Henry was beyond relieved when Vil presented him with a new phone. He had never had the need to own a cell phone, because the town he lived in was so small there was honestly no need for it. Besides, most of the realms he traveled to didn't even have cell towers, so why bother?

He had felt out of place in this new school, as he was one of the few who didn't have a phone to call others. The first thing he did was add Vil, Riddle, Rook, Ace and Deuce to his contacts list.

As a joke, Henry decided to try calling his mother back in Storybrook.

"Who is this?" said a very familiar voice.

Henry damn near dropped his new phone from shock. Vil looked at him oddly.

"Mom?"

"HENRY?!"

Henry immediately put the phone on speaker, because that had nearly deafened him. Vil's eyebrows went up in surprise hearing the voice on the other end of the speaker.

"Henry, where are you?" she demanded. He heard something in the background, likely others.

"I'm in another realm called Twisted Wonderland...and before you ask, no it's not that Wonderland. I've only seen bits and pieces of anything referencing the Queen of Hearts."

He could sense the sheer relief in his mother's voice when she spoke.

"Well at least you didn't end up in the Enchanted Forest or somewhere worse. It's bad enough you somehow ended up in Neverland of all places. Where exactly are you?" asked Regina.

"I'm a student in Night Raven college," said Henry.

"Night Raven college?" said another voice. It was his birth mom Emma.

"Well, at least you're in good hands," said Regina. She sounded genuinely relieved he was alright and in a good place. "For now try to keep your grades up until I can find a mirror to get us there. My old one shattered thanks to Cora."

"You're not going to try and bring me back, are you?" asked Henry.

Regina open snorted at that.

"Henry, if I had to choose between you attending an all boys magical school and Storybrook's idea of an education, I would have sent you there sooner," said Regina dryly. "At the very least, Cora would have a much harder time reaching you there, and you can't get into nearly as much trouble with your birth mother while in a boarding school."

"I should argue against that, but..." said Emma from the background.

Regina ended the call...but not before immediately saving the number.

Vil looked to Henry oddly.

"I'm actually surprised it reached them," he admitted.

"You and me both. I'm not surprised mom would rather I stay here than in Storybrook...the education there is bare bones at best, and they all hate her for what she did back in the Enchanted Forest," said Henry. "The number of times Mary Margaret...I mean Snow White and Charming have tried to convince me that Emma is my mother and not her is pretty ridiculous."

"I completely understand. While this Emma did give birth to you, she was the one who actually raised you," said Vil. "Why didn't you mention us by the way?"

"And miss the chance to catch her expression on camera?" said Henry with a laugh. Vil snorted at that.

"Well, if the Fairest Queen herself is going to be making an appearance at some point, then we had best make sure the dorm is up to standards. I wouldn't want to disappoint her after all."

"Knowing her, she'll likely ask Mr. Gold for help. And he would jump at the chance to see this place I think. Though if he does show up, we'll need to keep him as far from Coach Vargas as possible," said Henry.

"Why?"

"Because Coach Vargas is heavily reminiscent of everything I've read about Gaston, the ex-fiance of Mr. Gold's fiance Belle. And they did not part on good terms. He was a bit of an ass from what I heard."

"What do you mean read?" asked Vil, curious.

"I don't have it with me, but I bet Emma could bring the Story Book if I asked. I managed to find another copy of it after the old one was destroyed," said Henry. "It's what started everything, and what lead to the curse being broken."

Vil had to do some sweet talking to convince Crowley into letting Henry's mothers into the campus. Mostly so they could get his schooling situation sorted out. The fact he would be staying with Grim was a given, but it meant Henry wouldn't be stuck relying on the continued charity of others.

The problem was that the wards around the school would make it far more difficult for the spell to go through. Which was why Vil suggested an alternative point for Regina to focus the travel spell to.

As it so happened, he had a modeling shoot in an area that had a well-known travel mirror point, which meant Henry and Riddle could meet up with Regina and the others, while allowing Vil a chance to go ahead and prepare the dorm for their arrival.

No way in hell was he allowing the Fairest Queen or her entourage to stay in that derelict shack!

"I still don't get why we're going the extra mile to clean up the dorm," complained one student.

"Vil-sempai mentioned an extra important visitor," said another.

"Yeah, but who? The teachers are in the dark about who it is, but he insisted on us having the absolute highest standards for when they arrive!"

Rook was equally curious, but he also knew this was extremely important to Vil for some reason. And that it had something to do with the Otherworlder Henry.

Finally, the day arrived. Vil left early after inspecting everything down to the last inch of the dorm and it's grounds. He demanded absolute perfection, and everyone was on their best behavior. All they knew was that he would be arriving ahead of time to insure the food was ready for their important visitors.

Night Raven, afternoon

Rook was dressed to the nines in his dorm uniform, awaiting Henry and the 'extremely important visitor'. The second he laid eyes on the woman beside him, he knew EXACTLY why Vil was in such a tizzy and demanded nothing but absolute perfection from the dorm.

Her lovely features may have aged, but the sheer grace and aura of a queen had not lessened in the least. She was still as regal and refined as her older portraits which decorated the halls of their dorm and the statue in her honor.

Rook went up to the group and immediately bowed before Henry's mother, taking his hat off with a flourish.

"Chevalier des histoires, you neglected to tell us your mother was such a refined Queen! Roi du Poison has everything ready back at the dorm," said Rook.

Regina had a very pleased expression on her face, mostly at the very real respect in Rook's voice and the way he behaved around her.

It didn't surprise Henry in the least that Rook lead them past the main street where the statues of the Seven were. Regina had an amused expression on her face seeing the statue of herself when she was a bit younger. Emma was equally amused at the doubletakes the students were giving Regina the entire walk to the dorm.

Regina's expression upon seeing Vil was rather hilarious. Henry made very sure to catch it.

Vil was done up to the nines, crown and all. He looked every inch the king, and he made sure to show proper respect to Regina the moment she entered his domain.

Henry was also highly amused by the way the rest of Pomefiore was reacting now that the knew exactly who had arrived and why Vil was so stringent on getting things absolutely perfect for her arrival. They had lined up for her to enter the dorm, and only had eyes for her and not the rest.

"Pomefiore greets the Fairest Queen," said Vil formally.

Emma cast a glance at Regina, who was clearly very pleased at the reception and slightly amused at her son.

"You remind me of your father. How is Erik?" asked Regina finally.

"He is doing well. He sends regrets that he could not visit, however he is currently filming an important movie and could not leave the set without consequence."

With all the formalities out of the way, Henry was accosted by Ace, Deuce and Cater. They had come with Riddle, as Trey was keeping things in Heartsabyl calm.

"Dude...your mom is the Fairest Queen?!" hissed Ace in shock.

Henry hooked a thumb at a visibly uncomfortable Mary Margaret and David.

"Those are my grandparents. You know them as Snow White and Prince Charming. Knowing them they probably came to see why mom wasn't pulling me from school," said Henry cheerfully. "To be fair, would any of you have believed me if I had said anything?"

Well, he had a point there.

Regina was in a very good mood over all. Though she did wait a few moments before she spoke to Vil in private. Henry and Rook did their best to distract everyone so they could have a small chat.

"So..." she started.

"Father told me why you sent me away, and from what I've heard about Cora I don't blame you in the least," said Vil. "Henry elaborated on the rest, and I know you were still hurting over losing your lover to her and Snow White's incompetence. Honestly, a fourteen year old should have known better than to share a secret when it wasn't hurting anyone."

Honestly, after hearing the real story of why his mother hated Snow White, he completely empathized with her over it. If someone who was old enough to know better had revealed his relationship to Rook with the worst person possible and gotten his lover killed, he would have been beyond pissed as hell too! There is no way he would have let such a thing go easily, and he knew for a fact the Enchanted Forest didn't have anything close to therapy to help heal from the trauma.

She might have had a chance after having him, if Cora hadn't decided to show up and start getting involved. Regina had done the best she could under the circumstances.

Regina looked relieved her bio son didn't hate her for sending him away. At least she had a real reason for it, unlike Cora.

"Speaking of Cora," Vil started. He made eye contact with Riddle, who quietly made his way over. "There's someone else you should meet."

Regina's eyes were wide, as she recognized the all too familiar features of the red head.

Henry discreetly came over to capture her reaction.

"Mother, this is Riddle Rosehearts...Cora's son."

Henry snapped a few pictures, before heading back over to Emma. Unlike Snow or Charming, she was perfectly fine being in a school that literally revered the Evil Queen.

"So what's the deal with the trio over there?" asked Emma quietly.

"Vil's her bio son, but she sent him away to keep him from Cora," said Henry. "And Riddle is her younger brother, only Cora got rid of him because he's a boy."

Emma winced.

"Ouch," said Emma.

Crowley caught wind of exactly who was in Pomefiore, and came over immediately. He was beside himself and shooting mild daggers at Vil for not informing him of the important visitor.

On the plus side, Henry wouldn't have to worry about relying on Crowley's "kindness" anymore.

Word spread very quickly the next morning about the presence of not just the Fairest Queen, but Snow White and King Charming as well.

Regina was currently looking over Henry's 'dorm' with open disapproval.

"And why are you staying in a shack of all things?" she demanded.

"The mirror refused to sort me," said Henry. "It claimed I didn't have magic, which is ridiculous considering who my family is."

"Mirror?" said Regina.

The second she saw it, her expression was even more amusing than her reaction to meeting her son and younger brother.

"Why is my mirror from my old castle here? I thought it was left behind in the Enchanted Forest!"

"I have no idea, but it's been here for a while. You know time travels weird between realms," said Henry.

The mirror was equally surprised to see her. Then again, this was the mirror she had used before tricking the genie of the lamp into a new one that she used to spy on Snow.

Regina eyed the mirror.

"Since it's found a new home, I see no reason to remove it," she said. "It's too big for the house anyway."

Besides, artifacts of that power had a tendency to cause mischief in the wrong hands if left alone for too long in forgotten places. Better it was used for sorting students in an area it could interact with others and be watched, then used for some dark purpose by people like her mother.

"So... how are you liking the school?" asked Regina, changing the subject.

Henry looked much happier here, and she was happy he was far away from Cora.

Listening to him talk animatedly about his classes, Regina felt relieved. Henry was clearly doing better far away from Storybrook and the headaches that came with it. Here he wasn't the Mayor's son...he was just another student. Even if his newly acquired familiar needed a lot of work, he seemed better off.

She was also glad for the chance to properly reconnect with her other son and her newly found little brother. Riddle seemed like a good influence on Henry. Vil had made it clear that while he never expected a younger step sibling, he wasn't opposed to it.

At least the reason why his phone was able to connect in Storybrook was explained...the mirror still held traces of her magic and it allowed for realm travel. His phone was able to get a signal by being in such close proximity to it.
