The aurors did there best in assisting the SCP foundation with the cleanup of the area, as well as the transportation of the injured to St. Mungo's, the dead to the ministry's morgue and the uninjured or those with minor injuries were sent to King's Cross.
The MTF captain explained to Scrimgeour in more detail that his team was referred to as MTF NU-7 Codenamed "Hammer down." A large group of companies consisting of armed soldiers, tanks, fighter jets and other military equipment that were designed to deal with anomalies that had escaped and often involved fighting in open areas or dealing with SCPs that were on too large of a scale in terms of size or danger that warranted a simple recontainment team.
SCP-1853 had begun cremating the corpses of the SCP-3199 instances that had been released by Voldemort, they weren't going to be transferred back to a foundation site due to the mass of dead and not much was needed of them for study as there were still plenty of instances under foundation custody.
Dumbledore had appeared beside Scrimgeour as the two spoke in hushed voices.
"You do realise that I have been telling the truth Rufus," began Dumbledore. "Lord Voldemort has been returned to the living for quite some time now."
"And contrary to popular belief Albus," began Scrimgeour rather firmly at the headmaster. "I have always thought that you would not lie about such things, Amelia and I both knew that Fudges blind arrogance towards any threat to the wizarding world would come back to bite him. If I didn't believe you then the members of your little resistance group would have been charged with treason by now."
Dumbledore raised an eyebrow. "I did not realise you knew Rufus."
"They know how to do a good job of acting pro-fudge in a very temperamental time but I could tell that they weren't truly happy with what Fudge was playing at, besides Kingsley and Tonks are two of my best aurors." Explained Scrimgeour to Dumbledore.
Dumbledore glanced at a group of six Hogwarts students, he recognised them as Harry and his friends group and he told Scrimgeour that he would speak with him later this evening. He made his way over to Harry as he lay there, resting his body on the ground.
"Are you alright Mr. Potter?" Asked Dumbledore as knelt down next to him.
"I'm fine." Said Harry, wincing as he felt a sharp pain in his ribs.
"Allow me," said Dumbledore kindly as he waved his wand over Harry's chest, fixing a couple of the ribs that had cracked, they would still be tender but there would be a lot less pain. "Now you may say you are fine Harry."
Ginny snorted from her spot next to Harry as Dumbledore stood up, SCP-1853 made his way over to the group.
"The clean up is almost complete, the oh-five council would like to meet with you at some point as well." SCP-1853 informed him.
"Why not speak with the minister of magic?" Asked Dumbledore, a little confused.
"They already have plans to speak with him," Said SCP-1853. "I believe they are already making their way to the ministry of magic as we speak."
*
SCP-1853 was indeed correct. Whilst the cleanup was still taking place, 05-1 along with a squadron of highly trained MTF soldiers who were under the MTF codename of 'nine tailed fox' hadade their way into the ministry and barged into the ministers office and approached a shocked Cornelius Fudge.
There was a loud thud as a fist was slammed onto the table of the minister of magics desk as he stared in fear at the man whose face was covered by a mask with a unknown symbol on the front, only his eyes were visible and there were ten other men, armed with muggle rifles who stood around the room, they had randomly turned up at his office and since he had not found a replacement undersecretary, there was no one really to inform him of there arrival.
"You could have been better prepared for this if your cowardly backside didn't openly deny Voldemort's return!" The masked practically shouted at him in fury. "You played right into his hands and now our organisation has suffered casualties as well as your own people!"
"But you housed those cre-" began Fudge but was stopped by the masked figure.
"Don't type and spin the blame on me Fudge," said the figure in a dark and cold voice. "It was your incompetency, not ours, that has allowed Voldemort to focus his attention on our containment facilities and sites, no one is to blame but you."
The figure raised himself from Fudges desk and signalled for two of his men to cuff the minister of magic. "You, Cornelius Fudge are being taken to site 34 and will become a member of our D-class personnel and have a taste at the horros we work tirelessly day and night to keep from running ravage on this world, Amelia Bones will take your place as minister and she has stated she us happy to cooperate with us against this pressing matter."
"You can't do that, I am the minster of magic!" Fudge protested, but his pleas fell on deaf ears as he was forced out of the room.
"Well I can Cornelius Fudge, " said the masked figure. "Because we have you cuffed and secured."
He signalled for the armed guards to follow him out of the room. Cornelius was going to have a nice, cold cell waiting for him in the D-block of site nineteen.

Having been alerted of the altercation, the families that had come to pick up there children from Hogwarts had been waiting for nearly another hour before students began popping into existence via portkeys as they were taken to their families, aurors, members of the order of the phoenix and members of MTF Delta twelve codenamed "magical maniacs." That were implanted into the British auror force were also present, they were to alert the foundation if anymore escaped anomalies mgith appear at platform nine and three quarter's.
Thankfully, there was no activity that required foundation intervention, as more Hogwarts students arrived.
Harry as well and Ron, Ginny and Hermione had immediately rushed over to the Weasley's, who enveloped them in his and fretting from the Weasley matriarch who had been worried sick as well as admonishing the four for going out and facing Voldemort.
"It's not the first time that we have come to Harry's aid mum," said Ginny defiantly, her hand grasping Harry's which surprised her mother, as well as her father. "And we don't intend for it to be the last."
Harry felt a soar of happiness at Ginny's words and Mrs. Weasley looked surprised both at the contact her youngest daughter and her surrogate son were having, as well as the fact tat Ginny had basically said she would always fight by Harry's side.
"We should be heading home," said Mr. Weasley in concerned tone
"Well I guess I should find the Dursleys." Said Harry, realisation hitting him that he would have to return to the Dursley's.
Ginny gave him another hug and a long, searing kiss that was only broken up by Fred and George clearing their throats. He received hugs from all the Weasley's as well as Hermione, Neville and Luna before he made his way to the barrier with his trunk.
Vernon Dursley had an impatient look on his face as Harry dragged his trunk behind him. "Hurry up boy!" His uncle barked at him. "We haven't got all day."
Harry didn't respond as his uncle turned away to lead them towards the car park, they passed by a police officer who seemed to eye Harry suspiciously, as if wondering why he had some old trunk and a pet owl. Harry paid the muggle no mind, not even noticing the radio it pulled out of it's pocket.
"SCP-1853-2 is being taken back to their relatives house, requesting a small foundation team be relocated to little whinging in Surrey." Said the foundation agent.
*
Albus was sat in his office, perusing a copy of the daily prophet along with a stack of other folders. Ever since Fudge had been arrested by the SCP foundation, the organisation in question had begun taking a firmer stance and foothold within the wizarding world with members of a special group of wizards and witches taking positions high up in the DMLE and other high importance departments within the ministry of magic as well as the department of mysteries, which Dumbledore was pretty certain had already been foundation operated for quite some time.
The overseer Council of the SCP foundation had requested that MTF and other security presence be brought onto Hogwarts to ensure the safety of students, something that Dumbledore didn't have to take into consideration as many of the threats would be easier for the foundation to deal with due to their expertise rather than the order of the phoenix or the Aurors, both already being spread pretty thin in terms of resources.
He had heard that the foundation had established a small Mobile task force squad of "City slickers." Near the area of little whinging where Harry Potter lived with his aunt and uncle, the blood wards may protect against those with the intention of harming Harry, but there were many anomalies which could easily bypass the blood wards and considering that Voldemort was going to keep adding to his collection of anomalies in the future, they needed to be prepared.
With Umbridge now gone as well, a replacement defence against the dark arts teacher member of the magical maniacs MTF unit whose actual designation was Delta-Twelve, had been appointed by a unanimous vote from the overseer command, even though the ministry of magic would normally deal with some of these matters. Amelia Bones had begun active negotiations with the overseer command of the foundation as well as taking a much more proactive role in the decisions made at the ministry of magic.
Though Dumbledore knew that this upcoming school year in a few months time was possibly going to be one of the most difficult ones to deal with.
*
Harry had been at the Dursley's for less than four days and he was already waiting for the next couple of weeks when he would be allowed to be moved to the Weasley's instead of the house where he was constantly abused and bullied by his allegedly "loving and caring" relatives in the form of his Uncle, Aunt and his fatarse for a cousin.
He had already received letters from his friends, asking if he was okay as well as informing him of some of the changes already being made in the structure of the ministry after the events at the department of mysteries.
A copy of the daily prophet had been sent along with Hermione's letter, which instructed Harry to read the first four pages which detailed many of the changes and updates since their incursion with the death eaters and the captured anomalies.
BREAKING!: Minister Fudge arrested for treason and jeopardy of wizarding safety.
Operatives from an organisation known as the SCP foundation entered the ministry and proceeded to approach minister Fudge and arrest him for the alleged crimes, his recent trial found him severely guilty and the ex minister is currently serving as a test subject for this organisation.
Currently, Minister Bones has openly welcomed the SCP foundation's support in dealing with the anomalies, as well as helping to bring down he-who-must-not-be-named.
One of our reporters was able to speak with Minister Bones after the newly appointed minister for magic was seen leaving her office after a meeting with an unkown person with multiple muggle bodyguards.
"I greatly appreciate the help the SCP foundation are offering and am extremely grateful that they are willing to assist with the fight against Lord Voldemort, they believe he will continue to try and get a hold of as many dangerous anomalies that he can and theu wish to receive assistance with hiding their facilities from prying eyes of the death eaters."
When asked about the details of the anomalies, Minister Bones declined to comment Amy further beyond saying the if the SCP foundation did not exist, humanity would no longer exist and the world a barren place.
Harry set down the copy of the daily prophet and felt pretty relieved that the ministry was taking more action gains Voldemort, there was more information in the article about the supposed updated security requirements at Hogwarts, apparently some of the powerful mobile task forces were to be stationed at Hogwarts as well as tighter security measures against any outside threats from anomalies or death eaters
"BOY!" Shouted Vernon from the bottom of the stairs up towards Harry's room. "Get down here and start making dinner!"
Harry's sighed in an annoyed manner ad he slipped the daily prophet under his bed, contempt on reading the rest of it after making dinner.

Dumbledore had never felt so nervous, the daunting feeling of the unkown as well as the gravity of a situation had never usually broken his calm demeanour.
Except today, the day he was going to be entering a room with thirteen of the most powerful men as he would be stood before them. The overseer command, the oh-five command as they were usually referred to, had invited for Dumbledore to an undisclosed location in which they could discuss the alliance they would be making. He had arrived in a safe house and was promptly had a bag placed over his head, which he was informed to keep the location of the oh-five command from being discovered and to keep a low-profile.
Dumbledore understood this as he was brought back to the presence as he was led down a well lit corridor, the walls were a light gray and bore some SCP foundation insignia, he was escorted by eight highly trained security personnel who had performed a search on him as well as relieving him of his wand.
"They are in there," said the captain of the team. "We will be off to the side, anything considered a threat will be punished with disciplinary action do I make myself clear."
"Yes I believe you do." Said Dumbledore, the twinkle in his eyes slowly returned and the captain gave him a small smile.
The captain swiped his key card on the panel it made a beeping sound as the door clicked open and it slid out of the frame to reveal a dimly lit room, Dumbledore could make out a panel that looked liek a row of seats normally found in a courtroom.
He counted another ten security guards stationed around the room as he was ushered inside, the door closed as four of the eight members of the escorted team were to wait outside.
Dumbledore felt thirteen pairs of curious eyes staring firmly at him, assessing him.
Nobody said anything and Dumbledore decided he should speak.
"My name is Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, but I assume you already know that." Said Dumbledore, clearing his throat.
"Yes we do know that," said one of the members of the council. "You know who we are as well and we know alot about you."
"I assume you wished to discuss something of great importance with me." Said Dumbledore.
"Yes we did," said a female voice. "We wish to understand each other more, as well as forming an alliance that can be mutually beneficial between the two of us," she paused to take a breath before continuing. "For a long time now we have been aware of the magical worlds existence and they operate in a very similar way as to us when it comes to maintaining secrecy, but we have chosen not intervene because you pretty much did our job for us."
"How so?" Asked Dumbledore with a raised eyebrow.
"Well, we would definitely consider people of magical background and blood to be anomalies, something not normally found or abilities and traits that defied or bend the laws of life itself, magic is definitely one of those things, but in effect, the magical world is a self contained anomaly and has posed no threat to us, apart from a small team of spies who are now par to magical based mobile task force there has been very little resources and man power put into keeping an eye on your world."
Dumbledore nodded at this information. "So, what exactly could we offer eachother then?"
"Well we are obviously going to be providing the necessary resources in order to protect lives from the danger of Lord Voldemort as well as anomalies previously under our containment, supplying your school of magic with security teams as well as some Safe class anomalies that could help with the protection and boost of student morale in dark times." Explained another male member.
"What anomalies would those be?" Asked Dumbledore.
"The main anomalies would include the use of anomalies that would boost morale of students such as SCP-999 and SCP-131, anomalies that can aid in medical assistance such as SCP-2295 and an anomaly that would personally serve you in the form of SCP-662." Explained the same male voice before a scrufflijg of papers was heard, Dumbledore watched as a shadow of an arm pushed forward some documents that he assumed to be these SCPs.
Dumbledore glanced at the security guards, who remained emotionless as he approached the desk and took the offered documentation.
"We also wish to teach the students about some of the anomalies that Lord Voldemort has managed to acquire, and ways to protect themselves and others." Said another member of the council.
"Are you sure that us necessary-" Asked Dumbledore but he was cut off by one of the overseer Council members.
"Yes we believe it is necessary," they said firmly. "Normally we would not disclose such information, however it is very likely that Lord Voldemort may consider attacking Hogwarts, the students are going to be at risk just as much as our operatives and security teams will be as well."
"I can't say I disagree with you, though I know that many will be worried." Said Dumbledore.
"War is not something that we can walk on eggshells around people," said a female voice. "If the students possess the knowledge of how to counter hexes anomalies then it would only ease the worries of their families as well as keeping them safe, after all human curiosity can be the most dangerous part of us all."
Dumbledore nodded, the oversee Council had a point.
"We believe there is nothign else to discuss," concluded a male voice. "We wish to receive regular weekly updates from the start of term onwards from Hogwarts, only use SCP-662 to deliver these reports.
A bell was passed along the desk, Dumbledore picked it up and rang it lightly, causing a sudden appearance of well dressed butler.
"How can I be of service?" Asked the Butler, a genial smile and a welcoming tone in his voice.

Ginny was already missing Harry. It had only been a week but part of her felt like it was missing, not only were the two now in a serious relationship and enjoyed snuggling up together in bed which resulted in better night's of sleep but they were also best friends, maybe not in the same way as Ron and Hermione but they fit each other perfectly.
She had received one of Harry's letters along with Ron, it seemed that he was trying the same I'm fine bullshit that he always put in hsi letters, Ginny however wasn't having any of it.
She sent her reply telling Harry that he better reconsider his choice of words when saying how he was other than I'm fine unless he wished to sleep by himself for the rest of the summer when he would inevitably arrive at the Burrow.
Speaking of the Burrow, Ginny peered outside of her window, the evening rain gently pattering against the glass as she looked down at the new security detail they had been given due to their significance as well as being high profile targets on Tom Riddle's list, a team of four muggles part of the SCP foudnation had been stationed around the Burrow with one patrolling the perimeter of the Burrow each evening in random hourly intervals, this one was a male and was dressed in combat gear with a long muggle firearm, Ginny smiled to herself knowing that she remembered the term used by muggles, and had a set of goggles with the eyes glowing green in the rapidly darkening sky.
The security guard noticed her watching him and he gave a simple nod before turning to patrol the makeshift quidditch pitch. Ginny found that she couldn't sleep, every half an hour or so she would be awoken by the reoccurring nightmares of the chamber, or there near death experience in the department of mysteries and the worst one of all was watching Harry die as she was bound in cuffs by Tom Riddle himself.
She opened her wardrobe and grabbed a jacket as well as her Nimbus two-thousand broom that Harry had bought for her fourteenth birthday, she quietly made her way downstairs and exited through the back door, making sure to do so slowly so that the rickety old door didn't make any noise.
Ginny walked about fifty feet from the Burrow, wanting to take off for a quick but leisurely fly around the Burrow. However she heard a clicking noise followed by a set of footsteps behind her.
"May I ask what you are doing out so late?" Asked the security guard she had seen probably ten minutes prior to sneaking out of the Burrow.
"I was planning on going for a midnight fly." Said Ginny resisting the urge to roll her eyes.
Expecting to recieve a minor telling off for being out at night as well as wandering near the edges of the perimeter, Ginny was rather surprised when the security guard chuckled and simply asked. "Nightmares?"
"How would you know?" Asked Ginny, slightly bewildered.
"Believe me Miss Weasley, I may only know your name but I know when someone's been having nightmares," Said the guard. "Believe me, I would know myself as I have had many during my service."
Before Ginny could respond verbally apart from her raised eyebrow, she was interrupted. "As much as I don't mind chatting much, I'm soaked so how about we head back to my camp outpost for a bit if you aren't planning on sleeping much."
"Sure, that sounds good." Said Ginny as she rested her broom over her shoulder, holding it with one hand at the front as the guard led the way to a large tree where a rather large tent was setup along with a set of floodlights that illuminated the entrance.
"Better flick these off." Said the guard to himself as he flicked a switch at the base of the tripod holding up the flood lights which shut them off with a loud clicking sound.
"What is that?" Asked Ginny.
"Floodlights, just good at flooding areas with light, hence the name." Said the guard as he pulled the flap of the tent aside and Ginny entered and sat down on one of the blankets that was ontop of the the already thin sheet of the tent floor.
The guard popped himself down opposite Ginny as he placed the portable electric lamp infront of the two of them which illuminated the entire tent in a soft orange glow. The guard set his rifle down on the floor after pulling the safety trigger which would prevent from an accidental misfire of the weapon.
"What kind of muggle firearm is that?" Asked Ginny curiously. "I've seen pictures of them before but not ones that look like that."
"This is a foundation standard HK-416 assault rifle with a mounted foregrip, which is this handle that you see underneath the main body of the gun infront of the magazine." Said the guard , pausing to remove another muggle firearm, a much smaller one from one of the pockets on his vest which had a strap that sealed it. "And this is an M1911 pistol that I've got, some of us have different pistols than this one."
Ginny nodded as the guard removed his combat vest and his helmet and he let out a sigh of relaxation as he rested his arms behind his head, his brown hair looking somewhat dishevelled, he had yellow eyes and a few scars on his face but nothing to major.
"My names Richard by the way," said Richard. "But people mostly call me Ricky or Dick but I prefer the first one."
"Call me Ginny then." Said Ginny as she smiled at the man.
"Your nightmares then?" Began Richard as he took a sip from his canteen of water. "When did you start having them?"
"I've been having nightmares since my first year of Hogwarts," began Ginny. "I was possessed by Lord Voldemort and he made me do awful things."
Ricky looked curious and Ginny suddenly felt like her throat was seeing clenched and tears welled up. "I'm sorry I have to-"
"I have nightmares too you know." Said Ricky abruptly, noticing her unease at recounting her nightmares.
Ginny shifted and let herself sit back down again. "What are your's about?"
Ricky let out a breath as he contemplated whether he could really say some of this stuff to the young woman before him but decided that what others didn't know won't hurt them in the slightest.
"I've been through a lot in my life, I joined the foundation when I was nineteen, fresh out of military school and I was rejected, they told me I didn't have the attitude, that I was too eager and too risky. Then the foundation came calling and offered me a job as a security guard in a small site somewhere in Germany, I accepted it as I hadn't a single penny to my name and in that time I've seen shit, horrible shit that makes my stomach turn, I've had to kill my own men when the pain was too much, I've had to handle containment breaches of serious importance."
Ricky took another sip from his canteen of water. "I probably shouldn't tell you but when it as only twenty-one, I had to deal with a containment breach at one of the foundation's larger facility,"
Ginny nodded, allowing Ricky to continue.
"I watched this huge, fast, strong and terrifying reptile lizard, the bastard was immortal apparently and no matter what anomalies were thrown at it is an attempt to kill it, the fucker would just regenerate all of itself again, a nightmare for us to contain." Explained Ricky.
Ginny didn't say anything still so Ricky continued. "I don't know how but I just remember being at the end of one of the large hallways and I couldn't move, I felt like I was frozen solid. I didn't even fire my rifle at it, I just stood there and watched it massacre about twenty men before it was sedated."
"I've had nightmares about one of your anomalies before," said Ginny as she furrowed her brow. "I think it was called SCP-096."
"Thankfully I've never dealt with that bugger, but I heard that SCP-1853 managed to neutralise it." Said Ricky.
"It didn't seem that dangerous, apart from running at an almighty speed towards me and my boyfriend in the department of mysteries." Said Ginny confused.
"096 has always been a tricky one, it's bone structure is entirely invincible to Amy forms of damage. I think only SCP-173 has been observed damaging 096s skeletal system, every other attempt at killing it has failed." Explained Ricky pausing to take another sip of water. "I still don't know how SCP-1853 killed it, and I don't even know if we will ever find out."
After a long moment of silence Ricky told Ginny that she should probably head on back up to her room at the Burrow, whilst he didn't have anymore patrols for thr rest of the evening, they both really should be getting some sleep.
Bidding Ricky goodnight, Ginny made her way back to the Burrow on foot with her broom, quietly opening the door and practically tip-toed to her bedroom at the Burrow, she placed her new broom back in the wardrobe and took of her large jacket and nightgown so that she was just in her pajamas before settling down and shutting her eyes, hoping she would get some sleep.
A/N: Mostly dialogue this chapter, at this point the SCP foundation and the wizarding world have basically merged so there will be a lot more explaining of the security measures at Hogwarts once we are back there. Please leave a review if you wish, it really motivates me to write more.
Hope you enjoyed.
