A Swashbuckling Pirate Adventure, Part 2:

The X was just feet away from both crews. Jake already had his shovel out, much to the dismay of Hook...

Hook: Did anyone bring a shovel with them?!

Smee: (holds out a shovel) Always got one just in case we need to dig something, sir.

Hook took the shovel and ran as fast as he could to the X, with Jake right by him. They both reached the mark at the same time, and dug as fast as they could. After a bit of digging, two handles to the biggest treasure chest were shown, and after they uncovered it to see that they were close to the treasure chest. Jake and Hook each grabbed one of the handles, and both fought for the chest, pulling it back and forth between each other...

Lana: Jake needs help!

Lana and the pirate kids ran over to Jake, grabbed onto each other, and tried to pull the treasure chest away from Hook, who in turn commanded his own pirate crew to come over and help him pull. Skully and the Loud siblings were watching the tug-of-war fight going on, when they saw that Hook's crew had the edge over Jake's crew due to being taller and stronger. Everyone realized this...

Lincoln: Okay, let's go!

Lynn: I'm there!

Lola: All right, let's play!

The loud siblings ran over to help Lana and the pirate kids pull the chest away from Hook's crew. Because there were more kids, Jake's crew now had the upper hand over Hook's, and together, they pulled the chest further to their side. They were just about to pull the chest out of their grasp, when suddenly, without warning, rain came down...

Lincoln: Hey, what's going on?!

Lola: (shrieks) Hey, I'm getting wet!

Sharky: It appears a big storm arrived! (points to the sky)

The sky was very cloudy, and raindrops were coming down fast...

Cubby: But what about the treasure?!

Izzy: Forget the treasure! We need to leave the island now!

At that moment, Captain Hook had both handles on the treasure chest... until a big wave, swept over him, and he let go of it, just seeing the chest carried off by the waves...

Captain Hook: the treasure!

Bones: We need to retreat!

Hook and his pirate crew, Jake and his pirate crew, Skully, and the Loud kids ran as quickly as they could, back in the direction they took, and returned to their ships. Everyone got back before the island went underwater...

Jake: Hurry everyone, let's go!

Both ships sailed away from the island just in time. However, high winds, huge waves, and the rain falling down harder was hindering the captains' progress to steer their ships...

Izzy: Yay hey, no way!

Lincoln: Unfortunately, this predicament is 'yes way'. (turns to everyone in the Jolly Roger) Do we have something to help us against the rain?!

Everybody sadly shook their heads, then right on cue, Leni saw a glowing light...

Leni: Well, what about the medallions we have brought with us?

Lynn: What about them?

Leni: Well, if we out them on the boat, they would make it easier for us to see in the storm.

All the kids thought of that, and they realized that was a great plan...

Lincoln: Leni, that's a great idea.

Luna: Totally rad!

Luan: Let's 'bright' this boat up? (laughs) Get it?

Luan's pun aside, the Loud kids put both medallions in the front and back of the Jolly Roger. The light made it easier for them to see...

Jake: Hey, we can see more clearly!

Lincoln: Apparently, our medallions helped us.

Just by their side, they saw that Captain Hook and his crew were struggling to keep their ship afloat. Jake and the other kids saw this, and they realize they had to help their nemesis in this situation...

Jake: We have to help them!

Izzy: Yes, in a storm this serious, there's no talking about it!

Cubby: Lincoln, there's a rope at the back of The Jolly Roger! Can you run back there, and give the rope to Skully, who will fly it over to Hook's ship, and attach it to ours?

Lincoln: (confused) Well... alright then, if you say so!

Lincoln quickly got to the back of the Jolly Roger, where he saw the rope, and threw it up to Skully, who then flew over to Hook's ship, and tied it up to the bow of their ship, then flew back...

Jake: Okay, everyone, hold on, this is gonna be a bumpy ride!

Both the Jolly Roger and Hook's ship were sailing together through the big storm. The captains steered their ships through the seas, avoiding loud thunder and rocks in their path. The ships successful sailed through the storm, when they all returned to Pirate Island, the Neverland pirate kids' home...

Lincoln: Wow, we made it!

Lana: And back on dry land!

Lucy: I must admit, that ride certainly was... getting cool.

Everyone looked at Lucy in a weird manner, before Jake spoke up...

Jake: Mates, we successfully got off the island in time, and returned home.

Lola: But we didn't get any treasure!

Izzy: Lola, the whole adventure was just as good as any treasure!

Lola: (confused) It is?

Luan: Are you sure?

Leni: Yes, it was. And I know why. It's because we go to see when pirates sailed to, through the sea, to explore on an island.

Jake: And most importantly, we saved a pirate crew from danger.

Turns to Captain Hook and his crew...

Sharky: Thanks for rescuing us, pirate kids!

Bones: Thanks a bunch!

Smee: Yeah, we never would have made it through that storm without light.

Captain Hook: (sighs) I can't believe I'm saying this, but without your help, we all might have perished, and that crocodile might have found me, so I thank you.

Jake: Our pleasure!

Lincoln: That's what heroes like us do.

Lynn: Yeah, we don't want to feel emotionally guilty if we don't do the right thing.

Captain Hook grumbled, while he and his crew were walking to their ship. As the kids were watching Hook and his crew sail off, the two medallions were glowing. The Louds noticed this...

Lincoln: Well, Jake, it looks like our medallions are signaling us. It means it's time to go home.

Jake: Alright then, mates! Thanks for a great adventure we had today!

Luna: It's a pleasure, dudes!

Izzy: I hope we see you guys again sometime!

Leni: I'm sure we will.

Cubby: Remember to keep an eye out for any signs of trouble!

Lynn: We'll do that!

Skully: (squawks) Goodbye!

The pirate kids and parrot waved goodbye to the Loud kids, who were then transported back to their own homes. At Aunt Shirley's mansion...

Lincoln: Well, Luna, Leni, and Lily, that sure was a fun time we had together, right?

Luna: Absolutely!

Leni: Totes fabulous!

Lily: Ya-ya!

Lincoln: Should we take this medallion with us in case we are invited to do more adventures?

Luna: Of course! I want to see where else this medallion would take us.

Leni and Lily nodded in response. Lincoln took the medallion with him, and he and his sisters walked out of the basement. Meanwhile, at the Loud House...

Luan: We sure had a swashbuckling time today!

Lana: (happily) Yeah! We got to meet actual pirates, search for treasure, and have an adventure!

Lola: I wouldn't call having to steer a ship through a big storm a fun adventure, Lana.

Lana: Okay, maybe not that, but the rest of it was awesome!

Lynn: What do we do about this medallion?

Luan: Think of it this way: this thing had sent us someplace while we were cooped up inside, right?

Loud Sisters: (nod) Yes.

Lucy: I would like to go to a famous cemetery someday.

Luan: Yes, Lucy, which is why I suggest we take the medallion with us, to have more adventures on a rainy day.

Lisa: That makes sense.

Lola: Yeah, let's go see more places!

Lana: And have more adventures!

Luan: I guess that's settled. Let's watch some TV while it's still raining 'cats and dogs' out there! (laughs)

The Loud sisters had an annoyed reaction to Luan's pun, before they walked upstairs, out of the attic, to which Luan then closed the door, carrying the medallion with her.
