That early morning while Julia couldn't press the photo button because of the shock of not believing Hilary looking like a tomato while posing in the middle of Henry Cavill and Johnny Depp, Ray and Mystel arrived exhausted at the airport in South Africa, they fell asleep once they hit the bed and in the morning they took a bus to Crusher's hometown, the ride was about five hours.
—my butt hurts all over, it's like I've bounced over and over again without stopping over a cliff... — Ray rubbed himself —too much time sitting makes anyone sick.
—I'm used to it Ray, you only need about four more trips to not feel so much discomfort —said Mystel between laughs —look at that house over there, it's our destination —the Egyptian pointed to a house that was about three blocks away.
—I really like this place, there is nothing better than nature, children should not always depend on technology to have fun —Ray watched them play in the streets.

—what's all that noise… —asked Crusher coming out of the living room, apparently he had fallen asleep on the couch.
—look who came to visit us brother —said the young lady pointing to Mystel and Ray.
—I can't believe it, it's you Ray hahaha it's been a long time my friend.
—wow what a strength… —Ray was running out of air —I trained to withstand Driger's power.. but I wasn't prepared for this kind of strength, I think you're about to break a rib or two.
—I'm also glad to see you Crusher, it's good to feel the love of your teammates —said Mystel ironically while he helped Bianca to carry their bags to the rooms.
—what a surprise you guys have given me —Crusher sat on his couch —I've been up all night cleaning every corner of the house.
—I promised I would visit you whenever I could Crusher but you don't need to stay up all night like you are going to receive the king of Atlantis —said Mystel —I'm just your friend.
—and taking advantage of the fact that not long ago I met Mystel I asked him about you and your sister, he told me he would come to see you and the rest is history —Ray took a glass of water that Bianca offered him.

After talking for a while, Bianca went outside to give Ray a little tour of the house and its surroundings while Crusher went to the store with Mystel to buy food for lunch.

—yes! —said both of them while it started to rain lightly.
—it's going to be difficult with whoever I have to fight, Ray, Kai or Garland, it will be a challenge— added Mystel —if one thing is for sure is that I must give a thousand percent from the first fight.

Ray finished his plate of food —Tyson is the best in the world and to everyone's surprise he was defeated by Kai, I really wanted to face him again in an official tournament but that doesn't diminish my desire to be champion.
It began to rain more intensely and the river grew very fast, after two hours as Mystel had said, the people who lived on the other side of the bridge began to cross before it was covered, the boys went with the villagers to help those who carried bags and blankets. Ray celebrated, clenching his fist with all his might, followed by the applause of the villagers — for a moment I thought you wouldn't make it back while carrying the child —Ray sighed.
—you weren't the only one Ray, what happened to you little one... I'm glad you didn't fall on your way here —Mystel put him down and noticed that the current took off his sandals, his heart froze for a few seconds knowing that he could have died. The wind blew stronger and stronger and began to thunder, everyone took refuge in the nearest house.
—What happened to you, how did you do that dear… —Bianca asked him while checking that he had no serious injury to his limbs.
—e..e.. t..th..the the school collapsed because of the strong winds and the trees fell breaking the roof and my my my myyy teachers covered me and they are very bad you must help them —he shouted desperate and running out of air.
—teachers? —wondered Ray and Mystel.
—I'm sorry I forgot to tell you guys —Crusher told them —a boy and a girl came a few days ago to teach beyblade classes to the children of the village, they participated in the tournament in Japan too, Goki and Salima are their names.
—Goki and Salima are still there! —exclaimed Ray very shocked while he put his hands to his forehead, he could only bite his lips after the sudden news of knowing that his friends were up there trapped in the middle of a storm, despair was eating his patience.

The little boy told them that he and a classmate stayed after class because they wanted to know more about the Beyblade, Goki and Salima kindly agreed to continue teaching them but the storm took them by surprise, two trees fell on the place, Salima jumped over the two to protect them and Goki over her.

Goki ended up with a heavy blow on the head while Salima with some cuts and maybe a broken leg, the other boy with a dislocated ankle, to save them he ran as fast as he could back to let the villagers know that they were up there, the adrenaline made him feel no pain.
—well done little one, you did your duty, now leave the rest to us, go take a well deserved rest with your family —Crusher congratulated him —I swear we are going to save them.
—the storm is getting stronger and the thunder is getting more frequent, we must go now to rescue them, there is no time to lose! —Ray clenched his fists.
—I'm with you Ray, but I need new shoes before I think of a new plan, I have to be honest with you and I don't think I have the strength to help you cross to the other side.
—I know you want to help your friends Ray but you can't risk dying in the attempt either.

The villagers found Mystel a pair of comfortable shoes and gave them each a bag full of bandages, scissors, alcohol and needles —you can enter our houses to take food and shelter from the storm —said the villagers.
—Are you ready Mystel? —Ray was already at the top of the tree next to him, his heart was pounding and he felt dizzy because he was so high without being able to see well, but it was not out of fear, his only thought was that Goki, Salima and another child were in danger.
—I'm not prepared for this but we must cross at all costs if we want to save your friends Ray, Crusher come on buddy you can throw your blade now!

—I'm glad too in spite of the circumstances Goki, we have to take them with the others —Ray got under his left arm to help him walk.

The little one is in a lot of pain but thank God it's not for any serious injury and I bleed a lot and it's hard to breathe, we had to leave quickly —he took a breath —thank God you are here.

Everyone took their positions while Bianca and the villagers prayed for everything to go well, Crusher, Mystel and Ray were already wielding their launchers, they were just concentrating to execute the craziest idea of all, the seconds in silence waiting for Ray's signal made everyone feel their heart about to burst out of their chest.

LET IT RIP, shouted Crusher and Mystel throwing their blades, miraculously Gigars and Poseidon passed like two bullets opening for seconds a path that let see the bridge, without hesitation, Mystel ran and half jumped to get to the other side, Goki ran with the strength he had left but the small gap began to crumble.
Ray got into position, it was raining so hard that it was impossible for most of them to keep their eyes open, but Ray didn't blink, before throwing Driger his forearms grew a few centimeters, his blade crossed like a projectile dispersing all the water over the bridge in its entirety letting Goki pass.
—IT WORKED! —shouted everyone between joyful cries. Ray sat up with a big smile, now he couldn't believe it yet but he recovered immediately to run to Salima's aid.
—go Ray! —shouted Mystel, Goki dismounted with a huge smile on his face.
—what kind of crazy power... —Crusher picked up Driger —he alone opened the way... —he looked at Ray running.

Ray ran as fast as he could before it got dark, the wind was very strong, thanks to his feline reflexes he could dodge a piece of zing that managed to cut him in one of his cheeks, he arrived at the school with the two trees on top, he entered as fast as he could between folded zing leaves and pieces of blocks, the water was coming in all over the place.
—SALIMA! SALIMAA, SALIMAA SHOUTAA IF YOU HEAR ME PLEASE! —shouted the captain of the White Tigers.
—I'm here... I'm here, please help... I'm very cold —a weak voice was heard in the middle of a sea of pieces of blocks and tree branches with water running over them.
—SALIMA! —Ray did not hesitate to start removing the branches without caring about the cuts he was getting on his fingers, finally after agonizing minutes, he entered a room full of blocks on the floor and pieces of branches, in a corner was Salima leaning against the wall while shivering from the cold, she had her left leg bandaged.
—I'm going to get you out of here in a few moments —Ray approached her to check that there were no cuts under her hair, when he saw that she was shivering from the cold he hugged her and began to caress her back in circles.

—you'll see why Ray, take a sweater out of his drawer please —Salima pointed to it and Ray took out a huge green cane sweater —Ray close your eyes, I can't put my clothes on by myself —she whispered embarrassed —I need you to help me more than what you have already done.

Salima took off her blouse and bracer, cut her skirt and panties with one of the scissors Ray had brought in his bag, she asked him to help her hold her by taking her by the waist while she was on one foot, as she was too weak she couldn't hold herself and fell on top of Ray.

—I'm sorry, we thought it was better this way... we have already given you a lot of trouble and we didn't want to disturb your training in the middle of such an important tournament —Salima stretched her arms, they chatted a little more until they decided to rest.

Crossing the bridge Salima was embraced by all her students while Crusher carried Ray on his shoulders with emotion, Goki remained resting because of his wounds, Salima and Ray exchanged glances and it did not go unnoticed by Mystel.
