"I can't lose him like this!" Jack sounded desperate.
"Calm down," Owen snapped. "Don't know why you're so worried. Ianto's immortal like you now, so technically there's no way you can lose him at all. Even if he doesn't survive the experience, he'll come back, good as new."
"That's easy for you to say!" Jack snapped. "You'd be singing a different tune if it was someone you love. And for your information, since I don't know exactly where he is right now, then technically I HAVE lost him!"
"Well you're not going to find him by just standing there, are you? Shouldn't you be looking for him?"
"But if I move, I might accidentally tread on him! He's so tiny at the moment, hardly more than an inch tall. I don't want the last thing he ever sees to be my boot coming down to crush him! He'd never forgive me if I squished him flat! Besides, I've been flattened before, and coming back from that is NOT pleasant."
"Then you'll just have to tread carefully and watch where you're putting your big feet."
"Wait!" Tosh shouted. "Don't move, Jack. I've found him!"
"Where?"
"He's clinging to your right bootlace."
