Synopsis: "Team Batwoman is left with little to no choice but to make an uneasy, temporary alliance with the Wonderland Gang in order to rescue Mary and determine the optimal location of where Safiyah plans to unleash the Plague of Madness. Also, Ryan has her secrets come to bite her and Sophie tries getting the information on Operation: Knightfall, with shocking results."

"Are you asking me for help? For real?" Alice asked with a smirk and laugh getting right up to the bars engaged.

"Do I look as if I'm in a funny type of mood?" Kate replied with her arms crossed looking unamused by Alice and having to ask this at all.

Alice leaned in close. "You're completely serious? You must be desperate! Tell me, what has Safiyah been up to?"

"She's kidnapped Mary and is planning on releasing a virus, on top of that Mary is somehow essential to her completing her plan." Kate continued saying bluntly.

This took Alice aback. "Oh dear, sounds like I might be partially responsible for your current predicament. What a true shame!"

Kate looked annoyed and had enough of Alice's games opening her cage getting right into her face. "What are you talking about? How did you cause this? Some kind of long game you've been playing?"

"Something like that perhaps." Alice laughed. "See, remember when I poisoned Mary way back when? I bet you do. Anywho, I wanted to spite Safiyah. So I used her precious plant which she fortunately had told me all about, the Desert Rose. I thought it'd be more fun, seeing what'd happen after all nobody tried taking an entire dosage! From the sounds of it, Safiyah's old theory was right! Or maybe she's just being a petty little bull." Alice remarked.

"Why would Safiyah need Mary?" Kate questioned, grabbing her holding back her rage.

"Easy, gain a cure! Right from her blood! Like back before, her blood is really valuable. To think, I should've tried draining her to the very last drop! Who would've thought a woman like Nocturna would be onto something!" Alice laughed.

Kate thought about for a moment about what Alice said, realizing it fit with everything happening. Safiyah wouldn't release a virus without a cure, which is where Mary came in which is why she went to such lengths to get Mary without hurting her and not making any demands.

"Is that really all you wanted?" Alice mocked.

"You knew this entire time and said nothing about what Safiyah might've been after. You kept it for your own amusement, didn't you?" Kate asked disgustedly. "I should've figured it out." Kate remarked to herself frustrated by not investigating the mysterious surrendering over Mary's blood.

Alice rolled her eyes. "Well, you never did ask specifically!"

"Look I don't care, right now like I said. I need you and your Wonderland gang's help. That virus is getting released today. Everyone in Gotham is at risk. So you're going to help me stop Safiyah."

"And why would I care about Gotham?" Alice scoffed.

Kate smirked. "Well first of all, a small part of me wants to believe you'll do this because you don't want hundreds of thousands to die. More realistically for you though, I'd say there is no way on earth you'd let Safiyah out do you in destroying this city and ruining my life. Would you?"

She stood up and turned around thinking about what she had heard. "Hmm, sounds like you made a good point once Kate. You're right, I won't let Safiyah win! I'm the only one who's going to win around here. So dearest sister, you have yourself a partner! A partner in crime!" She shook Kate's hand.

Kate Kane stepped out with Alice, though she was still cuffed as letting her room freely in the batcave would be a very irresponsible course of action.

"We're working with her now?" Luke asked, completely shocked.

"Only temporarily. From the looks of things, we're out of better alternatives. Unless The Flash or Supergirl are available." Kate replied

Luke shook his head. "Yeah, they're both dealing with major problems too. This time of year bad stuff always seems to happen."

"Great! Now we have that sorted, I need a phone to call my people! Assuming they haven't hightailed it out of Gotham already. Knowing them, probably already have without knowing where I am!" Alice exclaimed, hopefully being sarcastic, but it was really unclear to understand if she was serious or not.

Kate handed her a phone. "Call your people and no funny business. If you try anything, so help I'll-"

"Okay, okay!" Alice rolled her eyes."I'll be a good little prisoner! No funny business from me whatsoever!"

"Thank you." Kate replied. "Keep the phone on speaker."

Alice scoffed. "Fine then! Don't you worry, I'm going to need a lot more time to come up with a grand evil scheme. Not like one will fall right into my lap!" She exclaimed, shaking her head.

Elsewhere, Sophie had gone inside heading towards her target location only to realize that agent Proctor was keeping an eye on her.

She cleared her throat, deciding to see what he wanted. "Do you have something to say, agent? I just got here."

"Yes, I was curious about where exactly you were, Agent Moore. The commander was trying to call you." Proctor replied.

"He was? My phone was off, I thought perhaps it was bugged. Figured I should've not been taking any calls until I was sure it was safe." Sophie responded with a straight face crossing her arms.

Proctor nodded understanding. "We should have your phone looked at then, right?"

"You're completely right. I'll go do that. Where is Kane by the way? What did he want exactly?" Sophie then asked.

"He wanted you to lead the efforts in dealing with the outbreak going on while he attended to other business. Though he'll be back shortly, for a meeting. Quite frankly, you should've been leading that operation. That man he put in charge instead was a mistake. Some Brian Krauser character, he was acting as if he only returned home from overseas." Proctor remarked, which immediately got Sophie attention upon hearing his name. He noticed this. "You know him?"

She nodded hesitantly. "Unfortunately. How long has Krauser been back in Gotham? He was meant to be overseas."

"I see." Proctor realized he needed to be careful with his words to not expose the reason Krauser had returned to the city. "I'm unsure when he returned, I only met the man today." He cleared his throat. "Anyway, the commander would more than likely need to speak to you before the meeting in approximately an hour."

"Right, I should get my phone checked out then." She went to walk away, only to stop and turn back. "Do me a favor, Proctor, keep an eye on Krauser. For all our sake." Sophie said grimly, then departed knowing she wouldn't be able to complete her mission just yet.

In another part of Gotham, Ryan had returned home finding her love waiting at home looking quite unhappy unsurprisingly.

"You're wearing the suit." She pointed out.

Ryan nodded slightly. "There was no point in hiding it. You already know the truth and I like the suit. I just got it today."

"That's nice, it looks good on you." She replied, while not looking at Ryan.

"I'm sorry, for everything." She frowned. "All the lies, I regret keeping all of this from you. At the time, it seemed like the correct decision."

She shook her head and looked furious. "You know how I feel about lies! All my life I've been lied to by people I trusted, by people who should've been there for me! It wasn't right, I don't trust anyone. You're the only one I trusted, Ryan!" She shouted.

Ryan's face fell completely. "Trusted? I don't want everything to fall apart because of this! All I wanted was to keep you safe and out of this. I didn't want you to think that I was going to rat you out to the police or Batwoman." Ryan expressed.

Whisper frowned and shook her head. "Of course you wouldn't do that, I know that! There was no good reason for you to lie to me! That's the truth Ryan."

"I was scared to tell you all of this." Ryan admitted. "Can we find some way to fix this? I can't lose you."

"There is something." She began to say, but heard a noise which sounded like somebody had entered the orphanage.

Understanding this, Ryan motioned her to get close which was the right call as a knife came flying at them. Which they managed to avoid. This was naturally thrown by the assassin, Knife, who leaped down.

"Run!" Ryan exclaimed, rushing towards her enemy, knowing she was outmatched, but still was going to try her damned best to stop her.

"I'm only here for you. I'll let your partner go. I swear on my life." Knife expressed blocking Ryan's beginning attacks.

Ryan scoffed. "Like hell I'd believe that!" She continued trying to fight, but quickly was brought into a choke hold.

"Don't struggle, I'll make this quick then I'm gone. This doesn't have to end badly for your lover." Knife said calmly.

Before the end was in sight, Whisper came back with a gun firing at Knife very precisely, getting in a hit and avoiding Ryan.

Knife ducked for cover getting out of the way of the incoming fire checking the bullet wound seeing she was bleeding.

"Ryan, get over here! I've got you covered!" Whisper cried and kept on firing.

She listened and rushed over to cover. "I'm sorry, I didn't know I was being followed!"

Knife tried to escape, but was continued to be shot at, which Ryan ultimately grabbed the gun from her love letting her escape with her life.

"Why did you do that?" Whisper asked bewildered.

"It looked like you were going to kill her!" Ryan responded and turned away.

She sighed. "Of course I was! She was trying to kill you! How on earth was that anyways? Have we seen her before?"

"She's an assassin who works for Safiyah Sohail." Ryan expressed then grabbed her love's hand.

"That's why you wanted me to stay far away from her, you know a lot more than you were letting on!" She realized, disappointed.

Ryan nodded and looked into her eyes. "Please, now you know about the secret room. Just stay put there until Batwoman and I deal with these people, this is going to end tonight I swear!"

"Wait, I had more I wanted to say." Whisper replied, grabbing her shoulder. "Just wait a second and hear me out."

After thinking about it for a moment, Ryan shook her head. "We're going to rescue Mary, once she's safe I'll be right back. Until then stay here!" She then left rushing back into the night to rendezvous with Batwoman, but knew going back to the cave wouldn't be an option with clearly Safiyah keeping watch.

Back in the cave, Alice had finished up contacting her allies under the close ear of Kate who hadn't heard anything suspicious.

"Pleased are we?" Alice remarked. "They'll be meeting us around your little area point and better not be a trap to arrest all my people!"

Kate crossed her arms. "Unlike you I don't bake a betrayal into everything I do. This is too important to mess around with."

"Fine, fine. Boring as it is! Say, where is your little sidekick? I'd certainly hope nothing has happened to her! Seems like you're having bad luck keeping people you care about safe, hmm?" Alice mocked.

On cue it appeared, Ryan did call which Kate of course picked up immediately. "Where are you? Seemed like you were running late, are you okay?."

"I was attacked by Knife, thankfully Whisper saved me. I probably shouldn't be coming to the cave should I?" Ryan replied.

Kate thought about it and looked over at Luke who had a box of equipment reminding her of the second surprise for her partner. "Safiyah would probably already know where we're located assuming her people are even still following you. We've got a little gift for you, I'd imagine Luke just finished it up. How far out are you?"

"A minute. Be right in." Ryan replied and hung up.

Kate turned to Luke who was also still looking concerned. "I've got Alice under control if that's what you're thinking."

"Not entirely, just got a lot racing around in my head. There are a million different things going on!" Luke exclaimed rightfully so.

"Yeah, don't worry. This'll be over soon. Mary will be safe and Safiyah's going to rot in prison for the rest of her miserable life." Kate replied, looking certain in herself.

Luke nodded, but still looked unsure.

After an awkward minute of silence, Ryan finally arrived driving up immediately noticing the now freed Alice, shocked by this. "What the? Why is Alice here?"

"Nice to see you too! Or, oh my, is this the first time I've officially met your little sidekick?" Alice was pleased.

Kate nodded and rolled her eyes at her sister. "I made an arrangement with Alice. Her people are going to help us find Safiyah."

Surprised by this, Ryan wasn't exactly sure of what to say. "We're working with Alice? I know we're desperate, but it seems dangerous."

"I agree, but we're out of options. Come on, we're about to head out, before we do Luke has a bit of a surprise for you." Kate remarked to Ryan.

Alice threw up her cuffed hands in frustration. "I'd really love to get a move on! Kill Safiyah and all that!"

"We're not killing her." Kate reminded her, glaring at her.

While that happened, Ryan stepped over to Luke wondering what he had.

"You're going to love this!" He exclaimed, sounding cheerful again. "Might have to start calling me Q." He joked.

She looked a little puzzled by the joke and then a bit upset. "I get the reference now, kinda just reminded me the newer Q guy looked a helluva lot like Scarecrow. Never really was a fan after that relizaton."

"Fair enough, I completely forgot about that. I just remember watching older ones with my parents." He shrugged and cleared his throat. "Still is a comfy watch, anyways. I've got a special bo staff for you. Built the upgrade just for you."

Ryan's interest peaked. "What kind of upgrade?"

He pulled it out and activated a button, making the bo staff make a sort of shield appear stretching out of it. "I remembered how I felt bad about you not exactly being bulletproof, so I did the next best thing. With a single press, you have a shield. Offensive, to defensive in an instience. I'd say you might even be able to get a little creative with this, and find other offensive uses too." Luke expressed looking proud and heading it back, after pressing the button making it go back to normal making it appear once more like a regular bo staff.

"Wow, that's pretty impressive. Awesome actually! I love it, can I expect any more surprises? I think I've had enough for one day." Ryan remarked sarcastically and happily, admiring the new gadget given to her. "Oh and, I might be open to a movie night with you. If you're into that sort of thing, Whisper never really was into any movies so I'd be nice to have a friend to watch some with."

"Yeah, of course. I'd love that." Luke replied with a smile.

Kate overheard that couldn't help having a little happy face herself, before clearing her throat getting back into the headspace of what was ahead of them. "Alright, I think it's time we head out. Come on, Black Bat.

She nodded, getting on her bike, finding a holder for the bo staff which she didn't realize was there before.

"About time!" Alice remarked and hopped on Kate's bike. "May I drive, please and thank you?" She asked with a suck up face.

"No." Kate replied simply and drove off.

The heroes arrived as GCPD and The Crows arrived on the scene creating a large premintor around the surrendering area.

Montoya instantly saw Alice riding on Batwoman's bike and wasn't exactly pleased by this. "You're right, I don't like it." She remarked as Batwoman got off.

"Desperate times. Her people are going to help us track down Safiyah, mutual assured survival. I figured that'd be a good motivator." She replied to a concerned Montoya who continued looking greatly skeptical.

"Fine, let's move." Montoya responded with a nod to seal it.

Alice looked gleeful with how everything was playing out. "Why thank you commissioner, now if you excuse me! I have to rally my troops!"

"Oh." Batwoman said with a smirk looking at Alice. "I forgot to mention, I wanted to keep it a secret, but there is a tracker on you. So don't try anything funny or running off, or I'll be alarmed by that."

She scoffed and waved it off walking away.

"We've narrowed it down further, about to a block or two. Turns out flying around a helicopter around the city isn't exactly a great way of keeping under the radar. It was spotted around here."

Batwoman understood and looked at Black Bat, as they grappled onto the rooftops to investigate further from the sky.

As the perimeter was set up, Safiayh and her people were keeping a close watch over the situation. Their leader wasn't exactly keeping a cool head as it appeared the heroes and police were nearly at their doorstep, which only was further exacerbated by the return of the injured Tahani returning to the base.

"Is Black Bat dead?" Safiyah asked her love, already knowing the answer to the question posed.

"No Safiyah, I'm sorry." Tahani replied, looking down.

Safiayh held back rage and approached slowly. "And why exactly is that? Why couldn't you kill a girl who hasn't had nearly the same amount of experience as yourself?"

"Her partner had a gun." She revealed her wound. "It was that woman, named Whisper, whom we had attempted to use before. If not for her I would've been able to kill the younger bat, I swear."

"You should've finished the job, now they're right at our doorstep!" Shockingly Safiyah hit Tahani across the face. "If you killed her sidekick like you were supposed to, Batwoman wouldn't have had backup. Best case it would've slowed her down long enough to complete our plans. At least it might've helped, see I am greatly disappointed in you. Since coming to Gotham again, you've done nothing right. Get out of my sight, help guard Hamilton." Safiyah said curelly and grabbed her head in a tight hold digging in. "Do you think that'd be something you can handle?"

Tahani nodded to Safiyah looking scared, then was let go standing up straight. She walked off saying nothing more.

Even some of the guards looked at each other for a moment, surprised by Safiyah's act of violence to the person closest to her, starting to wonder how expendable all of them were then at this point.

Safiyah walked off, heading to see her scientists seeing them working on the device to spread the virus further. "I know that to be activated, now."

They looked over at her, only one decided to speak up. "Safiyah, that seems extremely dangerous for all of us. We're not in a safe range to release it now!"

"If you don't compile, you'll not have to concern yourself with that. Does that make you understand the current situation you're in?" Safiyah replied, putting a gun in their face, cocking it. "Want to test me today?"

The scientist shook their head. "We're preparing it right now."

"Thank you. The device will be activated outside, I suggest grabbing your gas masks just in case. It'll be danger close." Safiyah expressed and walked off, preparing to face the incoming release of the virus near them, having no regard for whatever consequences would come from the action .

The heroes continued moving around searching for any sign of where Safiayh was held up, getting warmer each minute knocking off the buildings they couldn't possibly be in and looking for the perfect place to land a helicopter.

Unfortunately for the two bats, they're answer of where Safiyah was located was about to come in the worst way. Her people who brought out the device prepared to activate it, while nobody had noticed it as they put it down, until a single petrol was driving down just then spotting this. Instead of waiting for backup, they made the unwise choice to exit their police car to raise their weapons at the members of The Many Arms of Death, who of course lived up to their sinister name. The foolish officers were immediately gunned down before they could even cry out to down the guns. One did get a shot off before their death, which alerted the Batwoman who glanced over at Black Bat rushing over to the scene.

"Activate it now!" One of them yelled, all wearing their gas masks and rushing back inside once pressing the button. This being the primary device, it spread out the virus much further and more effectively then the previous release, this time ingolping most of the block without a minute.

Batwoman and Black Bat put on their gas masks in horror as it was released to the city, clearly going to cause an even bigger problem this time around. At least on a bright side of this, Safiyah's people were careless running back inside revealing which building it was, which was only confirmed as they grappled onto it finding the helipad.

"What are we going to do?" Black Bat asked, looking down at the virus becoming airborne for this area and looked furious. "That was probably Scarecrow who made it so advanced with spreading, like this fear toxin."

Batwoman looked on nodding in agreement. "Well take down Safiyah and her people, then get Mary. Then the cure. We can't stop any of this without releasing the cure, that's gotta be our priority right now. And the roof will be our entire point, let's be stealthy. We gotta keep a low profile as long as possible."

"Alright, sounds like a plan." Black Bat agreed.

They used a gadget to disable any alarms activating as the two opened the door on the roof heading inside knowing to expect more surveillance.

Back on the ground the different parties were getting into action. Brian Krauser and his Crows were on the scene, mobilizing as more infected were coming into the street. Orders were more or less the same, only with trying a bit harder to rescue any civilians before killing them. Still, within the first minutes of the release, the Crows under his orders opened fire on at least 10 people killing them.

Commissioner Montoya was of course completely disgusted by this and wanted to do something and considered finding a way of charging Krauser for the crimes he was committing here, along with everyother Crow who was opening fire. For now it had to wait which only bit further disgust in her stomach and herself allowing this to happen in her opinion. She'd have to rely on her people and the CDC doing the very best they could to keep this controlled peacefully, there wasn't much she could do right now other than keep the peace the best possible way, which wasn't seeming doable with all the chaos occurring. The situation was grim.

Matters were only increasingly worse as Brian Krauser was approached by one of these loyal people who were in contact with another loyal person to Krauser keeping an eye on the events unfolding in the Crow HQ.

"Sophie Moore is there sir." They revealed, which sparked his attention.

He looked around, keeping his voice down. "How long?"

"About an hour sir." They responded.

Krauser had a slight smile on his face. "Get our man to keep a close eye on her. I think it'd prove to be beneficial for us."

Close by, Alice had predictably begun plotting her own schemes with a now gathered group of thugs. "Grand! You're all here at last, it's about time we have our gang reunited wouldn't you all agree?"

They cheered in response.

"That's what I like to hear! Now everyone, we have a most devious person who we must be heading off to eradicate from this world! She's caused us quite a lot of problems and is currently trying to steal my thunder. I mean like that cloud of disease she just released! Good thing we kept our distance otherwise we'd all be toast!" Alice exclaimed.

They all seemed in agreement.

Alice continued with a throat clear and throwing her hands in the air. "Safiyah Sohail is my second greatest enemy! And now she's about to kill us all! Now or never! We're going to have to fight for this city, so we can burn it down ourselves!" She smirked to herself feeling proud of her position. "Come along! It's time to take out Safiyah!"

All her people listened, rushing off climbing onto the rooftops, knowing they'd need to avoid the police and Crows.

Sneakily as they departed, Alice put on a gasmask and the few of her more trusted thugs. "Shame we only had a few of these, oh well! Come along, once we get our hands on Safiyah I'm going to end this." She smiled to herself, walking off confidently having formed a devious plan quickly that'd make matters significantly worse if everything went accordingly.

Batwoman and Black Bat meanwhile snuck inside, creeping in carefully almost immediately finding their first roadblock as expected. Cameras were everywhere and consistently moving.

"We've gotta find another way around." Batwoman reasoned and looked around for anyway though this.

"Maybe Luke can help us? Do some hacker stuff?" Ryan remarked, putting her hands up hoping that'd be a good suggestion.

Batwoman looked at her and nodded. "You're right." She paused and contacted him. "Luke, we found Safiyah's location. Only problem is, there are security cameras everywhere. Anything you can do?" She questioned.

He took a moment to respond clearly at work. "Alright, it shouldn't take more than a minute. I've got this. I'm going to loop the footage. Won't give you forever, but hopefully enough time. And there we go!"

"Thanks Luke." Black Bat replied to him.

The two moved forward looking around carefully, finding no guards percent, it could be assumed Safiyah was running out of people and couldn't have guards on every floor. As they moved to the next couple floors past the unaware cameras, they finally found one guard on patrol.

Batwoman motioned Black Bat to stay put as she sneaked up behind them knocking them out dragging the downed guard out of sight. "Come on, let's go."

Finally, on the next floor a lot more guards were present and looking around armed heavily. Whenever they were protecting it had to be important.

"Seems like the right place." Black Bat remarked upon seeing this sight. "What do we do? Take them down?"

She looked at the guards and closely at the room being protected. "It seems like it could be a laboratory, if that's where either Mary or Safiyah is. We have to take it. Now, we gotta be fast. Who knows how easy it is to trigger an alarm in this place."

"Considering the type of person Safiyah seems to be, probably easy. I'm ready when you are Batwoman." She replied and pulled out her bo staff. "No better time for a test run right?"

The two heroes rushed out moving swiftly, throwing batarangs at their foes' weapons disarming them wanting to make as little sound as possible. These guards didn't mind losing their guns, instead immitaly pulling out sharper weapons.

Batwoman moved in first, smashing one guard's head against the wall knocking them out fast. When a second approached flung herself off the wall with her legs knocking them right over and out. A third guard tried to stab her lag, shockingly screeching the suit but not penetrating it. After that failed, Batwoman tried to kick them only to have her lag grabbed and falling, but not letting that stop her returning the favor by putting a batarang in the guard's lag.

Black Bat had two other guards to face, which she promptly used her bo staff to manage to the two. Hitting them both back to back swiftly knocking them down, the final guard managed to grab a gun and tried to fire at her, but on instinct she activated the bullet shield taking the shots. "Oh heck yeah! That worked!" She exclaimed excitedly as Batwoman creaked the last one across the face, taking them down and dismantled the gun and tossed it away. She then kicked up the door, finding Mary at last with a doctor draining blood from her.

Elsewhere, the meeting was ready to begin, but fortunately for Sophie it seemed like things were going to work out. For better or worse for her current intention.

"Why am I not a part of this?" Sophie asked commander Kane who returned.

He crossed his arms. "It's an operation that doesn't concern you, right now I need you to go help out downtown. That's more important."

"Of course sir, I'll get right on that." Sophie said naturally, not having any problem with Kane and some of the Crows in the building being okcupid. Now she stepped away heading to the server room, along with contacting Julia. "I'm heading to the server room now, and I think it's pretty safe to say there is nothing in the commander's office."

"Thank god, I was getting worried you were caught. What delayed you?"

Sophie looked around and reached the server room. "Nothing major, just people asking questions. Once I'm done here I'm going to help out with the efforts of stopping the virus attack going on."

"Understandable Luv, you should do that. I'm going to keep watch and get a hold of my contact, you know in case you run into trouble." Julia replied.

"Right, I'm going to start looking now. Might take some time, I doubt they'd just have every folder available to read. Expressly not anything related to taking down Batwoman or whatever the hell their secrets are." Sophie remarked looking through any piece of information she could find.

Unknown to her, the loyal man to Krauser was keeping a close eye, spotting her heading inside of there which he found suspicious. Now he decided to inform the techy people to keep a close eye on their servers after watching for a few more minutes of her working inside of there and taking photos as further proof.

Batwoman was rightfully pissed upon the sight of her sister being hurt in this way, tied to a machine slowly draining her blood. Now she rushed towards the doctor as they reached for a gun, banging their hand against the table and grabbing their throat. "What the hell are you doing to my sister! Stop it right now or so help me you'll never use this hand again!"

The doctor appeared to comply, stopping the blood being taken from Mary, while also nearly hitting a secret alarm if not for Batwoman catching this action knocking them right out of their chair. "Restain them!" She cried to Black Bat who listened, grabbing onto the doctor tightly.

Kate without hesitation untied Mary from the machine and pulled out the tubes which drained her blood. "It's okay, I got you. Everything is okay now Mary I promise."

She didn't reply to that.

"No, no." She checked her pulse, finding it a little weak. "Come on Mary, come on. You can't die. Luke will literally kill me." She said trying to be cheerful and still sadly not getting a response.

Ryan looked concerned and pinned the doctor to the ground furiously. "You better hope she wakes up!"

Desperately Kate scrambled to think of something to do and hugged Mary continuing to talk to her. "I can't lose you okay? You drive me a little crazy sometimes, maybe even more than sometimes, but I love you so much. Mary, you're my family and I need you. I couldn't be any luckier to have you as my sister, I should've told you that more often. And I should've told you how lucky I feel having you around after losing Beth, how you helped me not feel alone. How you gave me hope and made me smile despite being an annoying sister at times, I wouldn't ever give up being your sister and having you in my life so I can't lose you now. I can't." Kate pleaded to her, still getting silence which made a couple tears start to form as she started to plead to anyone who'd listen silently.

Then a hand whipped away the tear. "Hey, I'm not dying, it's okay. Unless you didn't mean all of that, I might reconsider!" Mary said, opening her eyes slowly.

"Mary! You're okay! You scared me half to death!" Kate replied and hugged her again. Along with silently thanking her god who she hadn't thought to be grateful for in a long time now.

Mary smiled and weakly hugged her back. "Maybe I should almost die more often, I like when you're sappy!" She joked.

She stood back up, picking up Mary. "Don't get used to it, that's a one time deal." Kate paused and sighed. "Though yes, I meant all of that."

"Thanks Kate, I'm grateful for you being my sister too. Though not sure if I appreciated being called annoying you know!" Mary remarked sarcastically.

Ryan tied up the doctor and rushed over to hug Mary too. "I'm very glad you're alright! I however don't have anything to say emotionally charged, sorry."

"Ah it's alright. I'm loving all the hugs! Also, oh that suit is sick as anything! Sorry Kate, I think her suit might be better! I totally love it! So happy you finally have yourself a real kickass suit Ryan!" Mary exclaimed cheerfully, but then felt a little pain which was understandable considering what she went through.

"Aww, well thanks Mary! Also be careful, don't want you to hurt yourself!" Ryan replied with a smile.

Mary nodded in agreement and laughed softly. "You know you two. I really thought Safiayh was going to drain my dry for a minute there! Nearly lost hope, just as you came in." Mary admitted. "Good thing I kept my hope, I knew you two would find me in the nick of time. It's finally over."

Batwoman looked out into the hallway. "I doubt it's over yet. We don't have much time here before Safiyah knows we're here, if not the cameras someone is going to notice guards are down."

"Should we grab my blood? I mean Safiyah wanted it really, really badly." Mary expressed looking over at the machine.

Black Bat looked closer. "I might not be an expert, but that's not really much blood is it? Considering you barely seemed alive I thought it'd be more."

Mary came over to confirm. "You're right! How strange."

"Forget, we've gotta go. First we get you out of this building, then taking down Safiyah is all that's left." Batwoman declared.

This didn't appear as it'd happen, as the alarm went off and the cameras went back to normal spotting them.

"I think you jinxed it." Mary remarked and bit one of her nails, which were already broken due to her mistreatment.

Over the speakers Safiyah began to speak. "So, you found us and Mary. Good for you, if only you weren't trapped in here." The way they came in closed itself off. "I was prepared for this, mind you I hadn't expected you to save her. No matter, there is no way out of here. The police are going to be way too busy with all the newly infected civilians. Bet you hope it isn't a blood bath this time hmm?"

Batwoman looked at the cameras. "How about you come down here yourself, we can end this. Just the two of us."

"Tempting, but no. I have a schedule to keep, don't worry you'll be coming with us during our return back home. Surrender now and your sidekick's death won't be painful. I'll even spare Whisper." Safiyah remarked confidently.

Black Bat was furious. "Don't you dare touch her!" She shouted boiling with anger at the very thought of that.

"If you had made Knife's life easier, her fate wouldn't be in question right now. Speaking of which, I must say congrats on gaining the upper hand. She's obviously lost a step, you've proven yourself to be a good fighter. Shame that we have no new openings in our organization, you'd be a wonderful assassin." Safiyah continued saying, knowing that the heroes would be hating all of this.

Batwoman stepped away and pulled the other two aside. "She's trying to stall us. There has to be another way out of here" She once again contacted Luke. "We've got Mary, she's safe."

"Oh thank goodness!" Luke exclaimed relieved.

"One small problem still. Safiayh's locked down the building, we're going to need to find another way out of here and fast." Batwoman expressed looking around their surroundings for anything.

Mary glanced over at the elevator. "Uh, that's moving up!"

"That's not good, we need to set up a barcade." Batwoman expressed and went back to talking to Luke. "Can you disable the elevator?"

He went silent for a moment. "Damn, I can't, Safiyah's people are trying to lock me out. I'll keep trying to hack back in, no way they're going to be able to keep me out. Least I can do is unlock the door in your way." He was successful in doing that opening part of their exit up again.

"Come on!" Batwoman cried and they rushed away as Safiyah's people closed in.

Outside, unknown to the heroes and even Safiyah for now, more trouble was brewing for them all as Alice discovered where the building was located. Upon realizing this, she had come up with the most extreme option.

"A rocket launcher Alice!?" One of her more sane people questioned completely floored.

She nodded. "You all brought it right? I want that building to burn! Or explode, whichever works best!"

They sighed and handed over the heavy case, of which Alice nearly dropped on her foot not expecting the weight.

"I'll help you boss."

Together they aimed the rocket launcher at the building, preparing to fire. All the while trouble was continuing to happen down below with more infected civilians in conflict with the Crows who continued using lethal force.

Alice grabbed a radio. "Everybody! Focus on that building!"

"What about the Crows?" One asked.

"Don't worry about them, just fire now!" Alice exclaimed and started to count down to the moment they all fired, 5 rocket launchers in total from across the buildings around. "I always wanted to say this, let a rip gang! Blow Safiyah back to hell!" She shouted and was ready to fire, having the building in her sights.

Back inside the building, the three nearly almost fell over from the impact of the explosion reaching them.

"That's not good." Batwoman relized and looked around. "I highly doubt that Safiyah is blowing up her own building."

Even with the dangers outside, Safiyah's guards continued to pursue them going through the stairwell.

"Hey Luke, can you find the schematics of the building? Maybe we could find a more creative way of getting out of here, our own exit." Ryan suggested while Kate kept looking around preparing for a fight.

"Yeah, funny you asked. I just got it for you. Right now I believe you all might be close to the side of the building, you could blow your way out of there." Luke replied.

Batwoman came back over. "Sounds like a better idea. Block the door, I'll get ready to block our way out of here. I had a feeling I might've needed to use this trick again." She remarked and started spraying explosive gel on the wall.

In a terrible turn of events, matters got worse as all the walls started to shutter down revealing much harder material in their way.

"What in all the heck is that about!" Mary exclaimed, putting her hand on her forehead.

Safiyah had an answer for them. "Did you forget I hear and see everything? That I've been planning this for a very long time. After what happened on the island, I wanted to make sure you couldn't blow your way out of this."

"Oh crap." Black Bat remarked looking out into the hallway seeing the guards approaching closer. "We're running out of time!"

"Correction. You all are out of time." Safiyah revealed over the speakers. "It appears Alice is outside causing me trouble, so obviously my time and all of yours is up. I can't leave the building standing to be traced back to me. It's time to evacuate, for any personnel that can. Otherwise, you served well. Oh and Batwoman, don't worry I suspect you'll find a way to survive. You always do beat the odds." The speaker then went dead and the guards all ran off.

The three looked at each other shocked upon hearing Safiyah.

Elsewhere inside of the building, this was further the case for Tahani who was sitting inside of the security room, while Safiayh had made her escape into a convoy knowing the roof would be compromised now.

"Safiyah? You're going to blow the entire building? With the lockdown in effect, there are a lot of our own people who won't ever be able to get out in time." She had realized and most certainly wasn't comfortable with the plan.

"Yes, yes. A tragic sacrifice. Don't worry, there is a way for you to escape, but you must move it right now." Safiyah warned.

Tahani looked around and at the security feeds seeing a lot of their own people helplessly stuck inside the building trying to escape with no avail or chance. "No, there has to be another way. These are our people! We can't kill them all!"

"Oh stop it, don't act like you care about all of them! You love me, now stop screwing around and get out of there." Safiayh continued saying, getting more furious the longer this went on.

She took one last look at the monitors and made her decision now, ignoring Safiyah's words for once activating the security override shutting down every measure the building had so everyone had a chance of escape. She then grabbed the microphone taking a deep breath. "I've overridden everything, escape now! You all don't need to die here! Get out now, move it!"

"Knife? What are you doing?" Batwoman questioned, into the speakers.

"Doing what I should've done a long time ago, thinking for myself. You were right, which pains me to say. Safiyah Sohail is truly a monster. Consider this an apology, get out now. Save yourself and stop her. She's currently escaping in a large convoy, to the docks. Where you encountered us before, that's her escape plan. By boats. Along with that, she's got the device to release more viruses, more importantly it can release a cure that can end all of this and save everyone. It can easily be mass produced, that was always her plan."

Batwoman was completely surprised by this turn as she finished putting the explosive gel in the wall for their own escape. "Can you get out of the building, Tahani?"

She watched her escape hatch close, with Safiyah being petty enough to shut that down blocking her escape. "No. This is goodbye. I see now, my hatred for you was unwarranted. Safiyah had tricked me and I wish now, I had seen it sooner. At least, I won't die for nothing. Good luck, Batwoman and Black Bat. Take Safiyah down." She said with her final words sitting back down taking a deep breath remembering her life and watched as most of the people inside managed to escape with their lives.

The three escaped blowing a hole out of the building grappling over the next roof in range, as it all began to explode crashing down.

Batwoman looked onto the exploding building, knowing that it would have to be impossible for Tahani to survive the explosion. "She saved us, I never would have imagined her to have a heart, when it counted. We'd be dead without her." She said in a dower tone. "We have to inform Montoya about where Safiyah is heading, then Mary. You're going back to the cave. It'll be safe there."

Mary sighed with relief taking in the fresh air. "Gladly, I'm going to hug Luke until he starts to wheeze! Or maybe later, I am still feeling weak. Fair enough right?"

Black Bat remembered her own promise. "I've got to see Whisper, I told her that I'd check on her. Make sure she is safe, after Safiyah's threat, well you can understand why worry is overtaking me."

"It's okay Ryan, stay safe. I'll contact you once we find Safiyah. She's got nowhere else to run, she's boxed in." Batwoman looked over at the rooftops getting a glimpse of Alice and her people running off. "Not that she's our only problem now." She remarked regretting the decision to release Alice. "That'll definitely bite me later, until then come on Mary." She said and departed, they all went off.

Elsewhere, Sophie was continuing looking through the servers searching for the information she needed. "Come on, come on. Where is it?" Upon wondering this allowed, the answer finally came, finding everything she needed and a horrible secret that shook her. "Oh no. No, no. That's bad. Really bad." She remarked to herself and called back Julia.

"What's up Luv?"

Sophie looked around suspiciously. "I've got some files here, I need to send them out. Can your contact retrieve them if I lower the firewall?"

"That'd work. What type of intel did you find Sophie?" Julia questioned not finding her tone of voice promising.

"Commander Kane, he's got something dangerous. I don't want to say it outloud, just look in the files when I send them alright?" Sophie replied, turning off the firewall.

Julia looked concerned. "They'll detect the hack going on. You need to get out of there right now Sophie."

"You're right I'm heading out right now." Sophie said, rushing out the door, only to get caught by the guards outside. Upon this, she immediately pulled out her phone and started to wipe it feeling paranoid.

"What were you doing in there, agent Moore?" Agent Proctor asked, looking skeptical of her, along with the Crow loyal to Krauser.

Sophie tried to act normally. "Nothing, I was just keeping an eye on things. You can understand why I wanted to make sure everything was in order around here. We're in a dire situation. This would be the time for someone to take advantage of the situation." She said truthly.

They looked at each other.

"Sounds like we agree on that. You're under arrest." They said looking at her pulling out handcuffs. "Grab the phone."

"The hell do you think you are doing? I have a higher clarence than all of you, when the commander hears about this he's going to be unhappy to say the least!" Sophie shouted at them, taking a step back taking a subtle look around for any possible escapes which wouldn't be ideile, but could be necessary.

"Don't move." One guard said and grasped her phone realizing the phone was whipping itself. "What kind of innocent person wipes their phone?"

Sophie stepped straight determined. "How do I know one or more of you isn't corrupt hmm? Working with the people attacking our city?" She continued to take a couple more steps back.

Another Crow came rushing over. "The firewall was dropped a few minutes ago! We're being hacked!" They exclaimed in a panic.

She went silent knowing she was screwed, spotting some more Crows rushing over not looking friendly at all.

"Want to change your story?" The loyalistic asked, crossing their arms.

In the batcave, Luke had been receiving the information along with the communicates of the Crows, realizing Sophie was captured.

"Julia, I'm sorry they got her." Luke replied to her.

She went silent for a moment and there was a loud sound. "Dammit, she could get into serious legal trouble! I told her I should've handled this. Did you get the files on Operation: Knightfall at least?"

He looked at them realizing there was indeed a major problem. "Oh yeah, I did. Kate's in danger, serious danger."

Julia sighed and pressed her fingers together. "How bad?"

"Jacob Kane is going to kill Batwoman, he's got kryptonite bullets. Both Kate and Ryan are in serious danger." Luke looked terrified by the realization.

"You can't tell them. There is enough going on." Julia reasoned.

He shook his head. "No way! I have to do something. There isn't much time, but I have to do something."

"Just keep silent about the situation, do whatever you have to. Now, I have to figure out how I'm going to bloody well rescue Sophie." Julia remarked and hung up.

With the silence, Luke was left wondering what choice could be possibly made to fix this, wherever it was he needed to work fast. Otherwise his friends lives were going to be in far more danger than they knew.

Batwoman

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter. I hope you enjoyed this one too. This one ended up being longer than I expected (which of course next time is going to surpass even more so) and I'm glad you thought so, considering how long this one ended up I didn't have much time for more of that, so yeah I'm definitely going to have the situation continue to worsen for the finale. It might even end up with Batwoman not knowing the fate of how it'd end up considering how fast everything is going to happen. Thank you, I wanted to show off how much of a horrible person he truly is. You are right about that, which will only give more guilt to not stopping Krauser from gaining more control sooner after being blind to his actions.

In regards to Sophie learning that Kate is Batwoman - Your right, that'd make a lot more sense having it happen then and the direct result from the revelation. Makes sense she and Jacob would be.

Sophie being caught - Hopefully I pulled this off right, of course it isn't done just yet with that so hopefully the rest will be okay too.

When Mary gets rescued - I didn't think that went as you imagined it, but I hope that it still turned out pretty well. I'll be sure to do the rest of that in the next chapter. Thank you for the reminder.

Vesper Fairchild - That's a good idea I'll certainly do that, I'm embarrassed to admit I forgot about Fairchild for a little, despite in my notes that I check frequently I have it bolded to not forget her ironically.

In regards to John Diggle - I was a bit surprised by that choice, but it made sense enough the reason Diggle gave. It could very well be unfortunately with how everything is seemingly to go, maybe we can hope for an alternate John Diggle being a Green Lantern, it'd suck if this could be one of the last appearances of John Diggle. I do love him a lot. I will try to find a way to make it happen within the series. Yeah, I'd like to try that.

"Operation: Knightfall" - I'll do that.

In regards to the Krypto the Superdog suggestion - I agree he is for sure (and a cute dog) and that is understandable it is strange they never brought in Krypto. I like the idea and understand why you decided on that.

In regards to your Season 3 - I'm not sure if I can do that, after rereading the guidelines I'm not sure if I broke them, maybe I'm just being concerned for nothing. I just don't want the story to be taken down, not even sure if that happens anymore. Whatever, for the safeside I might just put that in the beginning of season 3's chapter. Also I might not go forward with the behind the scenes chapter with this. You probably know the site better than I do so maybe you know if stories have been taken down before?

PS. That's alright, we're at the end of season 2 so that is understandable and your right I certainly will, thank you I feel scared and a little better then usually considering just how many postings you've given for the finale. So hopefully it'll live up to the buildup throughout the entire time of the series and two years. Thank you!

PS II. That's good you think so at least I hope others do too. I would very much like to attempt that as well. That makes sense that would be, it's okay you made that error I didn't realize it either. It's understandable enough why Bruce wasn't raised Jewish considering how his parents died when he was young of course and it doesn't seem like the Kanes were very close to Bruce. I'd have to assume so as well.

Mary's Blood - I set up in this episode about the strangeness of surrendering Safiyah's attention to drain Mary and that it might've not worked. I've been thinking about it a lot, I don't want it to be possible for Mary to be able to have her blood to create a true cure for any sickness in the world. Earlier I did have it so Mary's blood only helped confirm Safiyah's people to be the cure, so it wasn't really her blood that made it possible for the cure's creation.

I wanted to do this so, when the plotline of Mary wanting to use her blood for good happens, she'll eventually realize after the possibility of accepting she might have to die to cure other diseases in the world which she'd be okay with and have an argument with Kate over that of course, her blood can't be used to create a cure. Only to cure samples of a virus at most. This would be due to the time passing and the cure being a part of her blood, so it wouldn't be able to be given to someone else. If done within the first month or so of having the Desert Rose it would've been possible for Safiyah's theory to be doable, however it isn't. So Mary can't cure anything. I hope that made sense my thinking of that.

Supergirl related for the rest and little bit about the future at the end

For everything here, I'm of course open to any suggestions and thoughts.

Season 9 - This season primarily deals with a time traveler coming to kill Esme to prevent a tragedy in the future. They are determined to complete their mission and reveal another part of this mess. Another time traveler came back years before them who is running N.O.W.H.E.R.E whom they believe is responsible for what's going to happen in the future. Furthermore, after creating Cir-El they've become more paranoid expecting the heroes to learn about them sooner than later. This led them to creating more super powered people in this eventual fight and their leader having his plans of using Esme's powers to ensure the future they desire.

The "Super Friends" fight to stop both parties from hurting Esme in their own ways knowing there must be a third alternative to stop this future from unfolding.

-There is no doubt other things going on, including Kara primarily trying to help Cir-El/Cheryl Danvers find the truth of her past and take down N.O.W.H.E.R.E for everything they did to her. (And just helping her in general)

-One conversational point I've thought of adding to season 8, which would be still having remefcations for season 9. That would be Cyborg Supergirl/Indigo killing Andrea as Kara very publicly to really make sure she's dragging her name and face though the mud. (Also quite frankly I don't know how more to do with that character and it'd have some drama to bring into next season with how much damage Indigo caused)

-Also I assume the Legion of Superheroes would more than likely get involved with all this at some point during the season with all the time travel going on.

Season 10 - I think this would be the last season I'd do, assuming it's not. I would like to change some parts like the returning villain who I'll get to. A "brave traveler" arrives on earth, at first it's unclear where they're from, but the goal is clear. They are hellbent to kill Supergirl. They are quite devious in their plot to make certain the other heroes wouldn't be able to help in the fight between them. It's shortly revealed they are actually from War World and were sent to kill Supergirl by Mongul, who sent this guy to prove his worth by killing The Girl of Steel, otherwise face horrible consequences like losing his family. Upon learning this, the team and Supergirl prepare for more attacks from Warworld, learning further it's coming towards earth. The brave traveler reluctantly decides to help the "SuperFriends" in defeating the incoming dangers, becoming redeemed along the way with their help becoming a better person. (Or maybe worse, like I said could change the direction completely that'd be a long way off) Through the season, they learn Mongul has a secret advisor who is very aware of earth and Supergirl, more or less leading this charge pulling Mongul's strings. This is revealed to be of course the biggest snake they know, Lex luthor. Now as you described before. (I never heard of that game before or any of that) So assuming this is the final season, it would develop into luthor taking control of Warworld himself leading a final bid to take over the earth with his new found powers. Naturally he'd be defeated and the threat of War World would be solved. During the season too would be wrapping up most of the plotlines and trying to give a definitive ending, while of course implying they'll never stop fighting and they'll always be more heroes to take their place.

My contributes to the plot ideas: Main Characters

Kara/Supergirl - After being exposed as Supergirl, she's something of a celebrity and hasn't exactly been able to live a normal peaceful life. Everyone and every villain has her address so trouble keeps coming to her door along with friends and family even which weighs on Kara. She's also had a harder time making friends and gaining a relationship ever since the reveal too, now quite afraid for anyone who enters her life after so much trouble has occurred.

Another thing would be feeling like at times she might need to hide herself at times from people going in public which wasn't exactly what she had in mind and finds it ironic she needs to hide again at times.

She'll manage to work through it of course ultimately having the life she wanted to have from exposing her identity feeling more free than ever.

Dreamer/Nia - Nia is still running a LGBTQ community center in the precent day and was married to Brainy at some point in time. (Though he is pretty much always off planet for one reason or another a lot, but they are still happily together. My reason why he's not around much is below)

Nia is mainly bonding with one trans girl who reminds her of herself. I'll likely think of a lot more cause I obviously love Dreamer.

Alex and Kelly - Continuing to be viglenties, doing whatever they were doing before and raising their daughter who is naturally a bit older now who will discover their activities at some point.

I'm sure Alex will continue being a supportive sister to Kara with everything she's dealing with and naturally have an extremely strong reaction with Kara's assumed death, possibly charging her outlook for a time.

Lena Luthor - Basically in the same place as where the series left off, while learning more of her magical side and history. Probably would get her into trouble and deal with more mystical characters. Along with continued all her other areas.

I don't believe I'd want to go with putting her and Kara together, I suppose it could slightly make more sense they could develop closer feelings with the time jump? Don't know, I personally just never understood this shipping besides they are just close and might look attractive together. There is just no evidence either of them had feelings for each other then a friendship.

J'onn J'onzz - I have nothing, sorry. I like J'onn a lot, I can't think of much to do with him. He'd probably be around still. With budget not being an issue, I guess he could do space stuff.

"Brainy" - I don't like this character very much I must admit.. Not sure if that's controversial, but I didn't want to lie about my feelings towards him. In truth I think I dislike him the most from any other main characters on the show during its entire run and I'm frustrated he ends up with Nia. They are nice together. I can't deny that, but I just really dislike the character and don't know if they'd work together in a long term relationship, but for the sake of the series I won't break them up cause I know I'm probably in a minority for people who watched the show.

A potential new character - Maybe bring in a new hero character in season 7 who wants to be trained by Supergirl, but they are easily manipulated, ultimately getting used by Rao getting convinced to believe in his religion or whatever and to stop Supergirl and her allies from stopping what schemes Rao has. Not sure if they'll die, live or get redeemed by the end of the season.

Another new potential character - I thought Kara should have another co-worker at Catco who she'd form a friendship with. However she would be more hisident of course after everything she's gone though. They are a regular human, but in a partial to Alex and Kara, they would have an adopted alien sibling Kara would learn about. The sibling would be more morally questionable, perhaps being a crock living off the streets to survive getting themself into trouble and more than likely in with bad people.

This new human could act as a love interest for Kara eventually, maybe depending on how things go, I only have a rough idea of them. I do know I want there to be a partial to Kara and Alex's only relationship, with some differences.

Andrea - I sometimes forget this character made it past season 5. I don't really know yet. Also like said before, I'm more than likely going to kill her in season 8 cause I don't know much to do with her unfortunately.

Cir-El - I'm not certain if she'd be technically a main character more so than the other 3 Supergirl successors probably not, though in season 9 she'd definitely be a part of the main cast being connected to the main plotline.

Plot Ideas (No order)

Esme's Powers expansion - A very dangerous and cunning man is involved in the danger of her growing powers, along with the time traveler. This man is also a time traveler with the other goal of causing the death of millions. He was playing a long con, spending a long time getting involved with the earth, getting a powerful position as the leader of N.O.W.H.E.R.E creating it more than likely or something.

The legion of Superheroes would once again get involved with this whole ordeal wanting to help.

Alex and Kelly would naturally be extremely protective of their daughter doing whatever needs to be done to protect her and prevent this dark future.

Post season 8 Cir-El past plot - N.O.W.H.E.R.E. would play a bigger part and Cir-El would like to know more about her past, which the heroes agree with wanting to know who the people running that organization are.

Sam's return and the fear of Reign coming back - At some point Sam would return expressing a fear of Reign coming back after a series of nightmares. She worries it could pass onto her daughter as well (I forgot how it worked so that's probably wrong). Or another world killer could be coming. The heroes would do everything to help them work this out. I liked Sam, so it'd be nice to bring her back even for a little bit.

"A brave traveler" - A mysterious man disgusted as a human arrives on earth, his only goal is to kill Supergirl. He reveals he's from Warworld, either he's Mongul or was working to impress Mongul by killing the girl of steel. If the latter, he decides to help the heroes bring an end to Warworld. In a twist, he might betray them depending on how the season goes and try to take control for himself. (Or not)

Rao followers - The longer Rao on earth the more followers that arise believing in everything Rao is spitting out. This includes painting Supergirl as a non believer trying to bring an end to their goals. This of course leads to problems and conflict for the heroes happening.

Season 8 threats (Apart from Cyborg Supergirl) - Some villains arrive in the wake of Supergirl's apparent death, they might eventually team up to fight the heroes. I figure the season needs more danger before Cyborg Supergirl reveals her true intentions and to show the loss of Supergirl with how much of a danger these villains are.

Or could potentially have an alien invasion happening too with Supergirl seeming to be gone, more small scale then the one from season 2. Perhaps both depending on how long the seasons would be.

The return of the DEO - Only things aren't like before. It's more comic accurate with Mr. Bones being the leader and more of a less pleasant person. He'd probably more often than not be an antagonist then an ally, so the heroes would just continue working how they were when the series left off. I think Bones will be butting heads with the heroes making sketchy decisions.

This is partially because I'd imagine every line he says would be in Keith David's awesome voice. I haven't been able to watch Stargirl yet, but I did hear it would be him voicing a version of that character.

Further on Mr. Bones - I think he should arrive in the beginning of the series and start setting up the newest problem for the heroes, before the major one of Rao reveals itself. He'd be a nuisance trying to deal with Rao, more than likely on escalating matter for the season and probably the rest of the series too for whatever major threat presents itself, though I will of course continue to think on each unique reaction to the other major storylines going on as I assume Bones will act different with those.

Eve's return - I'm not exactly sure how she'd return or if she'd be a villain. With the time jump, anything could happen. Maybe she could have a tie to N.O.W.H.E.R.E

Mysterious businessman character - This character would arrive in season 8 and possibly have a tiny appearance in season 7. They'd be helping the DEO and be a detracker of Supergirl for unknown reasons at first along with all the sueccurors. There is a bodyguard always by their side, it's unclear why this person is always around.

The superfriends wouldn't trust him one bit and would be consistently butting heads with him whenever he'd appear, usually having an unclear agenda. It'd appear in season 9 he's working for N.O.W.H.E.R.E, but this is proven untrue, but still leaves open the question of what he's after.

By season 10 all is revealed, he's actually helping Lex Luther keep the DEO from knowing the dangers of Warworld incoming and the Superfriends. The bodyguard is truly from War World and has been tasked to protect him at all costs which the Superfriends find out the hard way. He was promised great power and knowledge by Luther, who of course betrays him someway.

(One bit of foreshadowing, maybe, would be how he mentions admiring Agent Liberty's mission statement, but was disappointed by his failure and way of handling things. Giving the impression he's quite on the same wavelength as Luther)

A lot of this stuff is subject to change of course, I'm sure most of this will change in one way or another assuming I do this series at all, just wanted to throw some thoughts out there. I wouldn't expect myself to take a try at the series until early 2023 unfortunately so you might have to wait a little for me to make my decision. I'd want to commit to at least season 7&8 if I do decide to go forward, which would be a big commitment depending on how things are next year.

Basically my idea for the rest of the year is finishing up Batwoman season 2 with its huge final episode and probably try writing season 3's opening episode. I might not post it as quickly if I finish it shortly after, I'd like to give a little break until starting up season 3 and go back to writing for Spider-Man for a little while. (I haven't seriously written for it in months, every chapter has been pre written until 71) So depending on how things go, Batwoman season 3 should hopefully begin in November or sooner if I'm really wanting to hop back in. It's been pretty crazy finishing up the season and knowing next up is the finale after close to two years. So, onto the finale.
