Bella slept like the dead. If Rosalie didn't know better, she would worry that there was something wrong. But Bella's breathing was steady. No nightmares from what she could tell. In fact, it seemed to be quite the opposite. More than once Rosalie had heard Bella moan her name and shift closer to her. She could smell the faint scent of arousal. She closed her eyes and said a prayer to anyone that was listening that she would remain in control.

"Rose," Bella moaned again. Her hand moved underneath Rosalie's shirt. It happened fairly regularly so it wasn't a big deal but it was making things a bit more difficult for Rosalie. Bella shifted again and started grinding on Rosalie's exposed thigh. "Rose," she moaned again.

"Bella," Rosalie choked out. She gently shook her mate. "Bella, you need to wake up."

Bella's eyes flew open. She stared into Rosalie's black eyes, confused. "What happened?" she asked, terrified that something had happened while she was asleep.

"You were grinding on me," Rosalie answered. "I was seconds away from losing control."

Bella blushed. "I'm sorry. I…uh… well it was a rather nice dream," she said embarrassed.

Rosalie stroked her cheek. "Do you want to tell me about it?" she questioned.

Bella shook her head. Far too embarrassed to fill Rosalie in on her dream. "No, it's nothing," she said quickly.

"I can smell your arousal," Rosalie reminded her. "You're still turned on. If you tell me… I can help." Bella blushed at the thought. "Unless you would rather not, in which case I will stop suggesting it."

Bella shifted so she was straddling Rosalie's lap. She pulled off Rosalie's sweatshirt and then her tank top, leaving her chest exposed. She leaned forward and kissed Rosalie. She was being stupid, she knew it. She'd had sex with Rosalie already. She knew she liked it and she knew Rosalie would respect her wishes.

"In the dream," Bella started. "I was lying on the bed. I couldn't see you at first but I could feel you." She moved Rosalie's hands to her thighs. "Your hands were on my thighs. You spread my legs and your mouth…" Bella groaned at the reminder. "Your mouth was everywhere. I could feel your tongue inside of me."

She started to grind on Rosalie's stomach. She knew she was turned on but she hadn't realized how turned on she actually was. Right now, all she wanted was Rosalie naked. She tugged on Rosalie's shirt. She seemed to get the message as she leaned forward and pulled off the shirt. She wasn't wearing a bra, she rarely did as it wasn't needed.

Their first time together, Bella never really had a chance to touch Rosalie. At the time she was too distracted to think about it. This time she wanted the chance. She reached out and gently cupped Rosalie's breasts. They were cold and hard, like the rest of her, but also soft. She ran her thumbs over her nipples and Rosalie moaned.

Bella continued to grind on Rosalie, shifting slightly so she had a better angle. Rosalie started to move against her. Rosalie closed her eyes and enjoyed the feel of her mate. She'd never been so… free and Rosalie was determined for them both to enjoy it.

With the help of some visions from Alice, and the promise of a new car in exchange for looking for those visions, Rosalie knew it was impossible for her to hurt Bella, no matter what they did together. A few bruises were inevitable, but nothing more than that. Somehow, Rosalie's body knew this was her mate and wouldn't allow her strength to cause Bella harm.

Rosalie flipped them over so she was hovering above Bella. "Is that what you want Bella?" she asked kissing her neck. "Do you want my mouth on you? My tongue inside of you?"

"Yes," Bella groaned out. "Please Rose."

Rosalie kissed each of her breasts before standing up. Bella was ready to protest and demand Rosalie return to their bed but before she could Rosalie removed her pants and underwear. She grabbed Bella's ankles and gently pulled her to the edge of the bed before ripping off Bella's pants and underwear.

Bella propped herself up on her elbow as Rosalie knelt down in front of her. Having Rosalie Hale, naked and on her knees, in front of was something Bella never imagined could be true. Though her dream had Rosalie in the exact same position, it paled in comparison to the real thing.

"Are you okay?" Rosalie questioned when she saw Bella was quiet and not moving.

Bella nodded. "I was just thinking about how… unreal it is to have you naked and in that position."

Rosalie grinned. "You can get me in even better positions later," she promised.

Rosalie used one arm to hold Bella's thighs down. She didn't want Bella moving all over the place and accidentally hurting herself. She would have bruises later but Rosalie doubted Bella would care about that. Rosalie leaned forward slowly, giving Bella plenty of time to change her mind. She didn't.

Rosalie used her free hand to part her lips. She was already so wet from her dream. It wouldn't take much to push her over the edge. The smell of Bella was so strong, so pure. The scent overwhelmed Rosalie and she couldn't wait to taste it.

She ran her tongue up Bella's slit. Bella moaned and tried to move but couldn't. "Rose," Bella moaned. "Please. I'm so close."

Rosalie continued to lick at her, circling her clit with her tongue before sucking on the bundle of nerves. Rosalie reached up and cupped Bella's right breast, squeezing it gently. Bella's hands went to Rosalie's hair, holding her against her.

Rosalie shoved her tongue inside of Bella and Bella clenched. This was so much like her dream but it was far, far better. Rosalie pulled away from Bella. "What do you need love?"

"You," she muttered. "Inside me, please."

Rosalie kissed her center once before easing one finger and then two inside of her. She pumped them in and out slowly. She could feel Bella clenching around her fingers and knew it wouldn't be long. "Let go for me my love," Rosalie said. "You're so beautiful spread out in front of me. I want to watch you come."

Bella cried out as her orgasm hit her by surprise. She reached out for Rosalie, wanting to feel her. Rosalie got on the bed beside her, her fingers never leaving Bella. Bella clutched at her shoulders, pulling the vampire tightly against her. Rosalie's fingers slowed down but she hadn't removed them yet.

"I love you," Bella told her.

Rosalie slowly removed her fingers. She watched Bella blush as she licked her fingers clean. "I love you too." She leaned forward to kiss Bella. Bella's hands went to her breasts and slowly kneaded them. "Bella, you…"

"I want to," Bella said firmly. "I just… I don't know what to do."

"Whore."

Rosalie cocked her head to the side. She recognized the voice, but it wasn't Bella. It was Edward. Rosalie eyes went to the window. The curtains were closed so Edward couldn't see them but it didn't mean he couldn't hear, or see into her mind.

She got out of the bed and went to the window, much to Bella's concern and confusion. She pulled the curtain open slightly and scanned the back yard. There was no sign of Edward but that didn't mean anything. He was close.

"Jealous that it's my name she calls out?" Rosalie taunted too low for Bella to hear.

Edward growled. "I can forgive her for her lapse in judgment. It's not her fault you seduced her," he said angrily.

"You're just as delusional now as you were months ago," Rosalie spat. "She'll never love you. She hates you."

"She only hates me because you brainwashed her," Edward said. "You manipulated her and turned her against me. I'll never forgive you for that."

Rosalie snorted. "You stood by and watched her get raped. You set nomads loose in Forks. Her father is a vampire because of you." She shook her head. "It doesn't matter. The dreadlock vampire is dead and so is the tracker. There's only one left and then I'm going to kill you."

"The tracker didn't matter to me," Edward said. "I was going to kill him anyway." Rosalie frowned. "He wanted to defile my mate and then kill her. I couldn't allow that."

"What are you doing here Edward?" Rosalie questioned. Her eyes roamed the yard, looking for any sign of him and the red-head, Victoria. She wouldn't put it past Edward to try and ambush them both at the house.

Edward chuckled and stepped out into the open. "No, no ambush," he said though Rosalie didn't believe it. "But I am here to tell you, your time with Bella is at an end. You can either leave her on your own and then I may let you live, or I can simply take her from you."

Rosalie growled at him. "Threats won't work on me," she warned.

"It wasn't a threat Rosalie," he said. "It was a promise."

He turned around and left before Rosalie could say anything else. Rosalie was tempted to run after him but didn't. She would not leave Bella alone and risk Victoria or Edward getting to her.

She closed the curtain and turned around. Bella was still on the bed, confused and a little hurt by Rosalie walking away from her. She covered herself up with the sheet, unsure what exactly was going on and what Rosalie was doing.

"I'm sorry Bella," Rosalie said softly. She walked over to the bed and sat down beside her mate. She reached out to touch Bella's hand. She could feel how tense Bella was. "Edward was here again."

Bella's head shot to the window. "Did he…"

"He didn't see anything," Rosalie told her, although it wasn't the complete truth since he would have seen it in her mind. "But he was listening. He called me a whore."

Bella gasped. "No," she said shaking her head. "You're not a whore."

Rosalie laughed and pulled Bella against her chest. "I know," she said and she meant it. "He was trying to provoke me."

"What did he want?" Bella asked nervously.

"Me to leave you in exchange for my life," Rosalie said honestly. She pulled away so she could look Bella in the eye. "It will never happen. I don't trust he would follow through with his promise. He's determined to kill me now because in his words, I defiled you. He'll never be satisfied with me being alive. Even if I thought he was telling the truth, I would never leave you."

"Good," Bella muttered. She laid back down against Rosalie's chest and drew random patterns on her thigh. "You're not allowed to leave me, not now."

Rosalie tilted Bella's head up she could lean forward and kiss her. "I will never leave you," Rosalie repeated. She knew Bella was still afraid deep down and she wanted to make it very clear she would never leave Bella, no matter what Edward threatened.

Bella glanced at the closed curtain. "Is he still here?" Bella asked.

"He ran off," Rosalie answered. "He may come back but I doubt it. The others will be home soon. He won't risk them finding him."

Bella reached out for Rosalie's hand and pulled Rosalie down with her. She wrapped Rosalie's arms around her chest to show what she wanted. Rosalie pulled Bella against her body and gently stroked the skin above her breast. "I love you Rose," Bella muttered sleepily.

"I love you too Bella," Rosalie whispered. "Sleep my love. You need your rest."

Bella closed her eyes and was asleep in minutes.

Bella's eyes flew open when she heard the front door slam shut. She wasn't sure how long she'd been asleep but it certainly didn't feel long enough. "I told them to be quiet," Rosalie hissed.

Bella sat up, the sheet falling from her chest. "What's going on?" she asked sleepily. She rubbed her eyes and turned to look at Rosalie.

"The others are home," Rosalie explained. "I told Alice you were asleep and they needed to be quiet but—"

She didn't have a chance to answer as there was a knock on the door. "Rose, I know you're pissed but you and Bella need to get dressed and come downstairs," Alice said softly. "It's important."

Rosalie sighed. "We'll be downstairs shortly," she told Alice. Bella glanced at Rosalie. "Alice says we're needed downstairs. She assures me it's important, otherwise she wouldn't have interrupted us."

Bella nodded and got out of the bed. Her legs were a bit shaky and Rosalie had to catch her before she fell over. "I'm okay," Bella said. She winced when she took a step. "Okay, a bit sore and…" she looked around the room for her clothes. She found her underwear on the floor and held it up. It was ripped to shred. "You owe me new underwear."

Rosalie, who was now fully dressed, glanced at the shredded fabric in Bella's hand. "I will buy you as many pairs of underwear as you want," Rosalie promised. "If for no other reason than to rip them off of you."

Bella blushed. She liked that idea more than she cared to admit. She grabbed the pants she had been wearing and found they were in a similar state as her underwear. Her shirt, or rather Rosalie's, was the only thing that survived. Most likely because Bella took it off herself.

Rosalie dug through Bella's dresser for underwear before digging through her own for some sweatpants. She handed them to Bella. "Thanks," Bella said gratefully. She was more sore than she wanted to admit but it was a good sore.

Rosalie kissed her forehead. "Do you need help getting dressed?" she asked when Bella winced.

"No, I'm okay," Bella said. She pulled on her underwear and ignored the throbbing pain in her thighs. Both thighs were covered in bruises from Rosalie's hands. There were smaller, less painful bruises on her chest and arms. That coupled with the soreness inside of her from Rosalie's fingers was rather uncomfortable but not overly painful.

"I'm sorry," Rosalie said. She hadn't meant to be so rough with Bella, not that she was that rough. She hated to see Bella in pain.

"Hey, don't apologize," Bella said wrapping her arms around Rosalie. "A little bit of discomfort is worth it. A little rest and I'll be okay."

"And food," Rosalie said firmly, knowing Bella hadn't eaten since breakfast.

"And food," Bella agreed with a sigh. She looked at the sweats in her hand. "Can you help, please?"

Rosalie knelt down and helped Bella put on the sweatpants. She stood and helped Bella with the tank top. "Do you want a sweater?" she questioned.

Bella wrapped her arms around Rosalie's neck. "No," Bella answered. "I'll be okay without it."

Rosalie lifted Bella off the ground and carried her downstairs. Bella didn't bother protesting. She could walk but really didn't want to. Lucky for her Emmett wasn't here to make inappropriate comments.

Rosalie sat Bella down on the couch where Jasper, Alice, Peter and Charlotte were waiting. "What's going on?" Rosalie demanded.

They hadn't interrupted anything, Rosalie would have been far angrier if they had, but it was still frustrating when Rosalie was trying to enjoy a private moment with her mate. Plus, Bella was sleeping peacefully and she needed to rest.

"I started having visions about Edward again," Alice announced.

Rosalie sat down beside Bella and pulled her into her arms. "He was here earlier, listening," Rosalie reported.

Alice nodded. "I saw that," she said. "I also saw that he had no intention of doing anything to you but he was angry."

"Angry why?" Bella asked. Rosalie touched the bruise on her thigh as a reminder of what they had done earlier. Bella blushed. "Never mind. Not that he has a right to be angry," she grumbled under her breath.

Jasper sat on the other side of Bella. He touched her arm and much of the discomfort she was feeling disappeared. Bella shifted so she could still be in Rosalie's arms and still lean against Jasper. "He doesn't have a right," Jasper agreed. "But that's what makes him so dangerous."

"What are his plans Alice?" Rosalie asked.

"With the tracker now gone, good job with that by the way, Edward is done to one nomad for support," Alice started. "Victoria is furious that James is now dead. She believed they were mated, I am unsure if that is actually true though. She wants revenge and Edward is using that. They made an agreement. Edward gets Bella and Victoria gets to kill as many of us as possible, starting with Rosalie, Peter and Charlotte."

Bella tensed up at the mention of Victoria killing Rosalie. To her surprise, Peter laughed. "Let her come," he said. "If she fights anything like James she'll be dead just as quick." Peter glanced at Bella. "Don't worry Bella. We'll keep Rose safe, although I'm sure she can handle the red-head."

Rosalie didn't find it funny, though she did appreciate his faith in her skills. "I want to know more about Edward and his plans," she said looking at Alice.

"I don't know," Alice said sadly. "He's starting to make decisions, but I think he's deliberately leaving that undecided. Probably so I can't stop him."

"What if we let Edward think he's getting his way?" Bella suggested. All eyes went to her and she blushed. "Um, I mean you all think he would never physically harm me. So, what if we let him come to me, to talk. Maybe I can convince him I don't want him and he'll go away?"

"Absolutely not," Rosalie shouted. But her anger wasn't directed at Bella. It was at Alice, who was checking the future to see if the plan would work. "Edward is unstable. He could kill her when he realizes she doesn't want him."

"No," Alice said. "Every vision I've had shows that Edward does not kill her. He won't because he loves her. Didn't you notice his eyes earlier?"

Rosalie's eyes widened. "They were gold," she muttered.

Alice nodded. "Edward has done some messed up things. But he does love her. The minute his eyes are red, that's when we know Bella is in danger. Until then there is a chance."

"You agree with Bella's plan?" Jasper asked his wife.

Alice hesitated. "I don't like it," she admitted. "But it may be the only way."

Rosalie sighed. She did understand where Alice was coming from. She had promised Carlisle a chance to try and save Edward. Though she had no intention of following through with her promise. Edward had done too much harm to allow him to live. But if Bella could convince him to give up. Maybe that would be enough.

She hated the thought. She hated the idea of Bella being in any kind of danger and she considered Edward dangerous. She didn't trust him and she would never trust him again. But she did trust Bella. If this was what she wanted to try then she couldn't really stop it. She would, however, do everything in her power to protect Bella.

Rosalie turned to Alice. "You need to be aware of any and every possible future before she does this," Rosalie finally said.

"I know," Alice said. She nodded to the statement Rosalie intended to say but never did. Rosalie would never forgive her if something happened to Bella. "She'll be okay. At least one of us will be close by, I'll have to see who the best choice is. The rest of us will keep a lookout for Victoria."

Rosalie turned her attention back to Bella. "Are you sure about this?" she asked.

Bella bit her lip and nodded. "I know you don't like it," Bella said. "But if there's even the slightest chance I can convince Edward I belong with you. Or that I could convince him not to kill you. I have to take that chance."

Rosalie nodded. She still hated it but she would respect Bella's choice. She just hoped nothing happened in the process. If Bella died, she would have no reason to live. She would happily walk into the nearest fire.

"Rosalie," Alice said sharply.

Rosalie glanced at Alice. She had obviously seen Rosalie's plans if things went badly. "Sorry Alice," Rosalie said. Bella looked between Rosalie and Alice.

"It won't happen Rosalie," Alice said in an attempt to assure her sister.

Rosalie nodded but didn't say anything. While she trusted Alice, she wasn't entirely sure she believed it. She pulled Bella away from Jasper and onto her lap. If there was even the slightest chance something could happen, she wanted to make sure she spent as much time with Bella as possible.

"It'll be okay Rose," Bella said, snuggling into Rosalie's embrace. She pressed a kiss to Rosalie's neck.

While Alice scanned the future in an attempt to find the safest way for Bella to meet with Edward, Jasper played something on the TV to keep everyone distracted, especially Bella and Rosalie.

"Do you think it would help if we got Paul and the other wolves involved?" Bella asked Jasper.

Jasper shook his head. "Although I'm sure Paul would love to help, no. Alice can't see the wolves, remember?" Bella nodded. "It may work but since she can't see them it would put you in more danger then we would allow. Even Paul would agree it's a bad idea."

"Can we invite Paul and Angela over?" Bella asked.

"Bella, you can invite anyone you want," Jasper assured her. "This is your home too. But it may be better to wait until after this meeting with Edward."

"I'll call Paul after," Bella decided. "It's probably best he doesn't know about it."

The others agreed but didn't say anything. The last thing they, namely Peter and Charlotte, wanted was to push their dislike of the wolves onto Bella. Rosalie was the only one that wanted Paul involved as it was extra protection for Bella. As much as she liked Paul, she would gladly let him die if it meant Bella was safe. She would let anyone die if it meant Bella lived.

"You should shower Bella," Alice announced suddenly.

Bella turned to Alice with a frown on her face. "Do I smell?" she asked.

"You smell like Rosalie," Jasper explained. Bella blushed. "If you're meeting with Edward, it's best you don't smell like her."

Bella headed upstairs to shower, leaving the vampires alone downstairs. Rosalie listened as the water to the shower was turned on. "Alice?"

"He'll meet with her," Alice said. "Having her shower was the best option. He would have been hostile if she didn't. She should touch you either, not until after."

Rosalie frowned. She didn't like that Bella didn't smell like her anymore. But this was what was safest for her. Alice was right. Meeting Edward was dangerous enough without adding her scent into the mix.

She hated this choice Bella was making. Unfortunately, it was Bella's choice to make, though Rosalie would love to try and talk her out of it. "What did you see?" Rosalie asked when Alice opened her eyes again.

"There's a couple possibilities," Alice said. "Her meeting with Edward isn't going to change his mind about anything."

"Then why are we doing this Alice," Rosalie snarled. Bella was putting herself in danger… for nothing.

"Because the only way this will end is with Edward and Victoria dead," Alice said. "We won't kill them yet but that time is fast approaching. I don't know why, but this meeting needs to happen. I do think it has less to do with Edward and more to do with Bella."

Rosalie pondered Alice's words. She had hoped she would be able to kill Edward before he got too close to Bella but it seemed that wouldn't be possible. If Alice said this was their best chance, then Rosalie believed her, no matter how much she hated it. She just hoped Bella would come to regret her choice.
