Hello everyone, sorry for the last post. Things have been busy and the amount of time to write has been short. But I'm still trying to write as much as possible.
But I hope you all read the latest chapter of The Legend Of Korra And The Forgotten Trainers(there's a little surprise at the end of the chapter).
Another reason I've been slow to post chapters is because I've been working on a new story on the side. With A Trainer Journeys In Grace only having one chapter left, I thought of posting a new story to replace it in the order.
It's called "Mysticons And The Great Powers of Pokemon". As you can guess, it's the Mysticon and Pokemon crossover from the vote. You see I was hoping Mysticons would win the vote, but it didn't, so I made Violet Iron & Scarlet Beast; The Abyss Riders. But I still wanted to do the Mysticon story, so I changed the original idea and still made the Mysticon story. (And before you ask, no I'm not going to do any of the other stories from the vote, I just really wanted to do Mysticons.)
Now I would explain more about the story, but I want you all to be surprised, but I can say that it will be an interesting one, and play an important part in something I'm planning for much later, so I hope you like it when it comes out, but first let's finish A Trainer Journeys In Grace and announce it on my other stories.
Now here's chapter 12.
Chapter 12
Light's Hope And Darkness' Rage
First One Temple
We left off with Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet screaming as they were falling to their death, after Catra and Purrloin flet them in, and Adora let go of the wall. "Hello, Adora." an image of Light Hope past them. "Adora." Shadow Weaver said, as they watched an image of Shadow Weaver pass by.
Then an image of Adora, Glimmer, Bow, Noah, and all of their Pokemon laughing went past them. "Every hero needs a sidekick." Catra said, as an image of Catar throwing the sword down the pit went past them. Then a lot more images and echoes of the past flew past them, and they screamed as everything went black.
But they stopped screaming when they realized they were standing on a floor, in a strange room. They started to look around, Light Hope appeared behind them. "Hello, Adora, you've come at last." Light Hope said to Adora, making everyone shriek and turn to her.
"Light Hope, I can't believe I'm really seeing you. I mean, I've seen you… In my brain, I think. But this is real! Is this real? Wait, are we dead?" Adora asked Light Hope. "Dead? But I have so much to live for!" Eevee said to everyone. "We're not dead. At least I don't think so." Charcadet said to everyone.
That's when they noticed Light Hope giving them an odd look. "I'm sorry. We're freaking out." Adora said to Light Hope, before she, Eevee and Charcadet confused themselves. "I'm Adora." Adora said to Light Hope. "I'm Eevee." Eevee said to Light Hope. "I'm Charcadet." Charcadet said to Light Hope.
"Yes, I know. I have been waiting for you Adora since you were an infant, but I could not reach you. And I could not protect you from the Horde. I watched you grow up from afar." Light Hope said to Adora.
"Wow, that's- That's kinda creepy, honestly." Adora said to Light Hope. "Really creepy." Eevee said to Light Hope. "Super creepy." Charcadet said to Light Hope. "Creepy? Yes. I've been called this before." Light Hope said to everyone, as she glitched out.
"Are you okay? Your form is wired." Eevee asked Light Hope. "I chose this form so as not to alarm you all. But if it doesn't suit you, I will choose another." Light Hope said, before disappearing.
"Is this better?" Light Hope asked, as she returned in the shape of a kid, making everyone shriek. "Oh, no. That's, um- That's actually way worse." Adora said to Light Hope. "Forgive me. My human protocol is many years out of date." Light Hope said to Adora, as she turned back to her normal form.
"Allow me to select a new form that you will find appealing." Light Hope said to everyone, before she started to get all warped. "Oh, no. Thank you. That's enough. No, that's totally okay. Please stop." Adora said to Light Hope, as she and the Pokemon were grossed out by Light Hope warping.
Bright Moon
Meanwhile in Bright Moon, The Best Friend Squad was hanging out in Glimmer's room, with Glimmer passing back and forth, Noah stretching, and everyone else sitting around the room, with Feraligatr and Popplio out of their Pokeballs.
"But shouldn't she be- Back by now?" Glimmer asked everyone, glitching out a little in the middle of her sentence. "How should we know? Adora ran off with no plan." Noah said to Glimmer.
"She said she was… Going to get training to… fix me! How long is that going to take? Ow!" Glimmer asked everyone, glitching out a couple times, and hitting a chair. "And what kind of monster puts a chair here?" Glimmer asked everyone. "I'm pretty sure that was you." Rowlet said to Glimmer.
"Okay. I'm worried, too. Glimmer, but taking it out on the furniture isn't going to help." Bow said to Glimmer, making her take a seat. "We can't sit here and hope that she comes back eventually. We have to do something." Glimmer said to Bow.
"Like what?" Bow asked Glimmer. "He has a point. You aren't in any shape to leave. And knowing Adora, she went to a place we could follow." Noah said to Glimmer.
That's when they heard knocking at the door. Glimmer opened the door, and a guard was on the other side. "Princess, there's uh, something here to see you." the guard said to Glimmer. "Don't you mean someone?" Glimmer asked the guard, as everyone moved to Glimmer's side. "No, I mean something." The guard said to Glimmer.
That's when everyone poked their heads out of the room, and saw Swift Wind walking down the hall. "Our horse." Bow said to everyone. "I am my own horse. Call me Swift Wind." Swift Wind said to Bow, sticking a pose.
But instead of being impressed by this, Bow and Glimmer screamed and hugged each other, while everyone else freaked out and got ready for a fight. "Our horse can talk!" Bow said to everyone. "Glad to see even this is weird for this world." Noah said to everyone.
"Wired. Now that's rude." Swift Wind said to Noah. "Your. A. Talking. Horse." Noah said to Swift Wind, talking very slowly. "Yeah, yeah. I can speak my mind now, pretty crazy. So, I'm thinking…" Swift Wind said to Noah, as he walked into the room, but was interrupted by Bow.
"He's a talking horse!" Bow said. "As we've established now." Swift Wind said to Bow. "He has wings!" Glimmer said. "Don't forget the horn." Ralts said to everyone. "He's had those before. But the talking thing is new and weird." Feraligatr said to everyone.
"Okay, I'll give you a moment to freak out, and then we need to talk." Swift Wind said to everyone, giving them all a few moments to freak out. "Great." Swift Wind said, as he was done waiting.
"I think Adora needs our help. Since Adora transformed me, I've been able to feel where she is at all times. It's like instinct. But now I feel a pull, as if I'm being summoned to her side. As part of Adora's herd, I need your help. Will you come?" Swift Wind asked everyone, looking out the window.
Then glimmer glitched for a couple seconds. "Of course. Lead the way." Glimmer said to Swift Wind. "But Glimmer, you're glitching." Bow said to Glimmer. "Is what got us into this. Adora left to save me. Now it's time for us to save her. You in?" Glimmer asked everyone.
"Always. But I don't think your mom is going to like us leaving soon after our last mission." Bow said to Glimmer. "She doesn't need to know. We'll sneak out and be back. Before my mom even realizes we're gone." Glimmer said to Bow, before opening the door.
That's when she noticed Angella and Braviary. "Mom!" Glimmer shouted, as she glitched, and freaked out at the same time. "What are you doing here?" Glimmer asked Angella, regaining her composer.
"Coming to see why my guard was escorting a horse into your room." Angella said to Glimmer. "I like to think of myself more as a role model for all horse kind." Swift Wind said to Angella, earning a look from Angella and Braviary.
"I mean, uh, what talking horse? What's happening?" Swift Wind asked Angella. "You should get going if you want to track down Adora." Angella said to everyone, "Okay. This is a dream. I'm still trapped in the closet. A talking horse and Angella letting us leave." Noah said to everyone, as he pinched himself.
"I assure you, this isn't a dream." Angella said to Noah. "You are not gonna stop us?" Glimmer asked Angella. "Glimmer, I told you I regretted giving up after your father died. I will not consign you to the same regrets." Angella said, putting a hand on Glimmer's check. Then Angella put her other hand on Glimmer's other check, and placed her head on Glimmer's head.
"Commander Glimmer, I order you to continue your mission to find Adora. And bring her and her Pokemon back home." Angella said to Glimmer. "Right away, Your majesty." Glimmer said to Angella, saluting her. "Come on." Glimmer said to everyone, as she ran out of the room.
Everyone saluted Angella, before running past her and after Glimmer, with Swift Wind being last. "Uh, when we're back, I'd like to talk about freeing all the horses in your stables." Swift Wind said to Angella. "Come on!" Feraligatr said to Swift Wind, grabbing Swift Wind's hair, and pulled, dragging Swift Wind a little bit.
"Please be careful." Angella said, as she watched them leave. "I'm sure the others will be careful for her." Braviary said to Angella.
Fright Zone
Meanwhile in the Fight Zone, Catra and Purrloin were walking to the room, where Chloe, Scorpia, and all of their Pokemon, plus Klink were waiting, with a note in Catra's hands. "Okay, I- what is going on here?" Catra asked, as they noticed Entrapta was missing, everyone else was standing around.
That's when Entrapta came out of an air vent. "Catra, you got my note." Entrapta said to Catra, as she pulled a cable out of the air vent. "The one you dropped on my head from the air vent that says, "Come to my lab"?" Catra asked Entrapta. "Yes, that's the one." Entrapta said to Catra.
"Well we were trying to take a nap. So this better be good." Purrloin said to Entrapta. "I've made great strides in analyzing the data from the First Ones data crystal you brought me. Look." Entrapta said to Catra, as she showed off the room.
"Where did this come from?" Catra asked Entrapta, looking at all the stuff in the room. "Oh, you know, here and there, rooms." Entrapta said to Catra, as she worked. "Were there people in these rooms?" Catra asked Entrapta.
"Well, not when I went back to take the stuff." Entrapta said to Catra, making Catra chuckle. "You belong here with us." Catra said to Entrapta. "Can we get back on topic?" Chloe asked everyone.
"Right the data." Entrapta said, as pulled out the crystal, as squealed a little. Entrapta then put the crystal into her computer. That's when data appeared on the screens. "Ha! Wow. Whoa." Scorpia said, before she started to take notes.
"Look at these readings. Incredible. This seems to confirm my theories about the techno-organic nature of Fist Ones machinery, resulting in thaumaturlogical compatibility between magic and science!" Entrapta said to everyone, before laughing like a mad scientist.
But Catra slammed her hand next to Entrapta, making Entrapta stop laughing. "I'm going to need you to try again. But this time, talk like a normal person." Catra said to Entrapta. "Scorpia seems like she understands." Entrapta said, pointing to Scorpia.
"Scorpia is drawing stick figures holding hands." Catra said to Entrapta. "I call it Super Outcast quartet. This is me, this is Catra, That's Chloe, and I think it's clear. Come one. I'm a bit of an artist. I just wish I had more room to add the Pokemon" Scorpia said to everyone, as she showed them all a picture of her, Chloe, Catra, and Entrapta holding hands.
"If we're done talking about art, let's talk about the data. And this time, in english." Chloe said to everyone. "I looked at the rock, which is a crystal, and used math. Wait, do I have to explain math?" Entrapta asked everyone, making Chloe and Catra groan.
"No. We just didn't want to use words only you know." Chloe said to Entrapta. "Just tell us that the crystal give you enough data to upgrade our weapons?" Catra asked Entrapta.
"Weapons? Ha! This is so much bigger than weapons. This could change everything. Etheria's not just a planet. Whatever the First Ones did to it, it went deep." Entrapta said to everyone. "That's not ominous at all." Chloe said to everyone.
"And what does that mean?" Catra asked Entrapta. "You're asking me about my theories? I've waited years for someone to ask me about my theories. Hang on. I made a model." Entrapta said to everyone, before grabbing them, and dragging them to a connor of the room.
First One Temple
With Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet, Light Hope was leading them through the temple. "I don't wanna be rude, but, um, who are you?" Adora asked Light Hope. "I am Light Hope, Etheria's facilitator. I was created by the First Ones, as you call them." Light Hope said to Adora, before opening a door, and they all walked into the room.
"Okay, quick follow-up, who are the First Ones?" Adora asked Light Hope. "The First Ones were explorers who journeyed from beyond the stars to settle Etheria. They built this place for you, The Crystal Castle." Light Hope said to Adora, before teleporting to Adora's side, surprising Adora.
"Adora, I have waited so long for you." Light Hope said to Adora, before they noticed a mural of She-Ra. Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet moved to the mural. "Now the time has come to show you your destiny." Light Hope said to Adora.
"Great. I actually had a quest-" Adora said to Light Hope, but was interrupted by Light Hope. "You are She-Ra, Etheria's champion, appointed by the First Ones to protect and unite our planet. There have been many before you." Light Hope said to Adora, as images of She-Ra formed a line in front of them.
"But the line was broken." Light Hope said, as the She-Ra's broke apart. "You are the first She-Ra in a thousand years." Light Hope said to Adora.
Fright Zone
At the same time in the Fight Zone, Entrapta was showing everyone a large odd orb with green lights all over it, plus on red light. "Behold, Etheria. The First Ones didn't just settle on the surface of Etheria. Their technology runs through the planet's core. This whole planet it's all First Ones tech." Entrapta said, hugging her orb, and surprising everyone.
First One Temple
Light Hope was telling Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet the same thing. "Everything on Etheria is connected. The Princesses are granted power over the elements through their runestones." Light Hope said, as images of all the royals on the plant appeared around them.
"As She-Ra. It is your duty to bring the princesses together. Only then can balance be restored to Etheria." Light Hope said, as Adora looked at a hologram in Glimmer's shape. "That sounds great, but the thing is-." Adora said to Light Hope, but Light Hope interrupted her. "You're correct. It is great." Light Hope said to Adora.
Fright Zone
In the Fight Zone, Catra was looking at the orb. "And what are these supposed to be?" Catra asked Entrapta. "Runestones." Entrapta said to Catra. "You mean these are those large rock things?" Chloe asked Entrapta.
"Yes. From the data I've managed to extract, they regulate the planet through the princesses. They're directly connected to each other and to the planet's power grid in a delicate balance." Entrapta said to everyone. "Which means?" Catra asked Entrapta. "Which means, they're our best access point to hack the planet." Entrapta said to Catra, with a big smile on her face.
First One Temple
Light Hope was teaching Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet about the role the princess played on Etheria. "When the princesses and their elements are in balance, Etheria functions as it should. But the Horde is destroying us in their quest for power." Light hope said to everyone, before showing them the scars of war that the Horde has left behind around the world. "There is no predicting what they will do next." Light hope said to Adora.
Fright Zone
In the Fight Zone, everyone was surprised by Entrapta's words. "Hack the planet?" Catra asked Entrapta. "Hypothetically. But it's not so simple. There's only a handful of Runestones in the whole world." Entrapta said to everyone.
"Runestone? You mean, like the Black Garnet? Cause… we have the Black Garnet." Scorpia said to Entrapta. "The Black Garnet? You have a Runestone? The Fight Zone has a Runestone?" Entrapta asked Scorpia.
"Uh, duh. It was my family's. But when the Horde landed, we gave it to Hordak, who then gave it to Shadow Weaver, who- you tell a friend, he tells a friend, it's one of those things." Scorpia said to Entrapta.
"Where is it? Can I see it, touch it?" Entrapta asked Scorpia, as she jumped onto Scorpia's chest, and got in Scorpia's face. "Personal space Entrapta." Chloe said to Entrapta, as she and Catra forced Entrapta off Scorpia. "Okay, calm down. What exactly are you planning on doing to the Black Garnet?" Catra asked Entrapta.
"If we hack the Runestone grid, we could boost the Garnet's power and use it for… well, anything. As a power source, as-." Entrapta said to Catra, but was interrupted by Catra. "A weapon?" Catra asked Entrapta. "Potentially. But if it's like my other experiments, the results will be explosive." Entrapta said to Catra. "So you're more likely to turn the Black Garnet into a bomb than anything else." Chloe said to everyone.
"I don't think Shadow Weaver will like that." Scorpia said to everyone. "Scorpia's right. Shadow Weaver won't like it. So, I will absolutely get you the Black Garnet. Leave it all to me." Catra said to Entrapta, as she and Purrloin left the room. "Well then. Let's pack some gear, we can't bring the Black Garnet here. So we'll have to work in Shadow Weaver's room." Chloe said to Entrapta, as they got ready to work. Not knowing that Hordak's Imp was watching all of them, before going back to Hordak.
A few minutes later, the Imp returned to Hordak. "What do you have for me, little spy?" Hordak asked the Imp. "Catra, I've made great strides in analyzing the data from the First Ones data crystal. Look." The Imp said, with its voice, a recording of Entrapta's voice.
First One Temple
Back with Adora, she was swiping away the holograms. "This is all super good information, um, and I can't wait to hear more. Just one thing, though-" Adora said to Light Hope, but was interrupted by Light Hope again.
"Is there something you do not understand? I can start again from the beginning if you would like." Light Hope said to Adora. "Oh, for crying out loud. No! We're here for help. Not a history lesson." Charcadet said to Light Hope.
"He's right. Can we skip the part about my powers? I need to learn how to heal my friend." Adora said to Light Hope. "Your friend?" Light Hope asked Adora. "Yes. SHadow Weaver did something to Glimmer and took her powers away. I need to figure out how to heal her." Adora said to Light Hope.
"Her connection with her Runestone was disrupted." Light Hope said to Adora. "Can I fix it?" Adora asked Light Hope. "You will be able to do many incredible things with training." Light Hope said to Adora.
"Great. So, uh, how long will this take? Like a day or-?" Adora asked Light Hope, but was interrupted by Light Hope. "Years." Light Hope said to Adora. "Years? Glimmer doesn't have years. She's hurt because of me. I messed up. I got Glimmer, Bow, Noah and their Pokemon captured, and Entrapta- It's my fault. I have to fix it." Adora said to Light Hope.
"Yes. Your mission is to fix the planet." Light Hope said to Adora. "You gotta be kidding me." Charcadet said to Light Hope. "My mission is to help my friends. That's why I came here." Adora said to Light Hope.
"You are She-Ra. Your purpose is to protect all of Etheria. You cannot help only your friends." Light Hope said to Adora. "Why can't I do both?" Adora asked Light Hope. "Yeah, what good is saving the world without our friends in it." Eevee said to Light Hope.
"Adora, you do not yet realize the power you have. You are distracted by your attachments. There was one before you who could not let go. Her name was Mara." Light Hope said to Adora, before an image of another She-Ra appeared.
"Mara? Madame Razz's Mara? What happened to her?" Adora asked Light Hope. "Mara was the last She-Ra before you. She struggled with a power that she could not control until it became too much for her mind." Light Hope said to Adora.
"She snapped?" Adora asked Light Hope,as the area turned into a grassland over a night sky. "She was compromised. She gave in to fear and faulty reasoning. Her desperate actions led to devastation. Mara Stranded us in the empty dimension of Despandos." Light Hope said to Adora, as a large flash happened.
"She broke the She-Ra line. She nearly destroyed us." Light Hope said to Adora. "But why did she break? Did she not have anyone to help her?" Eevee asked everyone, as the room turned back to normal. "Adora, I have waited here for a thousand years alone. I did not know if I would ever see another She-Ra. You must stay here and train, learn to be the She-Ra that Mara could not be." Light Hope said to Adora.
"I will. I will do whatever you want. I'll come back and train, and learn about everything. But I have to heal Glimmer first. I can save the planet and save her." Adora said to Light Hope.
That's when holograms of Glimmer, Bow, Noah, and all of their Pokemon were laying on the floor, making Adora gasp. Then Adora saw Glimmer in Shadow Weaver's trap. "Adora?" A voice asked Adora. Adora turned to see Catra standing next to her, and left her just as she did on the day she turned against the Horde.
"I just need a little more time." A voice said, before Adora noticed a hologram of the moment they thought Entrapta was killed. "You feel guilt at these memories. It is as you said, your friends are endangered by your presence. It is better to let go now." Light Hope said to Adora.
"And what, rot down here with you? How can you expect us to fix the world when we are not a part of it? It's true we must let go of the pain our memories bring, but if we let go of those we're fighting for, then what's the point of any of this?" Charcadet asked Light Hope.
"It is the duty of She-Ra to fix their world." Light Hope said to Charcadet. "But I can't just leave my friends." Adora said to Light Hope, before bending down and hugging Eevee and Charcadet, trying to make herself feel better.
Fright Zone
Back in the Fight Zone, the Outcasts were attacking stuff to the Black garnet, with Catra and Purrloin watching. "All right, hurry it up. Those machines aren't going to hook up themselves." Catra said to everyone. "You know it would be faster if you helped." Chloe said to Catra. "Nah, I'll leave the hooking up to you." Catra said to Chloe.
"They won't be hooked up at all." Shadow Weaver said, as she came into the room, and using her magic to look really scary. "Shadow Weaver. We just- uh-." Scorpia said to Shadow Weaver, getting scared, and was interrupted by Shadow Weaver.
"Silence!" Shadow Weaver said to Scorpia. "Did you really think you could invade my inner sanctum without me noticing?" Shadow Weaver asked everyone. "Given how much stuff we have on the Black Garnet, yeah, we did." Chleo said to Shadow Weaver. "You tell her Chloe." Catra said to Chloe.
"I never thought you two were so bold as to openly rebel, but it'll be my pleasure to put you back in your place, and finally teach Chloe where she belongs around here." Shadow Weaver said to Catra and Chloe, getting ready to attack them.
This caused Scorpia and Stufful to hide, and caused Entrapta to cover Emily and Klink's eyes. But Chloe and Catra weren't scared. Even Purrloin and Oshawott weren't scared of Shadow Weaver.
"Oh, Shadow Weaver. I can do whatever I want with this hunk of rock." Catra said to Shadow Weaver. "Absurd. By whose authority?" Shadow Weaver asked Catra. "By mine." A voice said to Shadow Weaver.
That's when Shadow Weaver noticed Hordak on all the monitors. "Lord Hordak, I don't understand." Shadow Weaver said to Hordak. "Catra and Entrapta have been working on a way to meld this strange First Ones tech with our machines, to weaponize it. I found out and was intrigued. I gave Force Captain Catra and her team my blessing to go ahead. So, understand, Shadow Weaver. I'm displeased with your interruption." Hordak said to Shadow Weaver.
"My Lord, you're really going to let this- this princess tinker with my Runestone?" Shadow Weaver said to Hordak. "Your Runestone. I thought this was Hordak's. After all, Scorpia's family had it first, then it was given to Hordak as a gift, then Hordak allows you to use it. Which means this Runestone belongs to Hordak, not you. Plus Entrapta is able to get a better use out of it, then to help you with your magic fix." Chloe said to Shadow Weaver, tapping the Black Garnet, making Shadow Weaver mad.
"Chloe is correct. Entrpata's tinkering has boosted the firepower of every weapon she's touched. So yes, she gets to tinker with whatever she wants. Including the Black Garnet, which is mine to give or take as I see fit." Hordak said to Shadow Weaver.
"You can't. You can't do this! I alone have learned how to draw power from it, a feat no sorceress has done before. I have unlocked its potential!" Shadow Weaver said to Hordak. "And you wasted it on parlor tricks. Force Captain Catra, proceed. The Garnet is yours." Hordak said to Shadow Weaver and Catra.
"Yes, Lord Hordak." Catra said to Hordak, looking at Shadow Weaver. "No!" Shadow Weaver said, as she let out a surge of black magic, breaking all the monitors. "Stop her! Don't let her-" Catra said to everyone, but was interrupted by Shadow Weaver.
"You won't take what is mine!" Shadow Weaver said, as she tried to touch the Black Garnet. "The Black Garnet and its power was never yours. You're just it's leech." Chloe said, as she fired a flew bolts from her shock pistol, hitting Shadow Weaver and forcing Shadow Weaver away from the Black Garnet, and letting out Greninja and Crawdaunt from their Pokeballs.
But Shadow Weaver got really mad, and let out all the magic she had in her, hitting everyone but Catra and Purrloin with a shadow blast, making them freeze with a violet red outline.
Shadow Weaver tried to hit Catra and Purrloin, but they dodged her attacks. "Purrloin follow my lead and use Furry Swipe." Catra said to Purrloin, as they jumped around the room.
"That's right, run away. It's the only thing you've ever been good at." Shadow Weaver said to Catra, as she started to rip the room apart, trying to hit Catra and Purrloin. "Says the woman whose only talent is leeching and insulting." Purrloin said to Shadow Weaver.
"Shut up you worthless cat. Catra's always been a disappointment. She've learned nothing from me." Shadow Weaver said to Purrloin. "The only thing she's been a disappointment to you, is not having magic. Isn't that why you like Adora more then her, Adora had something a leech like you wanted? As for the teaching part, she can't learn anything from you, if all you do is intuit and ignore her." Purrloin said to Shadow Weaver.
"Oh, but you're both wrong about that. I've learned a lot from her." Catra said to Shadow Weaver and Purrloin. "How to predict when you'll strike, how to dodge, how to resist." Catra said to Shadow Weaver, as she and Purrloin dodged Shadow Weaver's attacks.
"You thought you were punishing me all these years? Wrong." Catra said to Shadow Weaver, as she and Purrloin moved to pounce on Shadow Weaver. "You were training me for this day!" Catra said to Shadow Weaver, as she and purrloin dived from above, with Catra slashing Shadow Weaver's crystal breaking it, and Purrloin slashed up Shadow Weaver's mask.
"NO!" Shadow Weaver screamed, as she lost her magic, her mask was covered in cracks with a little bit of blood leaking out of the cracks, and dropping to her knees. That's when everyone else was freed from her dark magic.
"Come back. Come back to me. Come back to me." Shadow Weaver said, with a weepy tune in her voice, as she tried to fix her crystal. That's when a shadow cast over Shadow Weaver, and Shadow Weaver looked up to see Catra and Purrloin giving Shadow Weaver a smug look, with Purrloin on Catra's shoulder.
"Scorpia, Chloe, restrain the sorceress." Catra said to Scorpia and Chloe. Scorpia and Chloe then picked Shadow Weaver. "We won't have to worry about her any longer." Catra said to them. "I'll find the deepest cell in the prison for her." Chloe said to Catra, before she and Scorpia took Shadow Weaver away, with their Pokemon following them, and ready to attack if Shadow Weaver tried anything. Catra and Purrloin watched this with a smile on their faces.
"Entrapta, if you would." Catra said to Entrapta, gesturing a hand to the controller. Entrapta got excited and moved to the controls. "All right, everyone, let's get weird." Entrpata said to everyone, as she turned on the machine.
That's when the Black Garnet let out red electricity. A few minutes later, Scorpia, Chloe, and their Pokemon walked back into the room. "Look." Scorpia said, as shadows entered the Black Garnet. Then the lights exploded. A second later a burst of black energy with a red outline burst into the sky.
Whispering Woods
Meanwhile with the Best Friend Squad, they were walking through the Whispering Woods, with Swift Wind talking nonstop. "And then I realized I'm free, but the other horses aren't. So I named myself Swift Wind after the swift winds of revolution and left to go kick down stable doors. Freedom, equality and hay for all." Swift Wind said to Bow.
"Will you shut up! We're supposed to be looking for Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet, and all you've been talking about is your horse thing. And at most the only thing you'll get is all the horses in the stable free, you will not become the king of horses, you will not get a kingdom of your own, and you will not get a chair in the war room." Feraligatr said to Swift Wind.
"But come on Feraligatr, imagine it, a land with wide open areas, nothing but grass as far as the eye can see, not stable or saddles in sight. I'd even let the Pokemon run free." Swift Wind said to Feraligatr. "Two things. One, I'm a Feraligatr, I like ponds and rivers, not grasslands. And two, I'd like you better when you couldn't talk." Feraligatr said to Swift Wind.
That's when glimmer heard some rustling. "Do you hear that?" Glimmer asked everyone. That's when a bunch of deer creatures came running past them. "That. is not a good sign." Noah said to everyone, before a bug monster came charging at them.
Glimmer shrieked and tried to teleport away, but couldn't. "Get behind us!" Bow said, as everyone got in front of Glimmer, and got ready for a fight. But the bug monster ignored them.
"What was that about?" Glimmer asked everyone. "Nothing good. When creatures of all kinds run in the same direction, it's a sign something is really wrong." Noah said to Glimmer.
"I feel something. We should run." Swift Wind said to everyone. "If you say to horse freedom, I will smash you." Feraligatr said to Swift Wind, before rubbing his head. "No, it's something bad. But no, we can't run. We have to get Adora. Adora, then run.
"Swift Wind, what is it?" Bow asked Swift Wind. "A bad thing. Hurry." Swift Wind said to everyone, before whimpering and running. Everyone looked at each other for a second, with the Pokemon holding a hand to their heads, before following Swift Wind.
Fright Zone
Back in the Fight Zone, the Outcasts were looking at the Black Garnet. "Amazing. The garnet is siphoning energy at a near exponential rate. Yet the output is still building." Entrapta said to everyone. "What does that mean?" Catra asked Entrapta. "Besides giving me a headache, I have no idea." Purrloin said to Catra, as she and the other held a hand to their heads. "No, it means things are getting interesting." Entrapta said to everyone.
Whispering Woods
Meanwhile with the Best Friend Squad, they were still walking through the woods, but as they did, the woods started to lose color and get colder, with all Pokemon having headaches that were getting worse.
"Is it just me or is it really cold?" Bow asked everyone. "Well maybe if you wore more than a shirt for your chest, you won't get cold so easily." Noah said to everyone, before it started to snow. "It's snowing?" Glimmer asked everyone. "That's impossible. It never snows in the Whispering Woods." Bow said to Glimmer. "And yet it's." Noah said to Bow.
That's when something exploded and a strong gust of snow came at them. "What's happening?" Glimmer asked, as she, Bow, and Noah grabbed Swift Wing, and the Pokemon held onto Feraligatr. "The bad thing." Swift Wind said to everyone. "That still makes no sense." Feraligatr said to Swift Wind.
That's when red lighting sticked from the sky. "We can't stay here." Bow said to everyone. "Whatever gave you that idea, Bow?" Noah asked Bow, with a flat look on his face. "Swift Wind, do you sense Adora?" Bow asked Swift Wind. Swift Wind then grunted and made his horn glow.
"There! She's over there." Swift Wind said to everyone, as they noticed a beacon of light. "Let's hope Eevee and Carcadet are with her." Noah said to everyone, as they moved towards the light, trying not to get blown away by the blizzard.
Soon they reached the First One Temple. Then they tried to open the temple, but had no luck. "This would be a great time for my powers to come back." Glimmer said to everyone, getting upset. "Complaining about it isn't going to help get this thing open." Noah said to Glimmer.
"Wait, wait. I know this. Hang on. I think I can…" Swift Wind said to everyone, as his horn glowed, and touched the temple wall. That's when the temple glowed, and an underground passage opened. Everyone then ran into the temple, before the door to the passage closed.
Swift Wind led everyone through the temple, but stopped moving, when the hallway became a black wall. "What is that?" Bow asked everyone, as they heard something crawling in the walls. "Uh… This way." Swift Wind said to everyone, before leading them down a different halfway.
That's when they found Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet laying on a crystal, with lines under them. "Adora! Adora, Eevee, Charcadet, we're here. Wake up." Bow said to them, as they all moved to them. But they showed no sign of response. "I think I can reach Adora. Hold on." Swift Wind said to everyone, as a ball of light appeared on the end of his horn, and pointed it at Adora.
"Swift Wind?" Glimmer asked Swift Wind, not knowing what he was doing. "Uh… Glimmer?" Bow said to Glimmer, as everyone noticed the security bots crawling at them. This made Bow and Glimmer scream and hugged each other, as everyone else, minus Swift Wind, got ready for a fight.
Adora, Eevee, Charcadet's head
While thinking about what Light Hope said to them, the place started to bug out. "The Horde is hurting us. Balance Etheria." Light hope said to everyone, with her voice distorted. "Light hope? Light hope, come back." Adora said to Light Hope, before Light Hope disappeared. "I don't know what to do." Adora said, before dropping to her knees.
"We'll figure something out, Adora. I know you can help Glimmer, and if Light Hope won't help, then we'll figure it out together, as a team." Eevee said to Adora, as she and Charcadet moved to Adora's side.
"Adora?" Swift Wind's voice echoed in their mind. "Who's talking?" Charcadet asked everyone. "Adora?" The voice asked again, before Swift Wind appeared in their mind. "Our horse?" Adora asked. "Once again, I'm no one's horse. I'm Swift Wind." Swift Wind said to Adora.
"You can talk?" Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet asked Swift Wind at the same time. "Yes, I can talk." Swift Wind said to them. "You can talk?" Adora, Eevee, and Charcadet asked Swift Wind at the same time, freaking out a little, and annoying Swift Wind.
"I can see why you're friends with Bow, Noah, and Glimmer. They need your help, which is why I'm here. So, which way's the exit?" Swift Wind asked Adora. "I don't know. Light Hope disappeared and I- I don't know if I should go back." Adora said to Swift WInd.
"What do you mean?" Swift Wind asked Adora. "Yeah, what's wrong Adora?" Charcadet asked Adora. "Light Hope said if I leave here, I'll make things worse. She's right. Everyone will be better off if I just stay far away from them. It's for the greater good." Adora said to Swift Wind.
"What about you? Will it be better for you if you're all alone?" Eevee asked Adora. "Yeah. I may not know what happened to Mara, but with Light Hope's personality. I'm guessing she was under a lot of pressure and with no one to talk to, she lost control. That may be how she broke the world. So tell me? Will running away from the people and Pokemon that care about you really help you save the world?" Charcadet asked Adora.
"I agree with Eevee and Charcadet, you're talking stupid." Swift Wind said to Adora. "What? No, it's not." Adora said to everyone. "Adora, I've had the ability to form complex thoughts for like a week, and even I know you can't help by hiding. Where would all the horses I feed be if I just sat in a pasture and moped?" Swift Wind asked Adora.
"In his own, odd way, he's right. If you hide in here and train until Light Hope says you're ready, there's no guarantee that the Rebellion or any of our friends will be around. After all, the world keeps turning with or without you. So Instead of hiding here and moping, let's go home and be with our friends." Charcadet said to Adora.
Adora scoffed and crossed her arms. "I'm not moping." Adora said to everyone. "Really? I thought that's what you were doing before Swift Wind showed up?" Eevee asked Adora, as everyone gave her a blank look.
"I'm not. I hurt people, I ruined my friends' lives." Adora said to everyone. "If that's true, then why are Bow, Glimmer, Noah, and all of their Pokemon here trying to rescue you?" Swift Wind said to Adora, before holograms of everyone fighting back in reality appeared, with Glimmer holding Adora.
"They're all risking their lives. Not because you're She-Ra, but because you're their friend. What good is all your power if you don't use it to help the people you love?" Swift Wind asked Adora. "I believe I said something similar to Light Hope earlier." Eevee said to Adora.
"I'm not Mara. I'm not the She-Ras of the past. I didn't do this to fulfill some destiny. I became She-Ra to help others. My attachments, my friends are a part of who I am." Adora said to everyone. "Glad to hear you're making sense." Charcadet said to Adora. "So, are you staying or going?" Swift Wind asked Adora.
Adora gave him a look, before pulling out her sword. "Let's go." Adora said to everyone, as an exit opened. Everyone looked at each other before going through the exit.
First One Temple
Back in reality, Adora, Eevee, Charcadet, and Swift Wind opened their eyes, with Glimmer noticing this. "Adora, You're back." Glimmer said to Adora, before hugging Adora. "Sure, all the love for Adora, none for us." Charcadet said to Glimmer. "It's good to see you too." Glimmer said to Characadet.
"Adora, Spiders!" Bow said to Adora. "Yeah, can you turn these things off!" Noah said to Adora. "For the honor of Grayskull!" Adora said, before turning into She-Ra. Adora then jumped into the air, and came down on it;s head, ramming her sword into its head.
When she got off the spider to face the rest, the spider bots shut down. This made everyone laugh and run up and hug Adora.
A few minutes later, everyone was on Swift Wind back, riding out of the temple, with all the Pokemon back in their Pokeballs, plus Charcadet, Quaxly, and Espurr finally in their new Pokeballs.
While moving back to Bright Moon, the Whispering Woods started to fall apart, with tree branches and vines getting in the wave. Adora was able to cut most of them, but then a large tree started to fall, and it was going to land right on top of them.
"Now, Swifty." Adora said to Swift Wind. "Hold on." Swift Wind said to everyone, as he took into the air. "You know. You really should have led with that!" Noah said to Swift Wind.
"Guys, look." Bow said to everyone, before they noticed the storm was everywhere they could see. "It's not just the woods, it's…" Glimmer said to everyone, but was interrupted by Adora. "It's the entire world." Adora said to everyone, making Glimmer gasp. "Bright Moon. Swift Wind, hurry." Glimmer said to Swift Wind, before Swift Wind started to fly as fast as he could to Bright moon.
Fright Zone
Back in the Fight Zone, the Outcasts, minus Entrapta, were looking at the storm they made, with their Pokemon holding their heads as best they could, trying to work through the killer headache they have.
"Wow." Scorpia said, with a little fear in her voice, before she heard a crash of thunder nearby, and freaked out even more, by covering her head. "What do you think it's doing?" Scorpia asked everyone. "I don't know." Catra said to Scopria. "I may not know magic, but given what Entrapta said earlier, this feels like we overload the power grad of the planet." Chloe said to everyone.
"Okay, I can work with this." Catra said to everyone, with a big grin on her face. "I'm crues to see how you can use this mess we made?" Chloe asked Catra.
