"Speach"
A young Izuku Midoriya was sitting in the farthest possible corner of the park, he had no quirk, this simple fact made him both a laughing stock and a punching bag but nonetheless when he heard a cry ring out from somewhere within the park he ran towards the source but as he protected the victim of his former friend, he found himself lying on the ground, pain shooting through his whole body

It was Izuku's tenth birthday, one of the few days he got to see his mother, "can I be excused?"
His mother looked up from her food, Izuku spoke in barely a whisper but she had heard him, sadness laced her expression as she spoke "but it's your birthday you should celebrate."
"What's there to celebrate, to me it's just another day."
Izuku was expressionless, he hated this, it was useless, nothing ever changed, she and his father had abandoned him, simply because he didn't possess a quirk, something he couldn't control, after all quirks are in your veins, in your blood. He simply didn't have one "I'm going to my bedroom."
She grabbed his wrist "wait"
"Why?"
"Because you need to eat"
"I'm not hungry."
Inko still looked sad but she go, before she looked away she saw something, a red liquid, blood, was leaking from beneath her son's fingernails and floating up, she nearly jumped away but tried to keep calm "I-Izuku"
She pointed to his hands, unable to say anything more "What is it?"
At this point he looked at his hands, seeing the blood his eyes widened slightly but he made no other indication of his surprise, instead he tried to will the blood to stop leaking out and after a few seconds it did, so he continued to experiment, he held up his hands and tried to force his blood to follow his commands, he swirled his hand and the blood swirled towards it into a ball
"Wow."
He still spoke in a whisper but Inko could see his joy. He had a quirk! He could truly be a hero! Finally!
The next day Izuku, although still happy, walked through the school with the same expressionless face as usual
After school he tapped Bakugo on the shoulder "hey, come with me."
He spoke in a whisper but Bakugo of course still heard
"Why nerd"
"Just come with me."
Bakugo didn't like being told what to do but followed anyway, interested in what the nerd could possibly want. When they got to a secluded part of the school Izuku held up a hand and blood began flowing from beneath his fingernails and floating there before Izuku swirled his hand causing the blood to swirl into a ball.
"What the fuck!"
"It's my quirk."
"You're creepy! You're a villain!"
Izuku's eyes widened, he had expected some sort of joy or interest but… instead this is what he got, antagonism, he hated this, why couldn't he just be happy, why no matter what did everyone seemed determined to hate him, he was so tired, mentally and physically, he just wanted to sleep now, to go home and never come out, but he couldn't, why couldn't people just be happy for him, why did they hate him so much. At this point he noticed his blood swirling violently so he willed it to stop then dropped it and left, if he was a villain in everyone's eyes how could he ever be a hero, so instead he would be a vigilante, if no one would respect him… then they would fear him.

Izuku stood atop a building, it had been three years since he ran away, the only indication was a note he had left in his old apartment, he was wearing his vigilante outfit, a black trench coat and a red mask with basic eye holes and a eerie mesh smile he could drink blood through, a necessity for his quirk then he heard over his intercom ["Hemos, incident two blocks from you, how quickly can you get there?"]
"One minute."
["Sending the coordinates"]
"Okay."
He rushed to the location blood pumping at an accelerated speed due to his quirk, enhancing his strength and speed. When he arrived.
"Someone! Help!"
Izuku jumped down, blood seeping from his fingernails and shaping into daggers before solidifying. He took stock of the situation, three guys jumping a single white haired girl.
"I would suggest you stop, but I doubt you'll listen."
They turned to him and the biggest one spoke "Stay outta this, runt"
"No can do, but like I thought, you didn't leave"
He rushed forward, slashing him across the chest before knocking him out with a swift kick to the head, shifting his body to dodge a punch from one of the remaining two that he proceeded to knee in the stomach and knock out with an elbow. Turning to the last one, he stabbed him in the shoulder and twisted, eliciting a scream of pain before he jumped back and kicked him in the head, knocking him unconscious. Izuku turned to the girl without turning off his voice changer "Are you alright, miss?"
She stood confused for a second "uhhhh, yes, my name is Fuyumi Todoroki. Who are you? Are you a hero?"
"I'm a vigilante hero called Hemos, as in blood. But anyway, do you have a quirk?"
"Yes"
"Why didn't you use it?"
"Because it's illegal"
"Oh, this is the problem with hero society. Not if you use it in self defense. Anyway give me a second, I'm getting thirsty."
He inhaled and the blood seeping from the assailants' wounds floated through his fake smile and he drank it before doing the same thing to his daggers. "Call the police then head home safely."
He was about to jump away but Fuyumi stopped him "how old are you?"
"Umm, around fourteen… shit! Oh, analyst is gonna kill me! Please don't tell that to anyone."
"I won't but why don't you try out for U.A.?"
Izuku let out a bitter laugh "U.A. probably won't let a vigilante or someone with a blood quirk in."
He spoke as if it was a fact, as if it were absolutely indisputable "they won't know you're a vigilante and they probably won't care about your quirk"
"Doubtful."
He then jumped away

It had been five months since the incident with Fuyumi and Izuku was out on his nightly patrol, he had just beat up a group of villains and he heard "Hemos, you are under arrest."
Izuku turned to the tired voice and saw a hero
"Eraserhead, you shouldn't have revealed yourself, you lost your element of surprise."
Eraserhead stood stunned for a second that the vigilante knew who he was. The vigilante sounded just as tired as him, a fact that also confused him but nonetheless he had a job to do "doesn't matter."
Eraserhead lashed out with his capture tool but the vigilante easily avoided before rushing at him, he retracted his capture tool and got into a fist fight cracking the vigilante's mask causing the vigilante to jump back, his voice changer broken "godammit, Tinkerer is gonna kill me, did you have to break the voice changer?"
Eraserhead's eyes widened, he sounded like a teenager "how old are you?"
The vigilante sighed "no point in hiding it. Fourteen"
"Why didn't you enroll in U.A.?"
The vigilante let out a bitter laugh and pulled his mask off, Eraserhead was stunned once again, this kid was missing presumed dead
"You're-"
"Missing? No shit smartass, I ran away from that godforsaken place."
"Why?"
Izuku Midoriya let out another bitter laugh "my dad left and my mom might as well have, she hated my quirk after I got it on my tenth birthday so she got me an apartment and came by maybe once every six months."
Eraserhead wrapped him in his capture tool and Izuku spoke "Protocol 1-3."
A/N: Rainless here, did you enjoy this oversized chapter, cause I enjoyed writing it also eventually this will have a ship and if you're smart you'll figure it out anyway, byeeeeee
A/N2: Rainless again, it's the next day and I just thought I'd say that protocol 1-3 isn't as exciting as some of you may be thinking
