Alice is pleased to have her secret weapon, at last, moving forwards with her mastermind scheme. Commander Kane unknowingly finds himself in a similar position as Alice. Along with the commissioner trying to keep him at bay from causing unnecessary damage to Gotham City in his pursuit to prove himself superior to Batwoman in the eyes of the city.

Batwoman rushed back to the Batcave, horrified by what unfolded and needed to regroup with her team.

"We've got a problem." Kate began saying, entering the cave.

"Bruce has lost his mind! Or he might have been brainwashed. This happened before with Poison Ivy, but never this bad! " Luke exclaimed in complete shock.

She shook her head. "It's not Bruce. Somehow it's Tommy Elliot. He somehow changed his appearance to resemble Bruce. Must have been Alice, she's planning something huge, gotta be." Kate expressed.

"Oh my god!" Mary expressed.

"Oh, that is great news. Not to mention, he's dressed as Batman wearing a suit just as durable as yours. And somehow, Tommy or whatever was able to take out the safety measures. I saw what he was doing and tried so hard to get it to power down or shock him, but nothing." Luke replied, shaking.

Mary came over, showing her phone. "It's worse. People think he's the real deal. Some wackjobs are supporting his anarchist views thinking of burning down the city, wanting to start killing people! Some people at least still believe in you and haven't lost their minds. I'm going to get my followers to form peace protests against this crap." Mary added.

"This isn't good, Gotham needs Batwoman more than ever." Kate declared. "going to need both of your help more than ever now. Have to make people see reason and stop burning down the city. Even if I'll have to beat sense into these wackos. Bet most of these people hate people like me." She continued.

Luke and Mary nodded somberly.

"I'll get Julia up to speed and make sure to lock down the cave in case Elliot comes back," Luke said, reaching for his phone.

"And I'll get my clinic working overtime along with tweeting at my followers to spread the word to stop these bad guys from hurting people. They'll be safe in numbers and stop them for sure if enough, stand up for what's right." Mary added, rushing off, with Kate following her.

"Think I'll stay with you until you get to the clinic. Don't want you getting hurt." Kate expressed showing her care for Mary.

She shook her head. "No. People need Batwoman, don't worry about me. Get out there and save the city." Mary told Kate, reaching in for a hug, which she allowed to her happiness. Then Kate made her way to her bike, zooming away into action.

Batwoman

Alice returned to her new hideout, finding Elliot with his anarchists and the Wonderland gang reformed. She smirked heavily upon seeing this all and stood up on a chair standing over them all.

"Seems everything has gone according to my plan!" She declared and got applause from all of her people. "Gotham will finally have reached its end! Commander Crow, Batwoman and all others who opposed us will feel our great triumph!" She showed off her newly upgraded knife, now shining brightly with a particular thing attached to its sharpest bits. "She's no longer unbeatable! With my blade, she can be hurt! Even killed, but nobody is to kill her or Commander Crow. I've got plans for them, such wonderfully delicious plans! She exclaimed, then hopped off her chair, walking away, only to get stopped by Elliot.

"Curious, having a bat, among the mad." She remarked, looking at him, smirking.

"Must admit, didn't think of Gotham's greatest villains would be the type to keep to her word." He said, surprised.

She laughed. "I'm better than most of Gotham's villains. One can be mad and keep their words all the same." She expressed, tapping him.

"What now?" He then asked.

"You continue your little scheme, run the name of the bat and the man. By the way, where did you get all of your assistance?"

He chuckled. "I found a young man of anarchy to bring them together. Fascinating fella, really." He smirked sinisterly.

"Batwoman and Crows are already fighting one another, with a couple more strikes from your newly found friends, we'll be able to take Gotham!" Alice declared happily.

"Us, in control of Gotham? A mad dream, for a wonderfully mad woman! I'd drink to that!" He exclaimed, laughing happily.

"You flatter me!" Alice laughed as well.

Elsewhere, Kate headed to the top of the GCPD building, finding Renee drinking a coffee.

"Surprised you'd show. After what went down." She said, seeing her approach.

"It wasn't my fault. That man wearing that bat-suit who's claiming to be Bruce Wayne is a mad man named Tommy Elliot. He escaped Arkham a few weeks ago and seems to be working with Alice." She explained.

Renee looked over at her and nodded, taking another sip of her coffee. "Wish I could drink something stronger. On duty and sober for a few years now."

"Congrats. Must be hard, takes a lot of will power for normal people without such a stressful job as yourself." Kate replied.

"Thank you. So, seems this Alice is going to cause me some headaches, look with that damn clown. I know your not the type to kill, just like the previous one." She said, smiling slightly, leaning against the railing.

Batwoman wasn't sure how to respond. She figured GCPD didn't know what Bruce did. And she couldn't say she was clean-handed, after what happened with August Cartwright. Though it was an accident, she still felt guilty.

"Alice might very well be a monster, but your right. I'm not a murderer. Leave it to the courts. Even if they can be corrupted and need a lot of fixing up." She finally replied.

"Good to hear figured as much. You seem like a trustworthy gal. Or would you prefer woman? Some people can be touchy with that." Renee replied.

Kate nodded and stood beside her. "I'd fancy woman."

"Fair enough. Do you think when you bring in that fake Crows will allow things to go back to calm? I'm still new to this changed Gotham, just asking."

Batwoman looked unsure.

"Commander Kane seems to have a hate for masked crime fights." Renee pointed out, shaking her head.

"I'd think for the bat variety, haven't had anyone else take fighting for justice in Gotham's streets besides my team and me." She remarked.

She looked over interested. "You have a what, Batteam? Teambat? The bat gang?" Renee joked, laughing.

"Haven't thought of a name yet, actually. I'll let you know when I do, love those names you suggested, but don't think one of my helpers would appreciate it." Kate smirked.

Montoya laughed softly. "You know, I'm technically going to get in deep crap just by being here, talking with you. My bosses are having a field day over what happened, they're listening to the Crows think that killing you would fix all the problems in Gotham City, it's ludicrous."

"They're afraid. Which is making them idiots, blinded by rage." Batwoman responded, rolling her eyes at this, though.

Renee shook her head and rolled her eyes as well. "All our officials always seem to be blinded by dumb ideas and thoughts." She remarked.

"Why is it you trust me? What possible stake in my endives do you have?" Kate asked, genuinely curious as to what possible reasoning she had.

She smiled and looked down below the streets. "It'll sound crazy, I bet."

"Try me. I'm dressed like a bat." Kate joked.

"Lesbian senses. Just, I feel good true vibes off you. And well, Gordon trusted a bat person, and that turned out moderately well for-." They heard something beep before Renee could finish speaking.

"What's that a bomb?" Batwoman asked, on edge.

"No. Worse. My pager. I gotta get back in there, was nice talking and the info. Let's do this again." She said, smiling and walking off back into the GCPD building.

"You bet we will," Kate replied once Renee left, feeling like she made a positive development.

Elsewhere, at Mary's clinic, Sophie and Julia showed up to her surprise.

"Hey," Mary said passively, looking at the women in disapproval of them being together. Being jealous for Kate, as she was hurt by them being together, but didn't wanna say anything.

"Just checking in, making sure you're safe. All those anarchists on the scene doesn't spell good for free clinics like yours, one of the most renowned in Gotham." Sophie explained, looking at all her patients.

Mary eyed them both unimpressed. "You think I don't know that? Would you rather me not help all these people, many of which have been hurt by those nutjobs. Why isn't the Crows protecting this unprotected area? I'm going to bet they've got them protecting loyal customers. Rich people who run our city." Mary expressed to them disappointed.

"Well, Luv, Commander Kane actually told us to keep an eye on you/safe. Think that might include your clinic? Unintentionally." Julia then revealed.

Mary made an embarrassed face. "I might have just overreacted a little just now." She said, laughing at herself deprecatingly.

"It's alright, Mary. You're overworked here. I'm still amazed at how you have so much time and energy running this place." Sophie expressed putting a hand on Mary's shoulder, making her feel better.

"Thank you, trying to kiss my butt, I see," Mary said sarcastically and backed up, going to one of her patients.

Both women looked at each other, confused by Mary's crypticness.

"What's that meant to mean?" Sophie asked Mary, who didn't say but turned around, giving a cheeky look.

They still didn't understand and just shrugged their shoulders. Then began setting up to protect the clinic from possible dangers coming.

Elsewhere Jacob had a meeting with the mayor, telling him of his plans to handle the bats in person, as it was an extreme plan.

"Are you out of your damn mind, Kane!" The mayor shouted.

"This could work, deal with those bats whom can't be killed with our guns even a well-placed shot wouldn't work. We've done the math, I've spent my money getting pinheads, getting my calculations and such for weeks! They said, only this will work." Jacob explained, frustrated, by having his plans denied.

The mayor slammed his hands on to his desk. "People could get hurt, die."

"We'd evaluate a suitable area and evacuate every living thing around there." Jacob shot back.

"Think of how much that'll cost us!" The mayor cried.

"And think of how many people will die during the meantime. Do lives or money matter more to you, sir?"

The mayor thought about his next response hard. "Fine, you have a go. Do what must be done." He finally said after staring at something on his desk.

Kane nodded and left the office.

Alice walked down the streets of Gotham, she was waiting to get the attention of a specific pointy-eared person. All the damage done so far was a glorious sight for her, finally was teaching all those who wronged her how it felt having your life ruined and unable to stop it, being abandoned by ones you thought cared for you. Interrupting her happiness, Kate landed before the woman.

"Why are you doing this, Alice?" She asked, approaching her dear sister.

Alice scoffed at the question. "Huh, allow me one thought, would you? Why would one want revenge on a city, it's people and one's sister?" She asked.

"You could've left with Mouse. Free from Arkham, both of you got out and now look. Gotham is burning to the ground." Kate said, disappointed by Alice.

"My Mouse betrayed me, just like all the rest!" She shouted and pointed at Kate. "I've lost everything. I have nothing to lose, only to gain. And gain I shall, once you and daddy dearest has paid your price for all you've done to me."

Kate got up close to Alice. "You don't have to lose everything, let me help you. Tell me what happened to Mouse."

Alice laughed. "You don't care, just like him. My dear Mouse paid the ultimate price for trying to leave me alone."

"You killed him," Batwoman replied coldly.

"Yes! I'd kill you as well, as you dared to leave me alone and dead. Our father wants me dead, both of us actually. At least you know how it feels now, to have your own parent wanting you dead!" Alice shot back on the edge of tearing up.

"You can still change, have a chance at redemption. Come back to us, Beth." Kate pleated to her sister.

"No. No. It's all over to late for that. I've gone too far and done so much, I'd have to be a fool to call off all plans set into motion. You see, now I offer a choice. One, I hope you'll choose to accept." Alice began explaining, pulling out her butterfly knife of choice, looking a bit different.

Batwoman raised an eyebrow, confused by what Alice was trying to apply by showing off the knife she knew about. She then used the knife and slashed right thought the bat-suit once taring it like cloth to Kate's pure shock.

"What!" Kate exclaimed, feeling the suit had been cut into.

"Now, you truly know how I feel. Variable to harm. You're not invisible anymore, Batwoman. I hold the one and only weapon able to harm you. I've got your weakness. Imagine if this got let slip. Every two-bit thug would have a shot at you!" Alice shouted in her face.

Batwoman wasn't sure how to respond to her sister. Clearly, both were hurting right now.

"You do realize, Kryptonate isn't an easy thing to come by," Kate explained.

Alice nodded, rolling her eyes. "I'm lucky then. My point is, join me. Together we'll have Gotham as our playground, make up lost time finally having our wonderland!"

Batwoman thought about the offer for a moment. It was tempting. Then Kate gave her answer to her sister. "No. I'm sorry, Alice. I can't allow this to happen, even if my life's now more at risk cause of your weapon. I'll die before I let Gotham fall. Nothing will make me give up on this city. Nothing. I'm better than Batman."

Alice's jaw dropped. She shook her head and arms. "Why are you pretending to much! You actually believe this?" Alice questioned.

Kate nodded, crossing her arms. "I do, Alice. Leave Gotham or get help. If I catch you again, I'm sending you back to Arkham."

Alice wanted to scream in her sister's face but gave up at this moment on trying to conceive her of sense. Instead, she walked off alone, sad, broken and determined more than ever for revenge.

Sophie and Julia finished setting up defences, which appeared to have ampt timing as people wearing the creepy white masks could be seen starting to come onto the streets again. A few of which had guns to their fright.

"Mary! Keep anyone away from windows! We've got incoming!" Sophie rushed over to tell her.

"Are you sure about that? I doubt it could possibly be that bad. What could they possibly do to us?" She asked chuckling.

Right on cue, one of the people approaching tossed a brick at one of the windows shattering it near Mary.

"Okay. That might be bad. Should we all start panicking?" Mary rephrased, starting to sweat nervously.

"Julia and I have this covered, might have to radio for backup," Sophie said, checking her bullets.

"Backup," Mary muttered to herself and realized the apparent course of action.

Batwoman was fighting off a couple of goons trying to rob some poor person, she helped them up, and then Mary started shouting in her ears like bloody murder.

"Mary, please slow down. What's the matter. My ears are bleeding now." Kate half-joked, rubbing them as they hurt now.

"Oh, shot, whatever. Come to the clinic! Right now!" She shouted a little less loud this time.

"Why?" Kate asked.

"You know, armed criminals trying to break in. Kill us all. The usually good time for my patients and me. Oh, and Sophie. And Julia too. If not for them, I'd be dead, but you gotta hurry! There is a lot of these wackjobs!" Exclaimed Mary.

Kate had begun zooming to the clinic before Mary had even finished her sentence.

Sophie and Julia started firing off warning shots to the approaching thugs. They laughed at this and gave non-warning shots in response.

"I think they're pissed, Luv!" Julia exclaimed, shooting at the ones helping guns, killing one.

"This has to be a pre-planned attack plan! I saw tactics like this overseas!" Sophie replied, following Julia's example.

Inside, Mary was trying to shield her panicked patients from the incoming bullets and bricks. "This is a hospital! Well, clinic! Well, one that's technically not allowed to exist. You know what, nevermind! Just leave us alone!" Mary cried out of the windows. The bullets stopped, she sighed of relief only for the shooting to begin again."Come on!"

"Damn, I'm out," Julia said, firing her last shots.

Sophie nodded. "I'm almost out." She replied, checking the gun. "How many left?"

"Looks like we got 4 down. One picked up a dead one's gun. And they've got a total of 11 guns. And 19 alive. I'd say we're pretty screwed." Julia responded sarcastically.

"We gotta get inside, maybe we can ambush them if they try coming in?" Sophie suggested preparing to retreat. Then she saw a saviour armage.

Batwoman zoomed towards the attackers taking them off guard, tying up at least half of them with her bike's roop. Then proceeded to hop off, launching onto two the goons knocking them down. One hit her with a bat, the swing broke the bat against the suit, and she looked judgingly at the criminal, who then ran away. One started shooting at Batwoman, which for the most part, had the usual effect until one spare shot grazed her. At the moment, she forgot about the damage done by Alice. She quickly shot her grappling hook at the goon and shot herself towards them, knocking the shooter out. With that, they all started to disburse, leaving the area.

Sophie and Julia peaked out of cover, seeing that Batwoman saved them. This brought a tremendous amount of relief.

"Thanks for the save, Batwoman," Sophie said, approaching her.

"It's what I do. Happy to have saved you and your friend." Kate said, trying to not show her jealousy.

"Actually, my girlfriend. Sorry, I just felt you should know I'm dating someone else, but I wanted to say thank you. You know, for opening the door for me." Sophie replied awkwardly, of course, not knowing Batwoman and Kate Kane were the same person. To her, this would be news to Batwoman.

Julia cleared her throat loudly. "Shouldn't we check on the people inside?" She said, trying to break the awkward moment.

All three went inside, finding Mary starting to clean the mess up.

"Nice of you to show up K-y kind Batwoman person," Mary said awkwardly, nearly calling her Kate. Sophie didn't clue in, so it was fine.

"Did you call for her?" Sophie asked, looking suspiciously at Mary.

"I was in the neighbourhood. They seemed to be attacking here for a reason. Perhaps it's to do with your father?" Batwoman suggested.

Mary nodded. "Yep, I bet it's my father who caused this. I mean, triggered this. Unintentionally. I'm going to stop speaking." She said, throwing her hands up in defeat over not being able to speak seemingly.

"You think they were after Mary because of commander Kane? What if they're going to go after other Crows, their families?" Sophie realized, starting to worry.

"Tell your commander that, maybe that'll get him off my back," Batwoman suggested preparing to leave.

"Thank you again. For the save back there." Sophie said, moving her hair out of her face.

Then Batwoman nodded and headed off.

Alice stomped back into her base of operations. "Hush, hush!" She shouted upon entering.

"Yes?" He asked, approaching her still wearing the bat-suit.

"Not you! I want all to be silent!" She reiterated.

They all listened to the request, scared of her naturally.

"Sigh, sigh, sigh. Is Mary Hamilton dead?" Alice asked, looking angry on the edge of snapping.

"No. She isn't. Batwoma-" Elliot began explaining, before being cut off.

"Batwoman! I slashed her suit, a hole. For which could've been shot! No, couldn't have that!" Alice exclaimed, waving her knife around.

Elliot shook his head. "Poor Alice." He said sarcastically.

She responded by putting the knife in his face. "You wanna retract that statement? Or would you like to die?"

He scoffed. "Please. You need me. And besides, I'm wearing the su- crap." He realized that he was, in fact, variable again. "I'm sorry, please! I beg your forgiveness!" He then pleated.

"Oh, Tommy boy, Hushy, Wayneie. Whoever you are now. You're so lucky that I'll not be having you killed at this moment." Alice said, getting in his face breathing on it. "I need you alive. Time to stop playing games, it's time for you and your people to start causing real destruction." She said smirking.

"Yes, Alice. I'll tell them." He said, grinding his teeth.

Shortly, Kate returned to the Batcave, feeling defeated after her encounter with Alice and having to show Luke that his fears had become true, her enemies had a way to kill her. Protecting the journal had officially failed.

"Why do you have a hole in your suit?" Luke asked, spotting it immediately and got concern deep across his face.

Kate sighed. "Alice, somehow she found another green rock, not ours. It's attached to her knife or something, so now, I can get hurt by her."

"Oh my god. I can't believe this, after everything we tried to do. She ends up with it regardless. Getting rid of the chunk had was hard enough. And looks of making fun of me from Mary." He remarked.

"To be fair, Mary wasn't making fun. I think she just likes you." Kate replied.

Luke stuttered. "Sh-she- she does? I-"

Kate cut him off. "As a friend, I'm sure."

"Right. Right. Anyways, seriously, you're in grave danger now, Kate. How are you so calm about that?" He asked, not understanding.

"It's simple, I know putting on this suit, being Batwoman comes at risks. I'm prepared to take them all if I must. Whatever it'll take to protect this city, I'm the hero they need." Kate explained to Luke, who understood but still had a concerned look on his face.

"Stop worrying," Kate reassured him.

"Wish I could, I know it would've been the same for my father with Bruce. You're going out into a warzone practically, one you're more likely to die in." Luke expressed shaking at the thought of it. "I don't wanna lose you, Kate, to this war, like with Bruce."

Kate put her hand on his shoulder. "I'm better than him, I'll remain better then what happened to him, I've got you, Mary and more. So much more. You once said Bruce drove everyone away, I won't, and I know that you all wouldn't dare let me push you away. So I know I've got nothing to worry about." Kate said genuinely.

"Okay, I guess you're right."

"I am."

"Yeah. Hope I'll be able to tell you that's true, years from now." Luke said, rubbing his face.

"You will," Kate replied definitely.

The bat computer began beeping at an incredibly fast speed.

"What's going on now?" She then asked, glancing off as Luke rushed to check it, seeming to understand what was wrong.

"We've got a massive problem here," Luke said, shaking once again.

"Define the problem? I'm not a mind reader." Kate remarked.

He struggled to get the words right for a moment. "Bru- I mean Tommy Elliot, is leading the charge with those anarchists. At least hundreds. While wearing the batsuit, so to all of them, Batman is endorsing them. Which I don't have to tell you, is quite bad." Luke said.

"I didn't realize it." She said sarcastically, then prepared to leave.

"Wait! Let me patch up the suit. I know Bruce did whenever it got damaged. It should only take a few minutes, I swear!"

Kate turned around. "More people will die if I wait. Unlike Bruce, I'll take the risk." She replied, hopping onto her bike, leaving the cave.

With the GCPD in full force, Renee Montoya moved in against the incoming threat, but this time the Crows were thinking ahead and got there first. They began trying to close in around them all and start evacuating people from the area. Commander Kane then proceeded to use a megaphone. "Give up now. We've got you all surrounded. If you do not lay on the ground, we shall open fire with rubber bullets. If you do not comply and fire at us, we shall use live rounds! I have go from the mayor to do whatever it takes!" Jacob explained with an intense face.

Montoya wasn't impressed upon hearing about live rounds. A lot of people might die. It'd be a bloodbath.

The news pulled up recorded the happenings live for the whole city to see.

Batman, at least the man, whoever thought he was stepped forward. He started cracking his knuckles and neck. "Bring it on oppressors!" He shouted, cueing everyone to about charge

Then Batwoman came down from the above, standing in front of the man.

"It's over." She stated.

"Not quite!" He replied, swinging at her and got disarmed easily. His people began moving forwards to help. "No!" Elliot shouted. "I've got this."

They then began to fight.

At the defences, Montoya approached Kane, who appeared to be getting ready to attack.

"Hell, are you planning on doing?" She asked, upset.

"Protecting Gotham from those two lunatics!" He exclaimed.

"You're the one trying to kill her." She shot back. "Give her time, what if she wins without anyone dying?" Montoya proposed.

Jacob grinded his teeth. "Fine, I'll wait. For now." He replied.

"You better, or I'll be having words with the mayor. Which one of us has more sense upstairs, do you think?" She remarked.

Batwoman fiercely fought against Hush, seeing The Batman made her fighter stronger and more determined. Remembering it was his mistake that caused her world to fall apart. Alice's creation, so many other villains to be created and the city falling apart after relying on him for years once he left.

She got good hits in, repeatedly getting the better of him. This made the corwardious Hush angry, and he motioned his people to help him out. They rushed towards Kate as she tossed smoke at them, so she had the advantage of beating them back while they couldn't see well enough. Smoke didn't last forever, and once it started to disappear, their numbers began overtaking Batwoman bring her to the ground and getting beat down upon. She tried to break through, but couldn't. She was about to try another tactic before surprising help came.

A mysterious young woman came over and began fighting off the ones beating down on her. Whoever they were, she was harsh beating against a bunch of criminals before they started to overwhelm her. Fortunately, the assistance was enough for Kate to break free and help the woman out of her trouble.

"Thanks for the safe," Kate said to her.

"I'm a huge fan, Batwoman! I'm happy to have helped." She replied.

"We're not done yet," Kate said, getting ready.

"Good." The woman replied smirking.

Kate couldn't help but smirk as well.

Together they fought off 20 goons charging towards them with blunt weapons and sharp ones too. They made a good team, but it was clear the young woman could still use a couple of minor pointers to improve in Kate's opinion. But she was impressed by how well she could handle herself during this battle. Then some of the GCPD lead by Montoya came charging in to help out, as it was still a ton of people to fight against.

"No, no, no!" Elliot, dressed as Batman, kept repeating, seeing them easily fight off against the army of men who enlisted to help. A man wearing a different, but similar enough mask wearing a jacket with the anarchy symbol started motioning people in the back to begin to retreat to Elliot's dismay. He started shouting random words out of angrier and ran off as well.

Together then beat back against all of the thugs remaining behind and stopped the riot. Showing Gotham a better way. Commander Kane watched on, unsure how to feel during this moment. On the one hand, they saved the city from these criminals. On the other, he had been made to look like a fool once again. He sighed, accepting this defeat for himself and the Crows, and left back to HQ. While Renee approached Batwoman and the mystery woman who had a hood over her face so it couldn't be seen by all the cams.

"Congrats Batwoman and to your sidekick," Montoya said.

"I'm not a sidekick." The woman replied unamused, rolling her eyes.

"Thank you for getting the commander off my back and believing in me," Kate replied cheerfully.

"Could thank me too." The woman muttered.

Renee nodded. "It's a temporary ceasefire from the commander, I'd suspect. Still seemed pissed at how much better at your protecting of Gotham you are then himself. You don't even get paid." She joked and heard her cops calling for her. "Gotta go, no rest for us, right?"

Batwoman seemingly vanished with the mystery woman.

"So, this is what it must have felt like for my predecessor." She remarked, shaking her head and smirking.

"You're lucky I owe you for helping me out back there," Kate said to the young woman now talking in an alleyway.

"I didn't help, I saved your butt." She pointed out.

"Debatable," Kate replied. "Who are you?"

"Fan. Friend. A mystery. One you'll have to solve. Eventually, I know you're quite the detective!" The woman replied.

"Make it easy, tell me who you are," Kate persisted, staring intently.

"Sorry, gotta go. See you next time, Batwoman!" She exclaimed, tossing down a smoke bomb, running away.

Kate spotted her running away. She wasn't as fast and efficient as herself, which wasn't a surprise. Still, it was awe-inspiring how much movement she made in such a short amount of time. Whoever the woman was, she was definitely someone of interest.

Elliot stumped back into the base of Alice, not doing the best after his heartbreaking defeat. She shook her head, looking at the man and all the others who came back. "Pity you all failed, I'm shocked by how horrible you all did!" She exclaimed.

"Why didn't you try killing her?" He asked, angered.

"For the love of, how many times must I tell your simple brain my plans are more complicated then, bang dead!? A monkey could accomplish that! Say, perhaps I should train myself a swarm of murderous rabbits!" She expressed excitement about the idea.

"Why bother sending us?" He asked.

She shrugged. "I was bored."

"You're joking!" He shouted.

"I'm not a joker." She laughed in his face.

He reached for a gun to shove in her face. Alice didn't care.

"You need me, more than I need you." She explained, grinning.

He scoffed. "Please, I don't need you in the slightest bit!" He shouted, taking off the safety.

"Very hurtful and very wrong." She responded, shaking her head. "I took the liberty of draining all of your accounts, all that money saved up. All mine stashed away in bills, nice and tightly warped. Just like yourself, around my finger, Tommy boy." Alice explained.

"I-I-I'll." He couldn't come up with an answer.

"Precisely as I thought," Alice said, nodding her head.

He shut his mouth, bowing his head in defeat.

"Now, where is your anarchist friend?" She asked, calming down her intensity.

"In the wind." He replied.

"What? Why?" She asked.

"Unlike myself, he's allowed to escape," Elliot explained.

Alice scoffed. "Get him back."

"I'll try." He replied disingenuously.

"Don't fail me again!" Alice exclaimed, showing off her knife. "And remember, this knife now cuts through anything!"

Kate returned back to Wayne Tower to see Luke and Mary calibrate with drinks for some reason.

"Finally. Luke wanted to wait for you, said it was a special occasion." She explained.

He nodded. "Well, you proved to Gotham you are its hero once again, and we're almost 2 years since you became Batwoman. And I remember Mary called me a buzzkill. More than once, so here I am. Trying to not be that."

Kate smirked. "Thank you, Luke and you too, Mary. Couldn't save Gotham without you two." She remarked.

They touched their three glasses together and drank.

"Wait a minute, Luke, your drinking water!" Mary exclaimed, shaking her head.

"You know, we've still got work to do, and I figure being drunk around expensive equipment wouldn't be the best idea." He replied, finishing his water.

"How easy do you get drunk?" She asked, laughing.

He crossed his arms. "Not that easy, maybe a few shots." He muttered.

She continued laughing. "Oh, Luke, you need to get out. Seriously wow, I gotta bring you out on the town, release some tension!"

He smirked. "Alright. Sure."

Kate waved at them. "You two quite enjoy each other's company, don't you?" She remarked, rolling her eyes.

They both stuttered out two different answers while Kate shook her head at them. "Anyways, shall we continue our party?"

Luke recalled something. "Who was that woman who helped you out?" He asked, wondering.

"Not a clue. A mystery for after our party. I just want to relax before anything else crazy comes knocking at our door." Kate replied, sitting down in her comfy chair, taking a drink.

Elsewhere in Gotham City, a man was watching the news intently about the events that unfolded. This man was skinny and tall, with pointy glasses.

"Fascinating. This Batwoman, though nothing of her before, but now I see something determined. Indeed, her will power is impressive. A hole within the armour of which protected her predecessor. Never would've seen him with that. No, I only was able to peek into his mind and damage that. Seeing such suggests a more active hero? Brave?" He scoffed. "Or perhaps arrogant. Thinks herself to be unkillable. Unbreakable. I'll wait and see. Yes. I think I shall. Haven't piqued my interest enough, I'm quite enjoying my little vacation. I'd suspect you're not. Then again, there is something most different about you." He said, turning to his patient. A woman looking content with the situation of being tied down to a chair and gagged. "You're the most fascinating subject I've had in so long. Ready for your next dose?" He asked, leaning down to face her. She smiled and nodded.

He shrugged and placed the needle into her neck. Then proceed to pick her up and bring her towards the basement. She walked into there without any fight, which was most odd for the man. He shut the door and began reading the vitals of the woman, along with another subject below. A part of him hoped the following results wouldn't happen again, but it did. The woman murdered yet another subject, almost instantly. "Goodness. It didn't even kick in this time." He remarked, surprised. "Going to need more tests for you." The man stared sinisterly at the camera.

Batwoman

I'm sure many of you could guess who that is at the end, another suggestion for "guest" and seemingly something many people are speculating. It's my favourite Batman foe, so I'm excited to use him.

(Important to point out, I wrote everything here before DC Fandom, already quite long) Now for season 2 of "real" Batwoman on tv. I'm sure Safiyah Sohail will be the main villain there. (Update, she will be the villain, idk about the stuff with Ryan, they were annoyingly not clear about anything) "Ryan" will likely have pissed her off or something. Like now, she's on the streets hiding from her living in the van and such. Then being Batwoman makes her pissed, and that is how Alice can stay in the story somehow, too, I guess. Don't expect Ms. Sohail this season from my version, sorry. Future? For sure, if you all enjoy it, of course. I've got plans for her.

In response to what I'll call now "VIP Guest," hope you don't mind that name, just in case any more "guests," so show and cause all these suggestions have helped a ton! Also, anything without ( was written before the Fandom news

Thank you, I figured it would be best hopping on to his series before fandom happened due to being potentially conflicted depending on what goes down next. I wanted to get this out before having to worry about anything from there, likewise with responding to any from that event. (Wasn't much anyway) I'll be replying to its next chapter, as I'm sure that bar thingy must be quite intimidating with my big word count. Also, I was just excited and might have jumped the gun a little, whoops. This might be monthly for a little while, depending on how things go. I'll upload this not too long, then a month break, maybe At least three weeks. I admit, I wrote this chapter before one even came out, so I had to rewrite some stuff. Also, sorry. My goal will be once every 3 weeks. The best case would be bi-weekly. Might be on hold/shaft Sophie Batwoman, as this one seems more popular already. Which would help that bi-weekly dream (: Hope this doesn't take forever to complete.

The Final Battle- I can, for sure, see that. I personally figured it was something like that too. Batman wouldn't snap for no reason. I feel like season 1 was originally going to drop what went down wonder if they'd have done this.

Fate of the Bat-Family: I imagined as much too. We know Oracle and Nightwing are out there via Arrow mentions. Don't know if we'll be seeing them here, never know though….depends how long I'll do this for lol. (I say this a lot lol)

Superman's Role: Good idea, didn't think of that. I admit, Crisis kinda hurts my head with the logistics of everything and what is canon and not. I'll bring that up if/when I do that Superman crossover, thank you.

Harley's Quinn - Yeah, I assume it was embargo related. Good thing they can't use that against me (: Good ideas, we'll see, could happen eventually…It actually works well with another idea of my own that will show up soon. So yeah, could very well happen...

Possible Villains - Thank you for reminding me about her. I thought I was missing a loose end. For all these villains, I never thought of using them. Maybe the Arkham Knight, comic one, of course, not that dumb version. Anyways, I'm thankful for you mentioning all these suggestions. They could all show up at some point for sure! I've got ideas for them all. Depends how long I'll be doing this for, I guess lol. Also, not saying 100% cause spoilers, I guess (:

Renee Montoya- Sorry about that, I was trying to keep consistent with continuity. Apparently, someone named "Forbes" is commissioner, (he was a minor character in the comics who was commissioner during the "War Games" storyline from what I read) he's only appeared a couple times in person for less than a minute. From my understanding, a city only has one commissioner, so I was left with no choice but making her only now commissioner, replacing him. (I could be wrong about that) I think the biggest thing he did was not turning on the bat signal because she was a lesbian or something. I love all your ideas and have similar thinking. Thank you for clarifying. I'll for sure be doing that with her!

Ryan Wilder – I think I'll generally be doing that, we'll see. I think I understand what you mean. Hope so, and I hope you and everyone else will like what I chose to do with her.

Joe Chill – Perhaps I could deal with that….again really depends how long I'll be writing this for tbh.

About the recast - I agree and thank you for the reminder about that.

The personal matter - That is very unfortunate that happened to her, to say the least, seems like she had a lot of issues to work through. Hopefully, she's doing better now. What a horrible situation. Also, I hope you've found a better job or something where your more appreciated. I'm sure you must be a devoted worker and regardless deserve better.

-I tried the episode titles and synopsis. Hopefully, they're good. I liked yours for episode 1, very well done (:

Batwoman/Commissioner Montoya Conversations - I figured as much to go with those two options. I put the dialogue you made in, though it was good. I always found that scenario fun.

Tried to include the "Title Card" hope that it's proper.

Flashbacks – I can try to do that. We'll see.

Eventual Maggie Sawyer Appearance – I was thinking about bringing her back somehow. She is a critical Batwoman character indeed. Her appearance on Supergirl just made that tricky for me. With Crisis, I'll think of something. With that other thing mentioned, I might do that, we'll see, can't reveal everything just yet, I guess (: With New 52, it was sad they were broken up, I know the creative team was pissed about it and left the book. Nonsensical bullshit I hope is fixed someday. For here, I won't say for sure assuming other people are reading this who she ends up with by the end. I'd say they're a safe bet (: That no kids thing works for them too, nice pointing that out. I love lesbian weddings so, expect one at some point lol.

Chapter Format – I think I'll go with full chapters, I'll experiment a little. If I break each ep into acts, there will be a lot of chapters at least tripled. I understand the thinking tho. We'll see. I'm still open to changing/fix the formatting. Thanks for the suggestion. The script for the first episode of Batwoman clocks for 3600 words or so. My episodes are like 6000-5000ish. I know it doesn't account for like fights fully, moments with the camera panning around and montages. Personally, I feel like my word count is close to what an episode is? I hope so overall.

How to turn Jacob Kane into an Ally – I think that's a good suggestion. Again I'll not say for 100% if I'll adapt that fully to keep mystery…..and I'm just not entirely sure how to incorporate all this just yet. (Tho I got a lot of time, and I'll be happy to try!

In Regards to the Real Bruce Wayne – I'm not sure if I'll ever bring in Bruce. Sorry, if I do, it'd be a finale thing or close. It seems like for the CW universe, this Batman will never show back up. I do like your ideas a lot though! They're all fantastic! Never say never, of course, I assume I'll be writing this for a long time.

( In response to the news for season 2

I'm so sorry about how it all went. Everything they said sounded offensive to Kate Kane fans and truly does seem like a terrible idea/spiteful one.

Hopefully, a miracle could happen where the backlash is so bad or planned to bring Kate back for season 3. Maybe they could both be Batwoman? Idk, just seems odd they'd say it's a massive thing about Kate's disappearance if she'll never reappear anyways. It could be how they recast by saying she gets like a face/body change wherever she's vanished. Just a hopeful suggestion for you and the other fans, it's still a bad choice overall. I hope Kate will surprise return))

I'm curious after all this and your suggestions why you did not feel like writing? You seem like a creative person. I'm not complaining, just wondering. Thank you very much for all the suggestions, and I'm still open for more.

Also, Important question I'm wondering, you don't mention any of the side characters like Sophie (Assuming you didn't expect her around for long in particular, which I've thought about just curious) Luke, Mary, (Julia, who I can write out easier than the other two) and of course Alice. (I think Alice can't go anywhere, anytime soon sorry, she's pretty intagle to Kate's story it seems, and quite frankly, I thought about a future plans for at least season 3 and 4 for her, vague ones for the rest)

Also, I wanted to say/warn as well, this series might take a long time to be completed. Every "season" will be like 22 eps/chapters. I'm going to be writing at least over 100 chapters. I'm sure I could go till like season 7-8, maybe even further depending on, I guess, interest and such. My longest would be 10 seasons. Also, I'm thinking of having Crossovers happen as a bonus or extra chapter, so it doesn't affect the season's episode count. Maybe I could just keep it the same? Hope that makes sense. I'll still give it an exact placement for when it fits in the timeline if I do that.

Also also, sorry how long this response is, and I hope this doesn't come off rude or anything in any spots somehow.

Overall, I hope you and anyone else reading this is satisfied.

In response to Batman1993, Thank you, hope this will be a good or better alternative to what Batwoman becomes now.

In response to dani49 Thank you, I hope I can live to what you'd have wanted from the show.

Hope you all continue to enjoy this series! I'm in for the long haul! And of course, stay safe. Best wishes to you all.
