Forgive me if the story is a bit cheesy, I don't know what I'm doing, Primus help me.

The Sage family are classic characters I use.

Sage fam: Laura, the mother. Amelia, the eldest girl. Cadence, the eldest and only boy. Haru, second eldest girl (main character). Harmony, second youngest. Melody, youngest.

I, Haru Linda Sage, was not your average teenager. For one, whenever I was feeling a strong negative emotion, something would happen to whatever made me feel a negative emotion. For example, if a person had made me feeling angry or sad, something either funny or bad would be directed to them. If it was an animal or inanimate object, it'd either all of the sudden work, undo itself, repair, or, on the occasion I'm upset about something passing away, come back to life. I did have limits though, if something or someone lived again, I'd be bedridden for a few days. If it was something minor, I'd feel nauseous for a bit and then it'd pass.

I had three sisters and a brother, Amelia, Harmony, Melody, and Cadence, but I was different in appearance than all of them, I had waist length dark brown hair and forest green eyes, and was in college. My best friend was Sam Witwicky, who I met at college on my second week there. Every once in a while I would see Sam staring at a popular girl named Mikaela, and then I would tease him relentlessly about his crush on her. It was pretty funny to see him get embarrassed that I noticed his feelings for that girl Mikaela.

"Haru!" Oh great, my mom had probably gotten a call from the principal about my latest fight with another student. I preferred to be left alone as I get annoyed pretty quickly, so if someone continuously asks me about something, I make them be quiet by punching them in the face. Sam's the only person who doesn't get on my nerves most of the time, and when he does, I throw something at him so he doesn't get as hurt as one would from my fists.

"What?" I shouted from my room. "Get down here, Haru." Uh-oh, my mom sounded mad. Not good, my mom's like a enraged tiger when she's angry. I went downstairs.

I found my mom in the living room with her hands on her hips. "Haru, I thought I told you that if you got into another fight, I would confiscate your collection of Transformers." She paused for dramatic effect, "for a month." Was there something else I forgot to say, besides me kicking butt? Oh, right, everyone in my family has seen the movies of Transformers and have our own little collections of our favorite 'bots. Mine was Jazz, Amelia's was Ratchet, Harmony's was Ironhide, and Melody's was Sideswipe, and Cadence's was pretty much everybot.

I said nothing as I knew better than to argue with my mom, and if there's one thing I've learned the hard way, it's that my mom is firm when she makes up her mind about something. I nodded and went back upstairs to my room and closed the door, then I flopped onto my bed and picked up a book I had originally been reading.

An hour or so later, my older sister Amelia came into my room. "What?" I said, not looking up from my book. "Mom said you got into another fight. Honestly, Haru, you've got to stop hitting people." She said, yanking the book out of my hands. "Hey, was that really necessary?" Amelia gave me her best Ratchet glare, saying, "Yes, because you aren't paying attention." I scoffed "Not my fault the book was more interesting than your ranting." "In a way, it is." She replied, still holding my book. I rolled my eyes and looked out the window that was to my left. "At least hand me my book back." I said. Amelia smacked the top of my head with the book before placing it on my bedside table and leaving the room, closing the door behind her.

I picked the book up from where Amelia left it and thumbed thru the pages until I got back to where I was reading last.

Some hours passed, and I finished the book I was reading. I looked out the window and saw that it was dark. I put the book I was done reading down onto a small stack on my desk that I had dubbed 'Finished books', and reached for my phone. I flipped thru YouTube for a bit, debating which youtuber I should watch. I eventually settled on LDShadowlady.

it was well into the night when I got bored of YouTube and attempted to sleep. Right when I was about to slip into dreamland, my phone buzzed and woke me up. I recognized by the ringtone alone that it was Sam, looking at the call number confirmed it. I pressed the answer button.

"What's up, Sam?" I said, trying to be relatively quiet so as to not wake everyone in the house up. "Haru, remember when I said I finally got a car? Yeah, well, IT'S ALIVE! The car is driving on its own!" Sam sounded scared, and there was some noise in the background that I didn't understand, so I assumed that that was the 'alien' car driving near Sam. "where are you at, and don't you dare say 'I don't know' 'cause I need a good description, otherwise it'll be morning when I find you." Sam didn't say anything for a few moments and I used that time to find a bag and pack a few things into it, including a gun that I named Ebony that no one knew about, not even Sam. "Here's a good description, go south-east of my house. you'll know when you see it." I scoffed, good description, my foot! I thought.

I finished preparing and made my way down the stairs, trying to remember which stair creaked, but to no avail, I stepped on the wrong stair and it creaked under the pressure of my foot. Frag. I thought, but I didn't hear anyone opening their doors or someone asking me what I was doing, going downstairs in the middle of night.

I got downstairs with no further incident, save for me almost tripping and falling down the stairs. I went to the kitchen for a few snacks from the pantry. "Haru?" I jumped, dropping the granola bar I was holding onto the floor. I whirled around to face whoever was behind me and saw Melody and Amelia standing by the stairs together.

"What are ya'll doing awake?" I stage-whispered. "The better question is, why are you?" Amelia replied, keeping her voice low.

I was about to say something, but at that moment, Harmony came downstairs with a scowl on her face. "Ever learn the meaning of 'quiet', louder-than-a-siren people?" "What are you doing here, Harmony. You should be asleep by now." I hissed. Harmony shrugged, "Not my fault some people were being loud, I have sensitive hearing you know." She said.

Small state of shock over, I picked up the granola bar I had dropped and placed it in the bag I, miraculously, hadn't dropped along with the bar. Melody finally noticed my bag and pointed to it, saying, "Are you meeting up with someone?" I chewed one of my nails, trying to think of a response that didn't make me sound crazy. "Sam is freaking out about something that he thinks is unnatural and wants me to be there so he doesn't feel like he's going mad." Was my eventual reply. Melody's eyes lit up, she practically lived for the weird. "Can I come?" I bit my lip. "Well, I guess it couldn't hurt." I said slowly. Amelia stepped forward, saying, "If Melody's going then I have to go as well since she is prone to the most accidents out of all of us." "What about me? I wanna go too." Harmony pouted. Melody snorted quietly, "You know, for someone who loves guns, you sure are a big puppy when it comes to being left behind." Harmony scowled again, "I'm just curious, jeez."

By the time everyone was done talking I had finished packing and was ready to go. I walked to the garage, pausing to turn and ask a question. "Does everyone have what they need?" A small chorus of 'yes' was the response. I turned back to face the door to the garage and opened it.

"Should we make this an operation type thing?" Melody asked. There were no objections to that idea, so we stuck to the usual 'operation' names we'd used before; Amelia was 'Ice', I was 'Emerald', Harmony was 'Blade', and Melody was 'Shade'.

I walked over to a toolbox named 'operation equipment' placed in a corner and opened it. I grabbed some walkie-talkie earpieces from the box and a couple of grappling hooks and handed them each one set. Mom never took the box that we named 'operation equipment' seriously, so she never messed with it. Thank goodness for that.

"Ready, squad Alpha?" I asked. We had a family rule that whoever started the mission would be the squad leader and also the commander of the mission, so since I was the initiator, I was the leader and anyone getting hurt was my responsibility. Everyone nodded yes and went to the bike rack on the opposite wall, getting their bikes down and mounting them.

"Right. Squad Alpha, roll out!"

How'd I do? Please tell me!

I was originally planning on ending this chapter after Haru and Co. meet the autobots, but I thought to have some suspense. So it's ending here.
