(ARK HALLWAY)
[Sonic & Shadow were walking down the hallway]
Sonic: …and then Silver was dragged off by Amy while we were all standing there like; "What in the name of Chaos did I just witness"
Shadow: *clearly annoyed* I still cannot believe you had that dream Sonic.
Sonic: *sarcastically* And I thought I would get slammed by a chaos blast there.
[The background shakes as an explosion was heard in the distance]
Sonic: *almost lost his balance, but gets back up quickly* What was that!?
Shadow: Eggman must've decided to raid the ark while we weren't looking!
Sonic: *has an idea* This is the perfect time to train our fusion!
Shadow: What do you mean by that?
Sonic: *holds out a chaos emerald* we might not become super, but it's the perfect chance for us to train our minds together to coronate!
Shadow: *taking the idea into thought* Hmm…
[Another explosion was heard which shakes the background again]
Sonic: a battles going on there! We gotta stop it!
Shadow: *agreeing to the fusion idea* Hmph.
Sonic & Shadow: Chaos Control!!

(ARK'S STAR GAZING AREA)
[A Death Egg Robot Throws A Light Blue Hedgehog Into The Back Wall, With It Making A Hole In The Process]
Nazo: *opens an eye as he grunts before he curls into a ball, charging a spindash & releasing it*
Robot: *catches Nazo before throwing him on the ground hard*
Nazo: GAH! *lands on his stomach*
Robot: [PREPARING LASER CANNON]
Nazo: *attempts to get up but falls, grunting in pain*
Robot: [LASER CANNON CHARGED] [PREPARING TO FIRE]
[Shadic appears]
Shadic: *attacks the robot* not on my watch, Eggface!
Robot: [TARGET HAS CHANGED] [COMMENCING OPEN FIRE]
Robot: *fires multiple smaller laser before firing a big one at Shadic*
Shadic: *dodges the smaller lasers before catching the bigger one*
Shadic: Grrr…. Chaos… *launches an X shaped attack* WIND!
Robot: *gets hit, but then attempts to get close to Shadic so that it can throw him*
Shadic: Not so fast big guy! *hits the robot with a barrage of attacks before finishing it off with a spindash*
Robot: *destroyed*
[Robot is removed from the scene]
Nazo: *tried getting up again but fails* Ugh…
Shadic: *turning to Nazo, thinking before walking closer to him, crouching down*
Shadow: Seems like he revived himself.
Sonic: No wonder he looked familiar. Hey Shads, how about we help him out in return?
Shadow: *baffled* He literally tried to kill us in the past!
Sonic: I know. But most villains are given a second chance. Remember Jet? The one I told you about?
Shadow: *considering the thought* Hmm.. you know, that gives me an idea.
[Shadic teleports away from the scene]
Nazo: *stays in place as he looks around, despite his injuries* POV: Why isn't my ability working?? It should've healed me by now!
Nazo: *attempts to crawl, but a glass shard in his hip prevented him from moving, causing him to hiss in pain* POV: But why didn't this.. "Shadic".. kill me? Is it not true that I have killed innocent people in the past??
[Shadow & Sonic Teleport To The Scene]
Shadow: *holding a branch*
Sonic: *holding a sewing kit & a first aid kit*
Nazo: *confused look* POV: they unfused… but what are these objects they're holding?
Shadow: *walks up towards Nazo & held out the branch in front of him* Bite this.
Nazo: *still confused, but he bit on the branch*
Sonic: *walks towards to where the glass shard in Nazo's back is before putting the stuff down* That's gonna need some stitching.. Hey Shadow! Got the branch in?
Shadow: Yes I have, Sonic.
Sonic: Cool, well I'm going to get that glass piece out of this guy.
Nazo: *heard what Sonic said & became terrified, trying to crawl away*
Shadow: Hey hey! Settle down, We're not going to hurt you.
Sonic: Yea, I know it's gonna hurt a bit, but we're doing our best here.
Shadow: *sigh* Here's a technique I learned from when I was in the ark.
Shadow: *puts his hand behind one of Nazo's ears and scratches it gently*
Nazo: *slowly begins to calm down, a worried look on his face*
Sonic: No wonder you calm Amy down!
Shadow: Shh. I'm trying to concentrate.
Nazo: *somewhat begins to purr despite being in pain*
Shadow: Now's your chance Sonic.
Sonic: *nods and gently grabs the glass shard before quickly ripping it out of Nazo before quickly grabbing a blanket to put over the wound*
Nazo: *grunts from the sudden pain in his hip & groans once the blanket was put over the wound*
Shadow: It's ok, Nazo, Sonic's just going to stitch up that wound & then you'll be good to go, Alright?
Nazo: *weakly nods as he whimpered in pain*
Sonic: Alright then.. My turn to concentrate.
Sonic: *begins stitching up the wound*
Nazo: *whimpering*
Shadow: *begins humming hushabye mountain*
[5 MINUTES LATER]
Sonic: *finishes bandaging up Nazo's hip*
Sonic: All done!
Shadow: *takes the branch out of Nazo's mouth* You did well.
Nazo: *breathing heavily because of relief*
Sonic: …Now what?
Shadow: Appears that Nazo's healing abilities have been disabled. I wonder why…
Nazo: That's what I was thinking as well. Though to be honest, I thought you both were gonna kill me then & there.
Sonic: Why?
Nazo: I killed innocent people, tried to destroy the world. *sigh* what other things that I've done..?
Shadow: Your actions were justified once we first killed you.
Sonic: I agree with you there, Shads! You were waaay stronger than Knuckles & any of our forms separated!
Shadow: Which is why we are helping you recover.
Nazo: Oh.. Makes sense now.. *yawned, but tenses because of the pain*
Sonic: Big day huh?
Nazo: G-Guess so…
Shadow: let me help ya. Sonic?
Sonic: *nods*
Shadow & Sonic: *helps Nazo to his feet*
Nazo: *groans as he got up cause of pain*
Sonic: I was thinking that you (Referring to Shadow) should take him. Since you calmed him down and all.
Shadow: Your going to tell the others, right?
Sonic: Not exactly that, no. I was thinking of moving your stuff here while you take care of Nazo.
Shadow: Makes sense. *picks Nazo up bridal style*
Nazo: *hisses in pain*
Sonic: Sorry about that. Anyways, gotta go!
[Sonic runs off the scene]
Shadow: *calling out to sonic* And make sure to let me know before coming, faker!
Shadow: *looking down at Nazo*
Nazo: Med.. Bay..?
Shadow: *nod*
[Shadow carried Nazo off the scene]

[Shadow enters the scene with Nazo in tow]
Shadow: *puts down Nazo on the bed* Easy does it.
Nazo: *sat there in silence as Shadow sat him on the bed*
Shadow: *sits down on a chair next to the bed & watches him (Refering to Nazo)*
[ONE MINUTE LATER]
Nazo: So… I would like to say thank you to you both (Sonic & Shadow respectively) for rescuing me.
Shadow: It was Sonic's idea, not mine. I would've ended you in the first place.
Nazo: It's ok if you don't forgive me though. I'll accept that.
[A beeping noise was heard in the room]
Nazo: *looking around confused*
Shadow: I'll get it.
Shadow: *picks up* Shadow speaking.
Sonic: {Hey Shadow! How's Nazo doing? He doing alright?}
Shadow: *looks at Nazo*
Nazo: *looking at Shadow with pure wonder*
Shadow: He's doing well, no complaints whatsoever.
Sonic: That's great to hear! Well I got your stuff packed and-
Shadow: *interrupts him* The units?
Sonic: O-Oh! Sorry! *ahem!* The units understood that you were going to stay in the ARK for a while to reminisce about your life there, so they got Omega to replace you.
Shadow: Why Omega of all places??
Sonic: You & him are dangerous foes so that's why they got him to replace you for your missions.
Shadow: I see…
Sonic: So can I enter the ark now?
Shadow: Yes you can, but knock on the right hall medbay door before you can put the stuff down.
Sonic: Gotcha! Alright, see ya round Shadow! Don't forget to tell Nazo I said hi to him, would you?
Shadow: He was watching the entire conversation, Sonic, of corse he would hear you.
Shadow: *looking at Nazo* however, he won't be able to do much cause of his injuries.
Sonic: Fair enough… Alright see ya later Shadow!
Shadow: *ends the call with Sonic before walking over to a cabinet to find some blankets*
Shadow: *looking through the cabinet* Lets see here… Aha! *takes out a blue blanket* This one will do.
Nazo: What's this?
Shadow: It's called a "Blanket". It helps keep you warm.
Nazo: Even on hot days?
Shadow: Even on hot days. *wraps the blanket around Nazo, laying him down in the process*
Nazo: *shocked as he was wrapped in the blankets* H-Hey!
Shadow: Do you want me to sing a lullaby?
Nazo: What's that?
Shadow: It's a song that helps people fall asleep easily. You want an example?
Nazo: *nod*
Shadow: *singing hushabye mountain*
Nazo: POV: Woah.. It's so peaceful…
Nazo: *begins dozing off & falls asleep*
Shadow: *catches him once he falls asleep & lays him on his back*
Shadow: *finishing the song* And watch~ your boat~ on hushabye mountain~ sail far away~ from lullaby bay~
Shadow: *felt happy knowing that he (Referring to Nazo) will be able to sleep in peace*
[A gentle knock was heard]
Shadow: *felt disappointed knowing that someone was there to disturb the moment*
