When the team arrived they were met with a kid that had a gun pointed at a group of guys. Percy was already walking to the kid. "Noah, take the gun down," demanded Percy. "No! They killed Malvo and Jay! They have to die!" shouted Noah back. The team spread out, which Percy noticed. "Gibbs I swear if one of them shots him I will beat the shit out of them. Call them back!" snapped Percy. Gibbs ignored him tho he did not want the kid to get shot. "Noah, don't throw your live away like this! Think about it they aren't worth it!" called Percy and moved closer. "They killed them! I have to take revenge!" shouted the kid and the gun was trembling. "Noah, look at me! Octavian and his handlings will pay for it. They will rot in prison for it. Malvo and Jay wouldn't want you to revenge them like this. They wouldn't want for you to become a murderer," said Percy. Noah looked at Percy tears streaming down his face. "They need to get revenged," uttered Noah. "But not like this. Noah don't do it. Please. It won't change anything and just make it worse. Hand me the gun, Noah," stated Percy holding out his hand. "Come on Noah. Miranda already lost two brothers. Don't make her lose a good friend too," said Percy softly. Noah let his hand with the gun fall. Percy stepped forward and pulled the gun from Noah before hugging Noah who broke down.
Octavian use it to run, but Percy wasn't having it and shot Octavian in both legs. "You should've stayed dead," sneered Percy. Octavian glared at Percy and threw a dagger. Percy caught it before it could hit Noah.
Gibbs and his team arrested the others and called an ambulance. "Octavian, should you get free be sure that Reyna and so will have a word with you. I hope you suffer," stated Percy with a glare that sent shiver down anyone who saw it. Percy lead Noah away. "Jackson!" shouted Gibbs. "Yes?" responded Percy. "8 am. in the office," stated Gibbs. "I'll be there," responded Percy and left the scene with Noah.
Next day 8 am Percy walked into the office with a coffee in hand trying to stay composed. "What happened to you?" asked Bishop. "Long night. I had to watch Noah and Miranda and forgot I had ice cream which those demons ate before I realized it. Both have ADHD," answered Percy stifling a yawn. "That bad?" asked Tony. "Never ever let someone with ADHD eat or drink something with much sugar unless you got the energy to keep up with them or hate whoever has to take over watching," responded Percy. "How much sleep did you get?" asked Bishop. "I think an hour maybe two," replied Percy drinking the rest of his coffee. Gibbs came in and raised his eyebrow when he saw Percy. "What is it?" asked Percy to tired to care. "Sure you should drink coffee?" asked Gibbs. "It's fine. I only slept for at max two hours. It'll balance out," replied Percy. "What are you talking about?" asked Tony. "I have ADHD, too but learned to control it better than the kids have yet" answered Percy. "Good to know," commented Tony. "Why did you want me here anyways?" asked Percy. "You're on the team now," replied Gibbs. Percy blinked a few times. "Are you sure? I'm only what the second month here and I did threatened you before. Sure you don't mean you fire me?" asked Percy. "No. You got some talent and it good to have someone that can ignore protocol easily if needed," replied Gibbs. "Alright, just wanted to make sure," responded Percy. "Your desk is over there," stated Gibbs and pointed to an empty desk next to McGees. Percy nodded and flopped down on his chair. "Who is watching the kids now?" asked McGee. "My wife. Once she heard about what happened she came back from her job in Greece. She is bringing them back once they wake up," replied Percy sleepily. "back?" asked Bishop. "Yeah, it's still summer so everyone who isn't working is currently there either helping with the kids or are the kids to watch," answered Percy. "Jeez when was the last time you slept?" asked McGee. "Yesterday for an hour or two," replied Percy in a duh tone of voice. "Before that," responded McGee. Percy shrugged. "You don't know when it was the last time before that?" asked Bishop concerned. "Insomnia and ADHD can keep you awake for a while, tho I think it should be two days ago," replied Percy. "Anything else we should know about?" asked McGee. "Don't touch me outside my view while I am spaced out," replied Percy. "What happens if we do?" asked Bishop. Percy looked at Tony. "You get your arm twisted by him on reflex," said Tony. "Sorry about that," commented Percy. Bishop and McGee looked concerned. "How old are you again?" asked Bishop. "18 about to become 19," replied Percy a slight sad smile on his face. "That's young to become an agent," commented McGee. Percy shrugged. Tony just starred at Percy. "Is something wrong?" asked Percy getting annoyed. "How the heck could you beat that group?!" asked Tony. "I am talented," replied Percy. Tony shook his head.
"Dead marine at a Navy base," announced Gibbs and everyone got up and out to the crime scene.
The marine had a deep slash on his stomach and a sword was next to him with blood. "At least we don't have to search for the weapon," commented McGee. Percy looked around. "That's not the sword he got killed with. If it was there would be way more blood on it," stated Percy and started to follow a small trail of blood. It went nearly outside the port. "Jackson?" asked Gibbs when he noticed Percy. "Crap, Call an ambulance! I found the other one!" called Percy and pulled a marine out behind a trash can. Tony was already calling an ambulance while Ducky came to treat the wound. Percy ripped the shirt of the marine and made make shift bandages to put pressure on the multiple wounds. Ducky took over and Percy helped as best as he could which was a bit alarming for a few as he did help greatly. Fortunately for the marine the ambulance was fast and he got brought to the hospital. "So two marines that were sword fighting and it went wrong?" asked Bishop. "You have the second sword?" asked Gibbs back. Ducky gave Percy a few paper towels to wipe off the blood he got on him. It helped a bit. "The marine who is still alive wasn't injured by a sword. It was either a small knife or someone untrained with a dagger," commented Percy. "You can tell that by the wounds?" asked McGee surprised. "I and my wife are combat instruters and are teaching sword fighting and the use of a dagger," replied Percy. "That doesn't explain how you could tell the cause of the cuts," argued Bishop. "To be aloud to teach you have to know how to use them and what injuries they cause," responded Percy. "Jackson is right," called Tony and held a dagger up that laid next to where Percy pulled the second marine from. "Still weird you knew it from seeing the wounds and knew how to treat them," commented Bishop. Percy gave a strained smile. "I know," muttered Percy and sighed. "It would be great if you could find the second sword," said Tony. Percy scoffed. "I'm not a dog," commented Percy. "Maybe there wasn't one," suggested Bishop. "There got to be. The marine shows signs of a sword used against him while he tried to defend himself with one. The dagger wouldn't have caused those," said Percy. "Got to agree with him," commented a new voice behind Percy. Percy jumped and swirled around nearly punching the one behind him. "Damnit! You should know not to do that!" complained Percy. "Got to see if you got rusty," replied the man. "You know what fuck you. I should've pulled through maybe then you learn from it," responded Percy irritated. "Wouldn't hurt your old friend," argued the marine. "Are you sure about it? The Sargent believed that too," questioned Percy. The marine barked out a laugh. "It's a mystery how you didn't got thrown out for that," commented the marine. "I'm Captian Kaluha. Jackson and I went to boot camp together before he got sent out," stated the Captain. "Jackson you know the victims by any chance?" asked Tony rasing a brow. "No I don't," replied Percy. "What are you doing here Captain?" asked Gibbs. "The marine was under me. Our troop came back a few days ago. I would like to know who did this to him," replied that Captain. Percy grimace a bit. "Where?" asked Percy. "We were sent to replace your squad," answered the captain. Percy nodded. "And where is that?" asked Tony. "Top secret mission," answered Percy and the captain at the same time. "But wasn't Jackson just a soldier?" asked McGee. "Jackson and just a soldier? That guy beat nearly all records and was the youngest to get picked for a squad of the special unites. He is a fucking death bringer on the battle field. I believe the only one who could come close to him is his girl. I saw them train once and that was on a beach near our base. Even the superiors were shocked at their battle instincts," replied the captain. "She taught me a few things before I found my style of fighting," commented Percy. "I think I got a video somewhere of that. Perhaps you want to watch it once I find it," suggested the captain. Percy eyes widen. "No, they don't," stated Percy. "But we do, probie," responded Tony. "Back to the case. What can you tell us about the marine?" asked Gibbs. "He was a great guy and fascinated by swords and so on. Many liked him and only a very few disliked him. He was trying to break the records set by Jackson," replied the captain. "Anyone who could have a motive to kill him and injuring another one critical?" asked Percy. "No, not that I could think off but two others are missing. One was the marine brought to the hospital. The other one is Petty officer Galarg," answered the Captain. "Galarg?" asked Percy surprised. "Yeah he isn't the same since we came back. He and his buddy were caught but only he made it out alive, he kept saying that someone gave out their location and that this person will pay," replied the Captain. Percy perked up. "A mole?" asked Percy. The captain nodded. "We are suspecting that someone gave out the location of your squad which was the reason you got attacked," answered the captain. "Any leads?" asked Percy. "As if I tell you that we need them alive and concious to know if it's true," responded the captain. Percy rolled his eyes. "Should Galarg contact you let us know," said Gibbs and turned away. "Should we know something?" asked Bishop. "Wait! You don't know what he did?" asked the captain surprised. "No?" answered McGee. "It was nothing," said Percy. "Nothing? You and Ray completely destroyed a group of 23 and nearly beat them into a coma because they had set the bombs that killed your buddies. You snapped at a superior because of the way he worked us to the bones and some actually got health issues from that. You even attacked a captain that was using his position against women," questioned the captain. Percy glared at him and the captain began to sweat slightly. "Jesus Christ," uttered Tony. "I'm not sure what scares me more his history or his glare," commented Bishop quietly. "As long as you are good with him he won't do anything and if a fight comes you are going to be glad to have him on your side," stated the Captain once Percy stopped glaring. "Talking out of experience?" asked Tony. "I saw him destroying Navy seals that trained for 10 years," replied the captain. "It was a training and the two went easy on me," argued Percy. "And it's still a feat. This dumbass however refused the offer to go to the seals," said the captain. "You should learn to keep your mouth shut," commented Percy irritated and left. "Remember the memorial service next week!" called the captain. "As if I would forget something like that!" shouted Percy back. "Memorial service?" asked Bishop. "For his squad. Only him and the one that went ballistic with him on the terrorist group were the only survivors of his squad. It's been a year next week," answered the captain. "Why was it that he came to the NCIS 2 months ago?" asked Tony. "He had to heal not just mentally but physical too. He was hit by splinters but kept it hidden same as the other one. They were hellbent on revenge. The concerning thing is that from what was told me the two didn't show that they were injured even the slightest," replied the captain looking after Percy. "How bad was it?" asked Bishop. "Going by the report he had a splinter stuck in his arm, and a few in his side. The two treated the injuries they had. The two were the youngest out of the squad," answered the captain. "And they still beat 23?!" asked Tony stunned. "If you don't count the people they beat up to get information on the group yes," replied the captain. "The kid is something else," commented Bishop. "Look out for him. Even before all that happened he has been through much," stated the captain and confused the trio. "Like what?" asked McGee. "I don't know. Perce kept to himself about his past and only talked to a few. They had either that camp necklace or branding on their arm. They all are great fighters, extremely good on the battlefield some are more talented in other fields like medical or engineering but all are young. There must be something about it that camp. They all respect Perce and listen to him even if they are superiors to him when it comes to a battle. I once was with him on a mission. It went wrong but most got away with light injuries. We didn't even lost any. The troop was made of many youngsters and quite a few of them had camp necklace or branding. The leading one had a branding one and called something. Perce rushed out of his hiding place and took the lead. The apparently fellow campers listen to every command Percy shouted no matter how suicidal it was. Somehow they made it work and even recovered the injured ones. The trust those people have in each other is amazing, even if they don't know each other before once they see the necklace or branding it's as if a switch is flipped," explained the captain. The three agents starred dumbfounded at the captain. "That's how I felt," commented the captain amused. "How can someone of his age have this sort of talent?" asked Bishop. "Maybe he tells you. We tried to get him to open up but it didn't work. He knows how to keep secrets," replied the captain. "Ok. Anyways it was great talking to you, but we got to go back to work," said Tony. "Of course, I gather the rest of the troop to make it easier for you to question them," replied the captain. "Thanks," responded Bishop. The captain left. "Why do I have the feeling Jackson is going to be like a story you don't actually want to read but have no choice?" asked Bishop. "You're not the only one. Gibbs wouldn't just put someone with only 2 months of training on the team. There has to be more that made him do it," agreed McGee.
