Alfa 333 (Leni) was running through the halls of the tree house breathing rapidly. She was sweating with fear. In her hand was a S.P.I.C.E.R.. She shot twice behind her before she stopped to catch her breath. *Labored Breaths* "I've got to get out of here!" She resumed running and quickly arrived at the launch bay. She saw the rest of Sector V. "Guys! OMGosh I'm so glad to see all of you! They're coming we have to go!" None of them responded, they all had their backs turn to her. "Uh, guys?" She questioned.

"Alfa 333 (Leni), so glad you can join us." Numbuh 114 (Lola) said.

"W-what are you guys doing?"

"Come on, Alfa 333 (Leni), come be with us." Numbuh 2 said.

"What are you talking about?! We need to leave the tree house like right now!"

"Don't worry sis, we are right where we belong." Alfa 45 (Luna) said.

"Guys stop messing around! They're getting closer!"

"It's okay Alfa 333 (Leni) there's nothing to worry about." Numbuh 1 said. "Everything we need…is…right…HERE!" They all turned around. "AAAAAH!" She screamed in horror at what she saw. Her friends and siblings had red bugs eyes and their mouths were replaced with mandibles. She aimed her weapon, but her hands shook with fear. "What have you done with my team?!" She screamed. They walked towards her with their hands eager to grab. "Come on Leni, let's be a family, join us!" Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) said. "N-n-no!" She backed up and was ready to pull the trigger suddenly the gun morphed into white and tan bugs with the same red eyes and mouthparts she screamed and dropped her weapon while brushing her hands. "Ew ew ew!" Suddenly the doors behind her burst open and the swarm of bugs chasing her flooded the room. "NO!" She squealed as she ran but there was nowhere else to go, she was backed up against the wall sweating, breathing, and now crying. "Why? *Sniff* Why is this happening?!" Suddenly the bugs swarmed her and crawled on her limbs holding her down on the floor. She struggled but the bugs were too strong. "Nggh! HELP! SOMEBODY PLEASE! HE-MMPH!" Numbuh 3 stood over her head and hand gagged her. She looked with horrified and teary eyes. She saw Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) and Alfa 22 (Lori) right over her face they just stared at her. 'Please Linky, Lori, don't do this! Everyone please stop!' She thought. "Time to feast." They opened their bug mouth parts and consumed the fashion operative. "NNNNMMMMMPH-!"

"-OOOOOOO!" Alfa 333 (Leni) screamed as she sat up on her bed. She was sweating and gasping for air. She looked around she was still in her room at the tree house. It was 3:00 in the morning. "Oh my gosh, it was just a dream."

It was close to dinner time and Alfa 333 (Leni) wasn't feeling much better. The entire day she was feeling anxiety and fear. Numbuh 1 noticed this and walked up to her.

"Is everything okay Alfa 333 (Leni)?"

"Y-yeah I'm fine."

"Well, if something's bothering you just let us know, okay?"

"O-of course."

"Good."

Everyone gathered in the kitchen. "It seems that we have decided to dine as a team this time around." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) said.

Numbuh 4 spoke. "So, anybody got any suggestions for food?"

Alfa 111 (Lynn) raised her hand, "Ooh! How about something with cheese?"

"That sounds tasty!" Numbuh 113 (Lana) said.

Numbuh 5 came forward "How about some nachos?"

"Great idea Numbuh 5." Numbuh 3 said.

"I'll go get some." Alfa 22 (Lori) offered.

"Nah, don't worry Alfa 22 (Lori), Numbuh 5's got this." Numbuh 5 said as she jumped out a window.

Numbuh 5 was running through the halls of the Delightful Children from Down the Lane's Mansion with a yellow KND backpack. She ran around corners and past many household decorations like a vase. She can be seen through security cameras. When she reached the hall to the exit she gasped and stopped in her tracks.

"Dear me, if it isn't Numbuh 5 of the illustrious Kids Next Door. We do not recall inviting you into our humble home." The Delightful Children said. Behind them was one of their Knightamatons which are robots designed to look like knights. This particular one was completely on fire. "Sir Toasty will have to chastise you." The fiery robot held up his hands at the ready.

"Time to toast Kid Next Door!"

Numbuh 5 reached out on her left to grab a fire extinguisher and aimed it at them. "Don't move."

"You think the fire extinguisher's going to help you?" They questioned.

"Hmm." She smiled and aimed it down. She pushed on the trigger and launched herself up and over them. They gasped as they turned around to see her running towards the exit.

"Get her Sir Toasty." They commanded as the Knightamaton growled and went after her.

Numbuh 5 was running as fast as she could towards the exit. A metal door started to descend and close. She gasped and then quickly threw the fire extinguisher under the door to keep it open. She got on her knees and slid out the door, dropping her hat in the process. Before the door completely closed, she reached under and grabbed her hat before the tank was crushed. "Adios, Delightful Dorks." She chuckles as she leaves.

Unbeknownst to her, the Delightful Children had her actual hat in their hands. They smiled deviously. "Adios, Kids Next Door." They laughed evilly.

Back at the tree house the team was sitting in the kitchen around a table with a huge bowl under a cheese dispenser. Everyone sighed, except Numbuh 767 (Lucy) who just said "Sigh." They heard someone approach the window. They gasped and turned to the window to see Numbuh 5. "You're back!" Numbuh 16 (Luan) exclaimed.

"Yep! Numbuh 5's got the goods."

She walked up to the table and showed them a bag of chips at which they gasped in joy at the sight of. "Tortilla chips, compliments of the Delightful Children from Down the Lane. So Numbuh 5 says…dig in." She dumps all the chips into the bowl, pulls on a string which activated the dispenser and covered the chips in cheese dip. Everyone started to devour them.

"You know I could have just walked out and got this for all of you. I don't mind paying." Alfa 22 (Lori) said.

"Yeah, Alfa 22 (Lori) could have just gone to the deli around the corner." Numbuh 4 said.

"Come on, you know chips always taste better when you take them from those delightful chumps." Numbuh 5 said.

"Ain't that the truth bra." Alfa 45 (Luna) agreed.

Numbuh 5 took a chip scooped up some cheese, it looked appetizing. "Mmm." She licked her lips and opened her mouth to eat, when suddenly her hat rustled with some chewing noises causing her to groan and scratch her head. Her hat also grew in size a little. She ignored it until it kept happening several times. "Mmm…aaa-oh! Mmm…Oh! Mmm…Ah! Oh. Oooh urrgh, man!" Her hat had a large bulge that grew to an unusual side she was groaning in pain. She scratched it like crazy. Some noticed this.

"What's the matter?" Numbuh 4 asked.

"That chase must've taken more out of me than I thought."

"Uh, Numbuh 5 why does your hat look like a balloon?" asked Numbuh 114 (Lola).

"I-I don't know."

"Aw, come on." Numbuh 2 said obliviously as he scooped up cheese with a chip and offered it to her. "Have some cheese."

"I think she has bigger problems." Numbuh 767 (Lucy) said.

Numbuh 5 groaned as she walked away from the table holding her head. "AAAAAAAAHHH!" Her hat burst open and came out a giant louse. It growled as it laid on top of her head. Everyone just stared at it bewildered except for Alfa 333 (Leni) who started to shake in fear. The bug looked directly in her eyes as it leaned forward and saw her upside down. She just shuttered at it. "Eep! Oop." The lice quickly jumped off her head and crawled away through a doorway.

Everyone just stared until Numbuh 3 laughed. "That was funny, do it again."

"What was that?" Numbuh 2 asked.

"I believe that was a Phthiraptera, or louse. Though I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to be that big." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) explained as she adjusted her glasses.

"Not only that." Numbuh 1 said as he walked up to examine Numbuh 5. "These lice are hungry for hair!" Numbuh 5 was revealed to have the top of her head completely bald she groaned in embarrassment. Everyone recoiled in disgust.

"Nasty." Alfa 111 (Lynn) said.

"Ugh that ain't right dude." Alfa 45 (Luna) said.

"Literally gross." Alfa 22 (Lori) said.

"Ew." Numbuhs 2, 4, 114 (Lola), and 55 (Lincoln) said.

"Gag." Numbuh 767 (Lucy) said.

"Coool." Numbuh 113 (Lana) said.

"Seriously sis?" Alfa 16 (Luan) asked her.

Numbuh 5 patted her head. "Wait till I get my hands on that bug! I'm gonna-."

"Gosh Numbuh 5, you look so…so...funny! Wait here, I'm going to go get my camera." Numbuh 3 interrupted before walking out.

*Sigh* "I'll go get her." Numbuh 114 (Lola) followed Numbuh 3.

Numbuh 4 four came to Numbuh 5 with the torn hat. "Uh, here's your hat back Numbuh 5."

She grabbed and examined it. "Hey, this ain't Numbuh 5's hat."

Numbuh 1 hit his palm with his fist. "Those Delightful Children must have given you a lice infested hat."

Everyone was shocked, some cover their mouths, others gritted their teeth. "Surprised gasp!" Numbuh 767 (Lucy) said.

Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) then noticed Alfa 333 (Leni) sitting in a corner in rocking back and forth in the fetal position shacking and whimpering. He walked up to her. "Uh Alfa 333 (Leni), you okay?" He gently touched her on the shoulder. "AAAAAH!" She screamed startling everyone. They ran to her.

"What's wrong?!" Alfa 111 (Lynn) asked.

"B-b-b-b-bug." She continuously muttered.

"Alright that's it. What's going with you Alfa 333 (Leni)? Explain now." Numbuh 1 crossed his arms wanting an answer.

She sighed and stood up trying to compose herself. "I had a nightmare about those same lice." Everyone's eyes widened. "I was fighting them and tried to find all of you to escape but you were all turned into them. Then you guys held me down…and ate me."

"Oh Alfa 333 (Leni)." Alfa 22 (Lori) came over and hugged her sister to comfort her. The fashion operative sniffled a bit. Soon all her siblings came in and hugged her. The rest of Sector V smiled at the warm site.

"So she's really afraid of bugs?" Numbuh 4 asked.

"Well she's more of an arachnophobe, but has a general fear of all kinds of bugs." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) explained.

"Well she'll have to try and power through it cause that lice is on the loose." Numbuh 1 said.

"Come on boss, ease up." Alfa 45 (Luna) pleaded.

"No." Alfa 333 (Leni) shook her head and wiped her tears. "He's right, I'm not going to let you guys down. I will face these creepy crawlies and make them pay!" She said with a determined face. Everyone nodded.

"Alright let's start coming with a plan." Numbuh 1 said,

"NOOOOO!"

"AAAAAH!"

They all heard screams from outside the kitchen. "What was that?!" Numbuh 2 asked.

"That came from Numbuh 3's room, come one!" Numbuh 4 said. Everyone ran out the room. Numbuh 2 stopped for a sec to grab a bowl of cheese. "Mmm."

They arrived at Numbuh 3's room. Numbuh 1 asked to make sure if they were okay. "Numbuh 3 are you-oh!" Everyone's eyes widen at what they saw all of Numbuh 3's stuffed animals were chewed up and all over the floor. Numbuhs 3 and 113 (Lola) were facing the bed. In Numbuh 113's (Lola) hands were her unicorn and teddy bear also chewed up. "Mr. Mopsy." Numbuh 3 dropped a purple cat. "Oh Cuddlestiltskin. Wrinkle, Tinkle, Pinkle Mouse." Numbuh 114 Lola hugged her toys. "Oh Unis, Mr. Sprinkles, you didn't deserve this." She gently laid them down on the floor.

Everyone felt sorry for them, especially Numbuh 113 (Lana) as the three of them would play together in Numbuh 3's room, even if she did find it too girly sometimes.

"Don't worry girls, I can fix all of them up for you." Numbuh 114 (Lana) offered.

"Yeah, or if you like we can get you girls some new toys." Numbuh 1 said.

"Toys…?" Numbuh 114 (Lola) started.

"We don't want toys." Numbuh 3 finished.

…

"WE WANT REVENGE!" They both angrily yelled as they turned at them with literal fire in their eyes and their fists clenched.

"What the big deal?" Numbuh 4 asked with some of the team shaking their heads and hands at him. "Nobody got hurt-ugh!" The second those words left his mouth the princess operative was behind him and holding him in a chokehold while Numbuh 3 grabbed the bottom of his hoodie. "Say that again squirt! And then we'll see if nobody's hurt!" They both let him go roughly.

"Way to go Numbuh 4." Alfa 16 (Luan) said.

"All right, Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 114 (Lola) lost their friends, Alfa 333 (Leni) was scared out of her wits, and I lost my favorite hat along with most of my hair." Numbuh 5 said as she put on a new hat. "So who else wants to find some bugs to squash?"

"Aw yeah right with you there Numbuh 5!" Alfa 111 (Lynn) enthusiastically said.

Numbuh 4 heard chewing noises. He flinched as he turned to them. "Um…I think they already found us!" Numbuh 3's bed was being gnawed on by a bunch of smaller lice.

"There's so many of them!" Alfa 22 (Lori) said.

"W-what do we d-do n-now?" Numbuh 2 asked in fear.

Numbuh 1 put a hand on his shoulder. "Follow my lead…run!" He yelled as he ran out. Everyone else followed suit while screaming. The lice crawled after them. They ran back into the kitchen and closed the door. The bugs tried to break in. Numbuh 4 and 5 along with Alfa 22 (Lori), 45 (Luna), and 111 (Lynn) held it. Eventually the bug stopped.

"I think they're gone." Numbuh 1 said.

"How are there so many of them already?" Alfa 333 (Leni) asked.

"Well the average louse can lay 10 eggs after mating though like we said before these are no ordinary lice. It's possible they're hermaphrodites." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) explained.

Numbuh 2 got scared as he backed. "Gosh this isn't good. These things are giving me the-oop!" He looked behind him and saw a lice that was as tall as an adult. "Heebie-jeebies!" The lice smirked at him. "Aaaah!" he yelled and threw his bowl in the air and ran. The bug growled before the bowl fell on it and was covered with the cheese. It screeched in pain as it began to melt it eventually became nothing but a bubbly and smoking puddle of cheese on the floor. Everyone was astonished at what they just saw. "Cool." Numbuh 113 (Lana) said.

Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 265 (Lisa) came up and examined the cheese. "Fascinating, they seem to have a weakness for this substance." The latter said.

"Yeah." Numbuh 1 agreed while scooping up some cheese. They looked at each other and nodded while smirking. He turned back to the rest of the group. "Here's what we're gonna do…"

The KND were able to access the armory before it got infested. They all grabbed P.H.L.A.Z.E.R. Mk IIs and add a special modification to it. They removed the forward grip on the gun and replaced it with a barrel with a trigger and grip that had a hose going into a tank. It was held under the barrel with some rope. The underbarrel weapon was a cheese sprayer that had a tank that was worn as a backpack. The tanks ranged from a toilet, a barrel, a water dispenser, and a fish tank. Numbuh 265 (Lisa) also recommended that they all wear helmets with metal coverings and a glass visor to protect their hair as that is what the lice were drawn to, except for Numbuh 1. They were all suited up and were in the kitchen to hear their strategy.

"The modifications we've made to our weapons have made them able to handle the zesty full-bodied flavor of nacho cheese." Numbuh 1 said as he strapped on his tank. "These lice don't like nacho cheese and we don't like them."

"We've also decided to use the P.H.A.L.Z.E.R. Mk II as we do have limited cheese in our tanks. Use the laser to blast large as well as single entities, the spray will help deal with the smaller ones as well as swarms. Keep your helmets on as they are completely enclosed to protect your hair and aren't easy to pierce or remove. Lastly keep your wrists comms on you in the event we get separated." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) explained.

"Uh Numbuh 265 (Lisa) why do you have a capsule with you?" Alfa 22 (Lori) asked.

"To capture one and see what can be discovered. The knowledge may prove valuable later." She answered.

Numbuh 1 nodded. "Right, now the minute you get one in your sights give them everything you got." Everyone nodded. "Any questions?" He got shaking heads as a response.

"So then let's juice up." Numbuh 1 as they all gathered at the dispenser. He pulled on the cord, but it snapped. They heard a burp and looked up and saw a louse had eaten the rope. It picked its' teeth before screeching and crawling away into the ceiling.

"Dang it." They all said.

Numbuh 4 scooped up some cheese. "No problem, we still have enough cheese for our weapons."

"Alright let's start hunting." Numbuh 1 said.

"Yeah!" They all agreed except for Numbuh 55 (Lincoln).

"Wait, even with all this fire power it won't be enough as their numbers are growing at a fast rate, we'll run out of cheese and be overwhelmed." he said. Everyone realized he was right.

"Good point bro." Alfa 45 (Luna) said.

"So what do we do then?" Numbuh 2 asked.

Everyone murmured at what to do. The white-haired operative was rubbing his chin then nodded. Numbuh 1 noticed this. "You got a plan Numbuh 55 (Lincoln)?" he asked.

"Yeah, on the upper levels of the tree house there's a cheese room with a big tank, right?"

"Yeah." Numbuh 5 confirmed.

"What if we set the tank to overload and flood the entire tree house with cheese? That'll take them all out."

"That's an excellent strategy, brother unit." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) agreed.

"The man with the plan strikes again!" Alfa 111 (Lynn) said.

"Okay, so from down in the kitchen, we'll have to fight our way up through the tree house and get to the cheese repository on level 67. Then we can set it off killing all the lice." Numbuh 1 said.

"I suggest we split up into three teams." Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) advised. "One team will head to the cheese room while the other two act as bait to draw as many lice away as possible."

"Alright then, Numbuhs 2-5 you're with me on Team 1. Alfas 22 (Lori), 333 (Leni), 45 (Luna), and Numbuhs 55 (Lincoln) and 767 (Lucy) you're on Team 2 led by Numbuh 55 (Lincoln). Leading Team 3 is Numbuh 265 (Lisa) with Numbuhs 114 (Lola) and 113 (Lana) along with Alfas 16 (Luan) and 111 (Lynn)." Numbuh 1 said. "Everyone ready?" They all nodded with determation.

"Here we go. Kids Next Door, let's get that cheese!"

Team 2 decided to make their way to the launch bay they were moving in a single file with weapons at the ready. "Steady guys." Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) said while in the front. Behind him in order was Numbuh 767 (Lucy), Alfa 45 (Luna), Alfa 22 (Lori), and Alfa 333 (Leni). They heard whimpers and saw it was Alfa 333 (Leni). She was still scared of the whole situation. The oldest Loud sibling decided to help her out. "Want me to take the rear sis?" she offered.

"Y-yes please." She responded.

"Alright."

They continued to walk until they heard screeching. "Behind us!" Alfa 45 (Luna) said. A swarm of small lice was coming at them. "Run!" Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) yelled. Alfa 22 (Lori) aimed her gun. "Move I'll fire and be right behind you!" She sprayed some cheese all over the bugs. Multiple screeches can be heard as they were melting. She fired while moving backwards. "We're almost there!" Numbuh 767 (Lucy) said.

They made it to the training bay and circled up. All over the room: ceiling, doors, and cracks they came in and surrounded them. Big lice came in as well. The team all had determined looks in theirs eyes. "Let's take em down." Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) said. They war cried as they began to blast and spray the pests. Alfa 22 (Lori) brought up her wrist comm. "This is Team 2, we've engaged the enemy!"

"Roger that." Numbuh 1 responded.

Team 3 was making its' way to the training area. "Proceed with caution fellow operatives. These insects can attack at a moment's notice." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) warned while taking point. Behind her in order was Numbuh 114 (Lola) who had Unis and Mr. sprinkles strapped around her waist, Numbuh 113 (Lana), Alfa 16 (Luan), and Alfa 111 (Lynn). "Eh these stupid bugs don't seem so tough." Alfa 111 (Lynn) said while covering the rear. "Don't underestimate your enemies sis." The comedian operative advised. Suddenly they hear screeching and saw several big lice crawling quickly at them from behind. "Let's move!" The team leader yelled. "Keep going I'll fire and move!" Alfa 111 (Lynn) said. "Eat laser you hair eating pests!" She blasted them frying their heads or abdomen. They screeched in pain. "Come on!" Alfa 16 (Luan) told her. They reached the training area got into defensive positions. "Time to exterminate!" The 4th oldest Loud sister said. The bugs burst through the doors and charged. They were met with lasers and cheese. Numbuh 113 (Lana) kick a small lice before blasting it in the air. She spoke into her comm. "Team 3 here! We're battling the bugs!"

"Understood." Numbuh 1 said.

The rest of Sector V was moving on to the cheese room. "Alright people, they're holding them off let's move." Numbuh 1 ordered. They moved in a single file. Numbuh 4 was muttering. "Ain't nothing gonna happen, cause I ain't afraid." Numbuh 1 reached out and tapped his shoulder. "Hey, Numb-." "AAAHHH!" Numbuh 4 screamed as he fired his sprayer blindly behind him covering his friends in cheese. He breathed in and out. The operatives just stood there. "Go cover the rear, Numbuh 4." The team leader point back with his thumb." They kept on moving while Numbuh 4 kept aiming at the rear and walking backwards not turning forward for a second. "Ah got to keep cool, nothing's gonna happen. I'm cool. I'm cool. I'm ice baby. No cruddy lice is gonna sneak up on me. No sir. Lice don't sneak up on ice. It ain't nice for lice to sneak up on ice. Those lice better think twice, cause it's, it's no dice for those lice." Unbeknownst to him the team was walking left, and he was walking backwards to the right. "No dice or rice. So take my advice you cruddy lice. I am not nice right, Numbuh 1? Right? Numbuh 1?" He saw that the group was nowhere to be seen. He just looked forward. "Guys?" Two lice appeared and growled at him. He gulped and turned to run he bumped into a big louse that just looked at him and laughed evilly. Team 1 heard laser fire and screaming. "AAAAHH!"

"That was Numbuh 4!" Numbuh 5 said as she ran back. She saw Numbuh 4 spraying and blasting as much lice as he could they started to grab him and hold him down. They tried to eat his hair but couldn't get through the helmet. "Go Numbuh 5!" She quickly ran back to the group. "Run!" She said as they all quickly ran. Behind them was a swarm of lice.

Back with Team 2 they were trying to fight off the bugs as best as they could. Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) dodged rolled from a big lice that came up behind him and tried to eat his head but missed. He then got on his knee after rolling and blasted it in the face. Numbuh 767 (Lucy) used the constant stream setting then sliced a bunch of bugs with one swing before jumping and flipping over two big lice and spraying them on their heads. Alfa 22 (Lori) sprayed twice before stomping on a small louse killing it. Alfa 333 (Leni) back flipped before firing three consecutive laser shots killing 3 big lice. "They just keep coming!" Alfa 45 (Luna) said as she killed a swarm of small lice by spraying and praying. "Just keep fighting guys!" Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) encouraged. "We've got to hold out!"

Numbuh 767 (Lucy) sprayed and prayed until eventually her underbarrel weapon went empty. "Um guys? I'm out cheese."

Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) melted another swarm before he ran out. "Dang it me too!"

"Keep shooting dudes!" Alfa 45 (Luna) said.

Alfa 22 (Lori) noticed a swarm sneaking up behind Alfa 333 (Leni). "Alfa 333 (Leni)! Look out!" Before she could react they piled on her and held her down and tried to eat her hair. She was freaking out. "HELP ME! PLEASE!"

"Hang on!" Alfa 22 (Lori) aimed her weapon but eventually was caught by lice and they were crawling all over her. "Get off!"

"I got you sis!" Alfa 45 (Luna) said as she aimed her spray, but no cheese came out. "Aw come on!" She too was snagged by the lice. "Ugh!"

"This is not good." Numbuh 767 (Lucy) said before two big lice crawled on her and tried to eat her hair.

"Get off of them!" Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) Angrily yelled as he fired his laser to save his sisters. Eventually, he was overwhelmed as well.

Alfa 333 (Leni) was screaming her lungs off. She felt the bugs hold, crawl over, and bite her. Eventually in her mind something snapped, and she just stayed still. The lice caught on and actually stopped to see what was going on. They all got off her looked at the operative. She slowly stood up with her weapon just dangling in her hand. Her eyes were covered by her hair. "Heh heh." She chuckled. "Heh heh…. ha ha ha…. AH HA HA HA HAAAAAA!" She raised her head an laughed like crazy at the ceiling her eyes were a hellish red and her teeth cartoonishly looked like a sharks. The lice were actually afraid and backed away. Her siblings just looked dumbfounded at her. "TIME TO DIE BUGGIES!" She said in a sinister voice. She raised her left hand before punching right through a big louse, it screamed in agony as her fist when right through the bug out its' back she then pulled it back grabbing and ripping any flesh and organs she can get a hold of. Her hand was covered in green blood she didn't even flinch at the grossness. "That's right come here!" She fired her laser rifle in constant stream cutting up the bugs they all ran out the room. She was panting rapidly. Her siblings came up to her astonished.

"Wow, Alfa 333 (Leni), you good?" Alfa 45 (Luna) worryingly asked.

She breathed a few more times before she looked normal again. "Y-yeah, I think I just got over my fear." They smiled at her. "That's good sis." Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) said.

They heard rustling and snarling. "Guess they're coming back." Numbuh 767 (Lucy) said.

"Let's give it to em!" Alfa 333 (Leni) said.

"No Alfa 333 (Leni), I think you should head out to help the others." Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) said. "Head to the cheese room and provide them with backup."

"What?! But what about you guys?!"

"Don't worry, we got this." Alfa 45 (Luna) assured. "Now go!"

"Alright." She said before running out the room.

Team 3 was blasting and melting the lice like no tomorrow. "This is for my friends to you little creeps!" Numbuh 114 (Lola) yelled as she ran around shooting the bugs. "Whoa!" Alfa 111 (Lynn) said as she was tackled. She had just ran out of cheese and now had a big louse trying to eat her hair she held it back with her hands. She looked over and saw a baseball bat that she brought to a training session but never cleaned it up. She grabbed the bat with her left hand and swung it at the louse's face. A crunching noise can be heard. It wiggled on the floor in pain before she angrily stomped over to it and repeatedly bashed it in the head until it was a green bloody mess. "Time to score some points!" She ran around the room smacking and crushing the bugs. "10 points!" Alfa 16 (Luan) shot two big lice in the head before spraying a bunch of small lice coming towards her. "Don't these things ever quit?!"

"Highly unlikely, older sibling." Numbuh 265 (Lisa) jumped on a small louse and trapped it in her capsule. "Success! I have captured a specimen!"

Numbuh 113 (Lana) kept on spraying until she ran. "Darn, out of cheese!"

"Hopefully those guys can make it to the cheese room!" Numbuh 114 (Lola) said.

Numbuh 265 (Lisa) pondered for a minute while shooting. "Alfa 16 (Luan), head to the cheese room and assist the operatives of Team 1. We'll handle things here."

"You sure?" Alfa 16 (Luan) asked.

"Yeah! We got these freaks in the bag!" Alfa 111 (Lynn) said as she smacked a small louse the tried to jump on her and landed splattered on the wall.

"Alright good luck!" She said as she ran out of the training area.

At the same time Team 1 burst open a door and saw that they were in a narrow bridge. "Come one we have to keep moving!" Numbuh 1 said. They all murmured about the impending doom. Numbuh 3 stopped and looked at her toy Mr. Mopsy and nodded. "You guys go on ahead."

The three of them were stumped. "Are you nuts?" Numbuh 1 asked.

"Mr Mopsy and I got a little score to settle. Go!"

They walked on but Numbuh 1 hesitated. "Numbuh 3, are you-?"

"Go!"

He reluctantly left.

Numbuh 3 got out a detonator and was ready to take these bugs with her to a cheesy grave. She heard them coming. "All right, Mr. Mopsy, this is it. It ends here. This is for all the cuddly pals back in the bedroom. Unis, Mr. Sprinkles, Mr. Wigglesnout, Mary Kiss-A-Face, Little Lucy Mufffinopolis, Little Pee-Pee Pie, and you too Mr. Dinkledoo…" "Raaarh!"

The three operatives were climbing a bridge when *Boom* a cheesy explosion went off.

"Numbuh 3!" Numbuh 2 cried.

"We can't stop now come on!" Numbuh 5 said.

They walked up a spiral staircase though Numbuh 2 was panting, and he tripped. "Numbuh 2 are you alright?" Numbuh 1 asked turning to him. "Yeah, I'm all-Agh!" The lice caught him and dragged him down. "Numbuh 2!" Numbuh 1 yelled in shock.

"Save yourselves! Go!" The bugs tried to break and remove his helmet but didn't work. "I'll hold them off as long as I can!"

"Let's go." Numbuh 5 said. "There's nothing we can do for him."

They both pressed on. "Hey that tickles!" Numbuh 2 said while laughing.

The remaining operatives went inside the room and locked the door. They saw a big tank of cheese with a bucket pouring more into it as well as pipes going from the tank throughout the tree house. There were other doors that lead inside too. "Whoa, the cheese room. I've never been up here before. It's so…cheesy." Numbuh 5 said as she walked closer to the tank.

"Levels 10 through 40, subsections "D" through "M" … at this rate they'll have the entire tree house infested in a matter of hours. We have to hurry." Numbuh 1 said as he walked up to the controls. "First, I'll raise the pressure in the main tank so that we've got enough cheese to fill every nook and cranny in the tree house. Then all we've got to do is hit the purge button, and we cheese the place. So let's do this." He ran to the button when suddenly *Crash!* A giant louse bigger than all the others broke through the floor and roared. It was purple, had 6 claws, and had green eyes.

"Oh, you have got to be-." He quickly aimed his weapon, but the bug grabbed him in his claw and was ready to eat but then noticed his head was bald. "Ew." The louse said before it chucked him into a pile of boxes. "AAAH!"

The bug then looked at Numbuh 5 and chuckled evilly. *Crash* Suddenly Alfa 333 (Leni) came into the room breaking through a door. The louse turned to her and growled. She aimed her gun. "No more hair for you or your pals." Firing at constant stream she sliced off all 6 limbs causing it roar in pain. "RRRRAAAGHH!" She then fired two blue laser bolts at its' eyes blinding it. "Numbuh 5! Throw your tank over its' head!"

Numbuh 5 nodded. "Got it." She threw her tank full of cheese high over the monster after removing it from her laser gun as did Alfa 333 (Leni). She quickly shot both tanks causing them to burst and spill cheese all over the giant louse. It screamed in agony as it melted into a big puddle.

Numbuh 5 smirked as she walked over to the Alfa operative. "Nice thinking Alfa 333 (Leni)."

"Thanks, but come on we have to finish this." Alfa 333 (Leni) said.

Numbuh 5 nodded, and they walked to the purge button.

*Pew* They hear laser fire and turned to the noise before a door breaks open with a big louse with a burning hole in its' abdomen it crawls to get away but Alfa 16 (Luan) with a stern look walked up to it stepped on its' back to stop it from moving and pointed her gun right above its' head as it struggled. "It's been lice knowing you." She said in a deep voice. *Pew* The louse dropped dead. She then smiled and laughed. "Ha ha ha! Get it?"

Numbuh 5 and Alfa 333 (Leni) just groaned. Numbuh 5 was about to push the button when-

"STOOOOOOOP!"

"Huh?" The three of them asked as someone ran in screaming.

It was Numbuh 2, he was alright for the most part, but his clothes were torn, and he still had some small lice on him. "You got to say something cool first, like "Say cheese punk" or "Cheese to meet you." He said in a deep voice.

"Ha ha ha, good one Numbuh 2. How about "Let's cheese this" or "Have a cheesy day." Alfa 16 (Luan) said also in a deep voice.

The other two just looked at each other with annoyed expressions. Numbuh 5 just pressed the button.

"Wait wait wait wait, how about this one? Cheese-. *BOOM*

The entire tree house was covered in cheese.

"Well, that takes care of that." Numbuh 1 said as everyone, except for Numbuh 265 (Lisa) was in the briefing area and they are all still covered in cheese.

"Yeah, those bugs are all paste now!" Alfa 111 (Lynn) said.

"Ugh! Numbuh 113 (Lana) will you stop eating off me?!" Numbuh 114 (Lola) told her sister as she continued to lick the cheese off the princess operative.

"Come on! This cheese is so good, and I already finished mine."

"Then go eat off the floor!"

Numbuh 265 (Lisa) came in with the capsule that had the louse she captured in it and put it on the podium.

"What's the word Numbuh 265 (Lisa)?" Alfa 45 (Luna) said.

"It appears this is a genetically altered louse. The Delightful Children were able to make these insects grow in size as well as give them the ability reproduce by simply eating enough hair, so it seems my earlier hypothesis on them being hermaphrodites was correct." The young genius said as she adjusted her glasses.

"Well I think it's time we pay those cruddy delightful dorks back!" Numbuh 4 said.

"Guys." Everyone turned to Alfa 333 (Leni) who spoke. "I'll take care of this one." She smiled deviously.

The next morning at the park a woman who was dressed in a green business shirt with a white collar and cuffs, a dark green sweater vest, black business slacks, black heels, white glasses, red earrings, and wearing her hair in a bun, was sitting on a bench reading a newspaper with her left leg stretched out. The Delightful Children from Down the Lane were walking by her when they all tripped on her leg. "Aaaah." They all said as they tripped. *Thud* Lenny's helmet came off and rolled to her. She picked it up and handed it back. "You dropped this youngster." A deep mature voice said. "Thank you, adult person." They said as Lenny took the helmet and put it back on. Rustling can be heard, and he immediately started scratching his head as they walked off.

When the coast was clear, the woman put the paper down. It was Alfa 333 (Leni) wearing a disguise. In her hands was Lenny's actual helmet the one she gave had the louse that Numbuh 265 (Lisa) had captured. "Okay guys we're good." Everyone came out of their hiding spots still covered in cheese but still had hair. *Laughing* They all laughed at the inevitable disaster the Delightful Children were about to endure.

"Great job everyone!" Numbuh 1 said.

"Hope they have a lice time!" Alfa 16 (Luan) joked.

"Serves them right!" Numbuh 55 (Lincoln).

Back at the tree house everyone was gathered for lunch. "Man I'm starving." Numbuh 4 said.

"What do you guys want to eat?" Numbuh 2 asked.

"Don't worry, I got it covered this time." They all turned to see Alfa 22 (Lori) and Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) with boxes of pizza. "It's pizza time!" She spoke.

"Yay!" Everyone quickly started to eat the pizza.

"So Alfa 333 (Leni), heard you went berserk and conquered your fear of creepy crawlies." Alfa 111 (Lynn) said.

She nodded. "Yep, not afraid anymore." Numbuh 55 (Lincoln) put his hand on her shoulder and smiled. "I'm glad sis." They hugged. Everyone smiled at the sight.

"By the way Numbuh 265 (Lisa), good idea for having us keep those helmets on." Alfa 22 (Lori) said. "So glad my hair is safe. Literally would have been a nightmare."

"Yeah, and great plan to defeat the lice Numbuh 55 (Lincoln). You really are good at plans!" Numbuh 3 complimented.

"Thanks, Numbuh 3."

"Overall team, an outstanding success!" Numbuh 1 cheered.

"Hooray!" They all cheered then continued to eat.

Numbuh 265 (Lisa) was tapping her finger on the table and thinking. "What's wrong sis?" Numbuh 113 (Lana) asked.

"I'm thinking of ways to improve the threat detection."

"I wouldn't worry about it." Numbuh 767 (Lucy) said. "You're doing the best you can and the system can't account for every single possible danger out there."

"She's right." Numbuh 5 said. "No matter what we'll power through whatever comes at us and face it together."

Numbuh 265 (Lisa) smiled and nodded then just simply ate her pizza.
