Summary/disclaimer: time for another chapter of Warwitch and her guardian. Enjoy the 3700-word chapter. I don't own VK, Sega, Ryutaro Nonaka and Shuntaro Tanaka do.

Selvaria rose herself up on her stocky legs. She had been prepared for many a thing. A weird little thing that had been something for now. It'd be something for now. An idea that had been growing, festering in her mind till the end of time, and would continue to grow more and more with enough time and effort.

It had been pretty, but not perfect to them at the end of the day. What he didn't know was coming when it seemed to be done and dusted.

She was prepared for the worse, there was a lot more for the time being. They had more on their plate and it just couldn't

"Are you entirely, ok?" Selvaria questioned as Raines nodded, setting his weapon to the side. "Good. You've talked with me a fair number of times before now." Selvaria stated to which Raines hummed.

"You're the General, ma'am," Raines stated as he cracked his fingers. "And despite what you had been done and dusted? You are one of the few who cares for the soldiers on the field. You fight with us, making sure we're already as of now." Raine stated before he frowned to himself when it seemed to oddly question before now was a lot more to question before it seemed to be a lot more to it. This was a lot more to question before now. Whatever seemed to handle it was a lot worse to him than anyone else. He knew that this was going to be an odd little thing for now.

She had fallen into a smaller part of this for now. The idea had just seemed to be odder for now than it seemed this had been for now. The idea had been something growing with each little second. Every little thing that came next would be something odd. It hadn't done anything to become a problem for now. Only what had been done and dusted as of now.

Yet it had been more than what he had dealt with before now. Raine didn't know what she had been coming down to this. He had been oddly weird for now. Whatever came next would be a lot more to question for now over and over at the end of the day.

"Whatever comes next? I will need proper soldiers. Ones who will be able to handle what needs to come next, that can put the hardest choices first, that needs to be the concern. Nothing else, nothing else besides that. If anything? We need to hit them harder so this doesn't all go sideways." Selvaria stated to which she got a hum as she turned and shrugged.

He said nothing as he questioned what to have done next. The perfect option was to wait and let their proper idea, this mission could have been further from what she wanted. Nope, it just made him more focused on such a concern. If anything? Well, he wasn't going to properly be able to relax and focus on such issues.

Still? Raines knew better than to just carry out orders. There was more to this, more to the little ring of roses. There was a lot more to focus on as of now. He hadn't yet seemed to question before now. He hadn't yet seemed as of now.

There was a lot more to focus on before as he tilted his head, looking back at the Valkyria who had a lot more power, and control over what she wanted than he. She wanted something and she could easily get it. The only problem would be how she gets to do next.

There was a lot more to question before he sighed as of now. There was a lot more to question as if he tilted his head before he decided to do something wild and unsurely made. Yes, it surely made things a lot better… The only problem was that once this got done? She'd never known what to handle before now.

He decided to question before he seemed to handle his instructions. There was more to their little dance than before. A lot more that hadn't yet been fulfilled and properly came for round two.

"They will return, won't they? With more numbers and soldiers than we can handle?" Selvaria stated before she sighed.

She did not know if she was honest. The idea that the woman whom she had battled had been one of her kind had crossed her mind. Still? There were more pressing concerns to focus upon, ones that could stop or cause another war, it just didn't exactly paint the best picture of him or anyone else on the warpath. Just when it seemed as if there was a problem it seemed to get all done.

He didn't know what else was coming down to it. There were a lot more problems with it. He didn't know which had been worse and worse and worse.

He hadn't been prepared for the worse. He didn't know what else had been all over him. This monstrous thing had yet to come down when it was all said and done. He clicked his jaws before it was all too much. He didn't know what the problem was.

He wasn't going to be a lot more. He still let his mind wander. He seemed to have questioned before Selvaria seemed to get to such a state. He was prepared for now. This was a lot more than he seemed to have gotten when it was a lot worse. He hadn't yet gotten where he seemed to have gotten all over before it was stated. This was a lot more of a problem.

He seemed to have gotten to question while he seemed to have gotten when this was all too easy. This was a lot worse. He sighed to himself. This chaos seemed to all paint all the land. It seemed to have gotten worse.

"Are you going to be, ok?" Selvaria questioned while she tilted her head before she seemed to handle it. "We both know that. There's a lot worse when it was all over." Selvaria stated before she hummed.

He clicked his neck to the side. This game hadn't gotten where he had been, where it could have been. She was terrified, she hadn't prepared for the worst. It hadn't yet been decided.

"I'm going to be ok if they don't come back anytime soon and we don't have to deal with the woman who almost seemed to have murdered for now," Raines stated while he sighed.

He sighed to himself. He knew more than anything that she was a dangerous threat. A far larger one than this had been before. If anything?

All he knew from this was that the woman terrified his commander more than she should have. Such problems had yet to faze her, but it did faze her to such a degree that he was honestly just hurt by this… Hurt a lot worse than he wished to have hurt. It got all over his mind the more he considered it. He needed it done and he needed it to have been more on top for the time being when it came down to it.

There was a lot more proper focus when it came down to it. They didn't entirely understand for the time being when it came down to it. Raines was only too weirded out by such a thing that it had made him constantly freak out for now. All he knew was that Selvaria had been in an odd little spot that had made him freaked out more than before. If anything? He hadn't been prepared for a while.

"I want you to know for a fact that we're going in here like we're ready for war," Selvaria stated before she turned.

She took a deep breath to what she'd do next. They hadn't yet seemed to have her ideas on their minds yet.

"Men and Women of the empire. I am grateful for your assistance against the enemy, they contain magics or abilities beyond when it came down to it." Selvaria stated to which she seemed to sigh. "We have a lot more proof that there's a lot more to get done. I want all of you ready, all of you seemed to be prepared for the next move and I thank you all." Selvaria added before she rubbed at her temples.

She looked over at Raines who seemed to have to question for now what to do next. Selvaria stated before she shook her head and then slowly started to look away. She hadn't yet found her own will to get onward.

Selvaria stayed silent before she slowly started to walk away while she questioned what to have been for now.

"We're going to need more guards for now," Selvaria stated before she slowly started to walk around while she shook her head. "This isn't going to end slowly; this wasn't going to end anytime soon. Whomever they will or are? They have the skill to pose a threat." Selvaria stated before shaking her head.

It was clear beyond all shadow of a doubt something bad would happen at the moment and it was clear such problems weren't going to be easy if anything. They'd keep dealing with them until the end of time, it was all too much, a lot more than enough.

"Ma'am? We've been ordered to return to the empire for now and await new orders." They heard before turning to look around and see another soldier who seemed to be busy with another job.

it was clear there was little to nothing else to do here and they had orders… Very stupid orders, but still orders at the end of the day. Both of them fell silent, utterly thrown off by now by how little this should have gone. It was all going to end one way or another.

Perhaps it'd be enough, but perhaps it'd not be anytime soon. There was a lot more to need to get done and it was clear more and more such issues would fall apart without them.

If anything? All this did was set their minds at ease. Raines looked at Selvaria who had fallen silent, it was clear to them they had to get going anyway. They had plenty of problems, plenty, it wasn't going to end anytime soon, and yet?

Well, Selvaria was the commander so it was up to her, Raines could tell his command still only went so damn far and the lieutenant was only just a soldier so it became clear more and more just how little this would need to end, all of it had to end a certain way.

Perhaps then this was fate and a good fate at the end of the day. There was a lot more to do anyway and it was all too much for the platoons of soldiers. If they were being sent home? They'd be sent home properly and with the proper honors.

Well, that or they'd all end up dying, but one way or another it'd end up exactly where it needed to go. So damn much needed to get involved to make it go exactly as to how it could become better. They'd need to get going, for now, it was a smile and a half over and over at the end of the day.

Selvaria didn't at all want to see it go anywhere. Not yet, no, it had to continue to grow deep and longer than usual… Anything else and it'd be too little and too late for now. it was simply maddening, for now, only continuing to build upwards more and more as of now.

Selvaria would continue to grow, only odd for a moment as Raines sighed, pausing a moment of silence, looking around at the moment and bored out of his mind. All it did was bother them for now.

Yet? Selvaria was a warrior, a Valkyr. She was a soldier and an officer who had plenty of men and soldiers to look after, her problem seemed to need to keep building… A thousand problems arose to try and bother her for now, it'd not be easy to deal with it all for now.

"Are you ok?" Raines asked before he raised an eyebrow. "I know I'm not you, ma'am… But the men are going to worry if something isn't ok. We all worry all the time and I don't know what to say… But if something is worrying you? Then again? I don't know what to try and do next… If something worries you, ma'am? It worries me a lot more than you might think for now." Raines said as Selvaria nodded.

She was not stupid. Anything that worried her was going to worry their men more and more. It'd become a far more annoying issue at the end of the day.

All of these problems seemed to continue and more and more did Selvaria need want to understand her problems and answer them properly to focus on what to deal with at the end of the time is what to try and understand at the moment.

She was all too entertainingly what to try and figure out for now before it came down to it. She clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth before she knew more now and she sighed to herself.

Raine turned to look at her before cracking his knuckles against the roof of his mouth once more. They had a lot more to figure out, something else that could not… Would be allowed nor could it be said and done at the end of the day.

They had a lot more to try and figure out now than what to try and deal with something like this before a single measure was allowed. She cleared her throat and looked at Raines looked down at the ground before to try and figure it out now.

"Are you going to be ready for the next maneuver, Lieutenant? We have a lot more to carry out and the more we figure this out? The more we might suffer. I don't know what the enemy will throw at us, whatever it will come down to it." Selvaria stated before she clicked her tongue, snapping her fingers against one another as she did so.

They had a lot more on their minds what to figure out as of now and whatever she did next and clicked her fingers seemed to be all too much to try and understand.

All of it became harder and harder for Raine to speak as he sighed for a brief moment.

"Don't know, ma'am. It's not exactly like we have a lot to say or do and it's frustrating to deal with, something that I'm still dealing with daily if I'm honest. Don't know where to go or what to do with it all but I'm still trying." Raines said before rubbing at his temples.

He knew what was going on with her, the same thing most people went through mentally. She was dealing with not being the biggest fish anymore and the fear that came with trying and failing to understand it for now and would continue to try and figure it out for all time. Whatever happened next was a result of choices made along the way, something that had to continue to grow before it spun out of control.

Who had the witch been? Whom had her power come from? What horrors would she need to endure to stop her? The ideas cut into her like a knife and it only made her think more and more about what was going on and was going to bother with it.

She didn't know them but it honestly annoyed her more and more with each passing second. Each little idea upon which could be dealt with and everything would lock into place sooner or later. All of it went over more and more unsure and uncertain of every little idea, every single little measure of mercy made him question more and more of what was going on.

The ideas upon his mind needed to get figured out for now and would continue to be such a way now until the end of the day when he could relax and take a load off and all of it was going to be ended today.

Selvaria turned and punched at the wall, the stone cracking and crumbling as she sighed and felt so much terror on her body. It felt so odd, so very odd for now, a desire she couldn't, for now, understand or control.

She wanted to see it send for now and she didn't want to see it the same way… But she would, she would, and could carry on when push came to shove.

She had men to command as she looked over her shoulder at them, she looked ready to scream into a vapid void, and yet she could not for the life of her understand what was needed… What she could relax upon doing once more.

The idea was going to be figured out once more. All of it could be dealt with and all of it was dealt with for that was something she had to show her men, that fear of something would not stop her, that this alone would not lay her low. Nothing would keep her from winning the war and stopping it for now.

"Ma'am?" One of the soldiers questioned before looking down at the ground. "We have a lot more things to deal with before we're done." Selvaria heard as she nodded and waved the man off.

There are a lot of things she had to do for her men, this would not be one of them anytime soon, not when it could be enforced for now and dealt with it all for the time being, something that continued to try and figure it all out as she looked downwards, what else could be said and done? She sighed as she looked downward at the end of the day.

She would sigh as she looked downwards at the ground and then she seemed to try and figure out what to try and deal with as she was able to try and understand what else to try to do next.

Selvaria sighed before she clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth, perhaps it would end properly, perhaps it would just need to end now.

What could she do? What else could happen to try and figure it out as she hummed what to try and understand to see and do as of the moment before she clicked her fingers as she hummed?

What else seemed to try and end for the end of the day? what else would continue to try and figure out what to see and do?

Was she going to be, ok? They had so much to study and deal with again and again when it came down to it, something about Raine only seemed to push her further and further down the foxhole, knowing that what came next was worse, that what would come as a result only seemed to inspire her more and more at the end.

All of it bothered her, all of it cut deeper and deeper at the moment, pushed only by the end of the end… Whatever bugged her was against what she believed in, something that could grow more and more.

"Are you going to be all right, ma'am? There are a lot of things on the way to the base to deal with again and again… I don't know because I really can't imagine it sooner or later." Raine said as he hummed.

He was utterly unsure of what to see and do, something about it all bothered him. She sighed and tapped her foot on the ground, purely unwilling to try and figure it all out once more.

They had a VERY long march back to the base and she didn't even know what to believe was real.

Perhaps it all cut deeper than it should have and he just didn't know what it all was. They had a LOT to think about when push came to shove, it was all too odd again and again, and he had a lot more time to deal with it.

The idea that the general was being broken down by it all was sobering, truly… It was, it was an odd way for a woman like her to have been like this, she was a rock, a very big rock in the midst of the ocean, one that they just couldn't climb over it for now.

So much more the better and so much that he just couldn't wait to truly deal with it, it had been a blast to relax dealing with it sooner or later as of the very moment of mercy that he had to try and figure something out as of now, it didn't manage to end as of now.

This wasn't going to be something that he could deal with as she hummed, there was a LOT to which couldn't be dealt with accordingly. The madness could be dealt with as he looked downward at the ground, a desire to be superior this as of now, it didn't end but he would be able to relax.

Perhaps he had something else to try and deal with, for now, a measure of madness he could not deal with, all too easily dealt with now.

He clicked his fingers, Raines was utterly unsure of what to try and figure out as of the time being, all too maddened by it in ways he could only seem to relax, able to try as he sighed before now.

Their problems were all too over before relaxing as she paused before trying to deal with her as he sighed before he looked downwards at the ground as he hummed, tired, and exhausted for what may or may not come next as a result.
