Instead of my annual monologue for Mark Hamill's birthday, (happy 72nd birthday, sir!) and because of the sad death of the divine Arleen Sorkin in August, I decided to combine a tribute fic to her Harley Quinn with a birthday fic for Mark's Joker. I hope everyone enjoys the antics of what, for me, will always be the ultimate versions of the clown couple. RIP Arleen, and HB Mark!
