"Nagisa… You're with the Free Japanese republic?" asked the prisoner Nagisa was looking at. Nagisa then pulled the prisoner up as the others saw her and were equally as shocked to see the pink-haired girl known as Sakura Kiyashiki. They had not seen each other since before the collapse. Her hair had grown longer, she was certainly older, but her face had not changed at all.
"What are you doing working for the Tochigi provinces?" Karma asked the younger girl
"This place has been my home for the last nine years! Why wouldn't I join the army?" Sakura asked in confusion. She looked at her teacher with a slightly betrayed look. "Why are you with the FJR? They attacked us!"
"Wrong, The Tochigi provinces took Sakae. This town was in the FJR. we had to respond in retaliation." Karma told the pink haired girl.
Sakura shook her head and said, "No, we got reports the FJR attacked along the border, we responded in retaliation." Nagisa and the others looked at her while the Prisoners looked at each other. Were they pinned against each other by a third party? If they were, who is this third party?
Meanwhile, with Cuba still being attacked and Havana still being bombed, the Cuban government had no choice but to surrender. The Republic of Cuba, that had lasted for almost eighty years, was once again conquered by the Americans. President Bertrand had the Cuban leadership sign a peace treaty that HEAVILY favored him and not them. But some Cubans refused and hid in caverns to conduct Guerilla movements against the Bertrand Republic. The Bertrand Republic smiled as the conquest of Cuba only took a few days as he said, "You know, I never understood why the US didn't just take Cuba before the collapse."
"I don't know sir. I think the presidency of the pre collapse United States was stupid." said his vice president. President Bertrand smiled as he also thought the Pre Collapse United States presidency was a failure of leadership. He pulled out a wheel and took Cuba off the wedge it was on and replaced it with Jamaica.
"Sir, if I may, why do you use the spinner?"
"Because it's random, and thus makes it more difficult to plan around us." President Bertrand said. "Besides, we have defensive alliances with the Badlands and Texan Empire. If they're attacked, we can come to their defense, and vice versa."
Soon the spinner stopped on the Mexican Syndicate. The Mexican Cartel took over the horn of Mexico to make its own country. President Bertrand smiled and said, "Good, I hate the Cartels. Begin making plans for the Mexican Syndicate. Prepare our navy."
Back in Japan, Nagisa was back in Kyoto petitioning for the release of Sakura and negotiating the terms of her freedom.
"Colonel, you are aware that she's a member of the Tochigi Provinces?" the president said.
"I know, sir, but she was my student before the Collapse. I can vouch for her. What's more, I have suspicions regarding the war. It might be more than what meets the eye." Nagisa said.
"Are you a Transformers Fan Colonel Shiota?" asked the President.
"A bit, sir."
"Mr President." The two turned to see a familiar man with spiky black hair and a serious look in his eyes. "I personally trained Nagisa Shiota, and I trust his instincts. If he says that this young lady can be trusted, then I trust her as well."
"Hmph. Very well then, Commanding General. Colonel, you have my permission." the president said. Nagisa saluted and bowed before walking out with Karasuma.
"Thanks Mr. K."
"Of course. Teachers should help other teachers with their students." Karasuma said with a small smile. Nagisa smiled back and gave his old teacher a quick hug before they separated. Later, Nagisa and Sakura walked out with the newly freed girl rubbing her wrists.
"Thanks, Nagisa." Sakura said.
"You're welcome. But you remember what they've said about your release, right?"
"I know." Sakura said as they continued walking. Soon, they reached the militia under Nagisa's command. A few soldiers recognized Sakura and looked at her warily, but snapped to attention at Nagisa's shout.
"Alright men! In exchange for her freedom, Ms. Sakura Kiyashiki has been placed under my command! She is to be treated as an equal! Treat her as you would treat other members, and our militia will continue being the strongest it can be!" he said.
"Yes sir!" the militia yelled.
Later, Sakura and Nagisa met with Nagisa's friends. Yukiko gave the younger pink-haired woman a hug, one that she awkwardly returned. Hiroto and Hinata walked over to the watching Karma.
"So, uh, is this a good idea?" Hiroto asked awkwardly.
"It's Sakura. Do you really think that she would disobey Nagisa?" Karma asked.
"Good point." Hiroto said.
"It's getting late. Yukiko?" Nagisa asked.
"Of course, Nagisa." Yukiko said. She placed a hand on Sakura's shoulder and led her with Hinata to the female barracks as Nagisa left for his quarters. Hiroto and Karma went to the male barracks, though Karma spotted someone sneaking around that made his eyes roll.
In Nagisa's quarters, Rio entered and hugged him from behind. He smiled, spun to face her, and kissed her deeply and rubbed her sides. Their love for each other was immense and Rio moaned as Nagisa's lips were on hers. Going to the bed, Nagisa laid down with Rio on his lap as they kissed more, their lips never moving away from each other.
"You're so sexy baby." Nagisa said to Rio.
"Oh stop, you're gonna make me… Ahh…" Rio moaned as Nagisa kissed and sucked on her neck. He began to rub her breasts while kissing her neck more. Rio pulled her top off and showed off her breasts behind a bra. Nagisa unclipped the bra and saw it fall and saw her nipples already hard.
Rio shook her head and said, "Sorry sir, but not tonight. Just hold me and snuggle with me." Nagisa smiled and held her close in his arms while rubbing her back. Meanwhile, in the West Coast Republic, Kaede Kayano was walking to a ship that she knew would take her to Japan. The captain then said, "You picked the right time to get on board my ship Miss Yukimura, we have diplomats from the west Coast republic heading to Japan right now."
"Soon Nagisa, I will be home." Kayano said as she thought back to the day the world she knew ended. She just lost contact with Nagisa when Toka and Meg came in with Kimura and Yuma following them. Toka asked if she saw the news. Kayano shook her head and Yuma turned on the TV. She saw the same thing that Nagisa saw about the collapse. 4 years after that, Kayano had begun working as a singer at a bar. She also had to pleasure men there at orders of the boss and because of that, she lost her virginity.
Back in the present, Kayano sat next to the diplomats as one man said, "If the Japanese are willing to help us, the Bertrand Republic doesn't stand a chance."
"Miss Yukimura, do you think that Japan survived the Collapse?" the woman diplomat asked. Kayano thought about it.
"Well, I'm not certain Japan survived as a whole. Look at Europe. The UK and France worked together to take over Germany with the help of Polish dictators, and Ukraine is now a monarchy. Even the United States' pre-collapse government didn't survive." she said.
"Thank you, so when we land in tokyo, we must ask the government there to assist us in combating the Bertrand republic, they are getting too powerful." said the other male diplomat.
Back in Japan, the woken up Nagisa woke up Rio so they could eat. As they ate, Karma came over and said, "So I heard that diplomats from the states are coming over here."
"They might be coming to make an international alliance. Though, we are still in the middle of two wars." Nagisa sighed.
"Well, from what I heard," Sakura cut in, "Your evidence at my trial helped shine some light. Peace talks started thanks to that."
Nagisa smiled and gave his old student a pat on the back. A commanding officer came up to the table as Nagisa turned back into his food.
"Colonel," he said as Nagisa stood and saluted, something that he returned. "I want your militia to meet the diplomats and escort them to the capital."
"Yes sir. You can count on us." Nagisa said. The man smirked.
"Indeed we can."
Three days later, Nagisa was in his best military uniform and had his Militia's cars and trucks drive with a limo to the port where the boat with the West Coast Republic Diplomats was scheduled to dock. Nagisa inspected his men when Karma told him the ship was docking. After a few minutes, they got the ramp to the ship and allowed the Diplomats to walk off as Nagisa said, "Welcome to Tokyo ladies and…" but he stopped as he looked up and saw Kaede Kayano. Karma saw her as well, causing his eyes to widen and his jaw to drop.
Hiroto saw her soon after. "Oh… shit."
"Oh shit is right Hiroto, that is one conversation I don't want to be a part of." Hinata said to her lover as she backed slightly away. All the while Rio paled at Kayano's sight and said, "Shit."
