I just had a realazation that I tended to overuse Dr. Feral from the TMNT RPG because he is so...Dramatic particurally the way he's illistrated in the the TMNT and Other Strangeness book he seems to reprisent everything that Mutant Animals should fear, but from reading some reviews of the original RPG I've come to realize Feral is actually a pretty poorly written villain trying to balance his treatment of Mutants by saying he does it because he loves Humanity too much is really pretty poor attempt at nuance and as I've learned from playing TMNT crossed with other Palladium games with a very good DM, the scientists really don't need to have much personality to be brutally effective villains after all Man in Bambi never even appears onscreen doesn't make 'him' any less a memorable villain,

As Jonathan and Edward went out the front door to talk in private, Jervis did take notice of the scars on Enna's arms, his watery blue eyes did show genuine sympathy...

Once they were outside the house, Edward finally was able to say what was on his mind but he made sure to still keep his voice down as he wasn't sure how sharp Otter ears were.

"Are you out of your mind?!" Edward hissed sharply "Do you have any idea Jonathan what you have just let into your house?!"

Jonathan folded his arms and said calmly "I have found potentially the greatest asset to my plans."

"What you have found..." Edward said "...Is a freak of nature, who has every reason to be hostile to Humanity, with her own mind she can do the same as your fear gas, Jervis' dream machine and my own vitural reality machine!"

"I realize that Edward..." Jonathan began to say...

"Do you?" Edward sneered "I don't think you do...It took them WEEKS to rescue my mind from the Virtual Reality Machine when my mind was trapped in it, since I know you're so fond of nursery rhymes it practically took 'All the king's horses and all the king's men...'

"I only ever recite nursrey rhymes when I've severly stressed!" Jonathan snapped "Normally as I'm recovering from my own fear gas!"

"See and that's what I'm getting at!" Edward said "We've all suffered from our creations being used against us, either accidentially or deliberatly...The fortunate thing is, none of our tools ever had minds of their own, which this Creature this...Freak,,," And their was an ugly emphisis on 'freak' does! She's all lovey-dovey now, because she knows she's dependant on you for protection but...She's not going to be a child forever...As she matures she might become more vicious and she might decide she's better off without you and so she'll dispose of you and take this cozy santuary for herself!"

"Edward..." Jonathan said taking a deep breath "I assure you if there is any trouble, I'll be sure to...Take care of the problem..." Even as he saidn that something winced inside him as he realized what that meant, "But there is another side you may not be seeing, since she is an intelligent creature she is someone I can...Mould to follow in my footsteps."

"Still," Edward sighed "She's not human Jonathan, her priorties aren't nessicarily the same as a human's"

They went back into the house, Jervis and Enna seemed to be having a lively discussion.

"Oh!" Jervis said brightly "We were just talking about Enna's past."

Jervis had been of course curious why Enna had no familiarity with Gotham's famous rogues so he asked her about where she had come from.

"She told me, she had spent most of her life in Dallas Texas, they had only recently come to Gotham in the past few months!"

"Huh." Jonathan said as he sat down, feeling rather foolish for not asking about that himself.

"And she told me while all the 'experiments' had a little TV in their room for their entertainment, it was set up to only play video tapes given to them by scientists they couldn't see a live broadcast of the news."

So seems I'll have to set up the Turtles next chapter I just couldn't think of anything yet, but here we establish some thing about why Enna knows nothing about the Rogues
