listen to it. Follow the pull.' came a whispery, vaguely masculine voice, from deep inside his own mind. Well, that sorted that! Time to listen to the strange voice in his head!

…on second thought, he would keep that to himself. He already muttered aloud, no need to make the others think he was even weirder.

As he moved to follow the pull, his shoulder was grabbed, by Bakugo no less!

"Where the hell are you goin, you shitty nerd?" he half whispered, half snarled out. He kept a firm grip on Deku's shoulder, wanting to keep track of everyone now that they were together. He got captured from the summer camp because of lacking situational awareness. He wouldn't be making the same mistake twice.

"Something is telling me to go this way, Kaachan. I can't explain it, but I feel like I have to go this way." He replied quietly, but with a hint of steel to his voice. He was going, weather Kaachan liked it or not.

"…feh, then we're all goin to. You're here to get me back, your damn well not ditchin me now." He conceded, curious what was going on to make Deku of all people stand up so virulently. "All right people, shitty Deku wants to go somewhere, so lets get a move on."

Wordlessly the rest complied and fell in line. Rather quickly, Izuku brought them to just outside the memorial of Thor, where they could see the beginning of the conflict between the three of them commence. They continued to watch as the battle progressed, remaining hopeful for the heroes victory over evil incarnate.

Then the serpent arrived.

Momo and Iida were rendered near non-functioning when the beast initially surfaced, each of their brilliant minds struggling to comprehend how such an immense creature could even sustain itself, never mind exist in the first place. It only worsened as the creature proved unaffected by fire.

Kirishima and Bakugo, the two most gung-ho and battle ready of the group, were frozen in absolute fear at the mere presence of the creature.

' I haven't got a blast strong enough to stop that thing…'

' my hardening is completely useless here!'

' what do I do?' was the common thought between the two of them.

Todoroki was initially frozen in fear, having never encountered something like this before. When he saw his fathers ultimate move, larger and stronger then ever before, he relaxed a little bit, thinking that was it. Only for his fear of the beast to over triple when he saw that the beast was completely unscathed from the veritable firestorm his father unleashed.

Midoriya, meanwhile, was the least shocked by the monsters presence, if only because he knew one had existed in the past. He was still scared shitless, but he was able to keep his brilliant analytical mind working.

As such, he noticed the changing factor in the environment before anyone else.

'is that… thunderclouds?'

(with the combatants)

As he continued to stand there and gloat, he paused as he heard the rumbling in the air around him. Not knowing where it was coming from, he began to glance around the battlefield, looking for anyone who might be able to cause the disturbance in his plans.

Then he spotted the one he believed responsible.

"You…" he growled out staring where he would be if he had eyes to do so.

Standing well behind All Might and Endeavor, was a rather tall and cloaked figure, his cloak completely covering him form view. But underneath the hood of the cloak, they could see the individuals eyes.

Their pale, white eyes.

"Heimdall" growled out OfA, angered at the sight of one of his oldest adversaries. "Why are you here?"

"Simple, to fulfill my oath." He replied quickly, his voice soft and neutral, but not lacking anything in steel and strength to wield his power. As his eyes closed, a large runic circle formed under him.

"You won't get the chance!" yelled One for All, blasting a massive air cannon towards his position. As the blast pierced his chest, he coughed up blood and began to speak his final words.

"Whosoever wields this hammer…"

The clouds above them began to darken, lightning beginning to flash across the sky.

"If he be worthy…"

The sound of a massive sonic boom filled the air, shaking and shattering every window in the city.

"Shall possess the power of Thor."

The heroes and students saw what appeared to be a smoke trail flying towards them rather quickly. Thinking it a missile strike from the military, they quickly began to evacuate. When they saw it pointed at the monument and not the snake, they quickly grew confused. Endeavor, however, began to smile. Not a small content smile like he normally had, a full on, full faced cheery smile on his face.

'is it possible? It must be!'

Right as the object was about to strike the monument, the impossible happened. Something that shocked the world over, inspired fear in the hearts of all villains, and returned hope too heroes the world over.

A hand burst through the marble and caught the object it its palm.

And the world exploded into lightning and sound.

AND SCENE! Yep, cliff-hanger no jutsu, is now within my repertoire! All fear, for I have no mercy with such an ability!

Yeah, a lot of shit happened here. I can't even begin to describe how much I wanted to keep going and type out some more. But I'm sleepy, it's three in the morning, and I wanted to wrap it up here on a cliff-hanger.

So, if you liked the story, leave a comment! It always helps me to read some positive reviews and constructive criticisms are always helpful. Any flamers will be used to cook well-done steaks for the hunters of Bherna village, the Soaratorium, Astera, Seliana, Kamura village and eventually Elgado outpost. Keep your stamina up folks!

Later people. Don't know what I'll update next.
