The cold hit her like a wall of ice and she shivered. Still holding Skulduggery's hand in hers, she hurried up the steps to get into the warmth of the Bentley. She deeply regretted not bringing a jacket and she knew Skulduggery would comment on the matter as soon as they got in the car, but right now she didn't really care about that matter.
"Now, if you want to feel me inside you so much you could have just pulled me into the toilet," Skulduggery said as he opened the passenger door for Valkyrie.
"Shut up."
"Is that how you talk to your husband, Mrs. Pleasant?"
Valkyrie looked up at Skulduggery and could see how pleased he was at the fact that he had managed to throw her off balance in front of her ex-boyfriend. She gave Skulduggery an angry look before saying, "I speak however I want towards you, Mr. Pleasant."
Skulduggery tilted his head and thought for a few seconds before slowly saying, "If I were you, I would watch out, Mrs. Pleasant. I don't like it when people talk back to me. If you intend to continue to disobey me, I may have to punish you. I haven't had you to myself for a single day since Sylvia was born six months ago and I intend to make the most of this night. My goal for the next few hours is to give you total pleasure and for you to wake up tomorrow morning with a sense of satisfaction."
Skulduggery's words made Valkyrie's breathing laboured and she felt a tingle travel down her spine to her sex which began to throb hard. Valkyrie grinned and gave Skulduggery a kiss before pulling away from him. "And you say I'm impatient."
Skulduggery looked at her for a few seconds before reaching over and closing the car door. He walked around the hood and got into the driver's seat before starting the Bentley. He drove out of the church parking lot and onto the road. It was pitching black outside and the Bentley's headlights were the only thing that dispelled the darkness in front of them. Valkyrie turned her head towards Skulduggery and studied him as he drove to the hotel, he had booked for their wedding night.
To an outsider who couldn't read him as well as she could, Skulduggery looked relaxed, but Valkyrie could see the small, insignificant signals that indicated that Skulduggery was currently fighting with himself not to stop the car. How he fought not to throw her in the back seat and rip off her wedding dress so he could explore her body. How he fought not to cut the process short with their wedding night. How he struggled to keep himself in check until they entered the hotel room where they would have complete privacy.
The rest of the drive passed in silence and Valkyrie was surprised to wake up to Skulduggery's arms wrapping around her body and lifting her out of the car. She looked around in a daze and saw that they were in a parking garage. Skulduggery carried her in his arms to an elevator at the end of the parking lot and he held up a card to a reader attached to the wall next to the elevator doors. A ping was heard as the doors opened and Skulduggery stepped into the elevator before pressing a button.
The doors closed and Valkyrie could feel them going upwards. She settled her head against Skulduggery's shoulder and let her nose slowly rub against Skulduggery's cervical vertebrae. Skulduggery sighed softly in her ear and tightened his grip on her body. "Soon, Valkyrie…"
Valkyrie opened her eyes the moment the elevator stopped and as the elevator doors opened, she could see into a hotel room which consisted of a large room with a sofa, a few chairs and a double bed that was decorated with flower petals. At one end of the room, she could make out a bathroom that had both a shower and a tub.
"I wouldn't mind a bath right now…" Valkyrie murmured.
"Not before we've had our little fun. If you can still stand after I'm done with you, I will gladly prepare a bath for you, Valkyrie."
"You better keep that promise. It doesn't bode well for a marriage if the husband breaks a promise within 24 hours after the wedding ceremony."
Skulduggery laughed and carried Valkyrie over to the double bed. He laid her down on the bed and let his one hand find its way behind her back. He grabbed the zipper that held her wedding dress together and slowly pulled it down. He could see Valkyrie shudder beneath him as her bare skin contacted the bedclothes. He slowly pulled the dress down over Valkyrie's upper body and when he saw what she was wearing underneath, he gasped for breath.
"Valkyrie..."
"Yes, Skulduggery? Do you see anything you like?" Valkyrie asked in a teasing tone.
Tanith had been right: Skulduggery couldn't tear his eyes from Valkyrie's chest. She wore a small strapless transparent white bra with two small skulls covering her nipples. "I asked Tanith to put the skulls there. I don't want to show you all of me at once. I happen to like watching when you must work a little to get what you want, Skulduggery."

"In time, my dear. After all, we have all night to consummate this marriage." Skulduggery ran one of his skeletal fingers across Valkyrie's cheek before letting it travel down to her chin and neck. He stopped at her carotid artery where he could feel the speed of her pulse before continuing down to the spot between her breasts.
Valkyrie gasped and fought against the magic that was above her, but it was no use. Skulduggery was a master at this sort of thing, and she knew she had to try to be patient and let him do what he had planned and wait for an opening. She looked up into Skulduggery's eye sockets and refused to let go of his gaze.
Skulduggery in turn tilted his head and raised his free hand. He made a sweeping motion and Valkyrie could see out of the corner of her eye how a small wooden box floated up from under the bed. Skulduggery didn't break their eye contact for a second as the box was slowly set down beside him. He made another sweeping motion and this time the lid of the box opened. He picked something up, but Valkyrie couldn't see what it was as Skulduggery let the object disappear into his now closed hand.
"Do you trust me, Valkyrie?"
"Always."
"Good. I want you to understand that what I am about to do to you is not to punish you in any way, but to give you pleasure. If at any time during the next few hours you feel the slightest uncertainty, discomfort, fear or excruciating pain, I want you to use the safe word which is "sparrow". "Good." Skulduggery opened his closed hand and Valkyrie broke their eye contact to see what Skulduggery had taken from the wooden box.
In his hands was a black leash with a matching necklace that had a small name tag that said "Valkyrie" on it. Valkyrie looked up at Skulduggery again and a wide grin could be seen on her lips. "Skulduggery, you sly fox…"
Skulduggery didn't answer but just leaned forward and threaded the necklace around Valkyrie's neck. He gave the leash a little tug to ensure it wasn't too tight, causing Valkyrie to gasp. A faint tingle could be felt in her abdomen, and she could see on Skulduggery that he had noticed as well, causing her arousal to increase slightly. Skulduggery leaned forward towards Valkyrie and brushed his teeth against her lips before pulling back again.
"I could get used to this sight. Too bad you can't walk around like this every day."
"You would have loved that, wouldn't you?" Valkyrie couldn't help but say while smiling teasingly.
Skulduggery didn't answer and instead took a new item out of the box. Before Valkyrie could see what, it was, she heard a whining sound the second before a searing pain appeared on her left breast. She gasped for breath and when she looked up at Skulduggery, she saw that he was holding what she first thought was a riding whip, but which she quickly realized was a sex whip. They both sighed contentedly as the warm water enveloped their sore and tired bodies. Valkyrie closed her eyes and settled against Skulduggery's chest before letting her hands rest around his neck. She had a satisfied smile on her face, and she felt content in a way she hadn't in a very long time.
Although she was more than happy in her new role as a mother to a wonderful little baby daughter, she had to admit that she had missed the alone time she had had with Skulduggery before Sylvia's birth. It wasn't like they hadn't had any intimate contact during her pregnancy or after Sylvia's birth, but they hadn't been many and when they had occurred, they had been careful and calm intercourses, nothing close to what they had just done, and Valkyrie had missed that side of their sex life.

"I apologize if I was a bit harsh. I couldn't hold myself back. I've missed our intimacy and now that I knew nothing would disturb us, I couldn't feel myself inside you fast enough."
"I know, Skulduggery. I feel the same. It's incredible how a few months without sex can make you feel when you finally get to have it again."
Skulduggery laughed and kissed Valkyrie's neck in the same spot where he had bitten her. "You'll probably get a mark here that will take a few days to heal, I'm afraid. I didn't mean to bite that hard, but I…"
"Couldn't hold yourself back. I know, Skulduggery. It's okay, I do not mind. I don't know if you have noticed, but I am quite fond of you being rough with me. It is very exciting to be dominated by you."
"Good to know for next time," Skulduggery whispered into Valkyrie's ear before wrapping his arms around her in a hug.
Valkyrie caressed Skulduggery's neck with her fingers as she let out a satisfied sigh. She felt Skulduggery brush his nose against her neck and it made her smile. "I didn't know you could be so cozy, Mr. Pleasant."
"Everything so that my wife feels good and feels safe in my company." He fell silent and Valkyrie could sense that there was something Skulduggery wanted to say, so she continued to caress his neck slowly as she waited.

I gotta confess that when I first started to write this fan-fic, I never thought it would be this long! According to word this story is 59 pages long! That is almost half a book! O.O I have never written such a long fan-fic before, but I gotta admit that it was fun making it. I might do an epilogue with small scenes from Skulduggery and Valkyrie's time with Sylvia if I have time and lust for it. We'll just have to wait and see :)
