Percy returned quietly and glared at the whole team. Gibbs narrowed his eyes. "You're good?" asked Gibbs. "yes," answered Percy and sat down on his desk. "I meant are you injured somehow? You're walking a bit stiff," asked Gibbs. Percy ignored him. Gibbs got up and kicked Percy's leg slightly. Percy tensed and his glare intensived. "What happened to your leg?" asked Gibbs. "Nothing now leave me alone until we have a case," replied Percy. "Go to Ducky and let him check your leg. You got to be fit for the field," instructed Gibbs. "I am fine and don't need to be checked by him. Nothing happened," responded Percy. "It's an order," stated Gibbs. "I don't care because I am just fine," responded Percy. "Either you go alone or I will drag you down if I have too," threatened Gibbs. "Try me," dared Percy.

The team looked godsmacked at Percy. Gibbs twisted one of Percy arms behind his back and cuffed it to the chair. In response to that Percy lashed out with his other arm. Gibbs caught it and used Percy handcuffs to cuff the arm to the chair to. "Are you serious?" asked Percy annoyed. "Tony bring him down to Ducky," ordered Gibbs. Percy sighed and Tony stood up to take Percy down to Ducky. Suddenly a low crack was heard. Percy pulled out his hand from a cuff before using a key to unlock the other. "What the fuck was that?" asked Tony. "I dislocated my wrist," answered Percy relocating his wrist again. "Why did you do that?" asked Bishop. "Because I don't like being restrained and I don't need to be checked as I am completely fine," answered Percy rubbing his wrists. "Your leg is injured," argued Gibbs. "Which is partly your fucking fault. Because you pulled that shit yesterday one of my fucking enemies found me easily. Castor nearly got killed in the fight," snapped Percy back. "Your enemies?" asked McGee. "Yes, guess what I did not only piss of law enforcement when I tried my hardest to protect my people. I am on their top spot to kill since I pose to biggest threat to them right next to me are my friends and my girl. You seeking us out and nearly getting me to snap made it easy for them to find me and I got careless. Now if you excuse me I leave before I do something we all are going to regret later," ranted Percy and stormed off.

The team stated after Percy shocked. "I know we shouldn't dig into his past but that is pretty concerning," commented Bishop. "McGee follow him through the camaras," ordered Gibbs. McGee did. "He went to the gym," stated McGee and pulled up the footage on the big screen. Percy was punching the Sandsack remorseless. Suddenly Percy spun around to the door, but fell to the ground. "What about the sound?" asked Gibbs. McGee quickly did open the voice recording.

Percy sighed. "Leon, we said not to try and sneak up on me or any of us. You know that we might accidentally throw a weapon," said Percy. Leon walked into the view. "I wasn't. You were too concentrated on demolishing the bag," replied Leon squadding down. "What happened?" asked Leon. "Just had a shitty day and snapped at Agent Gibbs," answered Percy. "Your leg?" asked Leon. "It's fine," replied Percy. "You do realize that you just tripped and fell because of your leg being injured? Chiron had let me know that you have a tendency for self-destruction," said Leon. "You did your research old man," commented Percy defeated. "I'm your boss so I had to do a little search on you," responded Leon. "It's nothing bad. Just encountered on of them again. I'll be good in a few days," stated Percy. "You seen a doc for this?" asked Leon. Percy nodded. "Don't over work yourself," commented Leon and stood up. "You sound like Chiron," muttered Percy. "Prehabs because you work under me and I'm responsible for you," responded Leon. "That sounds like you are going to adopt me," scoffed Percy. "If I see you get worse I suspend you from work until you get cleared by a doctor," stated Leon. "Sure," agreed Percy. "Now join your team again. They are bound to get a case at some time," instructed Leon. "If they continue pressing for answers and shit I can't guarantee anything," commented Percy getting up. "Just try to trust them. It will be good for you," said Leon. "I do trust them, but there are things they can't know," stated Percy. "Why can't they know?" asked Leon. "Because I don't want them to know of the brutality of my life, of the things I had to do for us to survive. They won't understand it. Nobody outsides understand what we've been through because of who we are," replied Percy. "Won't understand what?" asked Leon. "That we went through 2 wars as chi-..." responded Percy but stopped and looked wide eyed at Leon. "Two wars? How come you went through two wars when you are barely an adult?" asked Leon. "It doesn't matter," answered Percy going to the door. "Jackson! You need to talk with someone outside your little group!" called Leon and sighed when Percy just walked out of the gym.

The team looked stunned at the Tv. "Was he about to say child soldiers?" asked Bishop. "There is now way he went to two wars. He only served a bit over a year," argued Tony. "Maybe two different missions in different countries?" suggested McGee. "No, Jackson has been listed only in the Iraq. There he went on multiple missions from just patrolling to raiding high ranked buildings of the Taliban," said Gibbs. "That only leaves the possibility of him having to fight in Gang wars," stated Bishop. "I wasn't in a gang, nor is it that simple. Don't even try to get answers to that. I don't like to talk about it nor do I want to remember it," said Percy walking in. "Jesus Christ! How did we not notice you??" questioned Tony. "A skill I learned as a kid," answered Percy sitting down at his desk. "Any more on that?" asked Bishop. "My first stepdad was a piece of shit," answered Percy. "What?" asked McGee slightly confused. "He was a drunk gambling addict,x answered Percy, his hand unconsciously going over his shoulder where multiple small scars scattered around his skin. They were from a beer bottle smashing into pieces on his shoulder. Gibbs noted that and got the basic of what might have happened so he didn't push it.

Percy eye brows furrowed when his eyes landed on a letter that sat on his desk with an all too familiar symbol. Sighing Percy grabbed the letter and opened it slowly after all it was not named and the symbol of Hermes was on it. The only indicator for Percy. Nothing happened so Percy read the letter. "Oh for gods sakes, you got to be kidding me," muttered Percy slamming his head onto his desk. Most of the team jumped a bit. "Are you alright?" asked McGee concerned. "Yeah, yeah, sorry about the scare," replied Percy and sat up again. "The letter so bad?" asked Tony amused. "Considering it's an invitation to a family dinner with all of my family, Yes it is," answered Percy. "You don't like your family?" asked Bishop. "I like some, others I can tolerate and then there is that one aunt of a bitch and the drama queen my uncle. It either ends nice and without a problem or we are trying to beat eachother into a coma at least because of the behavior or the reason behind this dinner," explained Percy annoyed as fuck. Thunder sounded multiple times and Percy just looked even more annoyed.

Many looked confused about the thunder but shrugged it off.

"That sounds worse than it could be. You are family after all," argued Bishop. "If you knew my family you wouldn't say that and expect worse. I'm not even sure how many cousins I actually have nor half-siblings," responded Percy. "Of how many cousins and siblings do you know?" asked McGee. "3 cousins my age , 8 cousins older than me. Uh 1 younger halfbrother, 1 that was older than me, 1 that is older and still alive, tho he doesn't like me much, uh yeah more I know of but didn't met really," answered Percy. "1that was older? What happened to him?" asked Tony. "He died a few years ago," answered Percy. "Oh, I'm sorry. Do you know how?" asked Bishop softly. "Eh don't be sorry for him, he was an ass and led an underground fighting ring, which then got him killed," replied Percy. "Uh okay, but he still was your brother," argued Bishop. "The first and last time we met, he wanted to kill me, so excuse me for not feeling sorry about the fact he died," responded Percy. "That's messed up," commented Tony. "Yeah sure that's messed up," commented Percy quietly. "Do you know who killed him? Did they catch the culprit?" asked McGee. "Yeah, I know who was, but uh he killed the psycho in self-defense, so he fine," answered Percy shifting slightly. "Was that what the police concluded?" asked Gibbs noticing Percy fiddling with his wedding ring. "Uh yes," answered Percy. "What's the name of your brother?" asked Gibbs. "Why do you want to know?" asked Percy back. "To look into it. Something just feels off," answered Gibbs. "The police worked good," responded Percy. "The name," insisted Gibbs. "I don't know. I only met him once before he got killed," answered Percy. "Then the date when he died," said Gibbs. "Just drop it. It won't help you," responded Percy. "Why not? I get the feeling you want to hide something about his death," questioned Gibbs. Percy stayed quiet for a second. "What are you trying to hide?" asked Gibbs. "You want the truth?" asked Percy back. "Yes," answered Gibbs. "Fine. It was me. I killed my halfbrother in a death match in his arena. He wanted me to fight another kid to the death. When I won and didn't killed the other one, he demanded I do it. I still refused and he was going to make me fight against my friends that were trapped with me. In order to protect my friends I made a deal with him. We would fight. If I win, I and my friends get to leave including the kid I fought before. If he won, he got to kill me or do anything to me and my friends would stay to fight. I won but the only way to end the match was to kill him. His death didn't get reported to the police or any of his underground fighting ring, because he didn't exist in the system," explained Percy. The team starred at Percy shocked. "How old were you?" asked Gibbs. "14," answered Percy. "Oh god," uttered Bishop horrified. "Wow kid that's much," commented Tony. "Don't call me kid," growled Percy. "Okay, sorry," uttered Tony quick.
